There were many good things about the experience and only one bad thing. Starting with the good; I needed to move on short notice due to personal circumstances and Two Men and a Truck were able to accommodate my short timeline. I was moving into an apartment and I wasn't sure if it would be on a Tuesday or a Wednesday so I booked it for Tuesday but it turned out to be Wednesday so they let me reschedule last minute with no fees. The moving team was great. There were only 2 movers named Elijah and Floyd, and they were friendly, efficient, and worked hard. I noticed a few hours after the move was completed that I was missing one thing, so I called Elijah and he found it and personally delivered it to me (on his personal time) a few days later. He went above and beyond to show good customer service. I only have one minor complaint. My move appointment was scheduled for 10 am and early that morning I discovered that my apartment wasn't going to let me move in until after 2 pm. So around 9 am I called the office for Two Men and a Truck to ask if the move could be delayed an hour or two. They told me no, because they do the moves on my side of town in the mornings so their trucks could be used again in the afternoons. There are a few problems with this. First of all when I booked the appointment I was told there were plenty of trucks going unused for both the days I requested to hold. Secondly, whether they came at 10 am or 12 pm, they would finish at the same time and still have the afternoon to go to the next move. So basically they forced me to pay for an extra two hours on the clock for no reason. The movers left to go get lunch while we waited for the apartment complex to let us in.

Could not be more happy with this company. Have used them at least 8 times and each move has been flawless. The two gentleman, in particular, that moved me on 12/19/22 were very polite, efficient, personable, and careful. I have some tricky winding stairs and they were very patient getting my giant bed up there. Worth every penny and I hope their employers appreciate them as much as I did!

Another smooth move with Two Men and a Truck! They helped with a small move from Georgia to Florida and everything went off without a hitch. From booking, to loading and unloading, the entire team was friendly, careful and professional. And, this move involved IKEA furniture disassembly/reassembly - not easy! - and not one complaint:-) Don't trust your move to anyone else.

I was moving apartments in my complex (literally just down the road), 2nd flr to 1st, quite an easy move. I got 3 very nice guys and a truck, per the office recommendation. They swiftly packed and moved my things and dismantled / reassembled my bed within 1 hr! Very thorough service, nothing broken or missing after the move since they take care to package up everything. They came prepared with more boxes than I needed and only charged for the ones I used. Some FYIs: 1) 3 men was too many. If I'm paying for 2 hrs at least, I should have gotten 2, as there wasn't much to pack / move. 2) They will NOT help you to unpack. (I didn't ask beforehand about this, so I'm not counting this as a negative.) 3) If you're moving far, you may want to ensure your origin place is empty of your things. My bed frame planks were left behind by accident, and they didn't charge me for going back for them, but check to be sure.

Bo and Quan were awesome! Moved from Atlanta to Nashville and it went seamlessly! They arrived at my 2 bedroom apartment at 9:30 EST and had me in Nashville by 2:30 EST. My second time using them. Highly recommend!

I was concerned that 2 movers wouldn't be enought, but Swarmi & Bakari were more than enough. They came in ready to get to work and had a plan on how to get things done. My husband had to work, and I couldnt do much other thaan pack. We thought the move would take about 5-6 hours. Amazingly, it took less than 4 hrs, including stopping at our storage facility before the final destination. I would highly recommend their service!

We had a great experience with the Atlanta 2 Men franchise located on Chattahoochee Ave in January 2023. Had an unexpected move in an incredibly short timeframe and saw all the great reviews of this particular franchise and took a chance. It couldn't have been any easier, we filled out the online quote late night on Friday, accepted the quote on Sat and booked service for Mon. As requested, Juwan contacted me as he and his associate were headed to our 1st stop. They showed up on time, were professional, FAST & incredibly helpful (going above and beyond) and they helped make a stressful day a bit better. Thank you Juwan & associate (team J & J)! I would absolutely use them again for a local move. Full Disclosure: We did all of our own packing and only needed them to move all the boxes, exercise equipment and the furniture.

I can't rave enough about my experience with Two Men and a Truck. I initially hired them to help me move a full apartment load of furniture into a storage unit. The movers with timely, extremely professional, and friendly. So, when I needed to move back out of the storage unit I came back to the company and even requested the same movers as before (because they were so great!). I wasn't able to get the same movers but the new team they sent were equally as awesome. Across both of my experiences I think the most important thing is that all of the movers were patient. Moving is STRESSFUL but they never made me feel rushed or flustered or in the way even when I knew I was. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a quality moving experience!

Two Men and a Truck was incredibly professional from the moment we first talked to them to when the movers came and finished the move. The movers were 10 minutes early and were very responsive to the needs and asks of us to get all our important stuff moved out of the apartment. They were incredibly efficient with their time and did not stand around or wait for us to tell them to move stuff over. They were also incredibly nice and carefully placed bigger furniture appropriately in each room and organized it in a way to make the rest of our move easier. 10/10 would recommend!

I just used this company on Monday 06.15.2020. I am extremely pleased with Two Men and a Truck! I haven't moved in 12 years, & surprisingly ended up paying close to what I paid to move in 2008! Start to finish great experience from calling to get a quote to the move itself. The 2 Men who came to my property (Tahj & the other guys name started with a D I think) were on time, courteous, friendly, & energetic. They were even nice to my little dog, Teddy. The move took exactly 2 hours. The men were careful with my items--nothing was damaged & patient when moving the furniture into each room. My couch was quite difficult to remove, but the men problem solved, took their time, & assured me they would get it out. They did so successfully with no damages. I'd recommend this company to EVERYONE. Cost effective, prompt, & overall a solid company. My 2 movers were great!

I'll use 2 Men again for my next move. I'm not a great planner and I needed a mover in a hurry. I used their website's quote tool to get started. It was 3 a.m., but it was easy and also helped me estimate how many boxes I needed. After the quote, things really came together for me. 2 Men had great follow up and they tackled my spiral stairs like it was nothing. I got more than I expected with the movers. They treated my stuff better than I treat my stuff. They arrived on time and we're professional, yet personable, the entire day. They brought blankets and wrap and tape and I didn't even break a fingernail. This was my 3rd or 4th move with 2 Men, including the time they helped me move my office to another floor in the same building. The quality is consistent - you will have a good experience if you call 2 Men for your move.

Taking away a star as I received a call from Two Men and a Truck telling me I had a "past due" balance for the valuation insurance when I selected the no-charge option before the move and I have the documentation on it. I have used them three times now and it feels like the customer service is starting to drop here.

I cannot recommend Two Men and a Truck enough. We have used them twice - once for a local move and (most recently) for an out of state move. From getting a quote, to booking the move, to moving day, everything ran smoothly and without issue. Two Men and a Truck remained true to their quote (which undercut any other company by at least $2000). The movers were professional and kind, working quickly and efficiently. They got my stuff moved from Atlanta to Tampa within 24 hours, without any damage. Moving can be stressful, but Two Men and a Truck makes the experience so much better!

The guys that helped me move were Great! I was moving things from my apt to a storage unit and unfortunately the storage unit was giving me issues on getting inside and no employee was on site to help. We had to wait over an hour for the manager to get there and help me and I was extremely frustrated. They contacted their boss to let him know what was going on they were nice enough not to charge me for the additional hour I had no control over. The guys were nice and patient and waited with me until the job was done! They were quick and efficient. Thank you Steven, Logan & Peter. Great customer service & personalities! Had to edit this review about Jerome and Marion they got the job done but told me a glass piece of my entertainment stand was left behind knowingly in a certain place left at were we moved from I went back and it was not there this was disappointing now my wife is very upset .Would be five stars if it wasn’t for my wife being upset

These guys were great. Professionals who hustled hard until it was done. A great value and I would highly recommend. My furniture was super big and heavy and they wrapped it for protection in a jiffy and had it on the truck and in my storage unit quickly, about 4 hours. This included disassembling a big modular desk.

This was a complete 180 from when I used Northwest Moving in Oregon. I used TMT before in Chicago and had a good experience with them. The packing team was professional and fast - NOTHING was broken in the move. I repeat...NOTHING was broken during and after the move. The movers themselves were equally as professional as the office staff - everything was neat and orderly. They helped disassemble the beds and then put them back together when they got to the new house. Very good movers and would definitely use them again.

Shawn, Paul, and Damascus really went above and beyond with their customer service, politeness, and hard work. They got all the furniture and storage boxes out of the storage facility, moved it to the apartment, and helped us set it back up in just a little over 3 hours! We needed help with a few extra things during the process, and they were happy to help. This was my first time using a moving service. I had to have some help because several of the items I wanted to move were very heavy and bulky with the additional challenge added of being needed to go up 2 flights of stairs. The movers were incredibly efficient and moved everything in without damaging walls or my furniture (something I know I would not have been able to accomplish). Waddell and Jamal were amazing and worked quickly while moving us out. Their work was exceptional but the guys themselves were even more impressive. My boyfriend spent most of the day helping facilitate the move since I was working from home, and he told me chatting with Jamal during the move was one of the most encouraging conversations he’s had in a long time. James and I think Josh called at 9 a.m. and advised they were downstairs. I buzzed them in. They did a walk thru and proceeded to begin to start moving boxes. They will professional and courteous. I provided them with water and Gatorade since it was hot and they were appreciative. While they were there the office called to make sure they move was going smooth. None of my furniture was damaged to my knowledge and all glass ware was perfectly intact. They also moved the washer and dryer up 3 flights of steps with not a bump. Once complete i completed the paperwork and it was done. (The rates have gone up and the move for 5 hours ran me $750) I think if you are a repeat customer you should get a discount but that's just me. I would use them again. I called the collier office for my move.

Highly recommend Two Men and a Truck. The team (Bobby, James, and Mike) were fast, efficient, and were constantly working. I had some big pieces of furniture and they never complained. I had a sofa that wouldn't get through the door at the new place. Again, no complaints and they said they would make it happen. They ended up hoisting the sofa upright to the 2nd floor back deck!! One guy grabbed it from the deck, the other hopped up and held on, then the 3rd hopped up and they pulled it over the deck. I couldn't believe it! They saved the day and made a stressful day relatively easy! Worth every dime!

I absolutely love Two Men And A Truck. They helped move my mother a year ago and, they could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The guys moving and the staff in the office are so friendly. They stored my mother's piano for a year, and Chet was great to work with and found ways to save us money with the storage fees. Lastly, is Lincoln, he could lift just about anything. He is amazingly strong and easily lifted my mother's grand piano. Two Men And A Truck are the best movers in Atlanta. I constantly recommend them.

The movers themselves were nice, but the corporate office has been unresponsive and unhelpful in sending out a check for damages. I've been chasing this for a while now (move was in April). Lots of promises to call after asking me to chase down the check myself with post office, apartment offices, etc. Be wary of their promises to pay for damages. Hard to recommend with this experience.

AJ was my lead mover. He did the packing along with Mike and they did a great job. Nothing that was packed was broken or damaged. For the pack and the move, AJ worked with Kiere. They both did a FANTASTIC job in ensuring that my furniture was well-wrapped and my pictures were properly packed. Again, no furniture or pictures (or anything else) were damaged or broken. They had a great attitude and I feel lucky that they were my movers. I would highly recommend them both.

This is the second time I have hired this company and they do it right from the front office to the move itself. They came on time, were very fast but careful. They protected my furniture with wrap and were very pleasant throughout the whole experience.

I have heard horror stories about some moving companies, but stil had to hire one for our move recently. I went with Two Men & A Truck bc I have seen their trucks for years, and well, lets try them. Very nice on the phone, were available for my date, good price... so yea, we used them. Very Very happy we did. The guys showed up early on a rainy day, carefully wrapped all our furniture to protect from rain, and really hustled to get the job done... it was actually done in under what I thought it would be. If anyone ever asks me who to use, it is Two Men & A Truck... I am writing this review bc my wife pointed out how much we liked the guys, and the great job they did and said "we need to do an online review so others will know to use them." So yea, here it is... for what it is worth, we say us Two Men & A Truck for your next move. Good luck!
