ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Having gone through some disastrous moves I was so apprehensive about this one… but it could not have gone better! From my first contact with Jeff, to his walk through estimate at our house, to Sherry and Ashley in the office, scheduling our move was seamless… even when, at the last minute, we had to change from a move to Florida to a move across town! Yikes! Chris and his crew, Spencer, Louis & Joel were thoughtful, courteous, humorous and just a wonderful bunch of guys. They noticed things I’d missed! How was that possible! 😉 Everything moved from house to house to storage without a hiccup or scratch. I unconditionally recommend Ace Moving. They are a credit to the Atlas name. Heartfelt thanks to you all.

On time, workmanlike and efficient. Quality service and a good price. I had a small load but heavy pieces with large, framed photos…. and the move came right after a heavy snow and required the truck to be backed into a small, unplowed parking lot. Branden was so amazing! We just bought a house, and the previous owner used Ace to help move. While moving out, there was an accident where a hole got punched into a wall. Branden came out and worked with us even after closing and treated us just like we were his clients. He came out immediately to address the hole, patched it, and did an amazing job making sure that it was the highest standard of work done. He even patched a few small holes while he was working! Amazing to see the care that Branden and this company have to make things right.

Ace movers did a great job securing and moving all of our belongings to our new home. Communication was excellent with the entire organization throughout the move. The final cost was a bit higher than the original estimate but the weather conditions weren't the best and they called in a couple extra guys to speed up the unload process accommodating our late move in time. Overall I'm very satisfied with the services Ace Moving and Warehousing provided.

They were simply amazing! We had a 2 man crew and they were so fast!! We could not have moved without them! It is just myself and my husband and I have MS, so I couldn't help move any heavy Stuff. They were so nice and helpful! Seriously, consider this company when you need to move. They called me a half hour before showing up just to let us know they were on the way too. It went great as we had over a dozen pieces ohh high end Amish furniture along with all our other stuff and nothing was damaged! The men did a great job and were very polite and professional. The move was the best I have experienced! And you can rent as many boxes from them as you want for $2 a box and then return them later when done for a complete refund. No time limit on the boxes.

I didn’t use this company because I didn’t prepare and missed my opportunity to call them earlier to book my move, by the time I called mid month they were already fully booked. The reason for my review is the professionalism and wonderful attitude I got over the phone with JEFF! He’s incredible, kind, professional, and honestly just wanted to help me. He was more than happy to answer any questions I had and even answered my hypothetical questions regarding my concerns about the amount I was quoted by a different company. I just can’t say it enough JEFF WAS AWESOME. Kinda just wanna call and talk to him daily just to hear someone so positive! Positivity is something we could all use! Manny Rodriguez and his team were fabulous!! They were careful, quick and amazingly strong. Managed to get furniture out and in without any damage. We had some large furniture that was very difficult to maneuver yet they managed. They were very courteous and pleasant to have around. We ended up with an unexpected need to have our things stored in the moving truck for 5 extra days. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful, especially Doug and Ashley, as we were figuring out how to make this work. When we finally moved in to the new place, Pedro and his crew did an awesome job. It was a stressful experience overall, but Ace really helped it be less stressful by being so accommodating, and the guys were very careful with our stuff. Based on their professionalism and description of how items would be packed, we felt confident from the beginning they would move our household items with care. Ashley, the Relocation Coordinator, was timely and frequent in her communication, kept us up-to-date with any changes, and addressed any questions we had along the way. Pedro and his crew were very efficient and took great care in packing our items and adjusting to requests while loading and unloading. I picked these folks for two reasons. When I first called, the phone was immediately answered by a knowledgeable human, not an automated call center, and second, their on site estimator guy was also knowledgeable, and candid. My experience through the moving process was stellar. They kept in touch every step of the process so I felt comfortable that I knew what was going on and that I was prepared. When the moving day arrived, 4 personable, professional (and strong!) packing and moving experts showed up, got all my stuff wrapped and loaded and made me feel I was in good hands. I had some large items that moved with us and they handled them easily. They were done in under 4 hours both days for load and unload, saving me almost half the cost of my initial quote, and I had enough stuff for a 48 ft semi. I would strongly recommend Ace for any of moving needs.

A very pleasant experience. Estimator was thoroughly knowledgable for multi-house moves, which we closed on one day and had a delay of three days to move into the new house. We were able to store our stuff on the semi-trailer in their secured yard during the wait time. Time to load and deliver was less than estimated, and the invoice was adjusted to reflect that. Up-front pricing, reasonable prices (average pricing from what our research determined) no problems with the move process, and the company communicated extremely well. Moving team was quick, efficient, and respectful of our items and our time. They were able to move all large and heavy items we had. I would use Ace Midwest again. Highly recommend. A+

Very easy to work with and responsive. Movers worked efficiently and were friendly. No damage to our stuff or houses. The 3 hour minimum is a little much, as we only needed 2 hours each move. But very convenient to have them just store our items in the truck for a week as we were between moves with closing times on old and new house. Would recommend for local moves and storage.

Superior service. The original estimate was lower than competitors and Joe volunteered to do a second estimate. Although the cost rose slightly after that second review they were still thousands lower than others. At the end of the move they were right at the estimate. The team was hard working, very thorough, pleasant and even fun! There were no damages despite 350 boxes of material and lots of furniture that was fragile including a baby grand piano. When I checked references a realtor told me that she uses ACE about six times a year for her clients and the moves have all gone well. Other references were stellar. They get my highest recommendation!

This was my very first time using a moving service. I got the company name off of Angie's List (it was certified) when the first place I had set up (the well known corporate/franchise one - you know who I mean - with men & trucks) conveniently "lost" my appointment off their schedule when I called back to revise it slightly downward to as I donated some furniture & I decided to move my own breakables. I only asked (first company) for that slight revision. When Ace heard my story, they not only squeezed me into their schedule on the weekend before (which wasn't ideal, but doable) but they charged me their regular hourly rate. (Weekends normally were at an OT hourly rate) Not only was it done efficiently, it was done at HALF the price big shot other company quoted me. Part of that discrepancy was the first place insisted they needed three men, not two - the latter of which Ace used & it was clearly sufficient. I only wish I had had more stuff ready to move so I did not have to finish it up myself - I just really HATE moving. I have already recommended Ace to a friend who plans to move in six months.

We moved with Atlas Van Lines last year from MN to NC and Ace Midwest Moving and Storage(as they were then called) was our local mover. We experienced several issues on our move date; I'm not sure whether this was an Ace issue or the company that they subcontracted with. Ace does not move you...they subcontract with other moving companies to carry out your move. This information was not disclosed to us prior to our move, but only after there was an issue with the movers concerning their arrival time. For us, the subcontractors showed up hours before our scheduled window. According to the conditions of our move, not being ready would constitute an hourly penalty or fee. Even after the mixup was supposedly corrected, the subcontractors tried to get us to sign documents that would have assessed a monetary penalty on us for not being ready for their arrival. Luckily, I read over the documents and refused to sign. Also, we were supposed to have had full value protection for our move since we were AAA members; however, the subcontractors didn't have that information, which resulted in much back and forth between the movers, Ace, and us. All of this confusion made a stressful move that much worse. One of the few highlights of our move was our interaction with Doug. When Atlas Van Lines failed to deliver our belongings within the agreed upon time frame, he was extremely helpful in giving us contact information for Atlas and letting us know about a coupon on Ace's website offering $100 for any long distance move. He even gave us his personal cell phone number so that we could reach him if needed while he was on vacation. Many thanks to him for his assistance. All in all, due to the fact that they used subcontractors to facilitate our move and the wide range of mishaps on our move date, I cannot recommend Ace Midwest Moving and Storage, Additionally to anyone scheduling a long distance move with any company, make sure to get information concerning the interstate mover's liability or penalties if they fail to deliver your property in the agreed upon delivery window.

We had an excellent experience with ACE for our move from minneapolis, MN to Seattle, WA. Pedro led an excellent team of packers and loaders who were efficient and very polite. We had a complicated situation with two drop offs and his team understood and was very easy to work with. We also had a shared truck with another move and the truck did not have enough space to fit our stuff, but Pedro made it work. He worked so hard to repack the truck and was really creative in solving problems. I have been a part of three cross country moves and this was by far the smoothest. After a slow start scheduling the bid process on our move, I cannot say enough great things about Ace. Ashley in the office was phenomenal dealing with paperwork and scheduling. Due to a hitch in our closing processes, our belongings had to stay with them for a week and they were so kind to us during that entire frustrating process. The actual guys doing the move (Marc and Dayton) were AMAZING, polite and kind and very cognizant that what they were packing/moving meant something to someone. They were constantly asking questions and were very efficient. Not a single regret in using Ace at all. They were the cheapest bid because of the location of our old house and new house being minutes from their main office. We were a bit concerned that may translate into care/attention. And at the end of the day, NOTHING could be further from the truth. They were so professional. Took the time to make sure pre-packed boxes were still secure. Wrapped our large furniture with extreme care, including my 55' 4K HD TV. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to any family or friend that I have with a move in the future.

I had to evict a tenant from a three-bedroom home, and then enforce a writ of recovery (i.e. locksmith opens the door, sheriff clears the place, and then movers move in to clear everything out). So, I started looking around the twin cities metro area for licensed and bonded moving and storage providers that could handle the complex process of an eviction move-out. I found only a handful that advertised the service, and one of them I called said they no longer did evictions. When I called Ace Midwest Moving & Storage, I talked to the receptionist who referred me directly to Doug. Doug was extremely knowledgeable about eviction move-outs and the process, and was able to get me scheduled with a very short notice, only 1.5 days. He spent a long time on the phone explaining the process and providing me with options and advice. He recommended an excellent locksmith to help us get into the house on the day we enforced the writ of recovery as well as to change the locks. The sheriff, the handyman, the locksmith, the housekeeper, and the moving crew of three all showed up on time, the locksmith quickly gained entry into the house, and the movers from Ace worked tirelessly for over 3 hours to clean up, pack, and move to the garage the huge mess the tenants had left behind. After the move to the garage was over, Doug continued to provide advice on what to do next, providing options like renting a truck for them, providing movers, and asking them to move their belongings elsewhere or rent a storage unit nearby and move it to storage, etc. In the end, with Doug's advice, I was able to evict the tenants, get them to get all of their stuff off the property, and get it completely turned, including disposing of 1,000 pounds of pure trash the tenants left behind, and then show the house which rented to the first people that saw it, all in seven days. My thanks goes out to Doug for the fantastic customer service and wealth of experience he shared with me which made all of that possible. If Ace can handle something as complex as an eviction move-out with that level of quality and service, I am sure they can handle just about any moving and storage needs and do it exceptionally well.
