We had to load up a 3 bedroom townhouse into a PODS container. The team from Hero Moving were great! My wife was overjoyed and amazed at how they packed all of our furniture, kitchen dishes/pans, and decor all perfectly into the container without wasting a single inch. Eduardo was on time and brought Matheus with him. They were phenomenal. Moses was a huge help too. My family is grateful at how hard they worked to take care of us!! Thank you!

I had a short notice move and Gabe & his team at Hero Moving were able to get me a time that same week. The team was efficient and communicative every step of the way, including when a slight schedule change came up. The physical moving aspect was also extremely efficient with Jordan and Lee coming prepared with spare boxes, packing materials, and tools to ensure we could take furniture apart if needed. Overall, a great experience I’d recommend to anyone moving around the island!

I've done a lot of moves in my life, and I've never had an experience quite like this one! From the first phone call the sales reps were fantastic, returning my calls very quickly. The team was friendly and extremely professional. In an industry where the work is this physical it can be hard to find good labor workers but let me say: these guys were top of the line! We had great movers. They were super nice and super communicative. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Since it was a local move they tried to keep everything together as much as possible and took what they needed too apart. We had no issues. Overall a 10/10 and definitely would recommend. They even explained and broke down all what was included in the cost.

I was extremely pleased with the services that I got from Hero Moving. i have used moving services many times before and I profoundly think this was the best experience I have had so far. Gabe was very polite and professional. He gave me an estimate that was on target with my final bill. The crew were efficient and polite. Not a single item was damaged and I even had a large piano to move. They were punctual and worked hard to get my things moved in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

Hero Moving Hawaii was recommended by another mover who was unable to confirm appt, and Gabe at Hero Moving was very professional and thorough in discussing what kind of move and when we wanted. The truck arrived on time and the team of 4 led by Jordan was fast, friendly & efficient in collecting and moving the boxes and furniture out to their truck, wrapping heirloom dressers and delicate HDTV especially carefully. They finished the move-out in half the estimated and arriving at our new apt. moved the items and unwrapped everything quickly and all the time checking with us as to where & how to arrange items. Hero movers did a great job. Took a huge load off our minds so for us it was a not a stressful move. They were on time, efficient, fast (though were slowed down only due to slow elevators). Moving is stressful. Hero moving made it less stressful for us. On the phone they were respectful and eager to do business with me. They sent someone to survey and gave me a fair quote. Showing up on time let me know they valued my time. The Heroes were professional, friendly, and fast. They put together all my furniture, and stayed until I felt I didn't need their help anymore. I was anxious about my move, being that I have a grand piano and the last movers I had damaged it on my last move. Victor, Jordan and Ariel came through and did an amazing packing job on the piano. After seeing how they packed the piano I felt more relaxed about them handling the rest of my stuff. Thanks guys! I would use them again for sure :)

The move went well and the guys were efficient. I learned after the move that the hourly rate starts when the movers leave the warehouse not when the movers arrive at your home. This added 30 minutes of time to my hourly expenses. I otherwise think the move went well

As a crystal shop we have a lot of inventory which is very fragil, they took extra care on packing every item and the moving was a success, they are detail oritented and you can really tell. Our relocation was stress free and easy thanks to Hero moving company. We highly recommend them. We used Hero moving for an extremely last minute full pack and move. Gabe was very quick to respond, come for an estimate, and schedule the entire thing with a flat rate price! (So no last minute surprise charges!) He was very communicative with me before, during, and after the move. He even came by himself to make sure everything was going smoothly on the first day. Hero had us moved out before some of the other local companies had even returned my calls. We had a 5 person crew the first day and a 7 person crew the second. Every single member of the crew was highly respectful of us and our property. They never made any assumptions about our stuff, and tried to be as accommodating as possible (we had 2 toddlers and 2 pets running around the entire time. Eek! We were also staying in the house the final night after packing). They were very quick and efficient in their work, taking minimal breaks. (Basically just a 30 minute lunch!) Everyone was very professional, hard working, and polite. Even though they out numbered us we never felt stressed or over whelmed trying to watch or direct people like we have in previous moves. They also took extreme care with all of our fragile items. The crew had no issue getting day base passes in order to get on base without our having to leave to escort them as well! Our previous move here with another local company left multiple items broken, and nothing major was damaged AT ALL in this move! 10/10, would recommend to EVERYONE on Oahu. Amazing company, amazing people, best moving experience we've ever had. Also, the photos on the page are ACTUALLY their crew and work - not stock photos!
