Reviews of Brooklyn Moto
Barney Charles
I wholeheartedly recommend Brooklyn Moto due to their exceptional communication, friendly customer service and quality automotive service.
My motorcycle, a 2008 Triumph Daytona 675, was as good as a fancy paper weight. This particular model is well known for having electrical issues and on more than one occasion I have been stranded mid-ride due to theses issues causing a dead battery. I reached out to Mark and he responded promptly and helped me come to grips with the situation and the options available. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and accommodated me bringing in the motorcycle ASAP. Mark even went out of his way to provide me with some options for towing my bike in. My motorcycle was ready to pick up way sooner than I anticipated and throughout the whole process Mark kept me in the loop. He was friendly and down to earth. Mark successfully resurrected the motorcycle I didn't get to ride for two years and finally fixed the issue my family's mechanic couldn't. The machine purrs now. He completed the whole job above my expectations and at an honest, transparent price. Thank you Mark!

Mapping prob on my hypermotard that 2 dealers could not fix, bike kept shutting off , Mark had it 3 day & its been fine since, prob fixed. Still under warranty but i now only take it to Brooklyn Moto.Mark is "Always" up front & totally honest with everything. Try him, you wont be sorry!

Mark is the only person who I trust to maintain my Ducati. He is doing amazing job way cheaper than actual dealership! Thanks for all your help buddy, will see you next season 🤙🏽 …

I had a bad experience with a mechanic when i first bought my Ducati Monster. I needed a good, honest mechanic. Asking around the biking community for someone who worked on Ducati's and Brooklyn Moto came up many times. I needed work done to fix the original nightmare. Mark made it a smooth and comfortable experience. My bike was up and running fairly quickly considering how busy Brooklyn Moto can be. The price is fair considering not many mechanics know their way around Ducati's and their idiosyncrasies. I was looking for fair price, reasonable turn around time and most importantly honest and good work. A good business person doesnt have to steal your money to make ends meet. Good and honest work earns repeat business and word of mouth. And thats why im writing this review. I will always take my bikes to Brooklyn Moto and i will recommend them to the moto community.

Back in March I was looking for someone in tri state area to do some upgrade on my 2016 Triumph T120. Of all shops/mechanics out there, I felt comfortable with Mark s skills and candidness. We went back and forth via email exchanges , even throughout the Covid crisis.
I couldn’t have been any happier with the results, Mark s a true craftsman and down to earth .. you don’t want anybody else working on your bike! I live in New Jersey and my bike is in Catskills , NY... I wouldn’t hesitate bringing my bike to Brooklyn Moto for maintenance/ upgrades. Be patient, the man is BUSY, but worth the wait!
See you next time Mark!
Eduard Marke
The best Ducati mechanic. Helped get all of my bikes correct.

Mark and everyone at Brooklyn Moto are the best moto repair team out there. They focus on Ducati, Triumph, and KTM.
I've been taking my Ducati to Mark for 2 seasons now. Always great, thorough, and prompt over the top service at prices that can't be beat.

These guys are hands down the best, brought my Ducati in for maintenance and they explained everything to me every step of the way. Best customer service I’ve experienced, serious Pros!

Absolutely love this shop. As solid as it gets. Mark is amazing. Talented, communicative and the type of person you enjoy doing business with. Everyone is very welcoming.

These guys are super down to earth. Needed some work done on my bike and the dealership quoted some astronomical amount. Came here, they did the work quickly and with their guidance saved money and turns out I didn't need all the stuff the dealer quoted. Bigups to Mark and Rafael.

I went here they are expensive they can be quite cold and they seem to know a lot about doing frame
welding custom work and on ducatis but its still freakin expensive is all I can tell you. nice bikes a saw here and a cool vibe. I wonder if i buy a jap bike off cl if they would do custom work on it for less than $1000? i highly doubt that . they are very busy shop so that had no time to help me anyways .

The best motorcycle service shop in Brooklyn. Mark used to be a tech for Ducati Soho, but he lacks all of the pretense that you get in Manhattan, and will hook you up with a great deal.

Brought in my KTM for pretty small fix
They were fair with me
They know their stuff
They always seem like good people
Easy to give 5 stars
I'm happy they found this new location in the same area

I was on my way home from a motorcycle trip in Canada and I was staying at a friends place in Manhattan for a few days. I didn't need my bike during that time and finding a place to park my bike for a few days in Manhattan was very difficult. Brooklyn Moto was able to accommodate my bike for a very good price.

Owner of the shop is the man. No BS, just quality work and a straightforward human.

Marks a stand up guy and he really knows his stuff when it comes to Ducatis. If you ride a classic or a scooter take it somewhere else, but for Ducatis your options are the dealership where you'll get reamed or Brooklyn Moto.
