Just got a chance to write a review after the great job Superior Moving & Storage did. This was my first time using them for my state to state moving. They were on time and worked so efficiently to get everything packed and loaded. The guys were very personable and accommodating. I had heard terrible things about other moving companies and was a bit nervous about it. However, with Superior Moving and Storage, it was NO issue at all. They were professional and offered such good quality, affordable, friendly, and excellent service! I know I have a trusty moving company I can use in the future. This week we had to move my mother-in-law to a senior apartment community. I've never worked with a moving company before, however Superior Moving made it easy. They were very accommodating from the beginning when I called to schedule the move, to coordinating logistics on moving day. Brian and Drew were very professional, hard working, and pleasant to work with! They did an awesome job, we couldn't have done it without them!

Was contacted prior to the scheduled date to confirm +and again that morning letting me know Superior was on the way. I personally used superior to move from my residence of 42 years. they were professional and responsive and treated my family and myself as if I grew up with them and knew them all my life. they also had great ideas as to where to place my belongings in the new house. We have used Superior Moving many times in the past. Most recently, I was moving my mother closer to me from 2 hours away. Superior was able to accommodate the move on short notice at a very reasonable rate. The afternoon before the move we were told the place our mother was moving could not accept her as a resident. We called Superior to cancel. The boss never got the message and a crew showed up at my mothers door the next day. The crew and the management were completely understanding and offered to take everything to storage for no additional cost. I cannot recommend Superior enough and will continue using them for all of our moving needs.

I wanted to have my aquarium moved which is a service most won’t do. However, they agreed to help and it went very well! I’m really appreciative that they went above and beyond to do that for me. They were very good and everything made it through the move except for one of the large leaves on my bird of paradise :( When the price came in above the estimate, I gave them a call and they were very kind and we had a nice chat about it. Their communication is excellent. It’s obviously a business but you can tell that the people there are good, kind folks.

Mark, the owner, was very forthright and went out of his way to make sure we had an excellent experience. He is overall such an honest and caring person. After 40 years, we moved out of our house in Mayfair to Flourtown. The guys from Superior Moving did a great job of moving alot of big furniture--having to disassemble quite a bit to be able to get them out of the house and then reassemble the furniture in our new house. It was a very tight squeeze getting some of the furniture down the steps and out the door. They wrapped the furniture and took great care that nothing was broken during the move. They made sure that our boxes were put in the appropriate rooms in our new house. They had to do 2 trips to empty everything out and they did a great job--they didn't stop til it was all done. They were very professional and friendly and made the move so easy. We couldn't have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend them!

Joe F and his crew got to myself on time for move about a month ago. They were efficient and quick and had the majority of my house in the van within just two hours. Because I was moving nearby we knew could make a second trip. Everything was wrapped and after just finishing unpacking the only damaged item I found was a plate because I didn’t pack it well enough in bubble wrap. Highly recommend for their professionalism and great pricing.

I called them to help me with my disaster of a move on the fly. They were very helpful and got things taken care of for me asap. No hidden costs or BS. The 3 guys that came were professional and friendly, they worked fast and got it done. We just needed help moving the bed, dresser and couch and were doing everything else ourselves to save money because we're first time home buyers. I had an amazing conversation with the sales guy, he was super friendly and up front. He quoted me about 210 to 350, "at the absolute max". The movers themselves were great but the day before, I was called and told the time starts when they arrive at my place and charge an extra hour for drive time on top of everything. They only took 2 hours, they arrived at 730 and left at 930, but they charged me for 2.5 hours, which felt shady but at the time didn't want to argue and the total cost was actually 480. We actually had to go and grab extra cash, because we weren't prepared for it to be that much even after the "absolute max" that the salesman mentioned it'd be. Kind of feels like they underquote you, just to get you in the door. We went with them because of how much more affordable they were over others, but ended up paying as much as I would somewhere else. The movers themselves were good and took care of our belongings, I was just rubbed the wrong about the under quote.

The group of guys that moved my mother from her home in Phila to Jersey were the best part of this moving process. Joe F, Charles, Pete and Chip were by far the best guys we could ask for during this move. We had 41 years to pack and move and they never complained. They actually got to know my mom and which boxes belonged where in the new house regardless of the label, especially the random items. They knew how she would organize things in her new home better than my brother would lol They joked and laughed with her throughout the entire process. At one point my mother fell and one of the guys ran right over to help lift her up to ensure we can get to her new home safely. Customer Service was very helpful throughout the process as our move details changed day to day up until a few days before the move. We needed storage, we didn't need storage, repeat etc. Customer Service was constantly working with us to adjust the schedule to ensure we met all settlement deadlines. I highly recommend Superior to anyone looking to move a house full of years of memories, they won't disappoint.

Do not hesitate to book! Extremely affordable, professional, and quick. It seems like the negative reviewers didn’t give a realistic picture of what needed to be moved when they got their quote. Will recommend to all friends/family.

Pricing was good. They showed up on time and moved quickly. However, left a number of items in the house (didn't walk through with me) and tape rolls and cardboard everywhere (outside too). Were unable to reassemble two of our beds properly (apparently) and drilled holes in the wrong spot, leaving large parts unsupported, which we discovered later. Had to disassemble and reassemble ourselves after realizing the beds were loose . Damaged a few items which I emailed about, but I never heard back about it. Overall, good value if you don't have fragile items or much to assemble. Otherwise I'd look elsewhere

I never write reviews, but the way the two guys stopped and acknowledged me and then had the driver move up so I could get by was just amazing. Did a great job moving a extremely heavy dining room table set. Mike and Tod (I believe that was his name) were fast but gentle with a set that is solid wood over 20 years old. Set left without a scratch on it and came without a scratch on it! Great job. Highly recommend. Pictures show 1st at my mother's house and now mine :)

I had an overall good experience with Superior Moving, however based off off of reviews and my own experience, I do really think your moving experience is gonna depend on what guys of the crew come for your move. I had three guys to move my bedroom furniture out of my parents house and into my new apartment. Two of the guys were great (I'm sorry for not getting their names), but if I'm being completely honest the other one was kind of useless. Truthfully, with the rate that he was moving, the two other guys probably could've done the move on their own. I could've easily let that go as having an off day or maybe even being new, but he also was pretty unprofessional throughout experience as well and it was just a bit uncomfortable. He came in smelling super heavily of smoke; my boyfriend is a smoker, so this doesn't usually bother me, but it was so heavy that the room smelled like smoke even after he left. He had music blaring from headphones, was constantly cursing (which you have to be doing a lot of to bother me or my family considering that we curse like sailors), and overall just didn't really seem to care about what he was doing - which for obvious reasons made me concerned and uneasy since he was moving my belongings. But I give absolute props to other two men who moved my things with care and were overall very pleasant and hardworking. You could tell that they seemed to be aware of their coworker, but there isn't anything they could have really done about it. That being said, they were efficient, made sure everything was placed where I wanted it, and managed to get everything into my new apartment; I was impressed considering I was not moving to easiest of locations (to get to or to move things into). The most impressive part of my move was them getting everything delivered to my destination honestly. And truly you cannot beat their prices. I had no issues with furniture damage or billing, all of that went nice and smooth. Overall, I would consider using Superior for another move, but I would have to give some thought on taking a gamble with which members of their staff I may get.

Great Experience! This was my first time needing movers. I called 5 different companies and Superior was the most organized and professional of them all. Joe and his crew were awesome. My move was somewhat difficult due to the narrow staircase but they made it look so easy even with all the large furniture I had. They even came with supplies to help protect furniture I did not think ahead on. I would recommend this crew to anyone!

I had to use movers to move and I can tell you moving forward..I will forever call Superior Movers for 3 particular men...Nelson Sr, Nelson Jr and Steven...courteous, strong, wise, dependable, conscientious, my concerns were their concerns, handled my things like new born babies...yet my things weighed an awful lot with glass and potentially able to break...but not with them around. If you use anyone else...good luck. They didn't break a thing. And they put me at ease.They were gentle giants in my opinion....yet they weren't giant...they just made things look easy. I appreciate all you did. You helped me feel relaxed while my things went into storage. I won't use anyone else. And I won't move until they're available to move me again. Thank you so much. I can't say enough good things about Superior Moving! I called them in a panic because my original moving company led me on all day and I didn't trust the other company at that point to show up. I spoke with Bill, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He took down all my information and called me back within a few minutes with a quote and a crew. The crew was at my apartment within 2 hours and we were fully moved in time for dinner. The crew wasn't just available, they did an excellent job. They didn't bat an eye when they had to disassemble furniture (or a door frame) and were willing to move furniture after it had been placed. They were careful with all of our belongings and also very efficient. Highly, highly recommend!

Nothing but GOOD things to say about my experience with Superior Moving and Storage. The crew of London, Lou, and Al were amazing! They were on time, efficient, and respectful. I was honestly amazed at how fast they worked - loading up the boxes on the truck and then the furniture. Everything was handled with care; no dents or scratches on any walls (and the apartment and house had some tight squeezes). They unloaded even faster at the new location and organized the boxes for us in the master bedroom in the closet, as well as hung the clothes we had packed with hangers. Well well worth the price - for the ease of the move! The crew of London, Lou, and Al were also just a fun group of guys and had a good spirit about them - very respectful and polite. I would recommend this crew and Superior to anyone needing moving services!

If you need reliable, honest movers for a fair price, LOOK NO FURTHER! I priced at least 6 other companies in my area and spoke with each. Superior made me feel comfortable from the start and their pricing was the most competitive anywhere. They asked questions about specific pieces of furniture I was worried about and took their time to understand my needs. They did not waste a minute. I was nervous about pricing by the hour and how much time they would need, but they were so efficient, I found myself jogging around the house to feel busy and keep up with them. If you need hard working movers that care about your stuff, HIRE THEM NOW. Joe C., Anthony M., and John R. were phenomenal and made our move go so smoothly and stress free. Best moving experience I have ever had. I had other quotes by the hour or by the job and felt like they respected my time and money. I have watched multiple neighbors move in and out of my building and have never seen anyone work so hard and so mindfully. Multiple neighbors commented on how efficient they were. We will DEFINITELY be using them again.

My name is Ron P. and Superior Moving and Storage moved the contents of my house last Tuesday 5/4. I have used Superior Moving and Storage at least five times prior (I've lost count), having to relocate many times for my job. I have NEVER been disappointed and last Tuesday was another pleasant experience! It all starts with the call from the owner Mark, to an in-person detailed and accurate estimate from Steve (McFly) and then to the actual moving experience. The moving team (4 men) arrived on time as promised and the crew (Brian Steve, Vince and Omar) worked with great speed and caution to not damage the furniture or the walls of the house that I was moving from. The crew was extremely polite and professional and emptied the contents of a three bedroom town home in two and a half hours!! We arrived at my new destination and the crew expeditiously unloaded all the contents as quick as it was loaded and placed all furniture where requested. All four men could not have been nicer and NOTHING was too much trouble for them. This moving team is a fine example of the standards and excellence that has made Superior a "cut above" all the other moving companies in the area. The move was planned accurately with the proper personnel assigned and the crew arrived on time and as scheduled. I could not be happier with this moving team. Leading up to my move they always picked up the phone to answer my questions. I was moving from one location to two locations (a house to an art studio and an apartment). Both locations had a lot of stairs, and I had to change my mind about some items I had originally planned to bring because I didn't have enough space for them. They not only moved everything with a smile and great attitude, but accommodated my requests for what needed to go into my spaces first, etc. They hauled things away that I didn't want to keep. My team were Joe, Charles, Owen, and Glenn, and they all had the best attitude despite the complex job and amount of physical work involved. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Superior services many parts of the country, but if you’re in the tri-state area, I’d recommend our assigned crew: Justin, Steve, and Omar as they were absolutely INCREDIBLE. My family completed a moved from NJ to PA. A move like this can very well be a daunting experience; hiring Superior helped ease the stress of this process significantly. I placed a call with a request for a truck and movers less than a week before our move and Superior accommodated us with no problem despite our last minute request! On the day of, Justin, Omar, and Steve, came right on time (15 minutes early even) and were pleasant, respectful, and handled every single item with care. Hands down the best movers I’ve ever worked with. Incredibly professional and unbelievably affordable. The guys were at my place by 10 and out of my new place before 2 and there wasn’t a ding or scratch on a single piece of furniture. They even took time to fix a leg on my couch that was slightly broken. Can’t honestly recommend them enough. Not to sound over the top but I would give 6 stars if it were an option.

If I ever need to move again this is the ONLY company I will ever use. They could have came out at 2:50 and had everything done and moved and moved me into the new place by 3PM. These guys are great! Rilwane/London, Brian Holmes and Bill Hudson were amazing. I’ve used this company before to bring an elliptical up multiple fights of stairs to my apartment but just today used them to move the entire apartment to a new space. Joe F and crew arrived on time and introduced themselves to us as they entered our home. They were courteous, friendly, efficient, and treated our belongings with respect. They protected our furniture (some antique and one an almost entirely glass cabinet) carefully. Our wall art and large screen tv were quickly and carefully packaged for storage. Ours was an interstate move. They arrived at the new house and unpacked all furniture and arranged it as directed. After that they drove the remaining packages to a storage facility and emptied the truck, carefully placing fragile items together. They were never anything less that polite and helpful, no grumbling or complaining even when carrying large items long distances to place them properly. Despite the unexpected obstacle of finding out that their truck could not maneuver down our challenging steep driveway, they finished the job in the estimated time, and at the estimated price. Moving a full house can be incredibly stressful. Anthony M, Curtis S, Zane J and Albert B. along with Howard made the whole experience smooth and easy. We had a multi part move and used Superior for both the packing and moving with a drop off at a local storage plus we are using their long term storage. We loved that crews were the same for both days. They were professional and had a personal touch. They organized boxes by what was going to long term storage, local storage and what was staying with us to ensure all items ended up where they belong. They were good sports with our curious 4 YO too which helped with the transition from his birth home to our new home. We truly hope we get to work with the same gentleman when we move into our new home later this year. We fully recommend Superior and can't say enough positive things about the crews we had.

We are really happy with the four gentlemen who came out to help us move today — Omar, Hyim, Zane and Joe were fantastic. They were very clean and careful - they took care of our furniture, etc as if it were their Mom’s stuff. Really good guys - even had us triple check that they got everything, verified the # of boxes (115), and said they would confirm that number on the other end. Recently bought a house and needed movers to empty my apartment, store my furniture for several months while we fixed the house and move everything into the new place. Superior movers were just that - superior at every step. First of all, I travel for work and my schedule changes. They were extremely accommodating of a few reschedules on my part. When they moved my stuff out, they wrapped it for me (and did an incredible job). It took me longer to find a new place than I expected, but the rates were reasonable and Superior kept everything safe, clean and dry in my rental storage unit until we were ready. When the day finally came I had a lot of things happening at the house. Superior didn't make anything harder than it had to be. They were on time and communicative when they were on the way. My new place is not easy to access. It's a row home with narrow stairs, tight corners and the main entrance on the upper level. The fellas who came to move my stuff in were efficient and careful not to bump or scoff anything. They helped me unwrap my stuff and were even nice enough to place and replace things as I made up my mind about where items should go.

Superior Moving were the most efficient and organized movers I've ever used. They were able to move a dining room set over 270 miles from upstate PA and then put in in a unit and store it for several months. I didn't have to do anything other than stop by the office to set up my account and then go to the unit after the furniture was moved. When I was ready to have the items delivered to my home, they were able to deliver in two days! The movers were polite, courteous and very careful with everything just as if it was their own. The prices were reasonable. The manager was awesome as well! I've never seen anyone so organized. They even had a stickers on each piece with a lot number for my whole set and an item number for each piece to ensure nothing was missing, right down to a number for each chair. I'd absolutely use them again the next time I need a mover or storage. I'd never use anyone else.

I have used superior moving for both of my moves. They asked plenty of questions in order to give an accurate quote. There were no hidden fees and the movers were very efficient. They showed up on time, and finished in a timely manner. I never felt that they wasted time to jack up the price. Management is a delight to work with and are very responsive. On my first move, the mover damaged the loading dock in my building. Accidents happen. I supplied them with the building's insurance information and they handled it from then on. This is my 3rd move with Superior as well as I currently have storage units with them. On Friday, 11/20, I hired them to move the contents of my home in Philadelphia direct to there storage unit. As usual, Superior made the entire transaction and move easy. 1 call and they were there with the right size truck and the right sized crew. They are not flashy or fancy, and at first you may think they are a bit rough around the edges, but once you get past that, you will find they are pros. In particular to the crew; Brain Holmes, Thomas Shultz and Ryan Farren were awesome. They never took a break, moving from the moment they got there to the finish. I never felt as though I was being "slow played" or that my items were not in good hands. In addition to moving the contents of the home, they packed up mirrors and painting professionally and were always courteous and conscientious. Firstly, I was recommended Superior from a family friend. We moved from Philadelphia to NJ. Price was less than expected, as we had used many companies before. Movers Bill, Chris and Steve did an awesome job! They were kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Most of all trustworthy. Later that night when unpacking my clothes I found my husbands gold cross chain in the dresser that I completely forgot about, now a days I would of expected it to be gone and I probably wouldn’t of even noticed for a while. I scheduled a move about a month in advance and was quoted a very fair price. They called me two days ago to make sure everything was still good for moving day (April 1st). The morning of, they came EARLIER than the time slot they said, which was perfect! 3 guys came in and assessed the area, asked us what we wanted moved and moved our two bedrooms, 4 televisions, kitchen and living room in 1 hour and 15 mins! Then, moved everything in our new apartment in another 1 and a half hours! The guys moved quickly and with ease, and they had great personalities! She advised me that there were a lot of horror stories with moving companies, and that she had always received positive feedback with this company. I interviewed them and they were very professional. They took the time to explain everything in detail during the estimate process, and did a lot of follow up calls and sent me emails looking to earn my business. The price was in the middle of 3 other companies that we also got estimates from. The movers to my surprise were very nice guys, very professional and actually cared about our stuff. Everything they told us during the estimate was exactly how they performed the move. A few minor misunderstandings that were immediately addressed and fixed once we contacted the office. The Owner I believe his name is Mark is a wonderful man. He worked very diligently and respectfully with me and helped reduce my uncles moving fee down a tremendous amount to help my uncle whom is disabled. People have to understand that when you are quoted or estimated on something it's a prediction based on what the customer is telling the manager or whom ever is helping you arrange the move. Then when people find out the fees after the move they flip out. Well this happens to you, just stay calm and Mark will help build you through the personal and business aspect of everything. He even gave my uncle a great deal on 2 full months for FREE because this company is willing to work with any customer and customers to the fullest extent to make sure the customer is satisfied. Your items, and possessions are absolutely 110% completely safe at their storage units. Gina also the billing account is absolutely great and very professional and gets the job done quickly and the right way. I paid them without having to even go into the facility because my mother was sick and my uncle is disabled she sent an invoice over in a matter of a minute or 2 I paid and that's that and they instantly send back your receipt invoice. Writing this for my 84 year old mother-in-law who hired Superior for today's move. If I had to describe what a perfect moving experience would be from start to finish, Superior would have exceeded my wishes in every way. All three gentlemen arrived, shook our hands and introduced themselves. They never stopped working, were extremely organized and unbelievably careful with everything they touched. From shrink-wrapping all the furniture to wearing gloves as they meticulously prepared to ship a number of antiques including a grandfather clock and other very old clocks they could not have done a better job. My experience with Superior Moving was very positive from beginning to end. I found management flexible and thorough in going over the details and charges, willing to pay attention to my input. Then the crew arrived and quickly put my move anxieties at ease. They were more than friendly and competent, they were fun to work with. One got the feeling they were truly listening to my requests and working with them. One of my anxieties was my belief that it would be necessary to hoist some items to the second floor due to a narrow staircase which makes a U-turn. After a quick survey at the new location they assured me they could do the job without the hoist. THAT WAS GOOD NEWS! It also assured me of their experience and strength. My overall feeling was that they made an intimidating expectation into a very good experience. It was like working with good friends.

Superior moving in my opinion is excellent and professional. These are the best and most hard working movers I have ever used. I love them! First of all this is my 3rd timing moving with them! Mark is always fair when pricing and believe me, I have called around and he has always provided me with the best deal. His guys work very hard, they never whine, complain and display the utmost professionalism and I have had some unusual moving situations and tight stairways and alot of stuff. I have never seen a truck packed so efficiently, not one space wasted, amazing!! So of course, I would use them again. And by the way, I have never had anything broken or damaged. Superior moved us from a townhome to our new house. We had to stop at our storage unit on the way. I had underestimated the amount of items and we had to really pack the truck. Joe and his team were fantastic dealing with the extra items to move and the longer than anticipated time frame. They worked quickly without rushing and the only damage was a glass side table top that I dropped on my own. Professional communication and work ethic.ush better job than the furnature delivery men that dinged up my hallway and floor from the furnature store the next day. From scheduling through moving day and including storage the best company to use hands down. The crew of 5 met me at my original storage unit and in no time at all had it emptied and sorted between what was going to my new location and what they would take back to their storage facility. Then they made quick work of emptying a 4 bedroom home. Once at my new location they were efficient and made quick work of unloading what was staying at the new location. They have moved both my personal things along with my business. For my personal stuff they paid extra special attention to my vintage pinball machines. Like anything I am sure others have legitimate concerns, but these are moving people. They are laborers that are working very hard and doing something that most of us would not do. If frustrates me to see people complain about one thing and then are not willing to pay $125.00 per guy per hour to have a "elite" moving company do the move. Superior has meet my needs and has never had an incident, But I do know they are insured and stand by everything. And like everything else in this world today, YOU have to be your own advocate of what you expect from others. When the movers come to my home or business I am there and on top of them but respect them. The first thing I do is let them know they are welcome to use our bathrooms, show them the refrigerator and offer them something to drink. Earn a someones respect and watch how far it goes in getting someone else to look out for your belongings.

Had Superior Moving do our move over the weekend and they were absolutely phenomenal. The team of 4 men (Joe F., John, Angel, and I don't remember the 4th man's name) arrived on time and had the contents of our house (plus attic and crawlspace), deck, and shed on the truck in two hours. They took meticulous care wrapping the furniture and all of the glassware we were still scrambling to pack when they arrived :) I'm still in awe that they managed to fit everything on the truck. Unloading was even more seamless. They had everything off the truck and reassembled in less than 90 minutes. But the kicker is that they came in wayyyyy under their estimate for cost. Totally worth the expense and I'd hire again in a heartbeat if I ever find myself moving again.

In 2008, I made arrangements in person to have "Superior Storage & Moving" empty my house and put everything in storage with Mark, and told him I would be in another area when the move would happen. Mark had spoke to the lead mover to be in total contact with me thru the move. Weeks later, I went the facility to see where my property was stored, I was delighted to see how well it was put in the unit, and was even covered to keep it as clean as it was when it was put in. The office staff have been nothing short of professional, and seeing every one of my requests were honored. I have to say, had I read some of these reviews before I booked their services, I would have been hesitant. But I am beyond grateful I never did, and I 10000% recommend Superior Moving to anyone looking for moving services. As a habitual procrastinator, I literally waited less than a week before moving a very full 1 bedroom apt (2nd floor) to a 3 story home. They were so accomdating and squeezed me into their schedule with no hesitation, clearly went over pricing and policies, emailed me a confirmation and called the day before to confirm. Again, they called the day of, 30 mins before arrival, so I knew exactly when to expect them. These 3 gentleman were professional, kind, and quite frankly, a pleasure to talk to, which is hugely important when my fiancée and I are spending 4 hours with them and trusting them to literally move every item we own. The move went perfectly, nothing damaged, and they put everything exactly where we wanted it, while carrying very heavy furniture up multiple flights of stairs. When they were unsure of where something went, instead of just putting it any where, they asked. I'm sure not every customer has had an amazing experience like we did, but as someone who worked in a national company's complaint dept for years, I've learned to take some reviews with a grain of salt. We couldn't have been happier with the service we received and we'd recommend them to everyone with no hesitation. Hello,I would like to write my experience with Superior Movers in Philadelphia. My movers were Alvin and J. B. They showed up on time and introduce themselves to me with a nice attitude. They also had a neat and clean appearance. I explain to them that I wanted my furniture and articles arranged in a way so it would fit tightly in a storage pod. They were incredible! During the move they were very enthusiastic and positive. They worked well together and never strayed from the move. The guys took good care of my furniture and belongings and the move was done in a timely manner. They also made sure my washer machine was properly disconnected and removed all water from it, before they load it on the pod ( they had their own tools ). Communication was also excellent between the two men. I am moving to another state so moving can be very stressful but Superior came through. I am extremely please with my experience and only wish they could unpack me in Florida. Thank you gentlemen and Superior moving Company for putting a smile on my face and making my move stressless. Sometimes in life people can leave a lasting impression and Alvin and J. B. did just that! They had great people skills and work ethics. What an awesome experience! Let's face it moving sucks! Superior Moving was so professional and the guys made me laugh when the stress almost had me in tears. The move entailed moving from a large house to a small apartment then another stop to a storage unit. The A TEAM - Bill, Julio and Dave are BEASTS! These guys had quite few challenges. My house is 4 levels and we had 2 time constraint deadlines. They exceeded every expectation. I have need seen anyone hustle like these guys. They worked HARD 9 hours straight, no breaks and no food and made it happen. I would highly recommend this company (ask for this team!).

We used superior moving last month to move a 4 br house in Fairless Hills and i can say nothing but great things about the whole process... The 4 guys they sent us were absolutely amazing.. We where so worried about the move because we have a lot of Antiques & Glass ,pictures and statues , family heirlooms but these guys padded and wrapped everything took care of all my belongings like it was their own. I couldn't have been more satisfied with any other company And the price was great ... I used this company to move this past weekend and I cannot stress how great they were enough. They worked hard the entire time and were polite, friendly and professional. Use these guys...they really are great! They did damage a part of my wall, but I didn't have to find it myself. They literally came to me and let me know that they damaged it and they had already taken a picture and sent it to their office to schedule it to get fixed. Mark and Rob have always been fair in pricing and I've met members on the moving team who have 20 years of moving experience with Superior. The last crew which moved me yesterday, Bill, Black, Alvin and George were exceptional and the sweat was pouring, but they never stopped, complained or seem to tire; even though the rain was cold and blowing sideways. This was my first real move besides college and it couldn't have gone better. The guys showed up on time and asked what was being moved. A couple minutes later they asked me to come check the truck to make sure everything was secure. It was. I hired these guys before I read all the reviews on here. After reading everything I was a bit nervous. Not sure why they got such a bad reputation. Two guys showed up, on time, and did a quick run through of my condo. They laid out a plan and were loading stuff within a few minutes. The unload was even faster. I didn't see them stop to take a break or anything...just kept going. I called the office and gave my credit card over the phone and the move came in right in the middle of the estimate (based on time for full or half hour), so they didn't charge me for a minute past what it took to unload the truck. I hope not to have to move again I the near future but I won't hesitate to call these guys for the next time.

Decent experience with this company. They sent out two movers who were friendly and it took 2 hours for them to move a small 1 bedroom apartment. Before the move I requested an invoice be sent via email. Which included 3/4 hour rate for travel plus $90/hour. At the end of the job the bill was $45 more than the invoice price. The staff sited that " tax additional" was a FUEL fee which wasn't stated as a fixed item on the invoice. Even though the move went smoothly, I was annoyed by the business NOT clearly stating every part of the bill in the invoice. ASK for a COMPLETE itemized break down of your bill and make sure they include EVERYTHING!

Transparency is important! We feel we were fooled! A little less than 2 weeks ago we used Superior Moving and Storage for a move. We submitted a request for a quote online and was then contacted by whom I believe was the owner the following day on 5/19/21. I took notes at the time of the conversation with the ranges he said our move may run us, which was less than we had anticipated so of course we were excited. The initial email I received with the quote was $100 per hour, $44 per hour for packing service and a travel time of 1 hr 15 minute. We had decided to change the date we initially requested, which prompted the second email on 5/24/21. We were quoted in that email $139 per hour including the packing and a travel time of 1 hr 15 minutes. Quick math… if the move and packing takes 5-6 hours (with the travel time) then pricing should range somewhere between $695-$834. Fast forward to a little over one month before the move in July, we found out that the place we were moving to was not going to be ready by our move in date. We contacted Superior to see about changing our move date. We called twice over the course of a week and spoke to a woman both times, gave our information and was told that one of the schedulers would call back, we never received a call back. The following week we called again and was told one of the schedulers would call back. Again, no call back. The next week we were to speak to someone and they didn’t have any available dates for us to change our move, so we kept it the same. Move day: the movers arrive on time with a moving list much less than the information we provided online and we were quoted about $1,000 for the move. So we cancelled the packing to cut down on cost. I was contacted by the owner regarding the price, he advised me that right now the cost of the move was $864 without packing but he would take $4 off per hour and charge $809. The move started at 9:45am and was completed at 2:00pm. That’s 4 hours 15 minutes including the travel time. I’m not the greatest at math but 4.15 times $139 is $590.75. Still not sure where the $809 came from. Our movers were fantastic and some of the kindest people we’ve worked with. Pookie and his team were fantastic. We appreciate their patience and expertise. I don’t mind paying for the service, $800 is what I expected initially anyways. But management should be a little more transparent in the pricing. I would definitely use Pookie and his team again, but not the company.
