YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR MOVING COMPANY! I had to move in less than 10 days and wasn’t able to find an available moving company. So, I used a POD and hired packers. I was moving to downtown VT and found out after the POD was picked up that they only deliver to Burlington once per week. My POD couldn’t sit on the street for a week!! I called Lowell’s to inquire about having my POD delivered to their location, then shifting everything from the POD to a truck for delivery. Teal at Lowell’s was AMAZING! She gave me an extremely reasonable rate and also a great price to store the POD on their lot for a week until it could be picked up. Not only that, we managed to coordinate it so that my POD was dropped off Friday morning and my belongings were moved to a truck and delivered THAT AFTERNOON! Special shout out to Chris and Devlyn (photographed on my balcony after the successful move)! They were courteous and efficient - a great team with great attitudes! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THE LOWELL’S TEAM ENOUGH!

I could not have been more pleased with Lowell's Moving and Storage. They arrived promptly, took great care of my stuff, worked quickly, and were affordable. It was a great value. Other movers asked for a similar price, but I'd have had to rent the truck. Lowell's brought their own truck. The parking area for my apartment was at the top of a steep hill and there were two staircases to climb to the apartment. They never once complained and were nice when I apologized for the difficulty of moving things out. They were very nice and personable, a real pleasure to work with. It was a truly great experience and made my move so much easier.

W e were extremely pleased how helpful everyone was even with some difficult circumstances. The packing crew was efficient and thoughtful. As our new dwelling isn’t yet ready for occupancy, we appreciated the interactions with the crew about what should go into storage and what stayed with us. The moving crew was also fantastic! Everyone was hardworking and courteous. Even with encountering a fiasco with Store It All in Barre, the crew remained flexible, supportive and proficient in delivering and storing our belongings at an alternate location. Everyone was friendly and professional making a stressful experience a much easier one. We are very thankful we hired Lowell’s and give them the highest recommendation!

Lowell's moved us from Vermont to Maine. They started working with us early in the process and from start to finish it was a successful and pleasant experience. All of the staff we dealt with, and it ended up being quite a few, were very patient and responsive. Moving is stressful and the team at Lowell's guided us through the process such that it relieved a lot of what otherwise could have been an anxious period. Most importantly, the move itself went without a hitch from packing to loading and unloading. We had nothing lost, damaged or broken, and the crew that did the work was very, very helpful right up to offering advice as to how items should be placed and stored to avoid damage. On top of everything else, Lowell's was cost competitive. We cannot recommend Lowell's more highly. We hope to not have to move again, but if we did they would definitely be our first call.

Lowell's did a great job with my mother's move. We ended up on a tight deadline which they did great meeting. They communicated very well on schedule and price. They met all commitments that they made. Service was great. Prices were very fair. I would definitely recommend them.

Lisa was incredibly hardworking in helping us pack for the move. She told us that she was formerly a personal chef with experience in the catering business. Not only did she help us move, but we got some recipes out of her to boot! Also, she meticulously labeled everything, which helped a lot with unpacking the boxes later on. On moving day, the six person crew could not have been more professional. I've never seen movers so fast, yet they definitely weren't rushing. They noticed a leaky spigot, and took the time to fix that, and a vent cover that was stuck shut, while they were in our new house. When they were done, they told me that they take pride in their work and consider their company to have exceptionally good service. What more could a customer ask for?

Our family moved to Putney last week and used Lowell Moving out of Brattleboro. I knew the moment I spoke with Chas in the office that we had found the right company to do the work. Her friendly demeanor and helpful tips were great, and she stayed on top of things throughout the week prior to help us get ready. The moving men themselves, Chad and Jesse, were equally friendly, professional, helpful and expedient. They worked hard for seven solid hours and made the entire experience even pleasant. They treated all our possessions with care and respect. We highly recommend anyone moving around the Brattleboro area to give these folks a call.

I strongly recommend Lowell’s Moving and Storage. We recently sold our home and purchased a home belonging to a close family member. Lowell’s coordinated both moves in the same week and everything went extremely well. Lowell's did a big interstate move for us, and was just fantastic. Reasonable pricing (the only place I called that would drive our car down for us at a very good rate), and just such a nice, good group of people, from the owner to the front desk staff to the moving crew. From beginning to end the service from Lowell's moving and storage was great. Teal helped arrange for two helpers to arrive and unload a moving truck at my new apartment. The day before the move I called and asked Teal to reschedule from afternoon to morning and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. All of my items were moved with care and I highly recommend Lowell's moving services!

I had a very last minute move and was lucky that Lowell's was able to fit me in. From the start, Teal was very responsive, friendly, and super reasonable. On the day of the move, the team showed up a few minutes early and the 3 guys (Reno, JJ and Chris) seriously busted. They had great attitudes, worked really well together, took care with oversized, fragile and bulky items, and were FAST! It was impressive. Moving is stressful, but working with Lowell's not only took the edge off but Reno, JJ and Chris also somehow made the day lighter for all of us. This was literally the best moving experience I've ever had. My husband and I had to move across state lines during the pandemic and amidst a variety of other craziness going on with our house purchase. Lowell's was incredible. They gave me an estimate based on our conversation and a list of items, and they stuck to it. They showed up on time. The team was professional and smart and they all wore masks. Extremely conscientious and super fast to get everything on the truck. They stored our stuff overnight and delivered right on schedule the next day. Everything arrived in great shape and they put all the furniture and boxes in their respective rooms. Simply a wonderful experience. I cannot praise them highly enough. Just a wonderful group of people, from the office to the moving team. Absolutely recommend! My husband also says to write that they carried many large and awkward items and never hit a single wall. Incredible.

I can't thank Lowell's enough for doing such a great job in getting us moved! Everything went seamlessly. My first contact was with Karen on the phone and she was very helpful. Bruce came by to estimate the job, we were charged exactly what he quoted. Shane and his crew arrived as scheduled on moving day and every one was hard working and professional. They took great care with our belongings as well as our house while moving things, even our grand piano. Our things will be in storage until we find our next home and I have no doubt everything is in good hands. Their storage facility is quite impressive! I cannot say enough about the quality of work Lowell’s did for us. They handled numerous family heirlooms with great care and in another trip they handled a load of workshop equipment pick up and then unload down into a basement. They worked hard with great attitude and got the job done as quoted. They did have trouble with a guy not showing up for work but that happens everywhere I would give them 10 stars if I could

Wow. We hired Lowell's to move our home. I doubted that 2 guys could do it in 4 hours, but that's just what happened. From the quote to the time they left after moving us, they were professional, courteous and very careful with our stuff and in making sure nothing was damaged in either home. We used Lowell's to: 1) Move three college students out of three different apartments. They arrived on time. They were professional, quick, happy to help, and very careful. They wrapped what needed to be wrapped and put mattresses in mattress bags. (1st floor, 3rd floor & 2nd floor) 2) Hold all three women's items in storage for about 2-1/2 weeks. 3) Move the same three women into a new house. They were absolutely clear that they wouldn't leave until we were satisfied. They cheerfully moved furniture items when we decided we didn't like how certain pieces were placed. Their pricing was very fair and the communication was wonderful. I would absolutely use them again and I would absolutely recommend them.

LOWELS is a first rate company. Bruce estimated the cost of our recent move from VT to NC. There were no surprises ....well maybe one. We didn't expect the experience to be so positive. The follow up from the office after the estimate was great and timely. The team arrived on time and worked tirelessly until both trucks were loaded. I was impressed with the manner that all of our wooden furniture was so carefully wrapped and loaded. The two trucks arrived on time in NC two days after leaving VT. The drivers worked from 12:30 until 8:30 pm to unload our goods. We still talk about how professional, polite and hardworking they were. When she asked what she could do to help my wife, Elizabeth, was told to find a chair and tell them where to put the boxes and furniture.
