The movers were good. Showed up in time and got everything moved in a timely manner. They did break a dresser and told us to call the owner and he would take care of it. Called him and he agreed that he would reimburse us for the dresser or try to get a replacement drawer. After many phone calls and getting told the same thing over he finally just stopped answering and won’t call back.

Scheduled crew day before, came with extra guy and glad they did! These guys are professional and priced very reasonably. I’ve moved 7 times across country. These are by far the best, politest, courteous and honest group of guys. I helped them move a mattress into a really tight space. Came up to tell me it ripped (I was at fault anyway because of the space and trying to get it to fit with them). No one does that in this industry. I’ll be using them again!! Remember tip and treat your movers! Especially these guys.

I reserved a day through U-Haul, but when I verified with them a week before the move, it didn't go through (it was on U-Haul's side, not Dynasty). I was not charged thankfully, and they fit me in their schedule for my move day. I reserved two guys for two hours and they sent three at no extra charge. They were polite and personable and very efficient. They made my move very easy. I was highly impressed with them and would use them again if needed.

I used this service twice while moving in July, 2022. They were late for one move, which was annoying BUT I honestly could not keep up with them moving stuff out the door to the truck!! They are power houses lifting & carrying our belongings. I had the moving truck, they loaded, followed us to the new home & unloaded in less than 3 hours. They do not provide blankets, boxes, bubble wrap when you just do a move. I packed my stuff well, had moving blankets for my furniture & nothing was damaged. They were professional, communicated with me constantly during the move. I am using them again in February, 2023 because they provided such great service. I’m only giving them a 4 star as they were almost an hour late & it stressed me out. But the service was truly a 5 star!!

Great price and they sent us 3 of the best movers. Fast and very nice guys . They helped us move up 3 flights of stairs and they were very good with our furniture. Thanks for your help and we will definitely be using them again

The day of the move the movers were late due to a flat tire. They had to finish up work at another site first prior to helping me unload and move in. Maurice was very quick to respond and he was able to send an additional 2 movers over free of charge. Once everyone got there they had everything moved in ~30-45 minutes later. All the movers were very nice and professional. Maurice did his best to make things right due to the aforementioned circumstances. I appreciate how upfront and professional everyone was.

I used dynasyy movers to help me load my u-haul in LaVista. The 2 young gentlemen that they sent were polite, hard working and efficient. They did such a great job that we hired another crew to help us unload our 2 U hauls in Lincoln the next day. They took care of our belongs like it were their own. Both days they finished under the time we booked for. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends.

I do not have enough good words to say about this company. They came through when we were in a MAJOR bind. They were on time, efficient, fast and very personable! I was blown away and it was by far, the best moving company I have ever worked with. We had four men show up, and they loaded the truck utilizing every nook and cranny. I hired Dynasty Movers through UHaul at 1130pm and they were at the site less than 10 hours the next day! I had a load and upload at two different sites. The team was patient, down to earth and efficient. I appreciated their services!!

I'd like to start out by saying that I have read all the other reviews. There was sometimes a slow response to my texts, but I did eventually get responses. As far as the team (4 guys) that helped unload my 26' ft truck, they were on top of it. They called and asked if they could show up earlier than expected and went straight to work. Everything went smooth and NOTHING was damaged, not even a scuff on the wall. A good group of guys to have on your side in time of need. The prices were great compared to other companies, and the difference was given as a tip (yes, please tip your movers). The only advice I would give to Dynasty Movers, Maurice, please be more responsive to your clients and your company will go a long way. It's all about communication in your field.

These guys showed with very little notice from our end. My uhaul broke down so all of my stuff needed to be moved to a new truck. Maurice and his team showed up and moved our stuff quickly and carefully. I think they arranged my truck better than the original loaders which was a huge relief because we had a cross country move ahead of us. They got us on the road faster than I expected and helped make our lives easier in doing so. I highly recommend them.

I will preface by saying I did get the first call they were going to be late, but they ended up being 4 hours late. By the time we got things moved, it was quite frustrating when we didn't have time/opportunity to get everything on the truck and in the house. The owner (I assume) did provide a discount, but this was an extremely stressful day

We hired Dynasty for the minimum time we could (2 hours) just to get some help with the heavy furniture. AJ and Allen came and were incredible. It was an amazing experience. We sat and didn't do anything and they packed our entire 2 bedroom apartment in 2 hours and had it packed so neat and tight in the truck. They even stayed an 40 minutes to get the rest instead of leaving after the 2 hours was up. Can't recommend them enough. They were incredibly nice and respectful. I don't know how much they get paid but it needs to be more. If I didn't know better I would have thought they were wizards.

I used Dynasty Movers for loading up my truck one day and then unloading it another day. Had 2 separate crews and BOTH crews were fantastic! They were so quick with loading and unloading the truck! They didn't damage anything and didn't need told to work. They got in and got it done. They made this moving experience for me extremely great! AJ, Devon, Arian we’re amazing and did excellent work. They were efficient, and packed everything very quickly. It was packed to fit everything and was handled with care. They were incredibly professional and even asked us to do a walkthrough at the end to make sure we got everything. They are hard workers and you won’t be disappointed using them!

They helped us unload almost a year ago when we moved in from out of town with no connections. To address the earlier review of lack of responsiveness, they weren't all that responsive to me either early on and I figured out why. The moment I booked a reservation through movinghelp.com, I had their attention. As a small business, I can tell they rely on the movinghelp.com reservation system. Once booked in the movinghelp.com reservation system, the best hard hard working, kind and serving professionals. The PIANO move after unloading our largest size Uhaul was no easy task. They moved the piano up the main stairs into the house. They PICKED IT UP OFF THE GROUND and did not rest for at least 30 feet until they were in the house on hard floors. I was stunned to see that they look like they did this all of the time. VERY IMPRESSIVE. Very professional the entire time. I'm going to use them again here shortly moving from my rental into a home we are purchasing.

Hired for an office move - they packed efficiently and quickly, with no issues. Items were packed with thought into a uhaul so they wouldn't shift around or fall. After everything else with the move was stressful, it was such a relief to have these gentleman take care of the physical moving part. I even screwed up and had them pack some chairs that weren't coming with me and they removed them without being phased or annoyed. THANK YOU!
