Unbelievably helpful. We are moving from Birmingham to California with a family of 4. They were very patient when I was on the fence about what size truck helping me figure it out. I also changed the reservation like 2 times, one change being days before pickup. There were never any hidden or unexpected price changes. It was a phenomenal experience.

Excellent service. Pulled in for headlight repair on a lease truck... was helped by gentleman at front desk and led to service department. Service tech had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Couldn't be more pleased

I planned a trip from AL to VA 4 months prior with U-Haul and made a reservation in advanced; despite this, the reservation fell through the day before I planned to leave town. We contacted Penske the morning we planned on leaving and they were able to provide us with a truck and all the equipment needed in order for us to stay on schedule. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with some much needed reassurance for the big move. Planning an out-of-state move with any moving company will inevitably lead to setbacks, however I am thankful Penske was able to pull through! We greatly appreciated the professional and friendly service!

I rented a 22' Truck and Trailer from this location. The truck worked flawlessly without any breakdowns or anything on the 9+ hour journey. The staff was super helpful and help me load my car on the tow and made sure everything was ship-shape before I rolled out. Excellent customer service!

I was in town on a temporary assigment and the companies truck was due for PM. After delivering the truck to be seviced, I was in need of a way to get back to my hotel. I asked Mr Gary Pickett, service manager, if could bum a ride back to my hotel. He was kind enough to get one of his employees to provide me with a ride. This outside of their normal services. Thank you Mr Pickett!

Truch rode great to be a big truck. I only used half tank of gas driving home from Lagrange Ga to Birmingham. I was really surprised at the milage I got with truck loaded.

I gave it 3 stars because, when I was picking up my truck, there was a broken headlight, and unstead of giving us a new truck, we had to sit there for about an hour and a half waiting on it to be repaired!
