I'm always bragging about this place I pack is one of my favorite storage places I have storage there for about a couple of years now and I was there 20 years ago and there's still the same beautiful people they're very courteous and the place is extremely safe they lock down the place like fort Knox at night

I love the staff at Hy-Pac. They are super friendly and very helpful. I have had 6 different storage units and the prices are very affordable. I love the fact that I have never had a problem with roaches in any of my storage units. They do continuous security checks and I always see maintenance cleaning. I Highly Recommend Hy-Pac.

This is a totally awesome self storage !Fair prices &excellent customer service- employees always very helpful and have a smile on their faces!I just closed my unit because I no longer need it ,but- if I ever need storage again , Hy-Pac Self Storage is where I'll go for storage.Thanks to all who work there! Nice bunch of staff. Everyone seemed helpful and accommodating. Quality of the units seem to vary depending on which building. We had a medium unit in F building. Everything in there had a layer of black soot that filtered in thru the open louvers in the front wall. We moved to a larger unit in I building. Much larger and cleaner

Rented with them before. Friendly staff, helpful, units get very hot sometimes. Some roaches from time to time but manageable with some traps and boric acid. Prices are reasonable for Hawaii.

Great customer service, easy auto pay set up, convenient hours, secure location, no water damage. Great for non-sensitive items as the units are not climate controlled. Very cheap prices compared to others.

Decent prices. Friendly staff . If you're looking for somewhere to store your belongings with no frills. This is the place. For about half the price of the "others". No A/C, no wifi. But do you really need those things? The only bad thing I can say, is they close too early.

Reasonable rates and the staff was always very courteous to me whenever I went. Had my things stored there for 5 years and had no problems. Ended my contact with them on a positive note. Time to purge!

I believe this has to be the cheapest storage facility on the island. Very friendly and helpful staff, security is top-notched. The only two drawn backs is the location, requires driving west a mile down the road in order to drive east towards Waikiki, no U-turns. There is a Carl’s Jr. right next door. I was told by friends to rent an upstairs unit because this area of the island floods during storms and during Kings Tides. Plus they have plenty of Port-to-Potties if you really need to go, lol! 5/5

Very expensive, our Gideon International storage was just a little bit above the flood mark. Dusty area. Nice central location for her purposes. Which could be solved and greatly reduce our storage feet per year by pulling maintenance on large fan and moving it around to different locations for parking and distributions.

Hy-Pac Self Storage is Amazing the best Self Storage in Honolulu, Hawaii. We had to help our family downsize and move to their new home and we called many places around the island, most were nonresponsive or simply couldn't accommodate us in a timely manner. We have a limited time to pack and store and make our move, so it was so nice to have the great people at Hy-Pac Self Storage accommodate are needs so fast. What was even more incredible, is that we rented our storage unit they offered to dome to my family's residence and picked up the boxes and furniture and stored it for us! Thank you so much for all you help and making the moving process so easy, if you live on the Island, I would highly recommend not wasting your time shopping around and just call Hy-Pac Self Storage today.
