Had a great experience using Serenity Moving Services. They were professional, affordable, communicated clearly, and worked efficiently and diligently. We had a lot of stuff to move and it required them pulling down a lot of stuff from the attic. I didn’t hear them complain about it and were ready and willing to make it happen. Our back door broke on the day of the move (not their fault; the wind blew it past the frame) and they stopped twice to help me fix it, which I would have not expected them to do. Very happy with our moving experience.

I can't describe how pleased I am with my experience. These guys were punctual and communication was fantastic. When we arrived at our new house the placed furniture in it's proper location, installed the washer and dryer, even reassembled three fridge and hooked up the ice maker. They work with little direction and as a team. Do yourself a favor and hire this company for your next move.

I have used a number of different moving companies as I help companies find quality movers and Serenity Movers are by far the most professional and efficient movers I have ever utilized. They were On Time, Prepared and safety minded. At the end of the job they actually reduced the original quote because less boxes/items were actually moved. This has never happened to me before. Very honest. I would highly recommend these guys. The owner, Nick Havor, was super to work with.

Hired Serenity Movers to help me clear out 2 storage units into a 26 ft box truck. The 2 guys that they sent out , Cody and John,were prompt, friendly and very efficient. They completed the job in less time than I had anticipated. Can't say enough good things about these young men and the company. I will definitely use them again in the near future. Tyler and Zack came out to move my Mom from her house to an Assisted Living place. They called the night before to confirm, they called the morning of, to let me know they were en route. They were also on time, which was very refreshing!! They were both very sweet and easy to work with!! Once they got there, they got busy after the preliminary financial business was clarified. For what they moved and the care that was put into it, their fee was very reasonable and affordable! If your looking for Movers, this IS the Company to go with and Zack and Tyler are your guys!!!!

Needed 2-3 guys for several hours with just 24 hours’ notice. They were able to take the job, showed up early, got right to work, took direction well, and did the job quickly saving us money. You pay by the hour. What I thought would take 3.5 - 4 hours was done in 2 flat. Great service and value, would highly recommend. Nice guys as well.

Serenity moved a vintage piano for me. The cost was low compared to other moving companies, which was great considering I was only going a mile up the road. The men who arrived were very professional and followed my instructions of how to carry the piano based on how fragile it was. They were super quick and friendly and polite. Used Serenity to unload a full 26ft truck into our storage units on March 9th. Two men worked non stop and got the job completed much faster than I anticipated. They knew how to stack and store our furniture and boxes to utilize all the storage space. The crew arrived early and got right to work. I am very pleased with the work of our two man crew.

We hired Serenity Moving Services for our local move a couple of months ago. The process was quick, easy, and affordable. We are no strangers to moves, whether in-state or out-of-state moves, and these guys took the time and care to protect our new home while moving things in and to place all of the furniture exactly where we wanted it (even if I asked them to move it a bit more to the left!). They were efficient and extremely professional. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

This moving company was great!! Very professional, on-time and got the job done in a reasonable time. We only had furniture to move, but there was quite a bit and these guys showed up early completed a walk-through with my father-in-law and I and got things figured out and got to work. I would use these guys again. I have used other movers in the recent past and they were awful. I think they are all pretty comparable on price, but I like movers that take care of business and are careful and professional like these guys. I chose Serenity after reading reviews about other companies online. My grandfather recently passed away and I had to move in with my grandmother from my apartment. I told them I was on a budget and they gave me a very fair quote. The boys that moved my stuff were very nice and professional and moved all my stuff from my third floor apartment with ease!! I would definitely use this company again and I recommend them to anyone who has moving needs! Whether it is to help with just getting the hard to move yourself items to using them for anything else. Serenity Moving is great. They were very professional and arrived on time. They were quick and courteous. The reason for 4 stars was for an issue with our fridge, however they went out of the way to fix it for us, and Nick even came out and tried to fix it himself. We are having to buy a new fridge, but it is mostly because of the age of our fridge and brand- not really their fault, just frustrating on our end. I really appreciate the extra mile they went for us when they didn’t need to. They helped set up everything and were very responsive when we had to reschedule a few times due to our closing date. I would recommend Serenity Moving. It is a great moving company in Norman!

I needed to move my parents belongings from their house to mine. I hired Serenity on the recommendation of a friend, and I’m so happy I listen to her. The price was more reasonable than any of the other moving companies. The three fellows that were sent were awesome! This was by far the best moving experience I have seen in the 7 or 8 times I have moved in my life. After calling several companies I was most impressed by this company after my conversation with the owner, Nick. He was very professional over the phone and didn't make me feel like he was trying to hard sell me. I had a fairly complicated situation with an adjustable power based bed frame to move from a second floor. Nick sent the right amount of people to handle it and they moved it without damaging anything. Made it look easy. After that I knew I could relax knowing that these young men knew the art of moving furniture. They also had the necessary tools with them to do the job properly. They crew was professional, clean cut, and truly worked as a team. Highly recommend this company and prices were reasonable...very well worth it.

This is the best moving company I have ever dealt with and will never use another company for any moving needs large or small. These guys were gentlemen who worked quickly, treated my belonging with great care and were also polite. This is a difficult job, they took my furniture apart and put back together perfectly. Even when they were finished they wanted me to do a "walk through" with them to every room to make sure everything was in the exact place/position I wanted before they left. great guys.

Summary: Team was punctual, efficient, and communicated strategy very well; however there was some damage to one piece of 3-piece sectional. We needed a three piece reclining sectional moved from a second floor apartment to a single story house, this was not an easy task by any margin. Overall the experience was smooth, the movers came and inspected the pieces to determine how they would begin the process and communicated what the game-plan was very well. The pieces were quite large and it was understandably difficult to get them through the apartment door and down the flight of stairs immediately after it, they loaded all three items and moved to the new location in a little over an hour total. The issues we had were primarily due to me not fully understanding the extra insurance compared to the standard liability; due to how the contract was presented I had just signed where I was instructed and trusted that all the "ducks were in a row", normally this would have been fine, however there was some damage to one piece of the sectional. Serenity Moving had reimbursed a significant portion of the moving cost to offset this, however had I gotten the supplemental insurance it would have left a far less sour taste from the otherwise great experience. I would still recommend Serenity Moving services, however I would strongly advice other clients to consider their supplemental/extra insurance before hand.

When we got to our new home they asked how we wanted to stage the rooms and put the furniture where we asked. They also placed the boxes in the rooms that they were labeled. I don't usually bother with Google reviews but I owe it to these guys. They were FANTASTIC! From the first call being answered by Nick, the owner, communication was excellent. Dusty and Adam showed up early and moved my son from 3rd floor apartment to a second floor apartment. Very professional attitude and nice, hard working guys. Price was very reasonable and worth every penny. They will be my first call from now on and I will recommend them highly!

In March Serenity went to move a entire trailer of my things. Upon arriving the whole place had been ransacked and mist of the furniture and all appliances had been stolen.
