Great Customer Service,Great location, And VERY CLEAN! I recently visited the store for the first time just to inquire, I ended up finding a home for my EV (Electric Vehicle) for the winter!! It was a very fast process, I was in and out with keys and a spacious 10x30 unit for my Car. Thanks especially to Jenny Hickey for making my experience awesome and being very informative!!

First off, what an amazing experience with a storage unit rental! Jenny was super helpful and made sure we had all we needed to store our stuff as we needed it for our upcoming renovation project! The units are very clean and well kept. The indoor storage is temperature controlled and you never have to worry about weather conditions! I have to add that it is also nice to be able to drive your vehicle inside! There are carts available to help you load or unload as well! Just overly amazed by the convenience and prices for such a great storage unit!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the amount of security in this place. Cody was very friendly and helpful; he showed me how everything worked and answered all of my questions. Right after I signed the lease I was able to move a few boxes into my storage unit, and the carts that were provided helped make moving boxes by myself very easy! I definitely recommend storing your items here!

This is my first time using a storage facility and I was so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and security of the building. I can actually drive into the building and right up to my storage unit. I feel good knowing that it's only accessible during certain hours. I met with Suzanne in the office. She was very freindly and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She showed me the the storage unit which was surprisingly clean and well kept. Told me about the security for the facility and how its climate controlled. So now I am happy to say I have a storage unit. Kudos to Suzanne and the work she does! Six stars!

The staff are customer-based, personable, and understanding. All units are rather pristine with drive-up indoor access featuring phenomenal security. There is an affordable one-stop-shop conveniently located within the office. I highly recommend leasing a self storage unit here as well as purchasing a cylinder lock within the shop for extra security. I seem fake, but they really are that great. Just go and see for yourself!!

We love using our storage unit at Devon Storage. The warehouse is always spotless and climate controlled. Driving into the building is a bonus and so convenient for loading and unloading. There are carts to help us take our things from the car to the unit. We feel very secure leaving our things there from the entry into the building to the locks on our unit. The office personnel made signing up a breeze, gave us a tour of the building and our unit, and answered any questions we had. We would highly recommend using Devon Storage if you are looking to store anything!

Fair rates and a nice place EXCEPT I Don't agree with having to pay extra $14 month insurance when the place is secure And NO ALL STORAGE FACILITIES DO NOT CHARGE NOR MAKE U HAVE INSURANCE

I appreciated Cody’s personal attention and the facility is so convenient with drive-in and out one way. So good for trailer traffic! Also, I was in an emergency situation out of town and Cody made it possible for me to have someone else drop my stuff off. The price was also very reasonable.

This is a newer indoor stage unit business. It took over a shopping store. It is huge and clean. Climate controlled. Many size units. Cameras also. Can pull in with your vehicle and trailer. They sell moving supplies and locks. I had trouble on the website signing the lease. So I called the store and they said I could finish it there. So I did. It was simple and fast. Tabetha is the employee who helped me. She has super good customer service personality. Honest and friendly and funny. I definitely recommend this business if you need one. Prices are good also.

I think that matters a lot especially these days. It reminds me of excellent hotel service, to be honest.

This is a top-notch Brand new facility. Everything from it being indoor storage, temperature controlled, large units, and great discounts and specials. In addition to The great building they also have world-class, professional and friendly staff. My wife and I were only planning to have the unit for a month but because we are so welcomed and acquainted with Suzanne and Tabetha we are now on month 3 and even upgraded to a larger unit! Highly recommend.

Talk about excellent customer service I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Tabetha. When I tell you she was an all around rockstar knowledgeable, friendly, professional, engaging, energetic I could go on and on. Suzanne followed-up with our initial contact to make sure my questions were answered and to reserve a space, which is working out nicely. I would certainly recommend Devon Storage and reaching out to Suzanne, or Tabitha, for friendly and helpful service in answering any storage questions. (As for any suggestions, I would like to see the facility add an electrical outlet to each, or at least to some, storage space for storing automobiles and maintaining battery tenders.) Thank! Lon

Building and grounds look great, recently updated. Staff reported problems with internet access. I had to make two trips to get my lock and secure my items but staff were apologetic and the delay. Overall it went great and access seems easy and safe.

Prices are great and facility is nice and clean. Only issue is one of the doors is broken since August 2021 with word of it being repaired "soon", so it can be a inconvenience trying to get in or out.
