I had a fantastic experience with this company! Communication was consistent, friendly, and thorough. They were helpful and attentive to any questions I had. The movers themselves were kind, respectful, and incredibly hard working. They will not waste your time and will simultaneously take great care of your belongings and home. They even wrapped my entryway door to prevent any damage to the paint/wood. There was an issue on my end with my leasing office the day of the move and they were patient and understanding. They problem solved and found a solution that was beneficial for both of us. Also, a fantastic price for the quality and efficiency of this team. I will only use this company from here on!

The Right Move team was AWESOME. We actually had so much fun while moving and it was clear that the entire team were just great humans. I have now used Right Move twice in the same year. The first move was absolutely incredible, I couldn’t believe two guys could move my stuff to a storage unit and the rest of it to our apartment in a little over 2 hours. They are fast, efficient, and incredibly timely. They have some of the best customer service in Connie and Victor. This second move was a VERY stressful one on our end as we were waiting on a new construction and had to reschedule with them at least 6 times due to delays with construction and weather. They were always incredibly accommodating and worked with us to make sure we were taken care of. They also have the BEST prices in the business! I am so grateful to have found them in February, and I will use them for every move in the future!

The Right Move team showed up on time, was courteous and professional and got the job done faster than I thought! They were careful to wrap everything and protect my furniture. Right Move was top notch from beginning to end. Viktor came to our home to quote the job. He noted that we would need to trim a tree limb in order for the truck to make it down the driveway without incident. Conni sent us an estimate and provided clear explanation of its details. Pricing was good - not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. When we had follow-up questions or possible changes to the schedule prior to the move, Conni was very responsive whether via text, email, or phone. Moving day went without a hitch. Five men came and moved the furniture and larger items from our 2,200 SF house to our new home twenty minutes away. The whole job took about 3.5 hours. The men worked hard, took good care of our belongings, made sure they weren't tracking water/dirt into our new home, and seemed like they had fun working with one another. Highly recommended.

This was my 7th move in four years, and thanks to the guys at Right Move it was by far the easiest. They showed up exactly on time, shrink wrapped all my nice furniture and were extremely careful with all of my belongings. There is not a single scratch on any of my things. The team was super helpful moving things around in the house, taking the extra time to make sure everything was where I wanted it. Any time I tried to help they didn’t let me lift a finger. The whole moving experience start to finish was honestly a pleasure- I’ll be recommending this company to friends and will absolutely use them again when I move next. Thanks guys!

Right move is a great moving company and the best prices I could find! We only had 3 heavy items and they still sent us three movers, with the the third mover FREE of charge! Since we had three movers, they got done in less than 4 hours and they moved us from a 2-3 bed room 3 story town home to a 2 story town home. They are very respectful and nice and a couple hours into the move they called to check how everything was going. They were on perfect timing and just fast but careful with every move! It was a little wet outside and even made sure to let me know they were concerned about that and my carpet before walking on it. They were just great people and did great work over all. Thank you all and will DEFINITELY use y’all again if/when I move again!

Having a good experience with a moving company is hard to come by but I have to say, Right Move will make it happen. Victor and LA were friendly, enthusiastic and not only took great care of my belongings but also made great efforts to be communicative (called & text'd with their ETA) & FAST. I've never had movers that actually tried to get things in a timely fashion. For my next move, I'll definitely be calling them again!

I called this company after seeing some of their employees moving someone at my complex and seeing how quickly and efficiently they worked. For a two bedroom move the quote was more than fair and they sent three people. Lv, Kevin and James. They had my whole apartment moved in an hour and fifteen minutes. Having committed to a mover, I began having concerns about their rates. To make a long story short, I ended up changing to Right Move Moving Company. That was the right decision, to say the least. On the day of the move, James and Aleks arrived on time and got right to work. In two hours I was moved to my new location. I can't say enough good about these two young men. This was my second move with Right move and both times were perfect. The office called the day before to confirm and the driver called with an ETA on moving day. KJ, James, and LA were professional, courteous, and very efficient. They got everything loaded and delivered in less time than the original quote. The truck was clean and well maintained and the equipment and supplies were exactly what we needed. The moving crew was a pleasure to work with and I felt very much like a valued customer. They were so fast and worked so hard, I was blown away. There was some icy weather around the time of my move, but they were very careful and responsive with updates on their arrival. They let me know a specific time they'd arrive the night before, which was really helpful. They were very polite too, and put everything exactly where I wanted, even up a flight of stairs. I have used 9 different moving Companies in my adult life and worked with about 30 different moving personnel. This was hands down the best Company that I have ever encountered. Connie was great in answering my questions prior. I received the estimate (and it was spot on later charges). I received a confirmation reminder to let me know that it was still planned, and then contact the morning of and then prior to arrival. He went over the details with me right away, and we signed. Victor was a machine. He moved faster than I thought possible and was careful with my stuff. He kept me informed and made sure I knew of each risk. When arriving at the new place, he was careful to place things where I wanted. He had me check the closet when it was getting to a point that I would have to maneuver boxes to work inside the closet. He wanted to make sure they were aligned where I had the least amount of work later and didn't have to move them on my own. He was careful with my items but also the apartment doors, etc. I was able to sleep that night and felt like I was in a new home versus a sea of boxes. For someone receiving medical treatment (which he didn't know) and is not able to do very much at the moment, he was such a gift. Apollo was also kind and worked hard. The price was as expected and estimated. No surprises. He went over every detail with me. Good people who value their work are treasures and sometimes a needle in a haystack. You have one way above that here. I'm still just blown away. Light years above every other Company I've seen.

I would definitely recommend Right Move! I was only moving a one bedroom to about 20 min across town, but my apartment was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I was originally quoted for at least 4 hours, but it only took a little over 2! Right Move sent a third man for free to help with the stairs situation, which vastly sped up the process. Malachi, Eugene, and Corbin did a great job! They took time and care with my larger furniture and the more fragile boxes, and everything arrived in the condition it left in! Moving sucks, but Right Move Moving was a great experience from end-to-end. Connie was great to talk to on the phone, explained what they move, how they charge, provided me a form so I could get an accurate estimate, and the company's availability worked great for my schedule. My movers, KG, Dallas and Allen, showed up at a time that worked well for me, were very conscientious of the space of both my old place and my new one and worked efficiently to get me situated.

Since it was our first time using movers, we were nervous about the process and how everything would be handled. I can honestly say that Right Move Moving Company knocked it out of the park! If we ever move again, we will be using this company. We also had a great team of movers! Andrew, Darian, and Robert were so professional and respectful of our things (even our high-dollar Walmart furniture pieces 😉). I recently moved locally and wasn’t really comfortable with hiring a movers since last time when I moved from California to Tennessee all my furniture were destroyed and I end up trashing all of them. Nonetheless Right Move Moving company assured me that they will handle everything with care and made sure I would have a better experience with movers. I must say the three gentlemen did an excellent job. They came on time and begin loading up my furnitures. They disassembled my kids bedroom set and then re-assembled their bedroom set at my new house. They even took my Gun safe upstairs as I wanted it and did an amazing job taking it up without causing any damage. Unlike the previous company. Estimate: I had a time crunch, but they made it easy. Viktor himself came quickly and did a complete walk- through. Courteous and professional, he took a lot of time to answer questions. Afterward, I received both an estimate for packing/ moving quickly. I really appreciated the time they took to make me feel comfortable because I hadn't done a long- distance move in 30 years. Packing: He billed me for fewer than the # of people who actually reported. How often does THAT happen? And they were fantastic. They explained the process and told me how to keep things flowing. They had plenty of supplies and worked HARD the whole time. They were very efficient and made good use of most of the boxes. If you need total packing, these are your people. They even helped me with things I was packing by giving suggestions and helping out when needed. They took short breaks and followed their crew leader with alacrity. They even offered us part of their lunch. They took care in handling my belongings, and so far, we've had very little damage. One floor lamp was broken off its base, but fortunately, it was inexpensive and can be repaired. A hinge slid out of my piano bench during transit, but they found it and fixed it. No damage! The actual price I paid was nearly a third less than the high range of the estimate. Although I've heard horror stories that went the other way around, for how much they packed AND how quickly, it was a very good price. Viktor stopped by to check on progress and answer questions several times. Loading: Again, a large crew arrived, and they meant business. They arrived on time and ready to work, despite horrible humidity. They literally poured with sweat. It was rolling off their faces. And they had two trucks filled with antique furniture, a large sectional, an armoire, two large bedroom suites, and an upright piano by 1:30. And off they went. They texted me their arrival and location for the evening before I even left town myself. They stayed in a good spot where they and my things would be safe, and before leaving, they helped move two large pieces of furniture to the garage so painters would not have to work around them. Viktor came and helped again, with multiple checkins. I respect his willingness to roll up his sleeves with his team. Unloading: Once again, they arrived promptly and ready to work. They were, as before, very careful with my belongings, particularly the antiques, and they helped us fit new furniture into somewhat tight locations with a smile. Again, they unloaded two full trucks in about the same time in which they loaded them, and they were just as courteous with the last box as with the first. Everyone was so good natured, affable, and professional that we hated to see them go. They had helped us through a VERY stressful time in life and even managed to make it enjoyable. Payment: Very easy, quick, painless. No hidden fees. No surprises. I had read horror stories about other moving companies, but I didn't experience any. And Viktor checked again afterward to make sure everything was great. Peace of mind: The entire team was licensed, bonded, insured, vaccinated, and Covid- tested. They all wore masks with NO complaints. Loved them! Staff: special, special, awesome kudos to Viktor, Connie, LV, Allen, Robert, Chelsea, James, and Mark!!!!!!!! Everyone was stellar and worked themselves to the bone. I couldn't be happier. These folks deserve medals!!! I hope I never have to move again, but I'd use them in a heartbeat.

I hired this company based on their great reviews and their availability on the day I wanted to move. Allen, the team lead called me in the morning to ask me about the job because there were no notes on it and the proceeded to complain to me about what I told him. So he started out the day making me feel concerned about how this place is run if there is a lack of communication between staff members. He basically proceeded to complain and make strange comments the rest of the day which was very unprofessional. He acted like everything was too hard. The two other guys were great, Robert pulled me aside at one point to apologize for Allen. The boss was also very nice man, he had stopped by to bring the third guy. Overall they got the job done with minimal damage to my house and furniture, but I would only recommend them or hire them again if Allen would not be part of the job.

I have so many good things to say about the Right Move Moving Company! Viktor (the owner) handled most of my move, and he couldn’t have been more helpful! He really went above and beyond to ensure I had an easy move and saved as much money as possible. He even flew back on a budget airline, after I suggested it! He could have easily done otherwise and costed me an extra few hundred dollars, but he didn’t. I also believe he did everything he could to make the move so fast! He drove from Birmingham to Philadelphia for my long-distance move. He had all of my belongings moved in in less than 36 hours! This was my first time hiring a company to help with moving. I usually just do it myself and recruit family to help, but we weren’t able to do that this year. I have definitely seen the light!!!! It was much easier to enjoy my new home without being sore & in pain for a week! Haha. I am definitely sticking with moving companies in the future! If you also want to save your back some damage, I highly recommend Right Move!!! Also, since I am new to this, I forgot to disassemble a few things, but viktor got everything move-ready, even though I wasn’t even able to be in town on loading day!

To be honest, this is the first review I have ever posted, but it definitely warrants the time. I have used several moving companies in the past but none even came close to this experience. When I first called and spoke with Viktor he was very accommodating and made me feel at ease. When move time came, the guys called to let me know they were on their way and showed up EARLY. I have never seen movers treat my furniture with such care. They wrapped all of the large items with blankets and quickly and carefully loaded the truck with care. I had used a local "family" moving company for my first move and they charged an astronomical amount to move1 bedroom of furniture. By the way this move was 1.5 miles down the road with neither building having steps. This move was 32 miles away with steps to the first floor. I was afraid to see this bill as I paid so much for the previous move. They charged me almost half of what I paid on the previous move. (30 more miles plus 2nd floor!) Many thanks to Marco, John, Nathen and Viktor for such a pleasant experience!
