Many thanks to my moving crew (Sonny, Brice and Kevin) at 5-Star Movers! My team took great care with a very heavy bedroom set, which was my primary concern. It arrived safely and moved in without incident, much to my relief. Nick assured me that his guys could handle the job and they were amazing. They were professional and maintained great communication with me and between themselves during the move.

We had a great moving experience with 5 Star Movers! We were moving from two storage units into a home, and the storage space was super icy and harder to navigate with the November snow. The movers Josh, Caleb, & Casey never complained or looked annoyed and did their jobs perfectly. Since we hadn't labeled things well, they were very gracious as we figured out where boxes needed to go as well. This was so helpful so I can save my energy (very pregnant currently) for unpacking boxes and arranging things instead of doing the bulk of the lifting and walking. Very well worth the cost and we would recommend them to any friends looking to make moving much less stressful.

Thank you Nick for sending me one of the best teams!! Kevin and Jay were awesome!! They arrived on time as promised and were properly equipped to handle the job. They worked effectively and efficiently together with great communication to ensure they were safely in sync providing the heavy lifting we needed. We just moved last Saturday, 7/9. Noah, Ben, and Brice were the ones that assisted us with our move. They were super helpful and quick! This was my first time hiring movers and they did not disappoint. My partner and I are extremely thankful for the the great service. It took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Was SO impressed with these three! Kebah, Kevin and Jay were amazing! Complex move with four destinations and they handled it with ease. Great job planning the truck loading ahead of time which made unloading that much easier! Very courteous and professional. Even made an extra call and delivery when a small hidden item was left in the truck after the last destination. Would highly highly recommend these professionals!

Moving is both stressful and hard work. The professionals at 5-Star Movers significantly eased our stress and work load. The crew of Kaveh, Kevin, Jay and Ben showed up on time and full of energy. We highly recommend 5-Star Movers! They made moving so painless and enjoyable. Tyler, Kaveh, Kevin, and George were a super fun group of guys. Had an amazing experience with 5 Star Movers. They were super responsive to my last minute need to make an adjustment to my scheduled moving date. My mover helpers were fast, friendly, and professional. I had Jay and Tyler today. Would definitely recommend Jay as he took a little extra time to make sure he was bringing the boxes to the right spot. Moving is stressful and chaotic and 5 Star helped lessen that for me.

We hired 5-Star Movers to help move some of our heavier items and load our moving truck. Mike, Britt, and Connor were fantastic! They were super careful with all of our stuff and went above and beyond my expectations. As we approached the end of the time we had agreed upon, they were literally running to and from the truck in order to help us get as much stuff off as possible. Highly recommend them!

Wow were these movers good!! Malcolm and Kevin showed up on time, were really friendly, packed the s*** out of our 15 foot uhaul. They figured out how to avoid scratches on things even though we didn't have very many blankets for that purpose. Got everything in PLUS some furniture we wanted to keep but thought we'd have to leave behind, and STILL had more room left over! They carried some furniture we definitely didn't want out to the curb for us too. They took care with the job and went above and beyond. Malcolm and Kevin are the best!!

Jake and Kevin of 5-Star Movers are the two best movers I've worked with--and over the past 2 years, I've worked with 7 other moving companies for residential moves. Kaveh & Kevin Helped us move today and they were absolutely amazing! Great guys who cared about our property and got after it. We had a bunch of furniture pads and needed to wrap a few things still and those guys took care of us very well. As soon as we met they got to work packing and moving. If you don’t use this company to move then you’re missing out. Super fast, efficient, and they asked the perfect questions on where to put things. Also all valuables are wrapped without asking! Ben, Connor, and Britt. The three amigos! They all made it a great time. I honestly might want to move next year again, just to have them over another time. But for real, a great and efficient service. Also very affordable from other quotes I was getting.

Jack & Casey were very helpful moving furniture into a truck & unloading into a storage unit. They demonstrated care for my items, especially my antiques, as if it were their own. Will hire this crew back when I’m done with my reno to move my furniture back in.

Mike and Malcolm helped me move this past weekend. I hate moving with a burning, fiery passion. I hate it like poison. I was so grateful however to have these two fellas along for the ride. They were both courteous, professional, and helped dilute my stresses to a considerable degree. I drove my own truck but used this company for loading and unloading. I am unsure if they have trucks but if you’re in my situation these guys are who you want. I have moved across country several times in the past few years, and countless times locally before that. I have NEVER had a better experience. I have now used them 3 times and if I’m moving anywhere in the cities area I will use them no question. Jay, Kaveh, Jorge, and Mike are the names of the folks I remember. They’re literally incredible. They are careful, professional, diligent, thorough, personable, just all around exactly what you’d want. This last time I even had to move stuff a few times on different floors (sorry guys) but they were gracious and happy to help. Seriously, really, this company seems to find great folks and I can attest to the ones I named personally. Wish I could remember the other folks by name, they were great too. USE THESE GUYS!!!!

I called and Nick helped get us set up and advised to use 3 guys since they were going to have to use stairs. Bryce, Jack and Mike arrived right on time Saturday morning and had things in the truck in about 20 minutes. They even took my husband's weights which would have been hard for us to move. Josh, Britton, and Jorge showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation. They had our entire 1200 sq foot townhouse packed up into the truck in about an hour, including a solid oak table. We told them what was precious to us and they handled with extreme care. Sonny, Jay and Brice helped us move on 2/5 and they did an excellent job. They were right on time. They worked very quickly while still paying attention to the walls and furniture. I would hire them again. Also we only needed movers for a couple hours, not a truck. 5Star let us hire movers to unload without charging a large trip fee. Many of the other moving companies said the truck came anyways and you could tell the charge for that was buried in the trip charge.

Just stop looking for other movers right now and book these guys. Unbelievable. My wife and I just relocated from Chicago to Minneapolis and had singularly the worst possible experience leaving Chicago with an absolute disaster of a moving company called Chicago Movers (please if you for whatever reason are looking for movers in Chicago, avoid them at all costs). On my 7 hour drive in a 26 foot truck, I panic called 5 star to add another person to help make the unload go a bit smoother. First off, that was overkill. Still happy I did it, but wow did we not need it. This crew was right on time, the nicest guys and had a little red carpet to protect our entry way as they unloaded. 2 hours. 2 hours flat. What was a 5 hour move out with the aforementioned disaster of a moving service in Chicago where I personally moved the majority of my belongings, was 2 hours and every time I tried to pop in and grab something, they had already grabbed it. As mentioned at the beginning of this message, please just stop looking for other movers and book these saintly fellows. You will not be disappointed.
