I used Booska movers on July 3rd, 2022. They were very quick, they did an awesome job protecting my things and I would use them whenever I needed to move and I Highly recommend them to anyone. They we very polite and they met my mom on the other end of the move and the two guys that took care of us were so awesome to my mom. I am extremely grateful for them!🙏🏼 I will be using them again in the next 2-3 weeks. I recommend tipping them. They never asked for it or even implied anything. We used Booska Movers for the second time in August. It was crazy hot and humid and they never stopped. We moved from a house to a mobile home so things were tight. Our couch didn’t fit thru the door and they tried everything to get it in. We ended up donating it, but we couldn’t have asked for more from them. Professional , quick, polite and kind. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend them!!

I have used Booska twice--first for a local unload of a shipment for which I used another mover for load and transport and second for a cross-continental load/transport/unload. Very happy in all respects on both occasions and would use them again. They are universally recommended by the realtors in my former location and it's easy to see why.

Booska movers did a tremendous job for my large inter-state move. It started with a visit from Matt Johnson whose eye for detail and calm demeanor quickly sized up the scale of my move. He put together what turned out to be very a precise estimate of cost, and always answered my many questions with patience and good humor. While I packed the vast majority of my possessions, I asked Booska to pack framed pictures and lamps/shades as they were delicate and bulky. Scott and Caleb came a day before the move and did a great job at securely packing those items. The day of the move, Jamie, the driver of the massive 53-foot truck, arrived and inventoried the entire house in a very methodical fashion, reviewing things with me every step of the way. The moving crew were warriors, combining brute strength with consideration for my possessions. A big shout out and thank to them: Jamie, David, Caleb and Josh. A few days later Jamie arrived at my new home with a different regional crew who also did an outstanding job. It's still early days in the unpacking, but after a week I have not found a single damaged item or missing box. I honestly cannot believe it. Before the move I envisioned every nightmare scenario imaginable, but the reality is that this move turned out to be a dream come true. I couldn't recommend Booska more - a team of efficacious, dedicated professionals. Thank you!

Akeem and his team moved us for a 2nd time since our arrival in Vermont. Akeem was the reason we went back to Booska's once we were ready for our final move, and he did not disappoint. He and the team were professional, efficient, positive and focused. They take great care of customer belongings, and are simply a pleasure to work with. I can hardly express how happy my husband and I are with the entire Booska team. From beginning to end they were truly wonderful. It was a stressful time for us to move from our home in Vermont to our new home in Oregon. 3,000+ miles! In the middle of a pandemic! But boy did they soothe that. Josh responded immediately when I called to start the process and was not just very professional, but also very human and understanding. He answered every question and took every call I made to ask more questions. James, Scott, and Evan showed up exactly on time the designated day and worked flawlessly. They, too, were extremely professional, but also sweet and friendly. We all laughed together many times. And their smiles as they worked, moving such heavy items, with endless packing and loading, was amazing. They loaded up our 22 years worth of furnishings in a 3 bedroom Cape in less than 8 hours. Coordinating their arrival time (in Oregon) with our arrival time was easy and perfect. James brought the load to our new home the morning after we finally pulled into our new driveway. His communication with us was so considerate. He called the evening we arrived and again the next morning to give us a heads up. He pulled in less than 15 minutes later. It was all perfect. They unloaded just as professionally and sweetly as they loaded, and again we laughed a lot together. They felt like good friends by then. I was actually sorry to wave goodbye to them. This is the company you want to handle your long distance move. Hands down! Thank you, Booska, for such an efficient, safe, and happy experience.

I had new flooring installed in my home and needed to have my furniture moved (within my home) and Booska's did an excellent job. They found creative spaces to move my furnishings to spaces that were not part of the new flooring "plan" and did everything in a timely manner. The two members of the crew were respectful, kind, hardworking and dedicated. This was the second time I have used Booska's, the first was for a move between two homes and I would not hesitate to recommend them for their professionalism and quality work!

Booska did a great job with our move from South Burlington to Williston. We had previously used VT Moving and Storage, who was booked and recommended Booska. They were able to accommodate our Saturday move request when I called two weeks before moving day, which we were grateful for! When the job was bigger than they had realized based on my phone estimates when booking, they were able to call in an additional person for the day upon arrival. They expertly handled a crazy heavy pull-out couch and king-sized mattresses going up and down narrow staircases, and didn't cause a single dent, scratch, or scuff mark along the way. I would like to say we would happily use again, but hopefully we won't be moving for a long while - highly recommend!

Josh Osborne and Booska to the rescue! I am writing this review so any potential moving clients won’t make the same mistake. I opted for a less expensive source that did not communicate effectively with me. They left me hanging on the day of the big move. No return phone calls, texts or emails. I was in a rut! One quick call to Josh and Booska and they were able to recover my day with in a couple of hours. The movers were super friendly and efficient. The price was on point and Josh’s professional demeanor helped to calm my nerves on a stressful day. They got the job done! Lesson learned: don’t go for cheap, go for the best! We needed a piano taken off our cargo trailer and moved into a home outside Burlington, and did quite a bit of research before settling on Booska. Their price was fair, they were easy to work with by e-mail, and communication was very good. The truck arrived within a few minutes of their scheduled time. Shane, Daniel and Jackson carefully wrapped and padded the piano and once the instrument had been removed from the trailer, they accomplished the move with a minimum of fuss - even though it was a challenging move - staying within the stated estimated time for the job. Thanks for a job well done!

I had always heard that Booska's was an excellent mover and I found out first hand just last week. We moved some very bulky, heavy furniture out of our home to our son's house several miles away. The movers came promptly, were very careful moving these items out of the house without damaging any walls or the furniture. They were courteous and friendly. Glen, one of the movers, shared that he had been with the company for 18 years and said it was a family-owned and a very good company to work for. Jason, the other mover was conscientious and polite. My dealings with the office staff setting up the appointment and the follow through was outstanding. Thank you Booska's. We will recommend you and continue to do business with you on any other move we might be contemplating.

Yesterday (7/31) we moved our home across town. The items moved included a piano that needed to go up a narrow staircase and a narrow turn into its new home. Our Booska movers, Jeremy, Jonathan and Adam, plus two others added during the last hour, worked as a team to hoist our piano up those stairs. Our movers actually made the move fun. We could not believe how efficient and friendly all three were in their handling of the job. Thank you for such wonderful service!

wanted to pass on how smooth our move went to Mechanicsburg, PA. Mike and Glen were the best!! Two very hard working gentleman and very caring in every sense of the move. They treated our furniture and boxes as if they were their own!!! They arrived in PA at the time they stated and went right to work unloading the truck!! We have used Booska twice and have, overall, been pleased with their service. We had some items damaged on our last move and are yet to receive payment for those items 2 months later. We were told two weeks ago that a check was in the mail, we haven't seen it or been able to get a response from the company. I would love to give these guys 5 stars, but I have been very displeased with the follow up on our insurance claim. UPDATE: got my issue resolved this morning through a very pleasant phone conversation with Adam. Upping my review to 4 stars.

Amazing.. I contacted over 4 different movers and several quotes later with 2- 6 people to move an upright antique piano. They were just amazing realizing the craftsmanship of the piano and took precautions to prevent damage. Since they made it in great time my invoice was even lowered!!! I was ever so pleased. Booska has been incredibly professional and easy to work with during what is usually a pretty stressful situation- moving! The staff was very attentive to every detail and caught the small ones we didn't think of . Joe and David packed us up to move from our home to assisted living. It was a difficult move for us, but they really made it easier. Joe moved us in, gracefully working around five of us as we dealt with a family emergency just after he started moving us in. He went out of his way to help and we are deeply appreciative. We went with Booska for a cross country move from Vermont a few months back, and were quite pleased with the service and care we received. Here are a few examples: For delivery day, Jason (the driver) hired two extra hands locally to help unload, which is common. What wasn't common was when Jason sent them away early because he (and Jason #2, his terrific right hand man) didn't like how they treated our things. It meant more work for them, but they didn't bat an eye. When Jason was putting our son's bunk bed together, he noticed that whoever had first put it together back in Vermont had done it wrong. Rather than just re-doing it the same way, he took the time to figure it out and get it done right. I didn't ask him to, he just did it. During the final walk-thru, I noticed that a wooden slat was missing from one cabinet. Jason figured it was probably buried under the packing blankets back on the truck and said if he found it he'd mail it to us. Sure enough, a few weeks later a package arrives from Vermont. A lot of folks wouldn't have bothered. It says a lot that he did. Thumbs up for Booska. If life ever takes us back to the Green Mountains, we know who to call.

Really nice. It was a great experience. It felt a little weird not doing anything because we usually move ourselves but this time there were just too many stairs. They work fast and efficiently. Even the office staff are really friendly. We had Gerard and Chad, they were super great. :)

Had a negative experience with this company. Make sure you know ALL costs up front as they will charge you with late fees if you can't move into a house at the exact time that you anticipated. These fees aren't disclosed until after the fact. Not a professional outfit.

Bouchard Pierce refused to attempt delivery of our new refrigerator. It‘s tall, weighs 275 lbs and required some juggling on a small landing at the top of a flight of stairs. (The delivery guys were afraid they might hurt themselves - so they walked away) BP offered no alternatives so I searched around and found Booska. Chris came by to check it out as and agreed it was tight but with three guys they could get it done. And they did! Off the truck, up the stairs, into the kitchen, old fridge removed, and they drove away in less than 45 min. The movers were polite, professional, and they were careful not to track water and dirt into the house. Chris was very responsive and helpful evaluating the issue. Top grades! Booska has been around for a while and I can see why.
