I couldn't be happier with my experience using Trend Moving. This was my first time using movers and I was amazed by the communication, professionalism and friendliness of the movers and customer service reps. Our movers David, Freddy and John B. were outstanding - they cared about each piece of furniture individually, and made sure padding adequately covered each item. They were also friendly and efficient with their time. Our service rep Ben Parker and his team was also great to work with, as their communication was on point, and the pricing was fair and transparent. Would highly recommend Trend Moving. Thank you all!

We asked trend moving to help with a special "moving" job. We worked with their team for 2 days at a local storage facility organizing, kitting, and shipping 100's of boxes across the nation. We were left with sort of a mess from shipping and were very overwhelmed. With the help of Trend Moving, we were able to knock it out of the park. The arrived on time, with great attitudes and willingness to help. We would gladly work with them again and recommend them to all our local partners.

Trend Moving just left and we couldn’t be happier! They very carefully packed us up and after an hours drive, immediately unpacked and moved us into the new house. The crew was very respectful and extremely hard working. No damage to either house or any of our belongings. They had to carry some heavy cabinets up four flights of stairs and were happy to do it. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Great experience. I look forward to recommending them to everyone I know.

We used Trend to swap all of our appliances from one house to another. All of the movers truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was moved securely and well-protected. Each and every mover was courteous, polite, and friendly. Everything went exactly as we wanted but also exceeded expectations. I’ve moved several times, using several different companies and I can say with absolute certainty that this was truly the best moving experience… it was completely headache and stress free! I can't say strongly enough how happy we are with this company. From the initial phone call to the end of the project, Trend Moving provided exceptional service. This was my first time hiring a moving company, and I wasn't sure what to expect. The person who provided the initial estimate was courteous and professional, and answered all of my questions. The movers who came today were UNBELIEVABLE. They were helpful and friendly, polite, and amazingly efficient. The job took a little more than half of the time that I was anticipating, and the final cost was much less than I had expected. I had been concerned that the movers might take their time or drag their feet, because the company charges by the hour, but this was 100% not the case. I made a comment to one of the guys that I couldn't believe how quickly they worked, and he said "we move quickly to save you money". We are beyond happy with the level of service provided. If you're looking for a professional company with a customer-focused approach, I highly recommend Trend Moving.

This is my first experience using movers, but I'm very happy. The sales person and dispatcher I talked with prior to the move did a good job preparing me for what to do and what to expect. Moving day Freddie, Michael and Jay hustled the whole time and wete very friendly. They were careful and nothing got damaged. The price came in right as it was explained to me and was very reasonable. I would definitely use Tend Moving again!

I can not say enough about this moving company. Every gentleman I worked with - we had 4 in Florida and 2 in Maryland - was helpful and so friendly and polite. Best experience I’ve ever had with a moving company! And I’ve moved across country several times. Highly recommend! We had to move very quickly due to unforeseen and stressful circumstances and the owner Rob and his crew were amazing. Very friendly, understanding and professional. The guys from Trend Moving, who loaded up the truck and moved me from Delray Beach, Florida to New Hampshire, and to all the people in the office, who kept me posted to where the truck was on its journey, and to the movers at my final destination, everything was top-notch with Trend Moving company. And believe me, my last move with a different moving company was a horror story; where I did not know where any of my items were for 35 days and no one would answer the phone or give me an answer. It was one of the most stressful times in my life. Thank goodness Trend Moving was the exact opposite… They helped to make the move smooth and stress free. They handled all of my items with total care, and I would highly recommend them to anyone moving whether it’s locally or long-distance. If there was a rating higher than an A+, I would give that to Trend Moving.!!!

Recently moved our 4 bedroom home from Manchester to Bedford with Nick and his crew. Cannot say enough positive things about the moving experience from Trend. 1) Remarkably professional: from the time they entered my home they worked hard and were friendly. All our stuff was treated with extra care and we had several very difficult pieces which proved no issue for them. The billing particulars were made clear right up front. Prior to move multiple phone calls were made clarifying upcoming details. 2) Efficient: dudes worked *hard*. These guys were not loafers. From 830 to about 430 they basically went without a break. Very impressed. They also started early. They say they leave at 8am they leave at 8am. Very very pleased with my service today, would recommend them again without reservation.

And then moved everything back out into a storage unit in town. We had a 2,400sq ft home. They took great care of our belongings and were personable and very respectful. In the middle of August we needed help moving from Henniker to Derry. We contacted a few moving companies and after reading numerous positive reviews about Trend, we decided to use them. On the day of the move, the movers accidently dented the refrigerator door. The movers were very sorry and apologetic and promised to make things right. At first, I was reluctant to pay the entire amount until the door was replaced. In the end I decided to trust that they would make things right and payed them in full. A day or two later I received a call from Trend telling me that they had in fact ordered a new door and would notify me when it arrived and would schedule its installation. Well I am happy to say that Trend did install a new refrigerator door and I am totally happy my experience with Trend. I highly recommend Trend as a reliable mover that stands behind their services.

If I could give Trend 10 stars I would! Blake and his team crushed it. Everything from pre-planning the move to assembling bunk beds and placing furniture was seamless and professional. Let me paint the picture, it was a 95° day in June and these guys did.not. stop. I couldn't believe how quickly the house was broken down and the trucks were loaded up. Upon arrival to the new house we did a walkthrough on which things went where and they got after it with so much care for our house and belongings. I would think that most movers would have been met with a number of challenges for this move; we had some big pieces and an angular staircase. But these guys made it look effortless, no complaints, not even about the unbearable heat. We also had a massive piece of furniture to fit through a space that maybe had an inch of clearance and they made it happen. I can not give these guys and Trend enough praise. Let me reiterate that they were nonstop, there was no dilly dallying, their endurance and endless energy did not go unnoticed. These are the movers you want and need to hire. Shout out to Blake McCauley, Matt Shea, Lenon Leathers, Cole Capano and Jake Donahue, your teamwork was stellar, and your diligence, attentiveness and professionalism is truly commendable. Thanks so much for working so hard in the brutal heat.

We had the opportunity to have an all-star team move us today. Darayus, Eli and Anthony over delivered and went above and beyond to get the move done quickly and efficiently. They were polite, responsible, charismatic and efficient. Their conversations and demeanor were kid-friendly and they had awareness of their surroundings. The communicated the process to us clearly and coordinated their effort strategically. The one thing that really stood out to me was the speed and stamina. It was as if Cross Fit closed and these guys decided to become movers to lift heavy boxes and jog between the truck and the house. Seriously, they were jogging. Anyway that was my experience with them and thought it might help their next family choose the right team for their job.

I can't say enough good things about Trend Moving! We moved into a new build home so our move date was changed several times before it was finalized. Trend rolled with the punched to accomodate us as long as I kept them up to date. We used Trend to pack up our old home and store the trucks for 2 nights and then move us into the new home. We felt our possessions were very secure and always handled with care. The crew was careful, patient, and fun to have around despite all the work they were doing in the very hot and humid weather. Pricing is very competitive, communication great, very thorough in reviewing the move and then they went room by room before they left to make sure everything is where we want it. The crew, Joe, Luis, David, Freddie, Taylor and Phil were very polite good men, very friendly and professional. The administration staff was just as pleasant as the moving team, best part was they don't use subcontractors to do the moving labor everyone was "team Trend" zero disappointment, great experience during a stressful event!

Rob, Steven and the rest of the Trend Moving guys are amazing!! We originally hired them to move a piano and ended up hiring them for two more days of moving! Rob (the owner) was so professional and showed that he really cared about the job and customer service when he stopped by to see the piano that was moving and where it was coming from and going to. He let us know of any issues that may occur up front and was very reasonable with the price. After seeing how good his guys were and the care that they put into moving the piano, we were very impressed and decided to hire them for additional moving. They were able to empty out a 10' truck, 26' truck and trailer all within about 3 hours. These guys are non-stop! Even when we offered them food, they wanted to get the job done before even thinking about taking time out to accept the offer. Every single employee was pleasant, they really took care of our items and our walls and made extra effort to pack the truck as tightly and safely as possible when we were emptying out storage bins on the third time we hired them. I really like that they offer to do a walk-through after the job is complete to ensure that there is nothing that needs to be moved again from one room to another before they're done. I will never move myself again without calling these guys to help. I can't say enough good things about them.

We just used Trend's services to move to a new home after 30 years in our former residence. Needless to say, we were not accustomed to moving. Trend called us and said what time they would be arriving. Right on time, 6 professional men arrived ready to work. They were all polite, accommodating and great workers. Not one of the six was "lazy" . After the move was completed, they walked us around the new house and asked if we would like them to rearrange anything or do anything else. After they had left, we noticed a problem with a ping pong table that they had moved to the basement. It was not closing properly. We called the company and within one hour, they were back at our house to repair. Two Trend employee's worked diligently to figure out the problem and correct it. Had they not corrected the problem, we probably would have still given them a five star rating. By doing that extra step to provide 100% customer satisfaction, we wanted to give them a 110% star of approval. Would always reccommend and also use them again for any need.

When I was moving, they were wondering how many boxes I had. (A Lot) So he had me take a picture. A few days later I got a call that they think I would need 2 trucks and 4 people. They were totally honest about how.much it would be and knew I was concerned about the cost. But after explaining how it would cost more if they had to get a 2nd truck it would cost far more than if planned. Plus the job would be faster because I had 4 guys and they wouldn't have to tetris the truck. I super appreciated the honesty. The guys that came were so nice. Super efficient and patient with my pestering daughter. They took very good care of my fragiles. I would highly recommend this company. They are very prompt and really great at communicating. Definitely helped me with my nerves. Thank you!! (Oh and ended up filling BOTH trucks. Yikes!)

Overall great experience. The team was punctual, friendly, kept our belongings safe and secure, and completed the move in record time. We had about 20 boxes/totes along with all the furniture you would expect in a 2B/2Ba apartment. The team arrived just before 845am. We were in the car and on the way to the new place by 10:45am, and we were fully moved in, beds reassembled, by 12:45pm. I tipped the guys $200 and my total bill (not including the tip) was about $1,200. All in all it was a great experience. I found out about this company via positive Yelp reviews and felt compelled to pay it forward so others can hopefully enjoy a similarly pain-free moving experience.

I have used professional movers 6 times in my travels and can't say enough good things about the elevated experience my family received using Trend Moving. Firstly, they are very responsive and communicate well with reminders and logistics. Secondly, by using a large staff (6 packers on day 1, 6 movers on day 2), the move goes very efficiently and didn't extend into the night hours or another day like some of my other experiences. Thirdly, the customer service. Not that I require it, but it is nice to hear "Yes, sir. No, sir" and never once an eye roll for when we asked to change some plans. The gentlemen they sent seemed genuinely happy to be doing their work, got along great with one another, and worked as one well-oiled machine. Yes, they don't give a flat rate. Their model is to charge for every hour that they work. This gave us a little trepidation since it could be a bottomless pit and we didn't want to ask the gents to speed up their work or take less breaks to save us money. It wasn't a problem. Not only did they stagger their breaks, we frequently saw all of the members hustling and even running back to the truck! All in all, this is the only company I would recommend in the area!

I cannot recommend Trend Moving enough! They saved us. My wife's family had a house full of boxes and needed to be moved to their new apartment by 5pm on Sunday. We didn't have any movers booked, were in over our heads, and panic was setting in. Prior to the move, Rob (presumed owner/partner) was very helpful in assessing and recommending the right package for our move, communicated effectively leading up the move day, and was flexible when our closing moved. The day of our move, 5 men and 2 trucks showed up to move us out of our 3 bedroom house from 8:30 AM to 12:00 and into our new house from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. These guys HUSTLE. I moved a studio apartment with them and they did an excellent job with the quality of the service. My only concern is that their estimate for a studio apartment was a 3 hour job. My second apartment had a bit of an elevator ride so maybe add an extra hour. It ended up taking almost a full 2 hours more which was relatively shocking when it came to pricing. All in all few complaints, but expect the bill to come in a bit higher than estimated.

I called Trend Moving on a Sunday morning and my call was returned within 15 minutes. I was in a major bind — the original movers I hired went silent on me the day they were supposed to pick me up (the day before). I only had 3 days to be out of my apartment and no moving company. The man I spoke with (Rob I believe) was so genuine, understanding, and transparent with me. He offered to pick me up later the same day or first thing the following morning (at the end of the month, when they’re most busy mind you!) and and bring my stuff to a storage unit, all at a competitive price. There is no job that trend can't do. They have amazing staff and each and everyone work so amazingly in tune. From this point on anything that I've got to move or transport furniture TREND lady's and gentlemen is who you need to call. You can pack your own home and have them just move boxes or you can have then pack your whole house there's so many options. This was good for me because: I hate to move, absolutely hate it! The stress all the packing and Chao's that goes along with moving.. we called Trend and immediately my mind was at ease. They made a massive 18 hour impossible job look and be possible. Then held on to our stuff cause there was a LAST and I do mean LAST minute scare were we had to be out of our but no where to go, they stored our home furnishings safely inside their warehouse. And when we signed for the house it only took 6 hours to unload they were amazing so quick and caring. Anyone need to more or storage tour stuff trends the place to go call Rob or Z everyone there is so extremally helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond the call of duty for mine your's and everyones valuables so that all your home gets safely brought to their new home with NO damage done what's so ever.

I really cannot stress enough how amazing this company is. I've moved multiple times (locally and cross country) and it's always such a major stress. There's an implicit sense that "all moving businesses suck" so ideally you find one that doesn't suck as bad. This is not the case with Trend. They are legitimately great! It started with trustworthy and responsive customer service, who made sure I knew I might be able to find a better deal closer to home (since you have to pay full price for travel time and we were 90 mins away from them). We hired three workers to pack our PODS, which then turned into Trend moving a piano multiple states away for us as well. A few days before I realized I'd booked them for the wrong day and when I called they were super relaxed about it and were able to get three people out for the correct day without a problem and without making me feel like a dope. On the day of the move the three workers (Steve, Francis and Brad I think!) were just awesome. Our move was really emotional and wrapped up with grief and loss, and these guys were so attuned to that, and incredibly gracious, making sure we felt in control of everything and had a voice in how everything happened. They asked questions, listened and were both helpful and responsive. They were also SO FAST! When you're paying by the hour this is such an important fact. When not carrying items out, they would run back inside to get to the next thing. They packed a 7' and a 16' POD perfectly in 3 hours. It was amazing. The piano was moved out that day, stored by them, and shipped several states away with no issue weeks later. In the end it was also waaaayyyyy less expensive than anything else we'd priced out for moving a piano. We really cannot stress enough what a great experience we had with Trend and highly highly recommend them to anyone, anywhere in the Seacoast area.

I needed a large sectional delivered and the street I live on is narrow and curvy so the store would not deliver. The store referred me to a 3rd party, not Trend, who rescheduled 3 times for reasons that were suspect to say the least. After the 3 rd time I called Trend due to their location and rating and I was 100% satisfied. Zach was able to help me out and i still confidence that they would get the job done. Saturday AM I got a call from Stephen indicating he was on his way and right on time they arrived wearing uniforms and very professional. 8/13/21 I very higly recommend TREND for all your moving needs. I have NEVER used movers in the past because I grew up in a household where getting everything done yourself was just how it was and every move I have made I have done myself and/or with immediate family and/or friends. My husband is a Police Officer and I am a Hair Stylist. Our bodies hurt and we aren't in our 20's anymore so for this move we decided to look into hiring movers. To keep it short & sweet, these guys were so fast, efficient, kind and respectful. They unloaded a fully packed 20'x8' pod in just over 1 hour. The part that I think blew my mind most was that we couldn't get the pod gate open because when it was relocated to the property a dresser shifted and jammed the gate shut. These guys could have walked away and said, "sorry but if it doesn't open then we can't help." Instead they strong-armed between the 3 of them and my hurt hubby and got it open. It had to have been 100° out with humidity at a million and there was zero shade for these guys. I did offer something to drink but they came prepared. They made a very stressful move extremely smooth. Thank you Davonte, Christian and Javon(I hope I spelled it right). You guys are no joke. Also thank you to Ben and Robert for your kindness.

This was by far the best moving experience I've ever had even if the circumstances were less than optimal. I put out a cry for help on FB, I had several of my friends list recommend TREND! I filled out the online info requesting a quote, I woke up to an email wanting to know when was a good time to connect. I was actually sitting in the parking lot about to go rent a unit of Self Stor U, when Rob called back and was literally a few minutes away and came to meet me. I explained my need for sooner rather than later situation. We set it up! TREND was recommended by several fellow Greater Derry/Londonderry Chamber, Rob was happy to help. Moving Day 3 man crew came Davide Brad and Festus(not sure if nickname) They were professional courteous and very respectful of my "stuff" ! There was an issue with getting the couch out, they made a few calls to the boss and brainstorming , got it out! I brought a few more item to the unit later in the evening, I had a bit of trouble w/lock and door. Rob called back w/in 10 minutes and actually came to meet me and gave me tips for the door and lock. EASY FIX!! I can HIGHLY recommend these guys for your next move. Pretty sure they will be part of next leg of my move!!!

Rob, Festus, Christian I can’t say enough wonderful things about these gentlemen!! We were desperately looking for a mover, last minute, end of the month, on a Friday. They squeezed us in the middle of their day. Very reasonably priced and incredible athletes. They ran, yes ran up a hill, then 15 steep stairs into the house then another 12 steep stairs to bedrooms.
