Red Carpet was great! Communication about the process was clear and responsive, even when I had last minute questions. Our actual moving day was miserably hot yet the guys hustled and were cheerful, personable, and communicative the whole time. I was impressed with the speed in which they packed our old house and moved everything into the correct room in the new, and both houses were in great condition - no damage at all, aNd so far everything we unpacked has been in-tact. I would definitely recommend them.

Jon's crew was amazing with our recent complicated move. Amy and Jorden and the logistics crew had multiple stops and an art crating firm lined up for us and were amazingly accommodating when we needed to change dates with a week's notice. The day of the first stop on the move, Chevy and Matt picked up some furniture from Henderson, then drove to Felton, CA and handled the second stop the next day (a rush trip to avoid horrible rains in that part of California). They handled the steep driveway and stairs with grace and skill, pulling out of the driveway just before another downpour. The next day they took care of the Art stop, followed by two days of nasty weather driving, getting stuck in Tehachapi due to snow, they really went above and beyond for us. Final day and moving in back in Henderson Matt and Chevy continued their hard work, carefully handling each piece and unloading the truck efficiently. Each piece of art was skillfully uncrated and carried in to the house, furniture placed and boxes delivered. The guys kept a great attitude the whole time, even when faced with an unexpected irate neighbor. Everything was cleaned up and the truck pulled away with everything in order. They made what could have been a stressful event seem fun. If I was starting a moving company, I'd want to hire these guys! If you're contemplating a move, you won't be disappointed with Red Carpet!

I was referred to red carpet moving by my realtor in Henderson Nevada because we were bringing a U-Haul truck full of furniture up to move into our new home. When I called, the staff was helpful and responsive and quickly gave me an estimate based on my description of our moving truck and contents. They checked in with me several days prior to our arrival to make sure that everything was on track and showed up on time and ready to go. The two young men who were helping us were polite helpful knowledgeable and just generally pleasant to be around. They were very mindful of Our home and we’re careful not to damage anything. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone needing the services of a moving company

The team that packed boxes and furniture from my old house (lead by Raul) and the team that unpacked the truck at my new house were simply wonderful. They were fast, careful and professional. Getting the dates booked and leading up to the move was very efficient, with great communication about dates and a visit to the house a week before to verify all of the details. At every step from the first phone conversation to the team leaving my new house with an empty truck, I was very happy with the service and especially with the individuals who did the move for me. The team for my move exceeded my expectations. They were very courteous and professional plus sympathetic to my belongings. They accomplished some tasks with large and heavy items I did not believe would be movable from the previous house as well as the new house! There was no time wasted even with their breaks and lunch. For once, everything fell into place. After securing a moving time with only 48 hours notice, Red Carpet sent 3 young strong men to survey my job, pack up my stuff, and move it out. Even though I was not moving very far away, the move went smoothly with everything arriving at my new location shortly after, with everything in tact, nothing damaged, and all at reasonable rate. I recommend these guys and I will use them again.

Red Carpet (Josh) was able to accommodate my preferred moving date with fairly short notice. Everyone was very organized, professional, and friendly. The crew took really good care of our furniture throughout the move. The packing and securing of the vans was impressive. The moving crew were very helpful in placing the furniture in the new house and moving things around when my plan needed adjusting. Very highly recommend, 5 stars!

We used Red Carpet for both packing and moving. We moved out-of-state. They did a great job on both jobs. They had a person who specialized in packing our fragile and breakable items. I should've been using these guys a long time ago!! Professional, on time, careful not to run into doorways and walls, actually wraps up your furniture and lays down enough runners as promised. No dirty blankets here with them! Super helpful and friendly guys that helped us move. They're very efficient but they're not rushing to load up and unload stuff. Easy to communicate with too. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I recently purchased several pieces from RH and they used Red Carpet Movers and I am so happy they did. The three movers Jeff, Juan and Cooper were so polite, professional and provided white glove service. One of the pieces was an eight foot cabinet that weighed over 400lbs. They had to bring it up a challenging narrow stairway. They were awesome!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Also THANK YOU MICK for following up to make sure everything went smoothly.

I have used Red Carpet Moving for 2 of my moves here in Las Vegas. They have been amazing both times. This most recent move was exceptional as always! They took care in taking apart my furniture, wrapping it all, and transporting it to my new home. When we got to the new home they did an amazing job in putting all my furniture back together and making sure it was all sturdy and level! A lot of my furniture has been through two moves with them and it all still looks brand new! I highly recommend them! They work efficiently and know what they are doing. I will use them again in the future if need be.

We were told that Red Carpet Moving Company was the only company we should consider for our local move. Last week Red Carpet moved us and I have to say we were so pleased! The care that was taken to move us 2 miles was amazing! Two trucks, 4 professional courteous movers and attention to detail!!! The crew was incredibly professional, friendly and used caution packing items. I’d use them again. The only issue I had was a few items got damaged, including a dresser leg was cracked, nightstand drawer is jammed shut and a piece of slate broke off our fire pit table. It can all be fixed. They send someone to your place to give you an estimate and to determine the crew size before they allow you to schedule a moving date. I had a 3 crew team that called 30 minutes prior to arrival time to let me know they were on the road and will be arriving at their scheduled time. We had a wonderful positive experience with Red Carpet Moving Company! We called the company (short notice) and wanted to move items that same weekend. Bobby & Jeff with Red Carpet Moving Company phoned BEFORE they showed up on the appointment day. (They were ON TIME!) Both these men were fabulous… We highly recommend that you ask for Bobby & Jeff by name. We had a lot of family antiques and breakables that are priceless to us. Bobby & Jeff double wrapped our important pieces & took extra care with our things. We moved items from a second floor & had a lot of small boxes that took time & attention. This was my second delivery with Red Carpet, and this was by far not as good as the first. What happened that was challenging for me was that, I received a phone call I had to take while they were placing the box spring on the bed, I only wish that they had waited for me so that when the mattress was placed on top it was set where I needed it to be set, instead I had to remove the mattress by myself and try to res the mattress on top of the box spring, pretty challenging for one person, so overall, I would say I was not as happy with this delivery as I was with the first, I felt that it was a just a little bit of a rush job.

We looked at several movers to get us moved across town. From the very first contact to the moment they unloaded the last box, Red Carpet were professional, courteous, and helpful. Tony, Brian and Mike B were three great guys who were easy to get along with. Red Carpet wasn't the lowest price from those we contacted, but the extra $$$ was worth it. They take care of everything from wrapping your furniture, padding, tape and any other supplies without an extra charge. In fact, there were no hidden charges at all, and they came in under time estimated. The three of them were very efficient, like a well oiled machine. The next time we move, I will be calling Red Carpet back.

My husband moved out of his condo in downtown Las Vegas to an apartment. The manager at the apartment complex recommended Red Carpet. I called and talked to Amy Higgins who set up the move and then sent me a confirmation email with a chart with details of the move that I could screen shot and send my husband to print. They asked for photos of our artwork. The team of 3 men arrived exactly at 9:15 as scheduled and did such a fabulous job, my husband gave a very large tip. Chris and Josh of Red Carpet just delivered and set up our new bedroom set from Restoration Hardware. There was damage to one of the nightstands (not caused by them) and they immediately took pictures and took care of submitting the claim on our behalf. They wore their Covid 19 masks and put booties over their shoes. They were thorough in the setup, took all the packing materials with them, and quick. Highly recommended.

My SAATVA Mattress was delivered this morning 5/13/21. My window to wait was between 7:30 and 9:30. The guys called at 7:50 and at my front door at 8:15. They first brought upstairs the adjustable lineal bases (Split Cal), and the two Twin XL mattresses. They put the bases together, made sure they both operate with the remote controls and showed me how to work it. They gently placed the mattresses and air-filled them up using their individual controls. Again I was shown how to use it. Both were respectful of the home and people. They wore their face masks and removed their shoes prior to entering. No accidental bumps on the walls. They took with them all the plastics and cartons, so no mess was left behind. I am sorry I do not recall their names. The head of the two told me his name but I do not recall. I was so pleased with their professionalism, job knowledge, respect for the furniture delivered, and courtesy. They were timely and called first before they came. The job was done by 9:30am. I was so pleased that I wrote them a check for a tip since I carry no cash. So extend my appreciation to these 2 gentlemen, I hope you can find out who they are. Kind regards, Rosehomeowner

They absolutely lived up to their name. Buying your first house is stressful enough but then it hits you..."Now I have to move too?!". Like most people I have moved a few times and usually it's a rental truck, a bunch of friends, beer and pizza. But being a homeowner for the first time I figured I deserved to treat myself. I asked around (knowing nothing about where to start) and had more than one recommendation for Red Carpet so I gave them a shot. The process was a breeze and the team that worked the move was great! As horrible as it may sound, I honestly expected "movers" to show up. My stereo type was shattered when the crew that showed up were clean, well groomed, personable and most of all caring. I even had them pack everything for me except the clothes on my back and my animals and they treated it all like it was their own. The name says it all, it was truly a Red Carpet experience. Hopefully I will never have to move again but if I do, or someone I know does, Red Carpet is who I will use/recommend.

Excellent. Actually, excellent is an understatement for the service I received. I requested estimates from quite a few companies. Red Carpet was the absolute EASIEST process of all of them. The day before, Amy called me to confirm times, just as I had been told would occur. The day of, my 2 movers, Francisco and Rico, called to tell me they were 20 minutes away from me. When they came they were so friendly, calm, and made me feel very at ease. My husband was at our new house with the internet installers, so it was just myself and our dog at the old house. They were unphased by my dogs barking and fear, and by the end she was licking them and wanting to play. Francisco and Rico walked through the house at first with me to double check everything that was to be moved. If at any time they were unsure, packed or unpacked, they asked and then loaded it up with no problem. They were so amazingly efficient. There was some definite hustle in their step, and then some. The unloading process was just as easy as the loading. They even rolled out the outdoor carpeting and set up the table and chairs on top. Everything was the extra mile. There is a 3 hour minimum Red Carpet charges. They made sure to explicitly reiterate that up front and before the move started so that there was no confusion or misunderstanding. My move took 3 hours on the dot. There were no distance charges, fuel surcharges, nothing like that. What I was quoted was exactly what I paid. Well, before tip of course. They were awesome. If I ever needed any kind of moving service again, Red Carpet would be my pick. Just great

Casey and Josh delivered a 10ft couch for me that I ordered from RH. They showed up on time and were very aware of not “touching” the couch because of Covid. They wore gloves and mask and when unpacking the couch they made sure not to touch with there own gloves but only touched the packaging around the couch. An adjustable bed frame and mattress were delivered by Torry and Bobby of Red Carpet Moving Company. They arrived during the time allotted and called me 30 minutes before arriving. The installation was done quickly and professionally and Torry made sure that I understood how to use the remote control for the bed. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Torry and John were very professional, and respectful. They were on time and even called before showing up. When at the front door, Torry promptly asked if he should wear booties before entering. I was very appreciative of that since I have light carpet. Torry never complained about the amount of stairs (master bedroom furniture was delivered to the 3rd story). They inspected the delivery and Torry even made a slight adjustment for me on a knob that was crooked. I hope Torry’s boss recognizes the excellent employee he/she has.

YES, YES, YES! It is extremely rare for me to be compelled to write a review of any kind - it either has to be a fantastic experience or a terrible one and luckily, Red Carpet Moving falls into the former category. Three guys showed up on time, ready to work and they were all extremely friendly - definitely the kind of people you don't mind having in your house. They were very efficient and courteous - even asked my permission to take a quick break (given it was July in Vegas) to which I of course agreed, but they didn't even charge us for the 10-minute break. They moved us from a 1700 sq ft house to a 2300 sq ft house (with a 30-minute drive between the two) in exactly four hours! Granted, we were prepared (my husband even had our beds taken apart) but I was still impressed. The reason I went with the company in the first place is because they don't charge a transit fee (a fee that applies before they even get to your house) and they STOP charging the minute the last piece of furniture is placed in your new residence. They also don't charge for mattress wraps or tape or anything else that should be a given when you hire a moving company (at least in my opinion). I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, reliable and efficient moving company - they were great!

We used Red Carpet Moving Company for our move from a 3 bedroom condo to a 4 bedroom house. We have never used movers before because we have gotten our friends and family to help, however things happen to get lost or break. So we decided to call a moving company and we picked Red Carpet Moving Company, and we could not be any happier. I really wished we would have remembered the names of the gentlemen that came to help. They were so proactive, friendly, and professional. I do not think we could have moved as fast as without those guys. We had gotten new bedroom furniture and were nervous about something happening to the furniture since things happen when you move. Not only was our furniture safe and ok they put it back together to how it should be making our move into the house nice and fast. I know I was a pain not knowing how I wanted the furniture in the house but they were very nice to stay patience and just hear what I had to say. Sisco and his crew did a fantastic job. They didn’t waste any time. They were right on time, straight to work. Very fast and efficient. Also they give a quote that has an maximum amount you pay.
