Thank you times a million to Optimum Moving! Bert came over and took a list of all the items we were moving and gave me a quick and no bs estimate. He was so patient accommodating even with changing our moving date twice because our closing got pushed. Day of the move Jesus and his crew were so professional and hustled non stop the entire day to make the move stress free. Everything was wrapped , transported and unloaded with care and attention. The communication throughout the day was impeccable. I can't recommend these guys enough!!!

This company takes service to the next level. I didn't have to worry about a single thing during their time at either site. The crew was incredibly helpful recommended ways to help keep the rooms looking spacious. They treated our property with care. The expediency with which they worked was incredible as well. They were able to successfully pack up out 4 bedroom home in a few hours. They were able to unpack even quicker. Each item was individually wrapped and well taken care of. Josh's crew is hands down the best crew in Jersey. The team was very responsive and took care of everything. The price was the price and was and AMAZING VALUE. There were NO SHENANIGANS you hear about from other moving companies with these folks. I can't say enough good things about this team.

Out of state move- NY to CO. Moses & his crew did our move and I couldn’t be happier! This was the most stressful thing on my plate and the way they moved my stuff I was so happy to see. Moses was extremely professional and answered all the questions and concerns I had. I couldn’t have asked for more courteous crew, and there was no damage done during the move. They packed everything so nicely especially TV's which I was very concern about. Carlos was amazing since the first day I asked for a quote until the day before moving. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move and I have already shared this company with few of my friends. I cannot wait to write them another review when my stuff gets to its destination. My move was a bit unique. I required hoisting service for my white 9ft sofa. They assured me, they had everything under control and I felt at ease. The team took my sofa over the second floor balcony and hoisted it down without a hitch then loaded on the truck. The team at Optimum Moving LLC did a fantastic job with our move! We used them to move some items to storage during our house staging and based on how well they handled that job we felt comfortable hiring them for the final move. They were very responsive and professional throughout the project, from the quote and scheduling process handled by Bert to the wrap up, careful handling and actual move by the team of Johann, Walter, Joshua & Eduardo. They also did an awesome job pivoting the day of move to have the necessary team available and navigating the challenges some of our stairways gave them. Optimum's ability to effectively move our piano was also a plus. We highly recommend Optimum Moving and would hire them again if the need arises.

Our first move was from a temporary rental and second was our final delivery of our Pods.I first spoke to Justin who was incredibly helpful and very patient explaining everything. Highly recommended. It's been a year and a half since Optimum handled our move (two houses moved out of NYC to one house in northern Westchester). I feel I owe Optimum this review because they were so good, and now my conscience is clear. It's been so long, I don't remember the crews' names, but I remember Bert, who handled the sales/price quote. He gave us a lot of confidence and was a pleasure to work with. We could not have had a better experience. It was amazing how quickly the crews worked and how thoroughly they wrapped everything. There was not one scratch or dent on anything. Optimum was not the least expensive option, but I read a lot of reviews that acknowledged that and said, in effect, you get what you pay for with Optimum. Happily, I concur. In fact, it was one of the best experiences my wife and I have ever had with a service provider. Next time we move, we are definitely hiring Optimum.

We decided to go with Optimum Moving after seeing all of the wonderful reviews. They were more expensive but with movers, it's better to be safe than sorry. The staff were efficient, worked hard and took down/set up without a hitch. We were extremely happy! The only reason why we're going with 4 stars is because, at the end, the foreman was unappreciative of our tip. He gave a wise comment and then spoke something in Spanish to me as they all quickly got in the car and left. We had food waiting for them but they never took it. Tips are a bonus to service, not expected, especially after the higher rate we paid to be with them. So in short they did a 5 star job! However the attitude at the end soured us. I'd use them again but with caution.

My experience with Optimum Moving was excellent from quote to the move. I received numerous quotes from different moving companies and the flat rate offered by Optimum, which included a piano, could not be beat. Carlos and his crew were courteous, professional, and efficient. I hadn't finished packing all of my belongings when Carlos and his crew arrived; they were very understanding and quickly helped me to pack the rest of my belongings. They worked quickly and completed the move faster than expected. They arrived at my storage facility before me and patiently waited for me to arrive. My wife and I moved from New Jersey to North Carolina. We contacted 3 movers. Optimum was the only one to send a sales person to our home to actually see what was to be moved. They gave us a binding price and stuck to it. No games. On the day of the move, there crew showed up on time and was completed in 4 hours as said. Two days later at our losing, they showed up on time and all our possessions arrived in NC without any incident. With all the aggravation of moving, Optimum made that part smooth and easy. DON'T BE FOOLISH, HIRE THEM!!!

They took care of everything and they were quick but thorough and very careful with all of our furniture. It was also very easy and convenient to set everything up with this company, Yaniv came two days before to give us the quote and he was very professional and got back to us with the quote right away and we were able to schedule moving two days later. Optimum moving to the rescue! Last minute we decided to get a moving company, after calling multiple companies - Optimum was the best price and were able to accommodate us so last minute. Josh set everything up for us, we knew we were in good hands because he was constantly communicating with us prior to the move. The day of the move, the crew got there exactly at the time they said they would be there. We walked through the house with them to show everything that was packed up already and where it needed to go in the new house. After our walk through , Carlos ( who was amazing) went over everything with us one more time and then they got to work! They were so organized and wrapped everything so carefully. I started to pack a few other things, and Carlos told me not to worry about it and that he would finish the rest for me. When we got to the new house, they unpacked everything for us in the exact spots we had said earlier. Josh was still calling us to make sure everything was going smooth and if we needed anything else. Hands down the best experience we have ever had with a moving company. Josh's crew showed up on time with the right amount of men and equipment to make our moving day as stress free as possible. As the men unloaded packing supplies, Josh and I walked through the apartment to assign final destinations for each item in our new home. These folks were great from beginning to end. Started with Larry coming when promised and gave me a quote the next day. He was great at explaining all that needed to be done and exactly how his company did it. Then he emailed me a quote. Not an estimate, a quote, which is not something I received from any other moving company I called, and I called 4 different companies one of whom never showed up. Josh and crew came the day before the move to do some packing and there was a lot of packing. The entire crew was very professional. Worked hard and fast. On moving day Josh brought an even bigger crew. The same crew from packing day and some new guys but all strong and professional. Not once, not on packing day or moving day did I ever see any of them sitting around or idle. Not a bad apple in the bunch. While they don't come cheap, they are absolutely worth every penny. At the end of the move that took two entire days, the price was exactly what they quoted. You can't beat that. I would 100% recommend optimum moving to anybody who wants a guaranteed rate with professional movers who have a great respect for the property they are moving as well as the home you're moving out of and the home you're moving into. It was the coldest day of the year! The wind was howling, the sun was beating down, which didn't make it warmer but was still oddly uncomfortable. At that hour on a Saturday morning I should have been in bed. But the girlfriend and I would do anything not to live with her mother anymore, holy Christ, so we had to move today! The hour drew near. Suddenly, there! On the horizon! Optimum Movers! They arrived right on time. But lo, there were only three of them! Would they be able to handle the 50+ boxes I had deliberately underestimated to the booking agent who gave me my price quote? I left them to do their job while I made a quick run to the new apartment. When I got back in about an hour, they were already done! They somehow beat me to the delivery location, I have no idea how! Then they unloaded everything without a single breakage. They put up with abuse from my new annoying neighbor (that's another story) and they even helped me get rid of some unwanted items. In the end, they still finished an hour ahead of schedule, and prorated their cost to the actual number of hours used. So we ended up paying them less than originally quoted, for more work. These guys are great! I can't recommend them enough!

I cannot possibly say enough about how great these guys were! I got a quote from Larry that was a set price, not an estimate that would just end up getting jacked up later with a ton of added fees. He was easy to reach and super friendly every time I had a question or needed to make a change and he was very reassuring when a snowstorm came through on the day of our move. This was a pretty big move, requiring 9 guys and two 23' trucks and they had everything wrapped and loaded in 5 hours - in a snow storm!! He was willing to work with us based on the amount of packing service we needed (we have a newborn at home so didn’t know how much we’d be able to do). They are very professional & know how to pack fragile items well without damaging them at all. I am still astonished by how fast they were able to pack up an ENTIRE house. Prior to hiring them my mother & I would work on packing for 4-6hrs per day and barely made a dent, we still had about a week’s worth of packing left and had only one day to pack everything into boxes. Checked around at a few different places and Elvis from Optimum gave me my quote. They were not the lowest quote (but were close) but were by far the most up-front and detailed of all the quotes I received. This gave me the confidence to schedule my move with them. On moving day they called early to let me know when they would arrive and James, Chris, and Jackson showed up exactly when stated. James went over all the details with me and ensured I understood and they got to work. They packed efficiently but carefully, ensuring all items were secure. All furniture was covered in a furniture pad to prevent scratches and dents, and they cleaned up all excess material when finished. Moving everything into the new place went just as quickly and they finished in 3 hours (not counting travel time) moving a two bedroom apartment into the same. I can’t thank Optimum Movers enough, they made the process as painless as possible! Edit 3/7/21: Used Optimum again and was once again completely satisfied with their service! The unload was a tough one as the only place to park near our house was across the street. The crew had no problem with unloading the truck, wandering between parked cars and such. I worked with Dylan to contract the move and he was always responsive and most helpful. We did a move out, had our floors redone, and then a move in. Nick and his team moved us back in and he was prompt, courteous, organized the move in an orderly manner, and saw that all my requests were met. All the workers did a great job. The only negative happened on my move out with a different team leader who tried to add on to the contract price and tell me that I should tip a large amount. I called Dylan and the contract was respected. The move out team was also completely courteous and did a good job. I would use them again.

We had a hard time getting anyone to provide a recommendation for a mover, but luckily we found Optimum on-line. This was a great organization to work with. First, Elvis, the owner, is actively involved in managing the business. It was one of the only places that would actually come to your home and provide a cost estimate for your move versus you having to submit an inventory on your own on-line. This is is a big time saver as a home owner AND reduces the risk of your costs changing. Second, they agree to a fixed contract. Moving is expensive but at least I know what I'd be paying. Period. Most other places you get an "estimate" that then gets adjusted based on their reality. And lastly, Josh and his crew were exceptional. They came when they said they would, they were very polite, they protected all of our items and worked like machines! Moving is tough and accidents are expected. That being said, we had nothing damaged on a fairly big move. Kudos to the Optimum team as all expectations were exceeded.

Davon and his crew moved us from manhattan to NJ, with a stop at our storage space along the way. It was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. I had them move everything from delicate musical equipment, TV’s, to a giant bed and couch. Anything that needed to be boxed up and wrapped, they had the proper boxes and packing materials for. They also did it with lightning speed and care. Everything ended up in the correct rooms in the house we moved to, and with little direction since they label everything they pack for you. The quote we received was spot on. Highly recommend these guys no matter what your move needs are.

Delvon and crew (Josh was here)! Amazing team. We had a HUGE move and anticipated a 13-14 hour day. It ended up being roughly a 9 hour day and that was with a 1 hour commute and a 1 hour lunch. The guys didn’t hesitate to help us move boxes that we were transporting ourselves. Super nice. Didn’t mind my 4 year old in the mix and even interacted with him making his day. We have yet to start unpacking our boxes and unwrapping our furniture but from what we can see so far, I am not anticipating any issues. I’ll update if there are.

I hired Optimum moving to do a fairly involved move with a lot of stuff. Packing up a house, move some to storage, hold overnight (I could not move until the next day), then move to another place. From the initial meeting with Bert, he was extremely professional and took the time to understand exactly how we wanted things packed and where. As the moving day approached. there were some last minute things that came up (on my end, not theirs) and Bert worked with me to get everything set-up . The day of the move, the foreman Josh took the lead and him and his team worked with such incredible efficiency and organization. Everything was meticulously packed and labeled. The next day when they brought the items to the new place, Dave oversaw the move and, like the day previously, it went incredibly smooth. They set everything up the way we wanted, made sure the electronic furniture (beds, recliners, etc) were functioning properly before they left. The other nice aspect is they quote based on the project, not on time. The quote Bert gave me when he initially reviewed the project is exactly what I was charged, no games or hidden fees, very straightorward. I would highly recommend Optimum, they have incredible value. Hiring the right mover makes things 100X better and hiring the wrong mover can be a nightmare, already adding to a stressful time. You will not go wrong with this team.

Chez and crew were amazing! Amidst the pandemic, I had little time to move from my apartment and in with my significant other. We did as much as we could but realized it was taking way too long by ourselves and figured it was time to get professional movers. They came in a timely manner and worked hella fast. I looked through a bunch of different moving companies and based on the reviews I decided to go with Optimum. I had a storage container in my driveway that needed all of the contents placed back into my basement and I needed an old fridge in the basement brought up for disposal. When Elvis quoted me the $507 for 3 hours I thought it was a bit expensive for just moving stuff from a container, but they finished with 15 minutes to spare. The job was actually a tad harder than I had imagined. The guys were so kind and very careful with our stuff. They were prepared with all the necessary tools to do the job. I will definitely use Optimum for any future moves. They are fantastic!

I moved about a month ago, and couldn't be more pleased. Frank, Jackson and Manuel made up the team that helped with my move. They worked quickly, but more importantly they were extremely careful with my belongings. They secured and wrapped items that I wouldn't have thought could be safer. They made sure every edge of my furniture was safe, even down to removing the wood feet on my couch and wrapping the entire couch in plastic. And I was moving fewer than 10 miles away! Nothing was damaged or lost along the way. I found the company through an online search, and relied on online reviews (like this one), so although it's been delayed, I wanted to make sure I added my own amazing experience with this company.

I cannot recommend Optimum and specifically Frank and his crew more highly. Not only was their quote the lowest, they were incredibly nice during the review process and that focus on me as their customer carried over -- even moreso -- when they got my business. Frank and his team were so fast and efficient but so incredibly CAREFUL with all my stuff. Literally nothing in my three bedroom house including 100 boxes in the attic had a single scratch on it. They went out of their way to pack the storage space so carefully that we did not need extra storage space. The final thing they did which showed how caring and focused they were about my property was, at the end of a very long day with soooo many boxes, they had still remembered the box that contains my piano's legs and pointed that out to me so I could pull that out if someone were to want my piano. Wow! I would not use anyone other than Optimum and Frank for moving!

He is always available, responsive, professional & courteous. The crew arrived early & called when on their way. After loading & on their way, they called to say they had to stop for gas & regenerate the truck which would take 30 min. They informed me that I would not be charged for the downtime. Yaniv (Foreman), and crew: Ambrocio & Tyson were totally professional, courteous, helpful & careful. Yaniv explained thoroughly all the paperwork to be signed. They all wore the required face masks. The move involved just 3 dressers & 2 mirrors. They moved fast, wrapped everything & handled it safely. Everything arrived w/o any damage. Best part of Optimum is they offer a flat fee. No hidden box or packaging fees. They are comparatively more expensive but you get what you pay for. If I ever needed to move again, I would not bother shopping around. I'd just hire Optimum. Highly recommended.

Soooooo, if you want a moving company that is going to walk you through the process and get you from point A to point B with ease, then you need to seriously consider hiring Optimum Moving! My husband and I received 3 different bids for the job, and what stood out to us for Optimum Moving was the additional care they put in cleanliness and the flat rate fee rate they provide. We first met Bert who came to review all of our belongings to see what the pricing would be for us. Bert was such a pleasure to speak to, and was able to give us a great breakdown as to what they are about. We shared our situation of having a medically fragile and complex (MFC) child, and how important it was for everything to go as smooth sailing as possible during this move. The day of the move, Josh was our Forman for the day, and he was amazing!!! So knowledgeable, so easy to work with, and so understanding. We lived in a four bedroom house and moved to a five bedroom house. The move in total took 7 hours. All the movers were so good at their job. My husband and I were literally blown away at how fast they can pack, move, and sort everything. And what was amazing to see was how well all the movers worked together. And what was so great to see was that every single one of them WORKED. No slackers here at all! Thank you for helping us get to our new home!

Dylan, who is in charge of price quotes, is ALWAYS available to answer questions even during weekends, evenings and holidays! I was attending to a very old person during the move, having been unable to get him over to someone's home on moving day. I also hadn't estimated the amount of belongings of this elderly person and drastically miscalculated, causing the move to extend hours beyond the estimated time for completion. The crew was strained to the max but maintained their professionalism every step of the way. It is often said that when a person is faced with trying circumstances it is then that one sees what they are made of. Well, Optimum was certainly tested during this move last week and they came out with flying colors! I cannot stress enough how unusual this company is when compared to their competitors.
