Absolutely wonderful experience with these guys! Anytime I move I will only use them! Chris and his team were some of the best people I’ve ever encountered- So professional and took great care of me and my elderly Mom at the same time- Made sure my furniture from my Grandmother was safe and didn’t get damaged at all, he took the time to really pack it perfectly! Chris even helped me chase my car when he got out of his room- can’t say enough great things about them- oh and Chris made my Huge stuffed Tiger his passenger and seatbelted him in! Shows what wonderful people they are and they made me hats been such a stressful time for us fun! That’s saying something!

I have had to move several times while living on the west coast and moving-let’s be honest is a nightmare in general. I took upon myself to take two weeks to box up as much stuff as I could and put everything in one corner of my apt. This definitely helped speed up the process. I labeled all of the boxes “kitchen, bathroom” etc so unpacking n moving to the new place would be easier. I hired Five Star Moving bc I had used them in the past. Once again they showed up right on time, wearing nice red staff logo shirts and were very efficient professional. I lived on the top,3rd floor with 6 rows of staircases so it was a tough job but they did it with no incidents or damages. I will probably move again -maybe across the country and I trust this company to do the job well and have no issues. With so many scam companies these days I value knowing there is one company that is legitimate and professional. After the move the owner called me to see how it went. I have owned a brand myself for 11 years and customer service is half of the battle these days, so if you are in need of a moving company this is your go to for sure. Thanks guys for taking the stress out of moving once again!

We would recommend these guys without any hesitation. This company in my opinion is one of the best movers available. On our 1st day, Craig, the owner, personally came out to our house to see how much we would be moving half way across the country. Craig worked on several options and determined the most affordable way to move us. The price he quoted us was the final price. There are no hidden fees, no up charges, nothing like the games that the big movers play which we experienced once before. Craig is a man of his word and he lives by it. We would like to give a big thank you to the guys that moved us across country, Victor, Renee, and Jamie. You guys made our move so much less stressful and put us at ease with such a big move. You guys refused to leave our home until we had everything exactly where we wanted it. To say "Thank You" seems too little for words for all the work you put in for our family. Move went fairly well. However you get quoted an amount, and pay top dollar, and they charge you for a minimum amount of time if you use it or not. As my wife and I were driving to our new place, we got a call saying they were stopping for fuel, and to get a snack. Wait a minute, shouldn't you have arrived at our place fueled, and your employees fed? We got billed more because of it taking more time, when that should have been done on their time. Then the worst part is, you spend a massive amount of money thinking it pays for the work you were quoted. Then as it's time to pay, and all four movers are standing there staring at you waiting for you to pay. They have the audacity to ask for a tip. Of course we gave one, but what are we suppose to say when four employees are standing around us? Had I known this was going to cost us $100 more, I would have probably gone with another company. Seriously unprofessional, and extremely frustrating being put on the spot like that. Maybe you should pay your movers more if they feel they have to ask for tips, or warn your customers ahead of time so they are expecting to be hit up for more money at the end. Just be upfront.

We had a great team with Chris, Andre and Steve. They took a lot of care of our furnitures and all was very well protected. It was not an easy job as we were on a 3rd floor with only stairs. The helped us as much as they can. All was done in a great spirits with smiles. We strongly recommend them and Five Star Moving.

I'm a Realtor in Las Vegas who had a client moving from Henderson to Kingman AZ. I suggested to my client that he give Craig at 5 Star a call for a quote. Not only was the quote Very reasonable, but the Service was Stellar. The crew packed up my client on a Sunday to accommodate a Monday morning trek to AZ. When the caravan arrived in Kingman on Monday afternoon we found out my clients Escrow on the purchase hadn't closed yet and the seller wouldn't give my client access. He had no were to put his belongings. While my client frantically looked for a storage facility or another truck, Craig stepped up and rearranged his next job to accommodate my clients belonging for another night. What a huge blessing in a very stressful situation. 5 Star has earned my business for Life! What a great group of guys!

I have used many moving companies in this town over the years and Five Star is by far the most professional, most reliable, most efficient company that I have ever hired for a move. The 2 guys that showed up- Jacob and Jamie were incredible! Very energetic, very careful with all of my belongings and had such great personalities. Which is saying a LOT since it was 109° out today and they never once complained and were always respectful towards me and also towards each other. First time using a moving company the experience was not that great. The movers were very friendly but 2 showed up about 1 hr late and I pd for 3 movers after the move we discovered 2 items were broken. I called to see if we could remedy this in any way was told I'd have to speak with the owner and he was not in advised he'd call me back that day well here I am 2 1/2 weeks later and no call. Thank you 5star movers not sure if I'd recommend!!

BEST MOVE EVER. The tricky thing about a moving company is that no matter what reviews you see, it still comes down to who the movers are that show up at your doorstep. And the guys who moved our stuff - WINSTON, BOBBY, and HUGO - are some of the most professional, proficient, and friendly guys we have ever met. We move just about every year and they will stand out as the best we ever encountered. First, they are very reassuring. They make sure to plan the move, and confirm they can do it well. And then they get to work, and boy do they hustle. Completing a 2 bedroom move in less than 3 hours. Which included making sure everything is protected so no damage is done. And despite how you can clearly see they are working hard (we're talking Vegas heat!), they are constantly friendly. This is not just a personality thing, this is great training, and never forgetting that the customer experience matters. Not something that you would ever expect from a moving company. But the real clincher is this: These guys came back to our place a few days later to help clean up some paint scratches on the wall. They even went to the store to buy their own supplies to take care of it. This was done on their own time. Totally unexpected. I can tell you that this was such a shockingly pleasant experience that we sometimes forget just what great service really feels like. Five Star Moving company is a great company to nurture this in its staff, and these guys are a great example of people who simply care about the work they do, and wanting to do a great job. When the movers act like their personal reputation matters, you know that this is the company you gotta call for your move!

I’m soooo happy I found this moving company because they did a phenomenal job! My last move we hired Red Carpet movers (which they did a good job) but 5 star movers Literally rolled out the red carpet with this move and to be honest- i think they did a better job than the previous moving company. 3 workers showed up to the job a little earlier than planned which i totally appreciated. We rented the truck from uhual and started right on time (8 am). The crew that handled our move was Chris, John and Brian. They were so nice and worked so hard, and handled our furniture and items with the upMost care. They moved quick and i never once saw them slacking on the job.

We moved on Friday July 29th. There were 3 movers, Jamie, Hassan and Chris.They showed up before 8am, which I happen to think is great to arrive earlyand get acquainted with what needs to be done. They introduced themselves right away,m and said they are there to make this easy, and to please us. They all worked as a team which was awesome. They wasted no time, and they were there to work and to make it stress free for my husband and myself. I told them moving us out will be a breeze. Moving us in will be more challenging, since we had no idea if all the furniture will fit. They told us don’t worry, if you need to change things around when we are there it’s fine that’s what we are there for. They wrapped everything well in blankets and protected my glass items with cardboard. I knew my stuff would come off the truck the same way it left. I highly recommend Five Star Moving. Our crew (Josh, Tay, and Allen) were all fantastic. They were friendly, fast, careful, and professional. In less than 6 hours, they fully loaded a large 26’ U-Haul with Tetris-style maximum efficiency, carried thousands of pounds of additional items down a flight of stairs to help prepare us for a second truckload, and unloaded the whole truck into our new house exactly where we asked each item to be placed. We are glad we selected Five Star Moving and specifically that we had the pleasure of working with Josh, Tay, and Allen. Zero issues and an incredibly good value.

I was looking at movers for my local move in my city and he responded in a timely manner, very professional and gave me very thorough details. He is not like any other moving company that would push you just to get their business. The movers, Shawn, John, and Alan came on the time scheduled, were very professional and took everything with care to where I want things placed. They even removed their shoes every time they went up stairs in our new home because we have new carpet. They didn’t damage any structures in the old and new home. Craig and his crew at Five Star were wonderful to work with. From the initial walk through to placing the last box at my new house they were professional and easy to work with. I've moved over 20 times and this has to be one of the best moving experiences I've ever had. The guys were quick and efficient but careful. I felt like they cared about my stuff as if they were moving a member of their own family. We moved an entire 1800 sq ft house across town and they finished in less time than they had estimated. The cost was very reasonable especially considering the excellent service we received. I would highly recommend Five Star if you need to move. I have to be honest, this team is the SHIZNICK!!!! Moving can be stressful. Starting with my first call with Craig, WoW, what a nice man! He was extremely professional, walked me through the 5 Star process and gave me some tips to make the move easier! Thank you Craig! The day the team showed up, thought ugh, hate moving! I met Jacob, Delian and Andre~ Dear Lord what a bunch of great guys! These guys were fast, beyond careful and freaking strong💪!!!! Another company, which I have moved plenty, it would of taken another 2-4days to have done. Not one item broken, no sitting around and did not hear one complaint while they worked! BEST MOVING COMPANY ON THE PLANET! I was all set to move with All My Sons moving in Las Vegas but the morning of the movers showed up in slippers and were unhappy with the amount the needed to move. This was agreed on and discussed multiple times so it was interesting that they weren't prepared and pretty rude about it. Fifteen minutes after they got there I suddenly got a call from their boss telling me they had a family emergency and had to leave. They wouldn't be able to move me until the next day. So basically the movers were lazy and had no interest in the job and made an excuse to leave. Everything in my house was packed and I had nowhere to go as I needed to move that day. Thankfully Craig's team came through ! Craig had a crew out to my house within that hour ! Jaime , Tray and Mario showed up fully prepared and had the most amazing attitude! Within thirty minute half my house was on the truck. We shared laughs and they turned a really awful situation into a really positive , smooth move. Pretty sure my boyfriend and I wanted to be best friends with them by the time they left for the day. Haha We are so thankful for Craig and this crew. Not only did they come through in a pinch but they were also less expensive than All My Sons ( Unprofessional Sons) . We can't wait to use them again and suggested friends use them. Truly incredible service. Moving can be so stressful and that day certainly started out poorly due to All My Sons but ended with laughs and a smooth timely move. Can't thank them enough! I highly recommend this company to anyone who’s moving, I can’t say enough good things about them! I had Jacob, Delvon, and Gabe. Two of these guys have actually moved me twice with this same company now, they were so fast, efficient, friendly and fun! I joke around with them that they could come move me more often just so we can hang out and crack jokes with each other! Delvon was even on the ground cleaning the rubber feet marks off my tile when they were done! I’ve never had anything damaged, and they managed to get all my stuff moved before the afternoon was over in record time! We actually had a different moving company scheduled but they changed their price quote on us the day before our move. These guys are awesome!! They went above and beyond my expectations. My husband and I just moved to Las Vegas and needed to unpack all of our stuff. I called 5 Star Moving and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The team showed up early, did a spectacular job of moving a fully packed 2 bedroom Uhaul into our 2nd story apartment building and after that was done they unpacked the rest for us at a local storage unit, which was also on the 2nd floor...FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE! If something broke during our move, they let us know and even offered to fix some things for us with tools they had. All 3 of the movers were so helpful, friendly and fast! I will definitely be using this company again in the future and would recommend to anyone!!

I’ve used Five Star Moving TWICE this past month and they are amazing! The first time around they were great, fast and put everything into my storage unit neatly and organized. The second time my crew was Brandon, Nathan and Connor and they were excellent!! We had three stops, as we had to pick up furniture from point A, then pick up everything from my storage unit, then go and unload in my new home. And they were done with everything in FIVE hours!! Including set up and carrying everything upstairs! They put everything in the designated rooms, they were careful, were friendly, efficient, but most of all, fast. There were no hidden fees, they had all the equipment needed and they were on time. I am very happy with this company and will definitely recommend this specific crew to all of my friends! This moving company is the best moving company I have ever encountered in Nevada. I used another company before and it was nowhere near as good as 5 star! Victor, Jaime, and Jose were very prompt and arrived 10-15 min before my start time and did a walk through of what would be taken. I felt really comfortable from the start that they would handle my things perfectly and they delivered! They assembled and disassembled which was exactly what we needed and our furniture was tricky but they did excellent and put everything back together beautifully! If you ever wanted a moving company or wondered if it was worth it I can assure you it is!

I don't even know where to begin! I met with owners Craig and Amy 6-7months ago to get a bid along with a few other companies for a almost 7,000 sq ft large home move. I immediately knew once I met with them and did a walk through that they blew every other moving company out of the water with their professionalism, pricing, and prompt responses. We had to schedule and reschedule the move a couple times due to remodeling and delays, but Craig and Amy were always very accommodating and helpful. Not only did our bid come with supplies, trucks, and a crew (which saved me so much time & stress from having to go buy packing supplies, and rent a Uhaul like other companies required) When the packing day came and I met with their crew, I couldn't believe how professional, prompt, hardworking, helpful, kind, and trustworthy their crew was. We ended up pulling some very long, stressful days but their crew never complained or stopped working at their top potential! We ended up having them pack, move, and unpack and I seriously don't know what I would have done without such an amazing crew of guys. Not only did we have a 6 man crew, but Amy (owner) also came and spent 15hrs one day helping me do tedious things, and working right along side me and all the guys. I couldn't thank her enough! EVERY single one of their guys who came and helped were absolutely top notch, but there were a few who just went over and beyond and truly made this very large move, doable! Brandon, Nathan, and Gabriel were positive, hardworking, organized, efficient, kind, trustworthy, and ultimately just great guys to be around in such a stressful setting. Moving such a large home isn't easy at all, but I can tell you one thing.. No matter what size apartment, home, or office you have, you NEED five star moving! I will be recommending them to everyone I know and will be using them again very soon!

All three were very professional, respectful and presentable. They each communicated well. Each crew member actively engaged in laughter to help ease the stress of moving. Any questions that needed to be asked, they each took the time to answer. I’d highly recommend this company and more specifically this crew((Victor, Jamie and Jose)! The company is very military friendly and was able to accommodate our move with a short notice. The owners were very approachable and respectful. We used 5 star movers again in just a couple of days that we reserved awhile back.And again Cris, Kyle & Hassan was on time &ready to go. But with a stupid mistake I made (I forgot the keys to unlock the pod so I sent my wife to buy bolt cutters. And like true professionals they kept busy by moving everything out of the house. I mean if that doesn’t tell you Five star movers are the best in Las Vegas then good luck trying to find movers half as good.

This review is 2 weeks overdue. My real estate agent recommended 5 star movers and I am so glad she did! Jacob, Ben & Derrick were amazing! I had to supply the moving truck but they supplied everything else. They wrapped up every piece of furniture with padding and were very careful moving everything. They took apart my king & queen size beds and put them back together at the new place. They asked me where I wanted everything to go and even hooked up my refrigerator. I ordered pizza and we all ate together. I enjoyed spending the day with them. This team was very professional and very hard working. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We did a local move...we had them move the heavy items for us! To say we were happy is an understatement. The showed up ON TIME (2 minutes early actually)...got out of their trucks and immediately came and introduced themselves. I showed them what they were going to be moving and they got to work immediately. They packed everything perfectly and we had nothing damaged. Not only did they do a great job, they did it with a great attitude. They were laughing and enjoying their work...and laughing with us...which I can appreciate. I don't know how much others have checked out movers - but it is scary. Many times all of your belongings don't get delivered to you, many times they say they underquoted and if you don't pay them the difference, they won't unload your belongings. For this reason, we decided to take our move somewhat into our own hands and hire Five Star Movers. When we went to pick up the U-Haul Truck, they told us that they had tried to contact us and that it was not available. We located another one but we were behind. But not Five Star Movers. Jon, Sean and Allen were about 15 minutes early. I explained what was going on with the truck, and they started wrapping furniture and getting it ready to load on the truck when it arrived. They are so careful with your items. They wrap glass extra special, and even took apart our grandfather clock and put it back together again when we arrived at our new home. They are courteous, they are fun and they made our moving day very special for us. Unfortunately because we were late, we did not get everything done that we needed on Monday and we get the pleasure of sharing Wednesday afternoon with the guys again. When you hire these guys, just tell them what you want done and get out of their way and they will get the job done so quickly and so professionally that it will make your heads spin. Thank you, Five Star - we will be recommending you over and over and over again!

I had an extremely poor experience getting my stuff here through PODS and was very timid about hiring movers. Sean, Bobby and Jon were communicative, on time and very professional. I couldn't even get these guys to take a sparkling water break in the NV heat. I am on the 3rd floor and had a few oversized nice pieces of furniture that needed to be assembled. Monday Delvon and Daniel, from Five Star Moving, packed my house for a move from San Jose to Las Vegas. What a professional and fun team they were. I have a handicap and those two went out of there way to help with things I had trouble with. They delivered my things right away Wednesday morning. They even said they could have delivered on Tuesday but I would not be arriving till late. So they arrived at my new home at the agreed upon time and unloaded my things, put my bed and dresser etc together and again looked after me. I have heard so many horror stories and point in fact I had a bad experience 10 years ago. Not this time. I have the utmost respect for this company and their team. 5 stars for Five Star Moving! I decided to get a quote from them based off of their great reviews. I got a response promptly and even had to change the date and they were able to accommodate it with no problem. The 3 gentlemen helping us move out of our 3500sf, 2 story house were AWESOME! Thank you Thomas, Jon and James! They were polite, friendly and right on time at 8am! They were fast and strategic. Thomas was full of jokes all day. They pretty much worked straight for 11.5hrs, subtracting their quick 15mins lunch break on the way back to offload. We had to do 2 trips and they didn't mind at all. They wrapped up all the furniture with blankets, including our glass pivot front door. A few heavy items had to be switched to different rooms and they had no problem doing it! Gabriel and Delvon gave the best service possible. They were unfortunately short one person due to an emergency and yet the two of them worked with the efficiency and speed of 4 men. Having worked through a condo w/ stairs to a storage facility that was questionable in its layout. These men never once complained or shirked off what they needed to do. On top of that they were both incredibly humorous and open in sharing why they chose their professions. Incredibly disciplined and hard working, these men dispelled many of our fears of scummy movers and the lack of care that many companies tend to overlook for the sake of time. We hired a team of three movers from Five Star Moving to help move us out of our condo and into our new home. John, Steven, and Thomas were great right from the start. They arrived on time and got right to work. The three were very professional from start to finish. When they arrived, they assessed what needed to be moved and talked through the plan on how they were going to move things. At the end of moving everything out of the condo, they made sure to double check everything had been moved to our liking before we went to the next location to unload. The condo we were in had a couple of very tight spaces and corners, but the team navigated those areas extremely well and did not cause any damage to the furniture or walls. John, Steven, and Thomas had plenty of useful materials with them, especially padding. Although we had padding with the U-Haul truck we were using, the additional padding they had really helped. It especially helped with some of the larger furniture and a glass table top for the dining room table. One of the best things about John, Steven, and Thomas was their efficiency. The guys were in and out in the three hours we had booked them for. Boy, did it save my wife and I a ton of time. We'd recommend Five Star Moving to anyone in the area and would happily use them again.

Anthony, Paka, and Will are a true 5-star crew! Positive experience, very good communication, steady high level of effort moving heavy furniture and mattresses up and down stairs. Truck was tightly packed and tied down - all space used And things don't shift. The crew was fast but careful. willing to take direction, or explain a better way. They do everything you want, but nothing you don't want. that makes them cost effective when extras aren't wanted, but prepared when they are. NOTE: any moving company is only as good as the team you get. A good company makes sure all their staff are good, and supports them with realistic scheduling, balanced workload, and good management. We were very satisfied. Only complaint, they make us take a photo with them when they finished for promotional reasons... I feel so used! :)

Wow. What a phenomenal moving company. We were lucky enough to have Jacob, Derrick and Angelo move our things from one place to another. They arrived to our house on time and did a fantastic job. Jacob, Jorden, and Anthony of 5 Star Moving showed up on time, clean, well mannered, polite, and just very professional. These young men worked hard throughout the day and into the evening. We actually had to reschedule our move due to closing issues, yet we were not charged a fee for canceling and were able to reschedule on short notice. Everything about this company screams professionalism, Craig and his employees are awesome and can teach the rest of us a thing or two about customer service. I thought I could do my own moving but then I realized I couldn’t. Haha. So I scheduled 5 Star Moving to move my stuff from my 1700 sq ft house to my new 2600 sq ft house. We also made a pit stop to drop off some furniture to another residence and also pick up 20+ boxes and child furniture from my in-laws. I thought it was going to cost me a fortune and was going to be an all day ordeal. But these guys friggin killed it. They worked fast and they were thorough. Five Star Moving is exactly what they say, 5 STARS! Our crew of Zach, Bobby, and Winston made my move enjoyable, efficient, and worked with and around my crazy schedule. So let's do a checklist of important moving issues: Furniture and Furnishings: Prepped, Covered, moved, placed and put back together without damage. CHECK! Work Quality: I expected 4 hours to pack and 7 total unpack and arrange. Nope they had my whole house packed in under 2 hours!!! Then another 1.5 to unload and reassemble! CHECK double CHECK! Price: Best price I came across which includes packing materials and 3 movers. You do need to rent your own moving vehicle. Preferred 26' truck for houses. CHECK! Did all this in 110 heat? CHECK I can't speak for all of 5 star employees but the 3 men we had (Zach, Winston, Bobbie) are All-Stars/All-Pro and took care of me above and beyond expectation. Thanks fellas! Moving is always stressful for me and moving with movers I haven't used before adds to the stress. But these guys were terrific and deserve to be called Five Star Moving. They gave me a fixed and fair price and stuck to it. They showed up on time on both ends of the move. My movers, Mike and Martin ,were friendly and packed everything carefully and quickly. No damage to any of my stuff whatsoever incurred during the move. And they picked up my stuff on a Sunday and delivered the next day out of state. Not everyone will do that. Would definitely use them again. They were recommended to me by the manager of my apartment complex who told me everyone she had sent to them had been happy.

Bobby, John and Winston were awesome. They were so careful, not only with moving our items, but also made sure not to damage the house in anyway. These guys are so strong. Winston carried our solid wood 6 drawer dresser down the stairs on his shoulder like a boom box. It was crazy to watch. Also, super honest, they accidentally kept our power drill and personally returned it the next day. If this wasn't going to be our last move ever, I would totally use them again. Great work and totally worth the money in the pain they saved our backs. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience. The 3 guys, Martin, Mike and Nick arrived a little early. They were very polite and knew what they were doing. We moved from a 3 Bedroom, 2 car garage to a 5 Bedroom, 3 car garage. No slacking from these 3! Worked very hard. We even had to make sure they took a lunch break they were working to provide a good fast move for us! Anything they took a part was put back together and set up at the new place! Hung all our clothes in the closets too! Anything we needed they provided with a friendly smile! It was a great day! Three guys came to move us. The arrived on time. They were organized and got to work immediately after assessing al that needed moved. One guy, Winston, picked up a bookcase that took two guys to get on the second floor and carried it downstairs by himself. They took great care in wrapping and protecting our furniture and other items. Zack and Martin worked fast as a team moving and organizing and placing items safely on the truck. Winston worked mostly on second floor bring things down as needed. The guys were pleasant and worked hard to get us moved in a timely manner. We were all moved in the new house in about 4.5 hrs. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. They made a stressful move less stressful. I had a couple of different issues with the move and Craig helped ease my worries. I had a issue with the original date, and they were flexible and accommodating. My original move was going to be from storage pods directly into my apartment, but the day before the move when the pods were suppose to be delivered they asked for double the space I originally was told with a 2 hour warning, which I couldn't do. I called Craig to see if we can change the move to load into a truck from the pod facility and transport to apartment. He was accommodating and helpful. The crew showed up on time, but there was a miscommunication between Craig and myself about me providing the truck. I was unaware. Craig and his crew were very considerate. I ran to grab a uhaul and Five Star Moving was nice enough to push the move start and hour while I got a truck. Notice I still gave 5 stars. Complications can happen with a move, but Five Star Moving earned their name by being helpful and considerate. The moving crew were very nice and helpful. Pointing out issues with my furniture or items before loading so I was aware. They were careful with my items and helped move items around the apartment. I would definitely use Five Star Moving again.

So, I was worried about choosing movers as we had a poor experience with the last movers we used. The guys at Five Star Movers were great. I was shocked to see these guys not only get all of our items from our home into our small storage unit, but they did it in 2.5 hours! I can't say enough positive things. My wife and I were moving and needed support. We reached out to Five Star and they responded quickly. We moved on a Friday. They arrived at 830 and started to work. It took them two trips to move all of our stuff, but they got the job done with no breakage. It was amazing watching how fast they worked. And Winston, well he was just scary amazing the way he picked up pieces of furniture by himself to move them. Seriously! We had a pine cabinet that was six feet tall, three feet wide, and maybe 18 inches deep. He just picked it up like it was a small box! My hats off to the team!

A week before moving, I had reached out to several moving companies for quotes. A couple had moving trucks included, but few had experience with antique furniture. From Five Star, I received a quote with instructions and expected responsibilities for the movers and customer. The attention to detail and suggestions were greatly appreciated. During the move, my wife and I were on-site to help coordinate the effort and drive the U-Haul (not included). The movers were attentive to instructions and the fragility of some of the furniture. We moved a one bedroom apartment on the first floor to a one bedroom apartment on the third floor (with no elevator) in three hours, in August at 3pm (hottest time of the day and year). The guys killed it!!! No dent or scratches or even scuffs on any of my walls. Its hard to get good, reliable, and quick service now a days but these guys really know what they are doing and meet all three criteria. 5 stars for sure and will be using them in the future. The best quality and price on the market. If you go with anyone else that's on you and you wont get as service I guarantee. Worth every penny!

My previous movers canceled the day before my long distance move and Five Star Moving put me at ease with entire process. Love these guys, 3 of them showed up on time and was courteous throughout the moving process. Everything was quick and easy! Even though these guys look young, it felt as if they did this for over 10 years. Our place was a 3 story house, 1900+ SF and a narrow stairwell, but the whole move only took us 3 hours granted it was close by. All of our furniture were wrapped up with care and the price was very affordable. All in all, we would definitely use them again!

I had some last minute changes a couple days before the move that Craig was more than happy to help me with and answered all my questions and concerns. Five Star moving, I found to be a professional presented company. Everything they represented and quoted me, they followed through with. The crew that provided the labor, I can't thank those guys enough. Zach was the lead on they cree. Sorry I can't recall the other two workers however, they along with Zach were no slackers they took care of business from the time they arrived, which was early and much appreciated until they finished. Wrapped all of the furniture before moving to the truck. Made use of all the space in the truck and storage unit. Very satisfied and I recommend Five Sta Moving.

Such an amazing moving experience! Jordan, Matthew, and William were right on time and were very hard workers! They arranged EVERYTHING into the truck (I'm amazed it fit) and did so at a fast pace! Very good experience. We had a crew of three guys - Paka (lead), Martin, and Nate. They worked hard and fast for us, and did a great job. Of special note, we had just purchased a brand-new sofa sectional, in a light cream color. We REALLY wanted to avoid getting our beautiful new sofa scuffed or damaged. Paco and crew listened to our concerns and really took their time wrapping and babying our sofa, and I'm thrilled to report it got to the new house without so much as a smudge on it! I appreciated the guys' good attitudes and work ethic. That took a lot of the stress off my shoulders. Overall we were quite satisfied with the professional work they did, and we would definitely call Five Star again.

Requesting a quote was an immediate response and setting up the appointment was extremely easy and quick. Movers arrived exactly on time, assessed what needed to be moved, and began work instantly without wasting time. They were fast yet careful with home and furniture/boxes. I wanted my firearm safe moved inside the home and without complaint or drama it was in place within minutes. A large sofa couldn't fit up the stairs so they hoisted it through the second floor balcony. Moving is never fun but these guys were absolute professionals making my total move at just under 5 hours. The name says it all "Five Star Moving". Ed, Dalvin and Will really did a good job in moving our stuff. We moved out from a 2 story 5 bedroom house so you can imagine how much stuff we have. Ed was very accommodating and the rest of the guys kept working non stop until everything were moved. They were very careful with our furniture, they disassemble and assembled the ones that needed it without losing any of the parts. We hired Five Star for our in-city move. We have moved a lot and usually end up with a few broken or scratched items, especially big furniture pieces. This time, everything was in the exact same condition when they picked it up as it was when they dropped it off. They took a little longer than I expected even though they hustled the entire time. I can't really complain (hence the full-star review) when the extra time was spent really wrapping my furniture to ensure it's remained in pristine condition. At first, I was a little skeptical that I had to rent my own truck. However, it totally makes sense that I'm paying u-haul a really low price for their truck as opposed to paying a moving company double the price so they can maintain their own trucks. What a great business model! Thanks, Five Star! We will be using them again when we move the next time.

I used five star moving to move our 3-bedroom upstairs apartment to a downstairs condo. It was very stressful having to manage everything needed to move all our stuff. I searched the web for a moving service and found Five Star Moving. Compared to other movers, their rates are the best so I hired them. They charge $100/hr for 3 well-equipped people. This means that they have all they moving equipment (Dollies, harnesses, cloths, straps, etc) they will need. A minimum charge of $300 (3 hours) and time is rounded up to the nearest half-hour. I spent $350 (3.5hours) to move our 3 bedroom apartment. Every single dollar I spent for their service was well worth it. Trust me when I say that they will treat your stuff like it was their own. TAKE NOTE: you have to rent your own truck, which is about $40 dollars(for one day) + insurance and mileage. Renting your own truck will save you money (other companies charge $130/hr for a 3-man and their own truck). In my case, no one in our family knew how to drive a 26 foot truck so they gladly met me at the u-haul and drove it for us. With that being said, if you're at the edge of hiring them or not. I highly recommend them. Renting your own truck is easy and they can gladly drive it for you. If you're stressed out with the prospect of moving just hire these people and they will take care of you. All you have to do is pack all your stuff properly and they will move it very quickly. The owner even called me a few hours after they left to make sure everything went well. ADVICE: I was very stressed out with the prospect of our move that I even forgot to bring our bottled waters to our new place and had to buy some from the store. So, DO NOT stress out over your move, all you need to do is pack everything properly. Put everything in one place and they will put it in the truck very fast (I'm not even kidding, these people work fast and efficiently). Please, have some water ready for them, a few crackers or something. Something quick to eat. That's all you need to stress about. If I wasn't short on my cash right now I would've definitely tipped them. It was well worth it. Thank you so much to Joseph, Martin and Joe for the very professional move.

By on time I mean early. It was probably a small job compared to what they normally do, but they did not treat it any different. They showed up, went right to work. A job I though would be 3 to 4 hrs, took them just under 2 hrs. My mother is in her seventies, and they were politely and respectful to her, and my uncle who was also there. One of the guys showed up on time and the others I think got lost so the gentlemen who showed up first said he would go ahead and start and then start the clock when the rest got there. It didn't take long for the others to get there and they got everything on the truck in about an hour which was crazy fast. I called 5 different companies around town to assist with my recent move. At the end of the day, they may have all equaled out, cost-wise, but I’m really happy I used Five Star. It’s important to note that it is the customer’s responsibility to get and drive the moving truck. I’m a single female, small in build, but I have no issue driving a 20’ truck like it’s my b*tch lol. However, that could be a deterrent to some. It is noted that the movers are not to drive the truck, but I do have to say when I asked if they’d at least guide me into the spot, backing up (the way that particular spot is situated, is perfect for loading a moving truck as the ramp sits on the steps right there and allows the ramp to sit perfectly horizontal). Anyway, they quickly agreed that while I was fully capable and they believed I could do it, that they would happily do so. And I trusted them to do it. So, while they may not be allowed to drive the truck from one residence to another, I was thankful they helped me with that! I had a time frame of 12-3 for them to arrive. They showed up at 11:50. I was really happy with that, but I was thrown off as I expected a phone call to say they were on the way and I didn’t get that, and I was about to take a carload of stuff to my new house. Not a big deal though. All 3 of the gentlemen, Sam, Jose, and Damnjan, were super cool and with me being a single female, I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or anything awful like that. The guys came in, were super professional and we even joked around a little. They made a stressful situation far less so. They wrapped and taped everything quickly and carefully and loaded it all like champs. There is a 3 hour minimum and while I did my best to make sure there was only enough stuff to fill up a 3 hour move, at most, I expected that I would end up having to pay for at least another hour. Nope. Not the case, at all! In fact, the guys finished within about 10 minutes of that 3 hour mark. Thank you, baby Jesus! 🙌🏼 Long story short, these guys don’t mess around. Hire them. Trust them. They’ll do a great job. I also appreciate, as a small business owner myself, that the owner, Craig, reached out to me today to ensure the move went well. Keep up the great work guys!

If the military wants to know who to recruit for some of the toughest training, they need to start looking at movers. I was in a jam - needed movers same day so I was pretty stressed thinking I was going to be stuck unloading a 26 foot truck by myself. Called Craig at 9am and told him my situation. Without hesitation he assured me he could wrangle up two experienced movers and sure enough, by 11am Martin and Matthew arrived ready to go with excellent attitudes and proceeded to skillfully unload and carefully organize all my stuff according to a plan we came up with working together on the spot. I recommend these guys highly - they are honest, skilled and courteous. Also their charges are right in line with what I would expect - very fair, and they will hustle and not "milk" the job. Make sure you tip your movers if you're happy with the work btw. I put myself through college humping furniture, and it really means a lot!

Five Star Moving has my highest recommendation, the three men that were sent to help me move my parents and family members, which took two loads with the largest truck Uhaul makes was done by true professionals.
