Storage blue Newark 200 Mount pleasant, was the greatest choice I could've made. I wish I had known about them before I used another company last year. Blanca wears many hats, she answers the phone, greets all those present in the waiting room,man's the cameras, document with detail open accounts and so much more all very simultaneously, but so very professionally and pleasantly. I came to her in the middle of September where I was told about an amazing deal 6 months at half price I was so afraid that at that GREAT rate that I would lose the storage unit because I wasn't ready until October but she kept her word she saved it for me. Today is October 2nd 2022 and I just finished putting all of my things in the unit a few hours ago Believe it or not Blanca was there she even helped push the cart with me she always goes above and beyond. Storage 200 Mount pleasant avenue is a storage building that has easy access, the waiting room is clean and tidy the customer service is above board because everyone is friendly. The storage unit itself is very clean and I felt secure on the elevators because they don't allow people to just come in and go out randomly I think I'll stay with them for a while thank you Blanca and the nice young man who helped do my paperwork Arne. Blanca, the manager was so helpful over the phone. She answered all of my questions and prepared my contract and payments over the phone. She found special deals for people that are renting space for 6 months. She was very pleasant. I met Arne when I arrived. Blanca had everything setup so my contract signing would be easy. Arne was kind and went over all policies in great detail, so that I will not be over charged. He also saw that my movers did not show up and he helped me move in to the storage space. Unfortunately, there was a Latina woman with blond hair that worked for the facility . She was hard on Arne. I felt bad for him when I left because he was managing the front office, answering phones, and helping me with no help or assistance her or the other young man. I hope this helps! I love this place. OMG 😄! Storage Blue in Newark, NJ has been a life saver for me. I was in need of an affordable storage unit in close proximity to Kearny, NJ. My search for storage facilities in Kearny, Lyndhurst and Jersey City were resulting in small units and price ranges too high $200+ monthly. I thankfully found Storage Blue. Blanca at the front desk was so helpful, kind and patient. She found me a 10x12 unit that included a promotion of 50% off for the first 3 months. The facility has easy drive up access, dollies, hand trucks and elevator access. Clean facility and units, friendly and helpful staff and great locations off McCarter Hywy near Route 21. Thank you so much Blanca for your help and I would definitely recommend Storage Blue and the Newark location to friends and family 😊.

After a terrible experience at another storage facility, we left and found Storage Blue. I have been renting from StorageBlue for 7 years. This facility is well kept and clean. The staff are very nice and cordial, and they will help you by moving some things around in your unit. I have a special "affection" for the facility manager Alex. He is very understanding and alleviates your fears and tensions regarding late payments and your prized possessions. My mother also had a unit and she passed away this past August and I took over the payment until I can go through all her belongings. It has been a struggle trying keep up with two payments and Alex helped me keep it together emotionally. Other storage companies would have auctioned off your stuff after a month. StorageBlue, the company, does not realize how valuable an employee Alex is and the company needs to give him a raise and much recognition for his services with this company. I for one hope the company holds on to Alex because he is one of the best managers I have had the pleasure of knowing at StoageBlue.

I have been using Storageblue facilities for over six months now. And while I have a long list of cons about the storage facilities, I have to say that the staff I have encountered specifically Alex has been a tremendous help. I often have to get my things from the third floor which requires waiting for the rinky dink elevator to transport my items. Although, Alex is often by himself, he always makes sure that I get my things and moving caddies quickly. He is helpful, kind and friendly. I do believe the storage facilities needs to be updated and there are probably rats buried in the basement or walls. So while the storage is not ideal, it was sufficient for my needs. Promote Alex!

Today was a sad day! I’ve been using Storage Blue Newark, renting unit #3507 since 2015, and it was a really great experience. I never had any pest or safety issues. What a great staff - I’m going to miss them. But, the time has come where I no longer need storage. If I ever need it again, this is where I will be.

Yes this is a storage place it had a lot of mices they pooped all over the place I thought it was they house because there's so many mices poop all over the place and a guy I like he don't know nothing about it, well I was helping somebody get out of there and they'd stuff was all filled with poop and we got you somewhere else it was a suitcase with two in it live ones you know it was crazy I do not understand that and she was scared want to throw the suitcase away you know I really don't recommend this place. They got one elevator and if you use an the elevator you will have to wait for the person to finish and that was a bad setup yeah I recommend at different place so I'm just warning you okay good luck.
