Working with College Hunks Hauling was easy and very professional. They were able to move my items the same day I called. From the customer care attendant who took the order to the young men who picked up the items to their supervisor who gave the ultimate price quote, it was a seamless process and very professional. The only reason I did not provide a full five out of five stars is because I do think they are a little pricey. I would suggest that pictures are taken in bulk prior to being loaded onto the truck to get the most accurate price setting. I would also suggest that the company does send the appropriate truck size, based upon the initial description given when the order was placed in order to get the most accurate price setting as well.

Current: Wanted to do an add-on to my original post. Our move is complete and the company did superb! The movers were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing! I want to give a big shout out to the movers as well! They mastered the stairs and did very well with all the heavy pieces. They definitely know how to stack a truck professionally! These guys are the best of the best. Ezra and John were extremely friendly, and very fast. They called ahead of time to make sure it was still convenient, and moved/lifted everything within minutes. I had a very heavy safe moved from a trailer into my house. They accomplished this with lifting slings. Unfortunately, there are a few marks on the walls that will need painting, but no damage to anything else. I did not have a good experience with the franchisee in Colorado Springs when I paid to have the trailer loaded.

Having used College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving prior to this experience, I knew they were reputable and dependable. While performing insulation removal for my client, in order to dig a drain and encapsulate their crawlspace, I realized that the extensive amount of insulation would be difficult to haul away. I called Will Sullivan and he had a crew arrive the same day! They were quite efficient and friendly in their eagerness to remove the “junk” as well as tactful and respectful of my customer’s property. It worked out great. I left my old refrigerator on the front porch after signing up for a pickup online. The next day while we were not even home they came and picked it up. Great customer service. The movers were careful not to damage objects and I would HIGHLY recommend them!! My team was Parker and Juquan. I requested storing items in a climate controlled storage unit and they did the work. So, if you do not have things needing to be discarded… maybe moving and storage… Remember to call them!!

When we got held up by a local truck rental company for about 2 hours today, due to reservations not being completed correctly, we had to contact James and Drew on a very short notice to reschedule the time for them to be here, and they weren't only understanding and accommodating to us and our unfortunate situation, but they also showed up early and were sitting at the house waiting on us to arrive! Well, we broke the record for heaviest item John and Zach have ever moved - an antique piano with a cast iron frame that weighed over 500 lbs. Strongest dudes I have ever seen - they literally picked it up with shoulder straps and moved it by themselves! It took four people and two dolly’s to move it in a few years ago!! Great guys too. Hired these guys to come and remove a couch as I have a new one showing up. I booked online the Friday after Thanksgiving, scheduled pick-up for Sat at 11a. They gave me a call Saturday morning to confirm the time about 30 min in advance. Came in, politely said hello and swiftly/safely removed the couch.
