Peti and Jarin were friendly, efficient, and thorough. Highly recommend. From scheduling to completion all high standards. I hired this company for a simple move where I needed my living room dining room and three full bedrooms moved to my downstairs enclosed patio so that I could have brand new carpet laid. They asked about rules in my household prior to the moving, called me for a follow-up the day before, and everything was efficient and thorough. I will be hiring them again in a couple weeks to take the furniture back up after my carpet is laid. My movers were young, strong, and friendly. By far the best moving company I have ever hired.

Very quick and came on time. Moved a 2 bedroom and a den- took about 3Hours even though I prepped everything. The 3 men who came were super friendly and professional. Did what was expected but they did go 1Hour over the estimated price. They did a pre-evaluation at the house and came over and saw all the stuff, yet there was a lot of miscommunication on the admin side (with the contract and the amt of movers and the address of moving). I was not happy about the admin status of the move as it just added another thing i didnt wanna worry about. However, when the guys did show up, the brought me a starbucks coffee of my choice! Super awesome and they were amazing. No fault on them for the admin issues.

No trouble calling the company to schedule an appointment. Good communication prior to move. Eric and Aruru were on time, friendly and professional, and adjusted to what I needed moved even with a bit of changes. Appreciated that they got my uncompromising furniture into the room without damage (the legs didn’t want to come off the loveseat and had to go through several doorways)! They wrapped my tv and furniture for protection and cleanliness. Loaded all my boxes, even the annoyingly small ones. Very quick and efficient. Would use this service again. Thank you!

Very affordable, and easy to work with on scheduling. They moved a hot tub for me from one property to another. Their truck was perfect with an 8 foot opening for the 7.5 foot wide hot tub. The four workers were excellent and professional. But most of all, I was impressed by their team lead, Peti. He expertly identified hazards and sought inputs on the plan from his team. After hearing their thoughts, he clearly communicated a safe plan to get every task done. I don’t know if this company teaches that level of communication and team-building, or if he brought that with him when he started there. Peti was excellent.

I was in a bind and Vanessa was able to schedule my appointment the next day, and clearly stated the hourly rate for two movers. Peti and his associate made sure to protect my belongings with moving blankets and a mattress bag, including a heavy king-size bed frame, two night stands, and two cabinets. They also made sure not to ding/scratch the walls and wood stairs when moving items from the second story bedroom. They worked efficiently, and smartly, and with a lot of patience. The bedframe was more complicated than most to disassemble and reassemble, and they did not rush the process. This put me at ease having confidence in their ability in what can be a stressful process. I would recommend You Move Me to others looking for knowledgeable and very capable movers who are conscientious about transporting your belongings with care.

Starting off with Taylee, who I spoke with on the phone several times, she did such an amazing job communicating with me back and forth about the situation. Jacob who I believe is the owner, he contacted me a few hours before the move letting me know that the movers are able to come in earlier than the scheduled time which worked for both parties, which I truly appreciate as I value effective communication. The two movers that helped us out were Rayson and Jommel, they were both amazing as well! My moving situation is a bit tough but they both carried through! Both movers worked really hard to get everything moved out and in to our new home. Overall, such a great experience with this moving company. Outstanding communication, professionals at what they do, reasonable pricing and willing to work around certain situations. Would recommend them to anyone! The movers (David, Mateo, & Dreson) were so professional, so friendly and THEY CAN MOVE! All my furniture was wrapped and organized so fast, I couldn’t believe they were finished. Great moving service! You Move Me accommodated my local move schedule at relatively short notice. They walked me through everything ahead of time, gave me a courtesy call a day ahead, offered to bring me Starbucks coffee on the morning of the move (!), called me when they were on their way, and arrived promptly and on schedule on moving day. We took a brief tour of the apartment and then they got straight to work. They moved quickly and efficiently. They then transferred everything to the delivery location and got straight back to work. Never once slowed but kept going. They were friendly and professional. I noticed no damage and everything was accounted for at the end of it all. Everything worked great and it saved my back! Great moving company for Town move. Jacob showed up personally to do an in-person estimate and explained everything in clear detail. I had to move the schedule due to conflicts and the movers were very accommodating. Joseph and his crew showed up on time for a multi-day move. They were very pleasant and efficient. Wasted no time. Joseph personally wrapped all our dish and glassware with no damage. Unfortunately, one of our furniture did get slightly damaged, but the company made a fair offer to repair it and I was happy at the end of the day. Walter took care of all the paperwork and made sure to call me several times before and after the move to check how things were going. I would not hesitate to use You Move Me again. Great company!

Scheduled the movers for the end of May 2022. The movers were on time, efficient, and extremely friendly. They were fantastic. There was some minor damage to the walls and floor that was just a bit too rough for me to paint over. The movers took photos before leaving, and said they would forward to their management. Overall, they were great, we tipped them and they left. Two weeks later, I hadn’t heard from the moving company yet, so I reached out. At first, Walter said I needed to report damage within 3 days of the move. I replied that I reported it the same day to the movers and that they took photos to send to you. Apparently, management personnel had some miscommunication and didn’t tell anyone they had received photos. Walter said they would follow up with me to schedule a repair man. A week later, I still didn’t hear back so I reached out to them again. I sent the wall paint colors so they could get the correct paint in advance. They said a repair man would come Saturday. No one showed up. The following Tuesday, the moving company finally called me to reschedule. They said they could come the very next day. With less than 24 hours notice, I couldn’t take off work. I proposed Thursday, to which they replied “it’s the end of the month so they get busy”. Long story short, the movers were great, but it’s very difficult to get anything resolved after they leave. Based on their positive reviews, I’m sure they will read this and reach out. I’m assuming it’ll eventually get taken care of, but it’s been 3+ weeks and still no closer to getting such a minor thing resolved. You’d think an established moving company would have a better system in place for fixing damages.

The movers went above and beyond. I personally felt that it was an extremely quick move. I think the administrative office may have some issues. I think it should be noted prior to your move that you should purchase both boxes and tape prior to the crew arriving. Otherwise you’re going to be buying boxes from the Movers. I am a planner so I would have preferred to have bought my own boxes in town. Secondly, I had an individual come in person to estimate what my move would take. I was given an estimate of about $900 to move from windward to a storage facility in town. The final cost turned out to be 1800+. Which I honestly expected to pay prior to my “estimate”. Regardless, I don’t follow how a company that specializes in moves can miscalculate an estimate that poorly. Now with all this being said, I still give this place 4 stars for the simple reason that their moving crew were awesome. The Australian man was friendly, hilarious, knowledgeable, quick, and easy going. I was stressed about the move and was put at ease by the crew. I would recommend this place to a friend but I would also be sure to mention that the estimate may be off…

If you’re looking for movers, look no further! You Move Me is definitely the company to go with. I chose this company not only for their excellent reviews and affordable prices, but because of the great customer service I received right from the get go. I started my search about a month and a half before my move. I inquired with multiple movers and You Move Me was the first to reply and the only one to follow up on the process. Lyndsey was the first individual I corresponded with and spoke to over the phone. She was polite, competent and answered all of my questions. She also informed me that they provide a free on-site estimate program, which I recommend everyone should take advantage of. When it came to estimate day I received a call from Jake stating that they finished their previous estimate site early and was wondering if I was available to do my estimate about 15 minutes earlier. If not, they would be there at my scheduled time. When Jake arrived he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He recommended that I go with their 3 person crew, since I would be moving from a ground floor unit to an apartment located on the 3rd floor (which has no elevator; only stairs). I’m so glad I listened to his recommendation, because I had way more things to move than anticipated! The day before moving day I called You Move Me, because I had a question about a mattress protector that was mentioned in the estimate. I was greeted on the phone by a gentleman name, Steve. (I hope I got that right) He too was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We went through the specifics of my moving contract and at the end of our conversation he said there was a very important question that needed to be asked and it was, “What type of drink from Starbucks would I like on moving day?” How awesome is that?! He then informed me that Taylor, Jeremy and Jordan was assigned to my route and that I should expect a call from Taylor before their arrival. When moving day finally rolled around, I received a call from Taylor, stating they would be arriving in 15 minutes. At 9:00am sharp the You Move Me truck pulled up right in front of my residence. Taylor, Jeremy and Jordan were very courteous - they introduced themselves and followed me into the unit. I showed them what was already packed and ready to go and what still needed to be boxed up. Immediately after the briefing they got to moving. They were quick and very organized when loading up the truck. As I waited for them to load up the moving truck, Jake, the estimator, stopped by to make sure everything was running smoothly. It was a quick visit and right before he left he gifted me a house warming plant! I was pleasantly surprised and I absolutely love the little plant! Before I knew it the truck was loaded and we were off to the new apartment. Upon arrival I instructed Taylor where to park their truck. He handled the truck like a professional and reversed it into the loading zone with ease. Before they began to unload they followed me up to the apartment to get an idea of what to expect. After I told them where I wanted specific items they instantly began to unload the moving truck. They had their system down when it came to hustling the items up the stairs. It was like a well oiled machine. They made it look so effortless! They were strong, efficient and focused. I was and am still so impressed by their hard work. They completed the job within 2 hours, which is absolutely phenomenal! After the last box was moved in Taylor told me to expect a call from Lyndsey. Not more than 5 minutes later, we were on the phone together. We spoke about the move and how smoothly it went. She processed my payment and we were all set. You Move Me got the job done in a satisfactory manner and their customer service is monumental. You Move Me is an outstanding company! I will definitely use their services in the future and would highly recommend them to all of my ohana, friends and even strangers!

We had a team of 4 men move us today (I can’t remember all 4 names or I would list them), and we couldn’t have been happier with how smooth everything went. They were all efficient, hard working, and polite. They were also able to get everything done (including some extra things I threw in to be moved) in less than the time expected, in turn putting us under budget. So major win there! We really appreciated that they were upfront in telling us they were not the cheapest moving company on island, as well as how well they communicated with us overall before our move. They also worked around a last minute request from us to change our date, and were always always professional and extremely personable. Today was the least stressful move we’ve had (this made number 6 in the past 3 years), and we will definitely be hiring them again if the need ever arises.

The choice to go with them was fully based on their great reputation and their prices are reasonable in comparison to the larger companies. They showed up on time, and provided me with a coffee! Very unique and felt special. They wrapped all of my large furniture pieces, padded my dressers and ensured everything was moved with no damage. Upon arrival they placed all of my bedroom, and living room furniture pieces exactly where I needed them, unwrapped them and I was fully satisfied. Justin and his 3 men crew were extremely professional, kind and focused as they pack up our 3BR home. Upon arrival, on time mind you, I was greeted with my favorite cup of Starbucks coffee! Each person was responsible for a particular room. Via Justin’s leadership, they were all able to pack up our items efficiently and with purpose. They were also responsible and diligent with securing all our furniture and valuable objects. They made note and discussed how those items will be moved from point A to point B. I highly recommend using this company especially for local moves. Lindsay at You Move Me, replied to my email in a timely manner. It took all of two days to select a day and time to move! I was impressed with how fast the turn around was. We moved within one week from scheduling! They are well worth it. I had an On-site assessment and a quote emailed 2 hours later. I knew then I would use them.

They were able to get me in THE NEXT DAY!! 3 movers only took 2.5 hours to move my home across island. All three gentlemen were very polite and respectful. Lindsey provided me with excellent customer service over the phone, answered all of my questions/ concerns, and she sent someone to my house to give me an estimate. she helped me arrange the move seamlessly. On the day of the move, the team leader, Alan along with Iniki and Nate arrived on time, they were friendly, professional, and efficient. They wrapped my furniture with blankets then plastic wrap, making sure all my furniture were properly protected. The estimated time was 4 hours, the movers finished in 2.5 hrs. I was one of those nightmare clients who didn’t pack everything in boxes and took twice as long to move because of it! Tyler and Tucker were absolutely patient and persevering throughout the whole tedious ordeal and never once made me feel guilty for not completing the packing like I thought I could. When I saw them transfer my goods from a 20’ truck to a 20’ container in one hour flat using every available square foot of space I was IMPRESSED. They handled my things with care and made sure of their own physical safety as well. I knew I would have to request another container to ship the remainder of my goods, but the blow was a lot easier to take knowing that I could hire these guys again and rest assured the job would be done faster!!! I estimated (4-6) hours to move all my bulky items. The dynamic trio James, Sean and Jordon were a superb team to work with. U Move Me came through with flying colors when Johnny the Mover canceled on me the morning of my move!! :-O I was panicked with a whole house packed and ready to go. U Move Me arrived within the hour to assess my move and give me a quote and a few hours later they were at my house with two trucks and an amazing crew. Mine was not an easy move. Lots of steps at both my old and new place, and a difficult driveway, And I was moving not only indoor furniture but a full yard and garage of outdoor stuff as well- tons of potted plants, a kayak, garden tools, composter etc. Their crew were fast, professional and so friendly. And smart. Because you don’t just want a bunch of brawny guys who can lift your heavy things you also want a crew who know how to SAFELY and efficiently pack it for transport. They carefully planned out what to pack first and last and how to fit everything so my plants weren’t crushed and fragile items protected. They communicated really well the whole way through asking how I wanted to handle certain things, what I’d need to unpack and set up first upon arrival. Their positive attitude and sense of humor also greatly relieved my stress! This will definitely be my moving company going forward. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Jake came in and we told him what we needed done. He gave us an estimate and it was so cheap. We weren't sure of our move out date! But they were so accommodating. They said just let us know when you got a date and we'll try our best to come in as soon as possible but they really just made it happen. They came in early and with two Starbucks drink (they picked it up and it's free). We scrambled but they just went though it and was done in under two hours. We ended up asking them for help assembling out tv stand, etc and they were willing to do it. Amazing, amazing company. Will use again in 6 months.

First I would like to say that this was the best investment for me because the customer service is on point! That’s why I chose to pay more for this move vs other companies because you can for sure find way cheaper. However, they came and did a free assessment, Provided checklists and all you needed. I must say their estimate was $1,000 off though so be prepared to pay extra. We were told our house would fit one of their trucks but it did not and that ended up costing me a pretty penny. We also had a four man crew which is extra. We had to make a second trip from ewa beach to Honolulu. A $2,000 move now costed me $3,000 so be ready. The guys move quick! I use to be a mover in New York city and I never seen people move so quick so that was great to watch. We packed out our own house and still cost a pretty penny but I still would rather someone do it then myself. One of our TVs were broken and I reached out and they quickly refunded the cost of the tv to our card. All I had to do was share the make and model. Just make sure they box your tv instead of just putting it in a blanket. The ratchet straps folded the tv. My feedback would be definitely use these guys but be aware your house might not fit one of their trucks even if they say they can do it in one trip. Expect to pay more over the estimate. Check your items to see if any are broken but don’t be worried they will take care of it ASAP! Oh and they bring you coffee in the morning. Which is a cool little plus... They did mess up the order so I would recommend they pay attention to the little things and their service would be over the top!! It may sound like a lot of negatives but the move was as quick as they could do it from my professional experience I watched the entire time. As a business owner and entrepreneur this is my honest feedback. I believe they strived to do everything they could in excellence!

This was the first time we used You Move Me. My first stereotype was... typical mainland company, just do the work, pay them and done.. I must admit, the moving experience was great. The movers arrived on time, were very friendly, explained upfront how things would go for the move, and mentioned that along the process, if we wanted them to pack the remaining items in the house, that they were available. In our case, we had the majority of our home packed. If you need to make separate stops like us, just let them know. Our move included a stop at the storage since our belongings would not fit in our new home. I want to give a big applause to the best three man team - Chris, Noah, & Devon. They were the BEST!! I suggest you use You Move Me. They charge by the hour so if you want full service moving, they can provide it, but will cost more for their time. And.... we got a complimentary Starbucks drink prior to there arrival. How is that for exceptional service?

Thank you so much. Everyone was really friendly and super quick. They had me moved in 2 hours. Everything was so easy. When I called the company, the guy on the phone was really informative and flexible. He explained there was a one time base fee and then an hourly rate after that. He emailed me with a confirmation, a contact I had to sign with an estimate of 6 hours. The contact asks you for a credit card but nothing is billed until the job's complete. The movers were done with their previous move early and were able to move us earlier, but before they came over they called to verify that I was ready keeping in mind that it was an hourly rate. Luckily, I was ready with all my stuff boxed up and furniture ready to go. When the movers got to my place they had blankets to protect the furniture and wrapped it up. They had me completely in the new place within 2 hours. After, they called the main office and I approved the change to the credit card I had provided earlier. It was so easy. Mahalo for moving us! Definitely using this company again!

The day of the move Thaddeus called to let me know the movers were on the way and let me know that they’d be contacting me when they were close to the house (he even offered to grab us some coffee from Starbucks). Francis and James were our movers and were so great. It was an all day move, they had to make a few trips from the old place to the new one, but even by the end of the night they were still upbeat and positive. They took their time moving things out and in, talking about what they needed to do to get bigger pieces moved without damaging it or the house. Anything that needed to go to a certain room they took there without any complaint. They were also really fun to talk to and I think their positive attitude really helped me stay positive throughout all of it. We had to do a full move from Makakilo to Aiea in 1 day and You Move Me was very impressive from start to finish! For this move Zach, Allen and Damascus helped us with our move. I only have positive things to say about these 3. They gave us an arrival window between 2-4. You Move Me is a great company for anyone moving to Lana'i. Their close connections with Young Brothers provides them with the necessary background info to ensure a painless move. Most communication is by text and they are very quick with estimates. They didn't waste my time having to go inspect my storage locker and I had the option to pack my own stuff which I really wanted to do. Other companies make you pay for packing whether you pack your stuff or not. It took nearly 4 months from when I moved from Oahu to have a final address sorted out on Lana'i. You Move Me stayed with me the entire time and would check in periodically and I really appreciated that I didn't need to worry about them. The movers who assisted us were professional and courteous. I was notified ahead of schedule that they were going to be late due to a traffic jam caused by a car accident. You Move Me assured me that they wouldn't start the clock until they actually got to the storage facility. What is most important is that all of my belongings came back to me in the same condition I packed them. Not one thing was damaged or missing. Including a 72 " TV, several sets of glassware, Christmas decor and other fragile items. The price was very good as well, I wasn't left broke after moving to a new island and I received some incredible service. Mahalo to the You Move Me Team!

I contacted You Move Me on Yelp on a Monday, for a move that Saturday. They squeezed in a walk through estimate, working around my schedule that Wednesday. Followed up on Thursday, and emailed me the contract to sign electronically. Saturday morning Todd called me to let me know he was on the way and ETA. He arrived with a vanilla chai latte for me. I chose the option of two movers since I had minimal items to be moved. 3 guys showed up, introduced themselves and shook my hand. They informed me that the 3rd guy was new and training and his service was free of charge to me. Awesome! They worked so quickly I was estimated 2.5 hours they were finished in 1.75 hours. They were professional, treated my belongings with care and I would definitely use them again in the future!

Recently used You Move Me Honolulu for a move for my 2 bdrm apartment. These guys showed up on the earlier side of the given time frame and were incredibly quick. The movers we got were a great group of individuals that treated all my belongings with care. The whole process was pretty easy as well: 1) Call and give them details on your move and book a moving date 2) Receive and fill out some online paperwork 3) They call you about 1-hour before they arrive on the moving day 4) They do the move 5) After they finish they call the office that the job is complete then total your bill. Done! Would easily recommend to anybody.

Great guys!! Very hardworking! We have a seven foot high curio cabinet with curved antique glass that weighs a ton! It was heavy, awkward and alomost didn’t fit the elevator! They carefully wrapped each glass shelf and the entire cabinet and moved it with kid gloves down the elevator with no loss or damage. This year I said no more and hired professional movers to do my move. I already had everything packed and ready to go. Jamie & Arelong showed up 30 min early. I pointed to the boxes and they got started right away. I was very appreciative of how carefully they protected my flat screen tv and tv stand. Team of 4 pleasant and personable young men worked efficiently, quickly and all had a “can do” attitude, never once complained about how humid that day was or what they had to move down and up stairs. Very professional movers! These young men were not big big guys but could carry over forty very heavy boxes up stairs solo! Loved the complementary wardrobe boxes to move clothes from one closet to another. Very heavy huge boxes - and again, the movers could carry these boxes solo up stairs! No damage to our walls and no damage to any of our furniture moved in 2 trucks. We obtained 3 walkthrough estimates and You Move Me was not the cheapest, but we’re so glad we selected them! Honestly, they made the move from Oahu back to California so much easier. They were with me the whole day and worked hard to pack and load my POD. All of them were friendly and provided an excellent customer experience. While I don't hope to move again anytime soon, they really did make things easier and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

My moving men were June, Jesse, and Todd. They were FABULOUS! I couldn't have asked for nicer, better, or more cooperative help. Everything we asked of them was done immediately and without question or explanations. I had you move me, move all my big furniture. They came prepared and wrapped all the furniture quickly. They had to carry all the pieces up 3 flights of different height stairs. They quoted me 2 guys on the phone but luckly they brought 3 guys. They were very efficient. The final bill was about $100 higher then the qoute, but they only went about 15 mins over and they needed the 3 guys so i was happy to pay it. They originally told me my move would be 12-2 but the morning of they called and told me i was scheduled for 8am, but with traffic they were running about 30-45 mins late. That time change threw my day off a bit but i was able to make it work. I just wish i had them move more on my stuff! There was a little damage on the bottom of my mattress and a nic on a corner of furniture peice, but i know how difficult my move was as i moved all the furniture down and swore i would not move it back up. I would highly recommend these guys and i would use them again!
