This is my second time using Reebie and both times the crew did an awesome job. They were pleasant and cheerful all the while. From the start calling the office to the finish every employee I interacted with was responsive and professional. I like that they use 3 person crews as it moves things along and for some of my heavier or more cumbersome pieces they move d them without a hitch. Highly recommend.

FYI I had a long distance move from Houston to Chicago! Today got all my stuff delivered! I can not put in words how these two gentlemen who did my delivery were amazing!!! They were on time sharp at 830 am! Super nice! Extremely professional! No damages to walls and items while delivering and unpacking. The team of moving professionals that captured, transported, and released all of our household goods, appliances, and furnishings from storage to home was truly amazing. They ensured that our finishings in motion were wrapped in blankets and well-protected, and everything arrived safely. Start to finish, it took them half the time we expected, and they were courteous and neat and removed all shrink wrapping and tape they used to secure the load. Highly recommended.

Made a delivery here, under 30 minutes unloading you will need to go inside with forklift driver while they unload you. Check in at office before you dock. Not a lot of room but enough to dock with no problem.

The move went very well with only some very minor hiccups. Everything was fast, both the packing, shipping, and box unloading. The team was friendly and courteous. The only small issue I'd take is that a small number of items were packed in a way that was sub-par and could lead to damage, like old electronics packed upside down. That said, overall a positive economy and would use again.

Absolutely the BEST movers we have ever used. We’ve moved countless times in the past and usually have some negative experience. These movers start to finish we’re professional, courteous, and careful with every object they moved. They gave us a time frame between 8-10am and showed up at 8:15am, they immediately started and did not stop until every item was moved into our new house, By this point it was 7pm. They were all enjoyable to talk to and we found the entire move to be as stress free as possible. Going forward if we ever move this company will be the only one we will ever use. Use this company if you have to move.

We made an error with our move. We forgot to tell the movers about the stuff in our storage. Their truck was almost at the drop off location, but they turned it around and moved everything from our storage. They were polite and understanding through all of that. Our move with Reebie Storage and Moving was a breeze. From Andrew, our sales consultant to Tim our driver - everyone was extremely professional and very helpful. Communication was very good and all our questions were answered in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend Reebie for anyone moving long distance. We packed our own items - except for our TV, monitor and a few art pieces. The team loading took great care in wrapping our furniture, rugs and lamps. The team unloading were very carful and put everything were we asked them too. They also did a great job of packing our storage unit to maximize our space. All our belongings arrived in perfect shape! You can't go wrong with the team at Reebie Storage and Moving.

My move with Reebie was an excellent experience. I was especially pleased with the teamwork and organization that the movers used to efficiently dispatch such a large volume of furniture and boxes in a relatively short period of time. I particularly liked the attention to detail in the way furniture items were covered with padding and the wrapped in plastic to protect them because much of my furniture is antique. Then when it was delivered, I specifically noticed how the wrapping was so carefully cut away from the furniture so that nothing was damaged. The movers were also pleasantly patient to adjust and reposition the furniture until it was in the exact best place in the room. Everyone was very easy to work with, and I would call on them again.

We used Allied/Reebie to relocate from Chicago to San Francisco in February. They offered us a great price compared to a big competitor of theirs. About 40% less actually. The man who came to assess our move was great and the price he quoted was the same price we paid after all was said and done. Because of the busy street we lived on and the tiny street we were moving to they had to move everything 4 times. Out of our places into a small truck then they transferred everything into the semi they then drove to CA. Then they had to transfer everything again to another small truck and then move into our new place. The point is that they took great care because nothing was broken or even scratched. We packed all our own items but they do offer to pack them for you as well for an additional fee. The movers on both ends were friendly and courteous and worked quickly but carefully. My only complaint is that we paid an additional fee to have our stuff arrive in CA within a 5 day window and it took 7 days. They offered to reimburse us for the additional fee we paid and our hotel and food expenses we incurred during the delay. Overall I was happy with the service and would recommend them for a long distance move.

These guys showed up on time and ready to start work immediately. Everything was carefully wrapped, packed and loaded onto a truck without hesitation. The entire moving project on the load side took a little less than two hours, much less time than I expected. The guys were courteous and respectful and even went out of their way to put plastic down to protect the carpet. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again if the need ever arises.

They went above and beyond to find creative ways to get big furniture into my house despite narrow doorways and hallways (e.g. safely hoisting a couch over a patio to make use of wider patio door). From the moment I spoke to Steve Salemi until he had my move all scheduled he was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I was called the day before to schedule an arrival time, Brian and his team arrived on-time and completed one of the most professional, CLEAN, efficient and friendly move out and in (without any damage) and under budget! After we moved in we found that the apartment was a run down dump. We immediately called Steve at Reebie to schedule a move and storage on 4/27 to move out on 4/30. Steve Salemi went out of his way to help us out with a very stressful "re-move". The movers arrived right on time. I was hoping for a team that was at least as good as the last. Ramos and the guys were fast, CAREFUL, friendly and professional. Because of the stairs in our 'new, new' apartment, these fellows did most of the move-in using hump straps. They earned their pay that day for sure. I wish I could give a 10 star rating for the service I received! From the thorough evaluation for the in home estimate, to the very professional packing service and movers, to the unpacking service and movers at the destination end, the process went without a hitch. Overall, we were very satisfied with this moving company. The guys that did the move were great! Even when their moving van could not fit into our storage facility and they had to transfer everything to a smaller truck and deal with elevators, there was no extra charge and did it with a very good attitude! I moved from Chicago, IL to Maryland and had an exceptional experience from beginning to end with Reebie Allied. From start to finish, the process was made clear, expectations were set, and follow through was handled well. Tim, the sales guy walked through the process very well and was spot on with the estimate. My fiancee and I packed the items ourselves with the exception of some artwork and all items arrived safely with the exception of a glass piece on a grandfather clock. The claims process for the clock glass was straight forward and prompt. Delivery of goods was handled well and completed efficiently. This was the first time I'd used a long distance moving company. And Reebie was fabulous. Antonio Padilla and Greg Clarke were the team leads and drivers. They were engaging, cooperative and efficient at loading and unloading me. They and their crew arrived early and worked diligently to make sure everything was accounted for and loaded safely and properly. There was no damage to anything on either loading or unloading. The move was smooth. Communication is the key to such an endeavor and Jackie and Linda stayed on top of everything. But the real key was Miro, he was the best, from calling a couple of weeks in advance suggesting a few things to calling a couple of days prior to the move, giving us a time that the truck would arrive. It was stressful for us, packing, wrapping, throwing out some stuff, but you guys made it bearable. The two workers from Reebie were fine also. Miro told us when he should arrive and the called us two days later with a time . His helpers from Orlando were also fine. We are very satisfied with the move ... and hope we never have to do it again ..

I hired Reebie to move me from Elgin, IL to Lansing, MI when I changed jobs. I ended my old job on a Friday and started the new job on the following Monday. As you might imagine, things were really crazy then. Without Reebie's help I would never have pulled it off. I live alone so I hired them to help me pack as well as move my belongings. I worked from home while the packers carefully boxed all my belongs. The next day the movers came in and loaded me in less than 6 hours. In that 6 hours they also loaded my two motorcycles. To say I'm meticulous about my bikes is an understatement! They explained how they wanted to pack them and then had me inspect the pack job before they would continue. These guys were not bikers, but they understood what those machines meant to me!! They arrived at my new condo 1/2 hour early the following Monday and had me unloaded in 3 hours! Not one thing was damaged in any way, including my bikes. Getting the move done was the thing I was stressing about the most and Reebie made it the easiest part of relocating!! One last note: Sandra Truillo, my Customer Care Agent, stayed in contact with me the whole time, answering all my questions and helping me get everything taken care of. She even helped me straighten out a payment mistake that I made with my new employer after Reebie was all done with the move. Excellent customer service!!!

Reebie moving and storage moved two vintage pinball machines from one house to another house for us. The movers were on time, neatly dressed and very courteous. The machines were old and extremely heavy, and they didn't fit through the basement doorway. The Reebie movers were able to figure out how to disassemble them and reassemble them with ease. They wrapped each piece in plastic and protected them with blankets. If this is how they approach moving old beat up pinball machines, I can only imagine how well they would move my vintage furniture. I would definitely use and recommend these movers to anyone moving their household.

We used Reebie to move into our newly built home on a horrible weather day in December. It started as rain, then freezing rain and then a snowstorm. I was so worried about how they would not only handle the treacherous driveway conditions but not make a mess of our new house. I couldn't have been more pleased. They shoveled the driveway constantly. They covered the floors, watched out for the corners and made our move in day a total success under the most difficult conditions. When I reviewed the house afterwords, I figured we'd have a bunch of scuff marks on the walls that I would have to touch up and I could not find one! I will never use anyone but Reebie again.
