They are the best movers I cam across while moving from AZ to TX. We contacted the company and Anthony helped us for the move. Pricing is super reasonable, the move was super smooth and everyone we interacted with was really good special thanks to Israel who drove the truck from AZ to TX and took care of everything as his own belonging. Moving is always stressful but thanks to Camelback and the team for the best work done for us.

Camelback Moving was phenomenal! I would recommend this moving company to everyone. My original movers (different company) had me scheduled for a week prior, pushed my moving time back three hours the day of and then cancelled after a half hour of our rescheduled time. I scrambled to get movers the same day and Camelback Moving was able to schedule me at 11:30am and by 12:40pm, three movers arrived!!! The movers were friendly, enjoyable to be around, and handled my furniture with care. Not to mention the price was $330 cheaper than the original company I had scheduled. Within two days after moving, I received a phone call to check in on my experience. The office staff, Operations Managers and movers had fantastic customer service. You cannot beat Camelback Moving!!!

Recently used Camelback Moving for a move from Scottsdale to downtown Phoenix and it could not have gone any better. I absolutely understand why they're the highest rated movers in the Valley. Pricing was super reasonable and every single person I interacted with from booking to follow-up was fantastic. We checked out a few movers in the metro Phoenix area before deciding on Camelback Moving and were very happy with their service. We needed three movers to offload a 26-foot U-Haul rental truck. We budgeted for 4 hours to do it, but it only took them 2 hours and 15 minutes. We only got charged for the lesser amount of time. The crew were very polite and professional. We did notice some black shoe marks left on the living room carpet by a TV stand, though. All along the way (both before and after the offloading) someone from the company phoned us to update us. When they phoned after the move to see how things went, I told them about the fresh shoe marks. They never argued with me. Instead, they had a cleaner from Stanley Steamer come out at a day and time of our convenience to ensure the marks were removed. No extra charge to us. Overall, we were very happy with Camelback Moving and highly recommend them. Their pricing was fair too.

We recently used Camelback moving on Saturday. We had 4 guys, 2 trucks and it was such a good experience. They haven’t changed. We used them before and will use them again. They guys were amazing. They were fast, funny and so professional, and it didn’t feel like one of them awkward moves. Even with the humidity and it being summer time, these guys made the best of it and didn’t complain at all. I recommend Camelback moving to anyone.

I am a person to take the time to shop around before I make a commitment to a company, especially for something as big as a move. I reached out for quotes to four major, popular moving companies here in Phoenix. I only had one reply, they emailed me additional questions and after I replied I never heard back from them. I reached out to Camelback Moving and they replied with a quote, information and expectations within 5 minutes. Needless to say, I hired them on the spot! And I am so glad I did. The communication was great and they met all the expectations. Mario, Martin and Jesus arrived within the time frame I was given and were so friendly throughout the whole move. When they arrived, we did a full walk through so they knew what they were and weren't moving. They unassembled the furniture that needed to be to get through the doors and reassemble at our new residence. It rained during the entire move and they even took precautions to not get all our belongings soaking wet. We had a lot of stuff and they never stopped moving. They were all very efficient, professional and friendly. If you or anyone you know is moving, go with Camelback Moving!

If I could give Camelback Moving 50 stars I would! This was the absolute best and most professional experience I've ever had moving. We have never found good movers, but these guys killed it. They never stopped working hard the entire time they were here. They were kind, friendly and professional. Joe, Rene and Lupe absolutely crushed my expectations for packing and prepping. They came in $600 under the quoted price and didnt cut corners. Every box is packed nicely and safely. We couldn't be happier with this experience.

The team from Camelback did a great job for our move across Phoenix. They were very careful with boxes and furniture, careful not to hit walls and doors. They sent a 5-man team as we had a piano and a few very heavy items, plus stairs up to the house and inside the house! And it was 111 degrees outside...Thanks Camelback for a super job!

Although Camelback was completely booked on the day I needed them, they were able to put together an afternoon team to make it happen. The team was professional, hard working, and great to work with. Let's face it, regardless of the distance, moving from one place to another can be just a PITA. Camelback Moving puts some serenity back into the process. At least they did for me in my move. After calling just about everyone in town who looked legit and reputable, it was clear to me that Camelback Moving was the one for me to use. They were VERY reasonable and most affordable hands down. Many of the others I called were just over the top and unrealistic with their pricing. Don't get me wrong, it does cost some change to move. Nothing is cheap anymore. What also drew me to Camelback Moving was the training they provided to their employees. They put a little effort into the process. In the long run it pays dividends, both to their operation and to their customers. Marcos was in charge of my move. Simply put, he knows what he is doing. There was no guessing on anything. He had the solutions to ensure the move was stress free for me. He had the tools and knowledge of what the process should be to ensure a successful move. Everything arrived at the new location in the new state on time and in the exact condition it left from the old location. No scratches, no dents, and no broken pieces to be found on any of my furniture or other personal belongings. Everything was accounted for. This, even after he had to reload it all on a new truck due to a vehicle breakdown halfway to the new location. I am not planning on moving anytime soon. However, if I do, I know who to call.

All of my belongings were packed up efficiently, securely, and in a timely manner. When I arrived at my new place nothing had shifted or been broken during the move. - Edit Begins Here - I have changed & upped my initial review after being contacted by Camelback Moving. There was one thing that had gone wrong during my move, and they have remedied the situation.

I used Camelback Moving back in August. I initially called and spoke to a guy named Dan, who was really professional and gave me a quote over the phone, as well sent me a follow up email with the quote. He addressed a lot of my concerns, but I was still not quite ready to commit to their services as I wanted to make sure we were getting the best price. So, I got 2-3 more quotes, and after reading reviews and getting higher quotes from other companies, I went with Camelback Moving and I am really glad I did. They sent four guys over and two trucks (we requested an extra truck to make it go faster) and they busted their butts. It was a zillion degrees in Phoenix in August and these guys just powered through it. They were very kind, polite, and respectful of our stuff. Nothing got damaged or ruined in the move which was really relieving. They also helped relocate some heavy furniture that was already in the house to another room. Then after the move, a guy named Ricardo followed up to see how we felt about the experience. Very professional. I forgot to call him back, but I hope this review makes up for it. I totally recommend going with Camelback Moving.

I remembered the excellent service I received the last time so decided to go with Camelback moving one more time. One of their competitors Muscular Moving Men literally damaged half my items on my previous move so was looking for a company that cares and Camelback was it! Not only were they able to squeeze me in last minute but the team they sent was excellent. The only damage suffered was a 1/2 in small tear to the sofa arm rest. Which is repairable!!! Super happy with the results a day they once again went above and beyond. DONT SETTLE FOR ANY OTHER MOVER. Camelback Moving is the premier choice for your moving needs. ___________ Updating my rating from a 3* to a 5* based on Camelback Moving reaching out and making things right. This showed me that they are a company who truly does care about their customers and the experiences that they deliver to them. They exceeded my expectations with the customer service received during my follow-up call and their actions to remedy my experience during my move. I would highly recommend the company based off this interaction because it is evident that they can and will go above and beyond for their customers. ________________________________________________________________ The movers were 5 star all stars. The 3 star rating is based on being told two pieces could be moved which essentially couldn't without running the move up to over 1.5k. I called to see if they could move 2 tall PAX units. I was told they would be able to dismantle and get it done, they spent almost 2 hours trying to figure out how to get it out of the room intact. In the end the wardrobes had to get left behind because it would take 3 hours each (6-12hrs total) just to dismantle them. Had I known this I wouldn't have bothered and saved over $300, $95/hr x2 and the insurance cost (I put moving insurance on them which is non refundable). A 4 hour move ran up to 700 because of this. Everything else went smoothly, I just wish they would have been upfront about the situation instead telling me they could move it to get the bid.

We were doing some renovation work and needed to put our belongings in storage for 6 weeks. I had initially considered U-Haul self storage pods but thankfully they were sufficiently painful to deal with up front that they scared me away. After doing some searching online I found Camelback Moving and I have to say that they were delightful to deal with from start to finish. They were very clear setting expectations and explaining the process from beginning to end and arranging the move was really very easy. Their crews, loading and then delivering back to the house were very polite, professional and really seemed to care about doing a good job. We were even lucky enough to have one guy who was the same on both ends, Dave C., who was wonderful. These guys had clearly been trained well as everything was wrapped, padded and packed very carefully. I've moved more than 20 times in my life and sadly have had a few very bad ones, but this was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend these guys to anyone, they may not be the cheapest but they are certainly one of the best I've used.

The two-man crew that handled the move, Juan B, and Sean C, were very efficient, well-mannered and extremely professional. From start to finish working with Camelback Moving was a breeze. The representative Gabe was very informative and nice to talk to. Then the 3 man team sent out to physically complete my move from the valley to over an hour north was just fantastic. They worked quickly, and professionally. Daniel, Jacob and Michael M are a knock out team! Everything arrived undamaged, including the items that Daniel let me know he thought might not travel well. My apartment I moved out of has the worst parking lot and they navigated it with that huge truck like it was nothing! So glad to have this team, they made such a stressful day easy! Not a lot to of companies have experience packing moving containers, but this crew was very professional and the level of experience and care for our goods was top notch. Had an excellent experience with Camelback movers. We had a bit of a family crisis and needed to move my grandfather very quickly. It was a stressful situation for the family but they came in and were professional, friendly, they worked very quickly. It was a huge relief to have such great help while we were feeling so exhausted and vulnerable. Worked with Quintin, Jeff and Jacquise, and we could not be happier with the service. Even on the phone setting it up, Dan was very helpful finding us the time that worked for our very tight schedule, and then following up with all pertinent info. After contacting several moving companies, I selected Camelback Moving. I really like how Melissa followed up with me and in general the professionalism of the company. From my price comparison, they were at the top end, but I wanted a reputable team handling my move. I was not disappointed. The crew was very careful and disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed. They left when everything was in place to my satisfaction. It took longer than I expected, but they worked non-stop. I received several quotes for a moving service for my recent move and ended up selecting Camelback Moving. I'm glad I did. Camelback Moving was not only competitively priced but they asked detailed, probing questions to best estimate the # of movers and trucks needed. In addition to being competitively priced the pricing and process was completely transparent. On moving day, Marcos and his crew were real pros. They listened attentively on what needed to be moved and what didn't, and only had a couple clarifying questions during the entire process which was impressive as I threw a lot at them. They took great care of our furniture, had great attitudes, and worked diligently and efficiently. I hope to not go through the nightmare of moving again anytime soon but if I do my first and only call will be to Camelback Moving. Hire these guys with confidence.

Wesley, Paul & Gilbert went above and beyond to ensure our move today was as seamless as possible. In fact, they were so awesome that we had to write this review right after they left. They wrapped all our things very well and not a single small item was damaged. They tightened up any loose screws on tables/chairs etc., even though the furniture was loose before they moved it. They also took apart and reassembled our big furniture. They had masks, boxes, tape, and protective stuff for our furniture on hand. They also worked at a quick pace and on top of that, they were very personable! We will forever be using Camelback Moving anytime we move thanks to these three! We used Camelback moving company for our business after the unfortunate events of the mall being vandalized, which forced us to close again after just reopening post quarantine. My business partner facilitate the set up, and I was able to see them in action the day of! They arrived on time, and were super patient with us through a few road blocks with the mall itself. Our movers were great - quick, professional, and everything got to our place in one piece. However, we paid extra money for someone to mount our TV, and that was done poorly. We ended up paying an extra 200 for a different company to come out and remount it. Before reaching out to the second company, my husband and I both tried to reach out to Camelback Moving to see if they could redo it. They never got back to me, and when my husband tried to call, they hung up on him. Edit: The owner was kind enough to give me a call & refund the money we spent getting the mounting fixed, which I'm really appreciative of - we weren't expecting that. Thank you!!

Moving can be one of the most stressful times, and Camelback Moving was amazing at getting me to my new place. I've never hired a professional moving service before (always was a DIY or have friends help) and Nate in sales was perfect and helped get me set up for my move. On the day of my move, I received a call from the movers, Gilbert and Juan S, letting me know they finished their other move early, and to see if I was ok with them coming over early. They were fast and efficient, and well worth the reasonable cost compared to having friends help you move. It saved my back, my stress levels, and just made it incredibly easy. I am very impressed with Camelback moving. They were professional, on-time and communicated very well. Here's my experience: After reading many positive reviews, I called Camelback moving for a last minute moving job. Initially, they did not have an opening for me. But Lisa worked with me an managed to squeeze me into their schedule. Plus 1! David and Ryan showed up on time with cheerful professional attitudes. Plus 2! They proceeded to quickly start loading the truck. These guys worked hard and fast. Running between the house and truck. Very quickly we were all loaded up. They were careful and attentive to our furniture. Overall, I think Camelback may not be the cheapest game in town but you can hire them and rest easy that there will be no hidden charges, no funny business. I say they deserve their reputation and more power to them.

Recently hired 3 Camelback Moving crews for a local move: - Crew #1 loaded Pod #1 on Day 1 - Crew #2 loaded Pod #2 on Day 2 - Crew #3 unloaded Pods #1 & #2 on Day 3 Pros: - Good initial discussion, explanation of costs, etc. - No problems scheduling with 1-2 weeks' notice - Very easy to get in touch with the office & move coordinators - All 3 crews arrived either early or towards the beginning of their arrival window - All 3 crews were very pleasant & polite "sir", "ma'am", etc. - All 3 crews exhibited high degree of respect for our belongings & home - All 3 crews packed, loaded & unloaded everything w/o any damage. Cons: - None that come to mind. The crews do tend to use the restrooms a lot, which I didn't mind, but some people might. In all, wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for a move. Highly recommend.

I will be using Camelback Moving Company for all of my future moves. I absolutely despise moving and they made it incredibly simple and painless. The price they quoted me was the price I paid, no hidden fees. I did go over the minimum two hour rate, but it was very affordable and definitely worth it. They carefully wrapped all of my belongings and magically maneuvered my two large couches and entertainment center through two very narrow hallways and up 2-3 flights of stairs. They worked very efficiently and quickly in order to be cautious of my time and money. One of the movers had only been working there for a few days, yet he was very knowledgeable and dependable. They provided wrapping, blankets, and wardrobe boxes free of cost. Camelback Moving definitely ensured I kept my sanity through a stressful move. You would have to be insane not to use them! The sale of my condo preceded the closing of my new home by two weeks. Camelback Moving sent four guys to finish up my packing and move my belongings to their storage facility on 10-21-18. They laid down carpet runners to protect the bamboo floors, then got to work -- without stopping! They were in and out within three hours. This was especially remarkable given that my condo had furnishings and boxes on all three levels. My cleaners arrived the next day to make the condo shine, then I moved into a hotel. On 11-4-18, my belongings were loaded onto a truck (they have a loading dock at their warehouse, making it much easier to use a dolly in and out of the truck). Three of the four guys from the earlier move arrived at my just-built home (with white porcelain floors and freshly painted walls), and brought it all in. I barely had to give instructions. They remembered how to re-assemble my furniture, and even tipped the heavier pieces so I could apply foot pads for future shifting. On both days they exceeded my expectations. They knew what they were doing and worked together as a team. They were professional and kind, each complimenting my new single-level home. I have now unpacked every box, and put everything away. Not a thing was damaged. Incredible. Though I intend to stay put for awhile, I strongly recommend the services offered by Camelback Moving. They earned every one of those five stars! I should also note that the front office staff sent me timely information, responded promptly to all of my questions, and kept me informed on the days leading up to each move. There were no surprises when all was said and done, and sometimes that is the best compliment!

I highly recommend Camelback moving. We have moved 12 times in 28 years, so I have a great deal of experience with movers. Camelback has been the best of all our movers! We moved twice here in Phoenix and I used them both times. They are extremely professional, very cautious and skilled with moving furniture. We have an enormous armoire that could not make the turn on our stairs. Four of them lifted it straight up and got it around the stairs with no damage! My wife and I recently used Camelback Moving to handle a move from Chandler to Scottsdale and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The movers were on time, friendly, hard working, and efficient. They took extra time to dismantle larger pieces that needed to be moved and wrap up all furniture with plastic and blankets. I was a bit nervous for them to move out 60" TV but they took extra care with it and took extra time to strap it to the sides of the truck to ensure its safety during transit. During the move, we experienced an unexpected delay. As we were about to head up to the destination, their truck experienced transmission problems and was unable to move from my complex. While this was not ideal for both myself and the movers, I was impressed with their ability to assess the problem and figure out a way to make a bad situation right without causing me any added stress. They quickly called for a new truck to the complex and re-loaded it with all of my furniture. They worked extremely hard to minimize the delay and didn't charge me for the downtime. I was expecting that the delay would cost us most of the day but only ended up taking 2 hours. Throughout the set-back the movers called me 2 or 3 times to give me updates, which I greatly appreciated. After the move was over they had someone call me to make sure that everything was OK despite the set-back. In a world where companies nickle and dime their customers and take our money and run, I was extremely impressed with the follow-up and their level of customer service. I have moved 4 times in the last 5 years and this has been hands down the best experience, I wish I had known about them earlier. Their prices are fair, their movers are hard-working and careful, and their customer service is top notch. I will absolutely use them next time I have to move and HIGHLY recommend them to handle yours.

Part 1 packing day Just finished packing day with two packers from Camelback Moving. They arrived on time and prepared. They started around 8am and finished at 12pm. Each box was packed as though it was their property. They even watched out for me and another family member to make sure we did not try to lift anything heavy and get hurt. *Stay tuned tomorrow for part 2 moving day. My moving experience was wonderful with Camelback. I had booked my moving date about a month in advance and then my house close was delayed due to the government shutdown. When I called Camelback to tell them this they were so understanding and helpful. They just postponed my move in date and asked me to call back whenever I could move in. This was our second time using Camelback Moving and it was another great experience. Our movers were Greg and Fred and they were very courteous and upbeat despite the fact that it was pouring rain for the first couple hours of our move. We moved from a 3rd floor apartment to a 3-story town home and they got it done a lot quicker than I thought anyone could! Our oversized couch was almost too big to make it around some tight turns on our staircase but they got it done quickly and remained optimistic while doing so. I highly recommend Camelback Moving. I had a crew of 3 movers and these young men were respectful, professional and took great care with my move. I was very concerned about a 60+ year old dining set that belonged to my late Grandmom and while I did not go into the history behind these pieces prior to the move, the crew listened to my concerns, removed and carefully packaged several glass shelves and delivered this set with great care. You see, whether spoken or unspoken there are times when furniture is not just furniture. To some this may have just been an old dining set but to me it is priceless and the centerpiece of years of memories with a woman who is no longer here. The crew, without knowing the history, still treated this and all of my property with respect. They didn't have to be told - please be careful. please take care of my things, please treat my items like you would your own - they just did the right thing and for this I am grateful and highly recommend.

I had a very good experience with Camelback Movers. It was a fair and accurate quote, and the workers got it done in the anticipated time frame. They were courteous and careful and did as I asked as far as where to put furniture, etc. The move was an hour drive across town, and they were over to the new place promptly and efficiently with no delays. They have a pretty good system, it seems, as all the paperwork and contacting me leading up to the move was consistent, and you always feel like they know what they are doing. I have never been compelled to write a review, but I must tell you that my experience with Camelback Moving has surpassed every expectation that I had in hiring a moving company. My first person I met was Stephanie, she helped me place my order. She asked so many questions about my moving needs, that I really felt a personal concern on her part that I receive exactly what I needed to facilitate my move! She really took the time to put my order together, asked questions about the size of the house I was moving out of, the different kinds of furniture I had, art work I owned as well as the physical set up of the house I was moving out of. How many square feet, how many rooms, helping to estimate how many boxes and to pick the right size truck I would need to move. She also helped me to figure how many movers I would need. She asked all the same questions about the new place that I was moving into. I left that day with a feeling that I had chosen the right company for my move. Thank you, Stephanie! On to the day of my move, wow what a stressful day that can be, people you don’t know moving your prized possessions! Once again Camelback Moving surpassed all my expectations! I was down sizing into a smaller place, so I only need two movers for my job. About 45 minutes before my movers were scheduled to arrive I received a call from Chad and Alphonso letting me know that they were on there way and that they would arrive on time. They arrived, surveyed my possession’s, and like true logistical professionals formulated a plan. Let me tell you these guys worked and worked hard! They took the time to make sure that everything made it on to the truck with care. I truly felt that they moved my possessions as if they were moving their own belongings! And wow did these guys work! I noticed immediately that these guys were all about working smart and efficiently. While at the same time the speed that they filled the truck was impressive. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used Camelback Moving. I trust their movers and I've never had any surprise charges. They are very thorough in the initial call making sure they understand your move before you even book it. They always show up on time and call when they are about 30 minutes away. Before they start working, they go over all paperwork and you agree upon a start time. Same thing when the move is complete, all paperwork is reviewed, you agree upon an end time and I was asked if I had any concerns or questions. Its July, hot and humid, and they did a GREAT job! A wall unit did not fit in my new home and not having any way to take it anywhere else, Camelback Moving was able to help me donate it! WOW! That felt great. Camelback movers had a huge and difficult move on their hands with my job! They had to move a 6000 sq ft medical office and move it to 3 different suites! We've used a few moving companies over the years for local moves, and all I can say is that I'm sorry we didn't know about Camelback Moving before. Beginning with the phone call for the quote, I felt we would be in good hands. Dan was very thorough, asked many questions, and made sure I understood the process. Their follow-up is fantastic, as well. On the day of the move, we had two trucks and four movers. They worked for 10.5 hours straight with hardly a break (we offered!). They were very dedicated, and very conscientious about my husband's concern about things being broken. After the move, I can safely say there was only one item broken, and it was glass on some art that likely resulted from the way I wrapped it. If we ever make another move, we will certainly use Camelback Moving again!

I looked for a moving company for several weeks before contacting Camelback Moving. I spoke with Lisa about their rates and put Camelback Moving on my "short list" before committing to a mover. I contacted several other companies and began checking each company's customer reviews. I checked Camelback Moving's reviews first and was blown away by all of the 5-star ratings. I immediately called Lisa back and booked my move for a weekend at the end of the month. While several other companies told me that they were booked, Lisa made sure that there were movers available to help me. I was given a window of 12-3 for the movers to arrive, but requested that the movers come early, if possible. On moving day, I received a phone call from Craig stating that he and Gary would be arriving about 30 minutes early, if that was okay with me. Once they arrived, they immediately went to work going through my house and carefully packaging my furniture. Craig and Gary were so careful with my belongings! After everything was loaded from my three-story condo, Craig and Gary unpacked all of my items, put my furniture exactly where I wanted it and been moved the furniture several times until I got it where I wanted it. They even took some of my heavier items that needed to be tossed out back to their warehouse. I was so impressed with Craig and Gary's service!!! When I move in a few years, I will definitely contact Camelback Movers to help me move!

My wife and I moved out of a second story apartment into a single story home and I am so glad we hired these movers. We had two movers and a single truck. We had them move all of the furniture and about 30 boxes of varying weight. The driver called about 30 minutes before arriving and arrived right on time. They took about 3 hours to load everything and about 2 hours to unload. Everything was wrapped in plastic and padded and arrived to our new home with no damage. Our two movers we nice guys and were very friendly but still focused on the job. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a local move.

Their motto is so perfect " preserving sanity one move at a time" If you have ever used another mover, then I'm certain you've encountered the attitude when you ask the movers who are entrusted with your valuables to make some adjustments of a couch, bed or TV. Contemptuous, angry-certainly and generally not helpful. Not so with the guys that moved my valuables. They treated our things and us with the greatest of care and respect. Every item was wrapped in plastic or or blanket. In the end, the cost was much less than I had anticipated. From the first minute I called Camelback Moving and spoke with Anthony I knew this would be the crew to move my stuff. I did extensive research on Valley movers (my wife and I moved from the Bay Area and our stuff was in storage) to compare rates and although Camelback had one of the higher rates you truly get what you pay for. Please do not waste your time with the cheaper options just to save a buck, what you don't spend in money you will spend in time making sure the job is done correctly and your stuff isn't ruined. Also on a tip from Camelback I researched the other "budget" movers and found they not only lie about their BBB license but some companies employ convicted felons!! Here are the facts; this company is very forthcoming with all service fees (no hidden gas costs or charging for packing supplies malarkey). They are professional, polite, and punctual, the 3 necessary P's for me to do business. I received not 1 but 2 confirmation calls (thank you Janet and Lisa) one and three days before the move. On moving day, Alex called 1/2 hour before they arrived to let me know exactly where they were and how long until they got to my storage. When they arrived they accidentally sent 2 extra movers (I arranged for 2) AND DIDN'T CHARGE EXTRA FOR THE MISTAKE!!! The 4 guys unloaded my storage lightning fast and I didn't have to monitor AT ALL. Only two guys stuck around to unload at the new house and they still handled business like champs, only 45 to unload an entire truck! Big thanks to Alex, Israel, Arnaldo, and Joe for your tremendous efforts!! I would def recommend this company to anyone in need of movers in Az, you will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience with Camelback Moving. I found them on Yelp and realized a lot of my friends have used them. I will start with booking the service. Once I decided to make the reservation, they emailed me all their paperwork. I really like this as there was no surprises when I signed with the movers. It helped set the right expectation for me. Stephanie took the time to explain the included insurance policy to me," 60 cents per pound" and gave me an idea of what % of their customers opt for additional insurance through a 3rd party. Had I had to filed a claim, I would have known what to expect, and it was my choice. I really appreciated this. Based on 70 - 5 star reviews, I decided I didn't need third party insurance and I was right. Mario, Craig and ( our 3rd mover?) were very careful with our belongings.They moved quickly, were not standing around, or taking smoke breaks. They wrapped all of our furniture and packed the truck very very efficiently. I have not yet turned on my tv, however visibly there is no damage, so if it doesn't work, I'll update but I don't think it's a problem. My fiance said she noticed couple nicks on the doorway, however with the large items we had I believe that was to be expected. Hiring movers was absolutely essential for our sanity after closing escrow, and while I hope I don't need to do it again for a long time, if I did, I would hire camelback.

When I initially called for information about moving, I spoke with Lisa Wagner. She was very helpful, knowledgable, pleasant and absolutely wonderful. On moving day, Mario and Steven arrived in a timely manner and began the process. Mario explained all aspects of the move completely and clearly making sure we understood everything. My boyfriend and I moved in together during the holiday season (mid-December). I found Camelback Moving originally on Yelp and called for a quote. After doing some research, my boyfriend and I decided Camelback Moving was the best choice for us. Since we only had 1 day to move, we did our own packing in advance to save on time and expense. Everything went almost as planned. We were contacted a day or two before moving to confirm our details and again about an hour before the movers arrived. Unfortunately, instead of going to Chandler, they ended up in Maricopa which delayed our move by about 2 hours. After some instruction, however, we were back on track. They were very apologetic and we were not charged for that mishap. First, they moved my boyfriend out and then came to my house to move me out. All in all, it was about a 7 hour move with 2 men and a truck (1 hour of that was the travel to our new place). Both men worked extremely hard, were courteous and friendly, and were very, very careful with my things. I never realized it before, but everything I own is FRAGILE! I have a crystal collection that I was very worried about, but nothing got damaged at all. I would recommend Camelback Moving for their fair prices, courteous movers and attention to detail. I was a nervous wreck, but all went as smooth as anyone could hope for.

From the initial phone call of scheduling the move to the guys who moved my furniture, they were personable, professional and made me feel at ease. The office staff communicates with the customers in a timely manner and I never felt out of the loop. I was given a morning timeline between 7:30 am and 9:30 am. The guys arrived at 8:30 am. They were professional and got the job done. Even with moving my contents to a 3rd floor unit, nothing was damaged (items or structure) and the time frame it took for them to complete was reasonable. I had a very specific timeframe I needed the movers to show up and even though I was given a 2 hour window, the movers arrived at exactly the time I asked for. We were unloading a portable storage unit into a 3 level condo. Not only did the company NOT charge me a stairs fee, the 2 guys they sent were clean, courteous, jovial and extremely hard working. The only time they stopped in the 4 hours was a 15 minute water break, didn't even accept my offer to buy lunch when they were done. Camelback Moving was great. I got a three man team comprised of Robert, James, and Osborne who came right on time to my house. They worked very quickly and were very polite. They were thorough in the initial walk through to get an idea of what items needed to go, but I really appreciated that all of them would ask questions on items they weren't sure about or needed other concerns addressed. They were all very careful with my belongings and ensured that there was no damage to the doorways or walkways to either of the places I was moving to and from. When one piece of furniture was damaged, they followed up to make sure they could make it right. The storage was really incredible though. I emailed them partway through a month asking to come and measure a table. They set up an appointment with me the next day: they had brought down my storage unit, no problem.

Like many others who are searching for a moving company, I had heard of many horror stories. Everything from hidden costs to damage property and shady personnel. I contacted 5 different companies for a moving quote. Wow they were all different, from the cost to the projected hours. I went with camelback moving, as they were recommended by my realtor. The 3 gentlemen who arrived were very professional and friendly. All three worked quickly but were very careful with items. They listen to all my instructions and complied with them. Even though we went 1 1/2 hours over estimated time, I watched them the entire time and they never let up. I cannot say enough good things about this moving company. We had to change the date of the move 3 times over the course of a couple of months. No problem. They promptly answered every question I had before the move. The day of the move, Brian, Johnny, and Josh showed up as scheduled. They hustled on the hottest day to date in Phoenix (108), taking only 1 brief break between houses (they must have eaten on the ride to the new house). Best. Move. Ever!! Camelback Moving and our movers, Jammey and Carlos were highly professional yet down to earth. First, booking with Camelback movers is detailed, precise, and option-filled! They discuss moving options with you, and upon tentative plans send you information about third party insurance options, a separate email about the pitfalls and scams that exist in the moving industry, and if you are deciding upon two different rates, a breakdown of the rate list (which does not budge unless you forgot to explain the size of the load and contents to the extent that the selected crew size and van suddenly isn't adequate). Once the move date and rate is chosen they contact you with a 2 hour window of arrival and show up on time, confirm the details, and bust their humps from that point forward. Plastic wrap all furniture and use moving blankets if a chance of bumping might occur, and ignore stairway issues with their expertise, never complaining once! Our movers, Jammey and Carlos, were easy to get along with, accepted any additional information we felt needed along the way, and asked clarifying questions about locations for boxes or items whenever it was unclear. Truly great movers! I cannot begin to explain how important and valuable a great moving company is in the overall relief of stress during a move, but if looking for the extra peace of mind about who to use, my recommendation is firmly with Camelback Movers!

I waited until a few days before my 9/21 move to look for movers. I called several companies based on a quick Google search. Camelback was the most responsive, had the best availability given the time frame and had the most reasonable rates. I received a confirmation email, as well as a call in the days prior to confirm last minute details. On the morning of the move, Walter V. called with a more specific arrival time – and again when he was driving over. Walter V. and Byron arrived at the time Walter said they would. Both Walter and Byron were extremely professional, trustworthy, down to earth, personable and easy to work with. As a single female moving alone, I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process and am so grateful to have worked with them. They were incredibly helpful, fast moving and extra cautious in handling. I also really appreciate how thorough they were with everything from beginning to end (paperwork, explanation of the process, communicating elevator issues). My apartment complex has extremely minimal parking so moving from the second floor via elevator is a challenge to start. Unfortunately, Walter and Byron also encountered unfriendly neighbors who rudely made comments about holding the elevator (How else do you get furniture in?!). I have no idea how they were able to remain professional, but Walter and Byron handled the entire situation with grace and poise. I relocated to a first floor home, so unloading was a much faster process. Walter and Byron moved quickly and efficiently. They were cautious in handling everything, and were attentive to my needs (making sure everything placed where intended, disassembling and reassembling multiple pieces of furniture). Again, Walter was thorough in his explanation of the final bill. They did a walk through and confirmed all questions were answered and work was complete. A few days later I received a follow up call from Larry regarding the move. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAMELBACK MOVERS, SPECIFICALLY WALTER V. AND BYRON. I’m truly so happy I was able to find such reliable, friendly, and efficient movers in such a short time frame. I will definitely use for my next move.

We needed to move my 83 year old mother quickly. We called on a Sunday and made arrangements to pack next Saturday and move her across town on Sunday. The job was more difficult than I anticipated, with a house, garage and shed full of stuff spanning 50 years. We were not very prepared. Camelback moving showed up at the designated time and realized that we needed another person, and that it would be a tough job. They worked hard packing and did a great job. On Sunday, the crew of three, Mack, Hilario and Barry, showed up promptly and carefully loaded the stuff. There was so much, but it was all handled with care, taking note of which items came from where so it could be put back in the right rooms. There were many fragile items. I was amazed at how they remembered where each item came from. It took two trips in the large truck to move all of the stuff, and the job took over 12 hours, and in 110 degree heat! Throughout, the crew was meticulous in protecting her possessions and putting them where she wanted them. They had an incredibly good attitude even after working all day and into the night. I can't think of a single item that was damaged in any way. I was very impressed and appreciative. They took great care of Mom. I highly recommend Camelback moving!

While the job took longer than estimated, Alex up-front stated that this would probably be a two trip move after we went through the initial walk through of what I wanted move. He did say that I could still do a one trip move if I wanted to (given my main goal was to move the large pieces of furniture) and I never felt pressured into the "up-sell" of a two trip move. I just used Camelback Moving's service to move apartments, a 550sqft 1x1 to a third floor studio and they were speedy and efficient. I had everything I could in boxes when they arrived (a few hours early which worked out really well for everyone!) and they were really easy to talk to and work with. They were considerate of my cat locked in the only bathroom. They shrink wrapped as much as they could and provided some wardrobe boxes to move my bagged/hanged clothing. They also took the time to point out some things that looked weird, like my dresser had a ding and Cory wanted to make sure I knew about it before moving locations. These guys moved me twice this year, both times waaayyy across the valley, east to west and then back again. THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, make no mistake about it. They show you rates up front, they prove they have insurance, they assist with everything and then the actual people who move you... I cannot say enough great things about these guys. Pretty disappointed.... So First of let me start by saying they were on time and professional. I loved the fact that they call you when there on there way and genuinely seem to care about your items. My only problem was with the use of time. We had 70% of the items packed for them and ready to go waiting in the garage the rest was just the major appliance and mattresses. We tried to have everything ready in a way where it would be done as quick as possible... The move was only 10m away yet some how at the 5 hour mark we weren’t even close to being done. I finally just thanked them for there time and told them to leave all the boxes in the garage and we will move them upstairs ourselves. I went with another moving company in the past on a similar move and they were able to have everything moved in 2 and half hours... Good company overall but wasn’t impressed by how long it all took since your being charged based upon time. Will not recommend or be using them again.

To make it even more difficult, most of the heavy items were upstairs in the house we moved from and were moved upstairs to the new house. They were able to complete the move without any damage to the items. They worked hard and completed the move in a timely manner while doing a great job of protecting the items. I used Camelback to move from Arizona to California in 2012 after Christmas. I liked the way that they packed everything in detail and put into box, nothing were broken. I was going to write a good review after that, I forgot at that time, but I need to do it now. I was busy when the people were packing my garage, so I was not there. I can't find a set of new Tools(Christmas Gift) which were still in package. After two years of searching and I finally opened all the boxes, Those new tools are gone for ever. The packer took it away and didn't put them into box. I suppose that Camelback should hire honest people to do move, they shouldn't take customer's stuff even customer are not there. That's why I gave 3 star. So if you are letting Camelback to pack your stuff, keep an eye on them. Otherwise, you may loose some precious stuff.

We used Camelback Moving on 10/14/2013 and had a GREAT experience. The company called to confirm the move the business day before and on the morning of the move the drivers called to let us know they were on their way and an approximate arrival time. From the moment they arrive they were polite and jumped right in to receiving instructions from my husband about what goes, what stays and the order we wanted things processed in. They worked every minute of the time they spent with us; no lounging around, taking phone calls or loss of productivity. Moving is a dreaded task and lots of work yet they maintained a positive attitude, worked hard and were VERY careful with all of our stuff including wrapping, packing, using dollies, blankets, taping etc. We had NO broken or damaged items. After the move, I received a call from the company to follow up for customer feedback and gave them a glowing review. I provided the guys with beverages and pizza for lunch (my standard practice) because I find the nicer you are to them and helping to take care of their needs, they will go the extra mile for you. Everyone hates moving and yet they do it for a job over and over and over again. I HIGHLY recommend Camelback Moving!!!! My Aunt had used them too and referred us to them.

This was my first time ever using a moving company and my experience was excellent! I was in a second story apartment and moving to a second store condo (so there were alot of stairs involved). I also hired the company to just move my furniture. When speaking to my co-workers and friends I was telling them I was quoted for 2 hours to move everything. Everyone was extremely shocked by this, and also followed a commnet "They are hourly, and they will milk it-It will end up being 4 hours". Well my friends, they certainly did not milk it! The two guys sprinted up the stairs to get the next object to move, and did this consistantly. Even in the extreme heat. The gentleman were also extremely polite. When I was given the 3 hour window of 12-3 (Since I was the second job), George made sure to call me and let me know a closer window which was 2:30. It was nice to have this window, as I was desperately afraid I would be at the new place organizing dishes and they would just show up. I am so glad that I had this great of a moving experience, it was worth the money to have professional, orginaized and respectful men moving my belongings. They were very considerate of all of my stuff, and I could not have asked for a better experience. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!
