AB Moving was the best moving company we’ve had to date…and we have moved A LOT! They were prompt, professional, courteous, and efficient! Communication was clear throughout the entire process - from when we booked the appointment to the morning of arrival and until the last box was unloaded. The Avaloz crew were a pleasure to work with! The team arrived on time in the morning with no issues while also keeping me thoroughly informed they were on their way. They were able to get our 2 bedroom apartment loaded up, moved about 15-20 minutes across town, and unloaded all in about 3 and a half hours. The team were professional, as well as, courteous the entire time and maintained great care of our belongings. I would absolutely use AB Moving again and certainly request to work with the Avaloz crew. Great experience through and through!

We didn’t have a very far move but we did have a lot of things to be moved. We called several moving companies, and decided on AB Moving because of the transparency not only in what they will charge but also the kind of professionalism that is employed. We were lucky enough to have Team Diaz help us out in our move and they were PHENOMENAL. They moved extremely fast, were courteous and careful enough to the items as to not damage them or the house, and had great communication through the entire process. At one point, we were having trouble getting our couch inside. Through the leader, Alfonzo’s prowess, we were able to get it inside and finish the job in under 3 hours. They were even nice enough to help put our desks back together! Cannot recommend them enough and if you’re lucky to get team Diaz, you are in good hands.

I moved out the day after Christmas! My 3 movers showed up early and got down to business, no small talk but what was needed. Marvin was professional and explained the work details. I will definitely recommend AB Moving to any of my friends and family. I had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor and moved to a two story house. All furniture was examined before they touch it and even took a picture lol. Two hours they were done. Also the phone person Kara was friendly and pleasant. Thanks guys

For the most part I am pleased with the job they did moving me. 1 thing I am NOT good with it is the fact that they left 2 book cabinets and 4 large boxes in the master closet. I couldnt fit these items in my car. They didn't take the time to do a walk through of all the rooms and closets to make sure they had all the items before they left. I took photos and asked if they were going to come back to get the items they left behind. The response I got was that I didnt tell them about the items in the closet and if they had to come back they wanted to charge me for their mistake. Also I can't find the screws for my TV that attach myTV to the wall. They took the beds apart anplace. them back together. Yet they took my tvs down off the walls in my old placeand didn't put them back up in my new place. So that made no sense to me.

From the customer service professionals I've spoken with via text, phone, and email to the movers themselves, the customer service is exemplary. José and his team (Jenrry and Julio) did a great job with my move last month. They were very careful with my belongings and took care to wrap and protect my furniture. Since it was a local move, I didn’t have some odds and ends boxed due to running out of time. I intended to simply move those myself, but they had a large catch-all box that was able to transport those items. I was so appreciative of their thoughtfulness and planning. Overall, I was very pleased with AB Moving, and I would definitely use them again.

They were great on time communicated well and friendly and priced reasonably. However when I attempted to do a referal was where I experienced issues. I used an alias to get my quote and sign up as to not get spam ect I requested a name change before my move and it was murder to get my 20$ referal. Then I was going to use them again and they denied my move as if I tried to fraud them out of something.

The guys called 30 min before and texted to let me know they were in route! The team of 3 plus the manager/lead were all super helpful, fast, helped seal boxes I had left open on accident and were overall helpful! They broke down and put back up everything and they were the most careful not to scrap any walls! The lead hooked up my machine and discovered my cord was bad, thank GOD for him!! I went to Home Depot and he replaced both cords no problem!! I would highly recommend!!

The abuelos group was by far the most professional movers I have ever hired. 1. They will give a an estimate when they arrive of how long it will take. 2. They HANDLE YOUR PROPERTY WITH CARE - like it’s theirs!!!! (Very important to me). 3. You can tell when someone knows what they are doing based on how they perform, they moved so seamlessly like it was no effort at all! 4. This is the first time in my moving history that something was not broken!!! Also what movers allows you view the inside of their truck to ensure nothing was left behind! When you decide to hire a moving company, use this one. Ask for Ismael and his crew. They work so well together. Honestly, the BEST movers I have ever had, and I have moved a few times over the years. These guys were awesome! They were there on time, got right to it, were so careful, covered my furniture with blankets AND plastic wrap and they were so nice too. Hardworkers. I showed them what to move and that's all they needed. Within a short while, I felt so confident with their ability that I was able to focus on some other things. Nothing was broken, no scratched walls and no surprises. They delivered! Money well spent. My husband and I are both so happy and satisfied.

These guys are amazing. We had the Molina crew move our 2 bedroom apt to our new 2 story house. Eddie, Ivan and Carlos were super friendly and helpful. They showed up right on time, like we weren't even 100% ready. They just jumped right in and started loading the truck. There were times when they were going so fast I almost had to ask them to slow down because we still had stuff to put in boxes. The entire move was done in 4 hours. They were very quick, never once did I feel like they were taking their time to get more $$$. They were very careful and we didn't have any damage. We have had bad experiences with movers in the past and were nervous. But the Molina crew was amazing! Definitely recommend doing a 3 man crew.

I haven’t even unpacked my apartment yet but I just had to give this company an amazing review. I just had three of the kindest most hard working men move my apartment furniture (admittedly it was a lot!). They were breaking their back and working so fast. Most movers will slow walk you and try to run up the time just to get paid more. These men were honest and swift. We called themFriday after the previous company we originally booked with bailed on us less than 24 hours before our move and they got us booked for Sunday morning with no issue. The movers called an hour before to let us know when they would arrive and they arrived promptly and were very professional and got us moved efficiently and within the 2hour window. They handled our property safely with no damages and the best moving company we have ever used. We will definitely be using them for all future moves and recommending to others.

This is a detailed review of my experience with AB Movers. LOOK NO FURTHER. I had Daniel and Angel as my moving team. We moved into Pasadena from Pasadena. It was a 15 min drive between the storage unit to our new home. They unloaded our 15x10 storage unit within 45 minutes. It took them 2 hours to unload their truck into our 3rd floor apartment. Which is more impressive when you consider that it started raining hard half way through. These guys hustled from start to finish. Not for one minute did I feel like they took advantage of the time and tried to milk the clock. All in all if you’re not convinced by this review then simply call and you’ll see that their pricing was the best that I found after calling literally 15 different companies. For me personally it was $80 truck fee, which includes gas and travel their and back. $120 an hour, minimum 2 hours. All in all it took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to move all of our belongings and it costed me a grand total of $406. All of the other local companies in Pasadena that I called quoted me $800-1,000. So not only were they the cheapest, but a wonderful experience. Daniel and Angel had great attitudes and were very respectful to me and my wife. I will 100% recommend them to my friends and family. Ab moving moved us twice. The booking process is so easy and simple! We had to move our dates around a few times due to closings and weather and they did that with no issue. For the second/last move, the 2 crews were amazing - Alex and Jorge’s crews were great. They were the right balance of moving fast to be mindful of cost- but also being careful and safe with our furniture and items. I would recommend them any time! The first move, the crew that moved us were not as great- Parker and his crew were very nice and polite, but the way they put our items into storage gave us cause for concern. At first we just thought.. well that’s what you get when you don’t go with the professionals... But when the crews for the second/last move came out and saw the storage unit and how it was packed— they confirmed our concerns- even calling back to their main office to make sure that they were not held liable for the previous crew’s errors. In the end I would still recommend AB moving- just maybe do a little research in the reviews and try to ask for a crew with good reviews.

It was said 2 people, but there where three people doing the move also the estimated time of moving was 2hrs including the traveling time which would be at least 30 minutes but they completed the move in 90 minutes and loaded the things very safely without any damage. Also the person who did the schedule I think his name was Mike who also did a great job. Overall excellent work by all people. Good team work with very reasonable price compared to all the movers who didn’t even had good ratings.

Pros: 3 guys. They showed up on time and worked until we were done. (7 hours) Professional, quick, hard working, wrapped everything and very friendly. I really like the no haggle, competitive pricing. Cons: The truck was only 24 ft so we had to do two trips. Also, I was charged $100 for a small grandfather clock that was light enough for one guy to carry on his own. Supposedly this is a specialty item. We used AB Moving and had an excellent experience. I had some concerns using a moving company for the first time, having read so many horror stories. I was concerned that the moving crew would be late, that they would take their time and be inefficient, and that they wouldn't handle my belongings with care. I did not experience any of these issues with AB Moving. Quite the opposite to my surprise. When the crew arrived they quickly recognized that it would be less costly to bring in a second truck and crew to help with the move. Within 45 minutes the second truck and crew were there and they all worked together to get us moved faster than expected. They moved quickly and took good care of our belongings. We moved into a new home and they put down floor mats to prevent damage to our new wood floors. They were all very polite and hard-working. I hired AB Moving to move all my large furniture items for a local move, from Cypress too Tomball. Found them doing a Google search. I reached out to several moving companies, and they came in the cheapest, by a considerable amount. The crew showed up on time, and started right away. Ricky, Eddie and Angel worked hard and very quickly and never complained even though it was hot. They were very professional and kind, but also maintained a positive attitude throughout. We had very little time to schedule a Houston to Lubbock move, as my nephew received an 11th hour acceptance into Texas Tech and we couldn’t schedule a mover until he was accepted. Problem is, most movers I spoke with needed 2-3 days to complete this move due to the distance and we didn’t have that kind of time. We needed his things picked up, moved and unloaded in the same day. After a million calls and high frustration, I thought this was an impossible task. But along came AB Movers to the rescue! Two of the 3 crew members we men in their 40s, and they never stopped moving, and ran circles around the 3rd guy (new I think) who was in his 20s, (but hey, everybody has to learn....right!). They took great care of our furniture, with no damage at all. One of the 40+ guys even had a good sense of interior design, and recommended placement of furniture, which we went with. He leads a team which stages model homes for high end builders. We have recommended AB Moving to at least 3 people, who were equally pleased with their service. Charging by the hour for the team is a very fair way to price the service. The customer is in control of how much prep they do themselves in advance of the move to save money.

There were two men moving our furniture from a first floor one bedroom apartment to a one bedroom apartment on the third floor. The day before we were given a window of 10a- 1p for arrival. The morning of they notified me of an e.t.a. of 10:30a to 11:00a. I responded great! Then I'm notified that they're running behind because they needed to grab some supplies. I responded fine as they still arrived within the time frame stated. They arrived at 11:30. They were very efficient and professional from beginning to end. I usually do not do reviews. I just felt like this company and the guys who moved me needed their props! Great Service! The movers were there by 10:30 am, my time frame was between 10:00 - 12:00. They were very professional and courteous with my things. They spoke and made small talk and were friendly. They shrink wrapped all of my furniture and was very careful with it. They shrink wrapped and cushioned my dining room table with boxes to ensure that it did not get damaged. They worked quickly and efficiently. These will be the only movers that I will ever use.

My experience was excellent! My moving crew, which consisted of Ishmael, Davi, and Ernesto were most professional. Extra care was given in all of the moving preparation. I had two different locations for delivery, one for my residence, and the other storage. They took the time to understand where each piece of furniture was going, and packed accordingly. For example, they shrink wrapped everything to protect it, but the storage pieces also had paper for additional protection. I felt confident about the safety of my belongings, and they worked at a good pace, where I wasn't worried about the items being moved, and they did not drag the work out. I will be moving to a permanent residence later, and intend on using AB Moving, and requesting this crew again.

I highly recommend AB Moving to handle all your moving needs. We only needed one very large china cabinet moved and the team led by Samuel was excellent. They called a half hour prior to the move to confirm and let me know they were on their way. they arrived on schedule and carefully wrapped the china for moving. They loaded and delivered it with great care taken to make sure there wasn't even a scratch on it. After putting into place they cleaned up after themselves taking all the wrapping material away so I was not left with a mess. The crew they sent (Jose, Marcus and another guy whose name I forgot) were super professional, efficient, and careful with the boxes and furniture. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the booking lady Kassi GUARANTEED arrival by 8am even though they advertise 8-10am arrival online. Upon my initial call I said I need a company that will start early and begin by 8am. Kassi GUARANTEED this over the phone & again via email. So we booked it. Fast ward two weeks to our moving day we are sitting at the house @9am and they haven’t arrived. One hour wasted already of our day & paying childcare. “We’re stuck with them” is all I can think bc this has to get done today. We called the office and Kassi wasn’t in today and we were told by another lady that an 8am arrival can’t be guaranteed! So I’m confused at this point why Kassi is working there promising customers this. The men finally showed up a little after 9, over an hour late. So if your time and schedule is important I would not recommend AB. However the crew themselves were great and they did a good job getting our stuff moved without anything being damaged.

The office responds quickly to requests for estimates as well as when scheduling the actual move date. The office confirms the move again a few days prior to the date. The actual movers also make contact the day of the move prior to arrival. The movers are professional, organized, and nice. They protected my furniture as well as ensuring they didn't damage any walls. They performed the move in a timely manner. It can certainly be hit and miss sometimes finding good movers, but I haven't had any misses with AB Moving. As such I highly recommend them.

The courtesy call definitely helped ease my mind a lot - for all I know, some stranger could have said he was with AB Movers and took my valuables to the middle of bum f*** of nowhere. Secondly, the team arrived BEFORE schedule. They walked me through everything and really assuring me everything was going to be taken care of. Everything was wrapped and secured to make sure all my belongings didn't get damaged at all. Besides my extremely valuable items that I loaded into my personal car, I didn't have to lift one finger moving city to city. And lastly, I cannot believe how courteous and professional these two gentlemen were. Always asking me if everything was good, explaining everything in detail (even all the pricing), had the patience to answer all of my incessant questions - mind you, I had only heard absolute horror stories of moving companies prior. The only "qualm" about the move was the pricing - it was over my budget my a bit but it was so worth it. A true testament to the saying, "you pay for what you get." 5/5 stars and will definitely recommend using them again and to my friends and family. Thanks, team!

They moved our entire office with very heavy equipment with NO damage at all. In less than the time frame we thought it would be. Each of them worked very well separate and together. Very good experience. i simply wanted a crew to move my largest furniture that i could not load by myself. i was moving about 5 miles locally in Fort Worth. i contracted for a truck with a crew of 2 for 2 hours. they finished in 1 hour and 42 minutes. they even solved the small SNAFU i had with the agreement. the office accidentally sent a crew of 3 instead of 2. when i showed them the email confirming my request for the smaller crew, they immediately accepted that and went to work. i'll use them again if i need local movers.

I have used AB for my last two moves... the Crews are great...that being said, on my past move, my TV was broken. I have made a claim and I am still waiting on the resolution. The person that handles the claims did get back with me quickly, but has not returned my follow up emails. It was a complete accident, and I still would use that crew again... but it still happened. So, I am torn on my review as I am awaiting the claim to be finalized. I will update my review with the outcome of my claim. I would give 5 stars if this had not happened. I will give 5 if the claim is handled correctly. *** Update: The owner gave me a little bit of money on the claim. No where near the value. My advise...buy the additional insurance he offers. I doubt I will use them again...just for the hassle.

The quote I received was reasonable and my correspondence during the initial contact was pleasant and helpful. (they even price match) The price included three movers who were on time and professional. They quickly wrapped and disassembled my furniture. Although the travel time took a little longer than expected (we moved to a completely other side of town) once we arrived at our second location they re assembled and unloaded quickly. When planning our move, I reviewed numerous companies and chose AB Moving because of previous customer reviews and the rates. I could not have been more pleased with the move. When the Rubio crew arrived at the specified time, Jose asked me to show him everything that was to be moved. As soon as I had pointed out a couple of items, he had the other two men on his crew start moving them. Jose told me if I had forgotten anything, to just let him know and they would load it also. The crew was very efficient, and worked constantly until all items where loaded. At the new location, they were very helpful in placing item where we wanted them. After completing the move, Jose had me check the truck to see than everything had been unloaded. In summation, the crew was very friendly, efficient, and did not damage any of the furniture and did not damage any of the walls at either location. I was very pleased with the final bill. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with AB Moving..

This is the second time I've used AB Moving. The first was a move from DFW to Houston about 6 years ago. The second time was two weeks ago when I moved back to DFW from Houston. Both times were an excellent experience. Interestingly, I received quotes from quite a few movers and AB Moving was still very competitive with pricing even 7 years later. I was literally shocked at some of the quotes from their competitors. These quotes were hundreds of dollars more and two were thousands of dollars more. There were several quotes priced slightly lower (within $150), but with not so great reviews and lots of potential extra surcharges. I decided to go with AB Moving since my last experience was great and I knew they were a reputable company. What I like most about AB Moving is their attention to detail. My belongings were packed securely and wrapped nicely. The movers (Sean and his crew) were great people - very careful, efficient, punctual, and friendly. They moved some very expensive furniture and even a custom made cabinet set. My wife and I expected some damage due to the size/weight. The AB Moving team worked their magic and everything arrived without damage. I'll certainly use AB Moving again in the future. Hard to beat their price and quality.

AB had originally packed my 5 bedroom house and moved into my storage unit until our new home in another state was completed. I was very pleased with service so hired them again a year later to load all of our stored belongings into two 28-ft trailers. Our three man crew worked very hard, and moved us (a partial move -- just our big items and some boxes) quickly and efficiently. Minor complaint: at the moving-from house, they were a little cavalier, bumped a few objects into walls, didn't lay down any floor protection, hit the floor pretty hard with dollies, etc. We were glad it was a dry day, not muddy like the previous one had been. I don't think any real damage (maybe a few small dings), but we were getting concerned ... would have been unhappy if the surfaces were brand-new. At the new house, though, they were much better, and laid down blankets so as not to walk on bare floors, etc. They also did some good problem solving to move the largest pieces up stairs / through a narrow doorway. We were quite pleased overall with the signup process, on the phone, and in person -- a good value, pleasant to work with, flexible.

They showed up between the time range they said they would show up. They stayed until the whole job was done, though it took longer than it was supposed to and went late into the night since I had them move more items than I had originally planned and had them breakdown and reassemble all furniture items which I had planned to do in advance but had some item come up that didn't allow me the time to do this prep or have time afterwards to reassemble. We moved a 5 bedroom house and had only one wall ding during the move, which is amazing considering the shape of our house and how narrow the stairwells are and the amount of very large furniture we moved. They even had someone come fix the wall ding before they left. The quoted amount per hour was the exact hourly rate with trip fee - no hidden fees/additional costs/etc. The workers all acted professionally and moved quickly without delays. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company.

The company helped me out when I was in a bind. The moving company I scheduled a move with 3 mo. in advance completely ghosted on moving day, and AB was able to squeeze me in. The movers were quick, friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that the person I booked the move with was not totally forthcoming about the fees I would be charged. He said nothing about the travel fee or mandatory 2 hr minimum when I agreed to book. But again, they squeezed me in when another company failed, so I can let that go.

AB moving is very affordable but I do have my issues with them. I like their online quote system but I received multiple communications from separate parties that did not seem to be on the same page about my order. I ordered a 3 man crew with a larger truck, but a 2 man crew showed up for my move, causing additional time to be incurred attempting to fit the items in the small truck of which added to my expense due to the hourly rate option. What I thought should be a 2 hour job in total, turned into an hour and a half for them just to load the items in the truck not including travel time and unloading.

Moved on the 6th- Had Johnny and his crew show up within the appointed time and they were awesome. Wrapped everything and took great care of all my things! Moving always seems to be a hit or miss but this is the second time I used these guys and both times were great!

I had two crews show up. They moved me from my 4 bed / 4 bath house in less than 5 hours. Chris and his crew were the best. The second crew was good too but liked Chris’ best. I would use them again and recommend to others.

I have used AB Moving at least once a year since 2004. I have always been extremely pleased with the service, although I was less pleased this last time (a week ago). I felt that it took the crew a lot longer to pack everything up than it has in the past (even though it was the same items being moved as the last few times). There was also a couple of items that were damaged during the process, nothing major though. All in all, I am still a fan of AB Moving.

On time, courteous and very helpful. Would have given 5 stars but they struggled a bit with the larger appliances (everything was okay in the end but I was a bit concerned) and a few of my items got dirty in the moving process. Otherwise the service was very good. Definitely the best experience I've had with paid movers. Would definitely recommend AB Moving to others.

From the booking to the finished move everything went smoothly. Quick booking and pleasant service on the phone, followed by email confirmation. Was able to book a move for two days later (great, when people can accommodate a last minute request) I had Armando's team out and they were great. I don't really write a lot of reviews but I wanted to write this one as Dany's group at AB Moving have truly been the best movers I have ever worked with..they wrapped all my furniture very carefully with shrink wrap and took all our stuff very carefully and quickly without wasting anytime and even asked me couple times if anything was left which really showed they were very caring. I definitely recommend them to anyone moving. I'm glad that I don't have to worry about finding movers again for my next move as I will definitely be hiring them again! The movers were super nice, helpful, polite and got the job done quickly. The only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is they asked to arrive early (which I couldn't accommodate, unfortunately) and when I called the phone number they called from a woman answered, had no idea what I was talking about and hung up on me. I think the actual movers on the job use their personal cell phones - so it was confusing. Otherwise, the 2 guys who arrived were friendly and took great care of my things, and scheduling with their office was simple.

We used AB Moving for moving our 3B apartment and some additional stuff in storage. Shawn and his team were really efficient, took good care while moving the furniture, offered good suggestions, and were fun-loving! It also started to pour really bad at one point during the move, but they quickly adapted to the conditions, and the necessary changes to ensure that our furniture and boxes did not get wet. They also made sure that they did not soil the carpet and floor. They were late by about 15 min which is not bad at all considering our previous experiences with some other movers. Shawn constantly kept us informed about their ETA. Overall, we were very happy with the move!

3 movers showed up. You could tell they enjoyed their jobs. Not once did they complain. They were fast. Packed up and moved a 10x30 storage space and a few things in a 10x10. In 3 hours they had loaded and unloaded it to the new place. 2nd time using them!!! Will recommend to anyone!
