I had a good experience buying a Speed Twin. Tami was very helpful and was able to get the numbers where I needed them and Chris in service helped me get my helmet set up with the pinlock shield and helped me to understand the service schedule. I waited until after my first service to post this review so I could see how that went. Even though they were busy they were able to work with my schedule and do the service while I waited. Again, more props to Chris for being very accommodating. My experience with Tampa Triumph has been 5 star and the bike is freaking awesome.

Every time I bring my bike in, my experience gets better. Today didn’t disappoint. Was 45 minutes late to the appointment. They didn’t say a word. They took my bike and 45 minutes later they had me out the door. These are the most honest guys I know. No scams no hustles no cheap sales talk. Just Motorcycle enthusiasts. Bravo.

BEST PLACE in the WHOLE Tampa area. Wow! I visited this dealership yesterday and was greeted immediately. A gentleman named Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was interested in one of the models and Bobby offered to let me demo the bike. After verifying my motorcycle endorsement he took a bike of his own and we took a demo ride. Amazing vehicle. I can see why people love their Triumphs. I have to say customer service at this place was A+++. So much so I went back today and picked up my first Triumph! Bobby and the staff were magnificent! The process was quick and painless. If you’re looking to purchase a bike I would definitely recommend Tampa Triumph! Phenomenal customer service, competitive pricing and a plethora of new and used models. Ask for Bobby. He’s a wealth of knowledge and will exceed your expectations. I’ve purchased a lot of motorcycles in the past 20 years and I gotta say this was my favorite experience. I will definitely return to do business with these folks again in the near future.

In Sept. 2022 I bought a new Triumph Tiger 900 GT low suspension at Triumph of Tampa. The experience was overall vey satisfying. The sales person, Brian, was knowledgeable and helpful. More importantly, he paid attention to my questions and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Since he was brand new on the job didn't have all the answers but didn't hesitate to ask the more experienced staff for answers and came right back at me with those answers. Tami the owner(?)/administrator was quick and efficient in filling out the paperwork and explaining what she did. Special thanks goes to Chris from parts and services. He was helpful and knowledgeable about finding some add-ons and he ordered them for me right on the spot. Lastly, Don, the general manager(?) was helpful at explaining things. Originally I was doubtful at some of the features he explained regarding the OEM Triumph-branded top case and panniers, only to find later, in a Google search, that he was right indeed. Overall, during the whole purchase process there was zero BS, only truthful information that applied to the bike I was buying. I can also report that the mandator 600-mile inspection went well and was handled professionally. The service team was able to install a bunch of third party: Denali D4 aux light, as well as a Denali SoundBomb horn. They also installed crash guards. I should also mention that Chris from service went out of his way to accommodate my temporary health condition by meeting me right outside the dealership and transacting the administrative aspects outside, to protect everybody's health. In closing, I am completely satisfied with my experience with the dealership. I will go there for future services and I would recommend the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Triumph Bike.

I have been a customer to Tampa Triumph for 3 years since they opened. This dealership carries the image of quality and customer care of the Triumph brand. The entire staff is genuine and a great group of people. That is what makes this dealer, the people. They go above and beyond to try and meet your expectations. That is, unlike most dealers, they will not "pounce and push" you into a sale, the sales guys will work with you and try to help you as best they can. You can take a test ride, and explore different bikes. The mechanic on site, who has done a lot of work on my bikes, is very knowledgeable and takes great care in his work. The parts & service department are very helpful, they will tell you straight up what you need, and not up sell you things you do not need. Due to the fact I am engaged in the moto community and love motorcycles; I thought I would take a few minutes and write my thoughts. I walked in 3 years ago for a Triumph motorcycle jacket, left with a new bike and always been happy going back. In the end, you can go to another dealer and feel like a number, or you can give this little place a try and feel like a person. What you see is what you get and here, it is a good thing.

I Went in yesterday for a bike service on my 2019 Street Triple RS and was my first time to the store. The owner and the staff who I encountered were nothing more than fantastic to work with and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up asking about a hard to find part for my bike and the owner got right on the computer and found it at another dealer in Ohio, gave me the part number and name of the dealer so I could get it directly from them instead of having to pay a lot more ordering it from Europe. This kind of encounter does not go unnoticed and will definitely return in the future. 👍🏻👍🏻

"I'll start first by saying that I bought my 2018 T120 new from a friend that has a dealership in Louisville, KY. I was living there when I decided to buy a new bike. I mention this because this group doesn't seem to care where I bought it. I've ordered new accessory parts, new tires and had service work done here and they have been great to work with as well as being more than fair on pricing. On 2 service occasions I was caught needing unplanned service and they got me in and out on the same day. KJ made my buying experience excellent (though I understand he’s no longer with the dealership). The finance people were also on the ball. The parts guy that day was a bit crochety for my taste, but mellowed out a bit. The service tech didn’t have the best attitude though when I asked him to adjust the position of the saddle on the brand new bike I was buying. When I got home, I noticed the bolt had been so overtightened that I thought I was going to have to drill it out. Not cool. So Tampa Triumph, definitely more good than bad, especially in sales, but I’ll be taking my new Bobber TFC elsewhere for service. I’ll be back for my next Triumph purchase though.

Where do I begin? If I had to choose a few words to describe my customer experience at Tampa Triumph I would say “above and beyond” and “seamless”. For the first time I had an opportunity to take my Rocket 3 GT in for some light service and the entire staff treated me like family. It seemed like everyone in the building stopped everything to help me. I was flattered! My Rocket is the first Triumph I’ve ever owned and I’m excited that I get to service and maintain it with them! Whether its your first time buying a bike, or the tenth time, these folks will treat you like your #1! Just bought my third Triumph last week (private sale) and the previous owner had had a second key cut but never programmed. I'd been wanting to visit Tampa Triumph for a while so figured I'd take a ride down and see if they could program my key. Everybody was SUPER nice, one of the guys (who turned out to be the G.M.) even gave me a Tampa Triumph t-shirt just for coming in! (And like i said it was just to get a key programmed.) First, I'm not the kind of guy who does very many reviews, but after the service that I just received, I had to write a review of this business. I originally stopped in about 3 weeks ago when I learned that they had opened. Didn't really need anything at the time, but since I'm a big Triumph fan and having owned 3 Triumphs since 2006 (currently ride a 2013 Triumph Trophy), I was glad to see that there was a flagship Triumph dealer in town. As mentioned in other reviews, its a very nice and well merchandised dealership with a great atmosphere. But, after walking around and talking with the staff, I realized that they had also assembled a very knowledgeable and customer friendly group of people to operate this dealership with. So last week I called and scheduled an appointment with Dave their Service Manager and brought my bike in for some basic maintenance first thing this morning (front tire replaced and rear brakes). Dave handled everything and Matt their lead Triumph Tech had me in and out in less than an hour ( thanks Matt). While I waited, I walked around the showroom drinking my coffee, checking out the bikes and accessories, and just chatting with the staff. They all made me feel very welcome there, and just as impressive, they really knew their Triumph product. After 35 years of riding and dealing with dealerships, you just cant get better service than that. I cant remember everyone's name that I spoke with, but thanks to Dave, Matt, Elliott and all the staff for such an enjoyable visit and quick and efficient servicing of my bike. Keep up the great work, I'll definitely be back.

Took my Triumph Tiger 1200 XCA in for first service. Overall, very competent staff however didn't really get a warm fuzzy from these guys. Also, I purchased a maintenance contract that I would to get everyone's opinion on whether it was a good deal or not. Basically, $2300 for 6 maintenance appts that I have 3 years to use. Which they allowed me to finance for 18 months. I thought it was a good deal as I plan to drive to Alaska and Patagonia this year. Would like everyone elses opinion as I am new to motorcycling.

"Solid dealership experience. This is a destination not just a place to buy a bike. The facility is small but it packs a lot without clutter. Nicely displayed Triumph accessories, gear with parts/service personnel helpful and knowledgable. Mark Consiglio is a great guy, no pressure, straight talking and once he get's to know you a bit he can guide you to the right ride. I will only work with two motorcycle sales associates in the Mid-Florida market, Mark is one of them. Why? No stress, stays in touch without the sales talk, works hard to make sure you are comfortable with the purchase and again, just a great guy. Tampa Triumph offer regular demo rides events, you can easily schedule a demo ride almost any time. Many dealerships don't offer demo rides unless it's a manufacturer sponsored event or at some type of rally. Tampa Triumph encourages you to ride their bikes. This is not an inexpensive offering due to the insurance required so I understand why many dealerships don't but this shows the commitment Tampa Triumph has in their offerings. As for parts and service, no complaints. These guys make sure everything is right, quick, thorough and above all else, honest. My first service was quick and hassle free. I had a warranty claim on a mirror with the replacement showing up quick and no fuss. As for the Triumph brand in just one word. Quality. That's the best way I know to describe it. Go look, spend some time with the bikes. The attention to detail is incredible. Hand painted pin striping, the engraved Triumph logo's throughout the build, hand written quality control marks during the build/inspection and buttery smooth motor with smooth shifting. Quality! Since I've purchased two bikes from Tampa Triumph and specifically from Mark Consiglio, that should answer the question, Yes, I would buy from them again without hesitation."

We purchased our new Triumph Thunderbird Storm from Tampa Triumph. It is so nice to have a Triumph dealer close by in the Tampa Bay area. "Kj was excellent. We actually met at the AIMExpo in columbus OH in the Triumph booth. I went to the booth a few times that day and each time the sales guy in the booth was pretty busy, the last time I was in the booth Kj walked up when I was admiring a street scrambler. He told me a bit about the bike and showed me a nice used one they just got in at home in Tampa.. Kj was personable, his follow up was excellent and was never pushy! I came in for a service on my wife’s Daytona. Matt, albeit terse, is a fantastic tech. The thing runs better and smoother than it has since the day I bought it. Bobby and Dave (I think) gave me some good recommendations and a good deal on tires, and didn’t pressure me when I said I wanted to do some research on their recommendations. But wait, there’s more! While I waited for service, one of the sales guys, Shawn, and I shot the breeze about the different bikes, and politics, and mythology, and was just an all around easy-to-get-along-with guy. No pressure for sales, no shade thrown my way for taking his time. Ultimately, I asked to test ride a Street Twin, and came back and bought it a few days later. The guys there were professional, easygoing, and have earned my business for service and any future purchases. Dave and his crew were hands down the best experience I ever had with a dealer/shop. I just moved from DC, and am pretty new to the bike world. I needed a 12,000 check up, as well as putting on a set of new tires I thought I needed. After inspecting my bike, Dave said I could last a lot longer on my current set, saving me a butt load of money. During the check up, they found several little annoying issues and fixed them (for free) and even knocked down the charges by half since my bike didn't need valve adjustment until the 18k check up. What easily could have been a $1,000 bill at another dishonest shop was only around $300. If you want an honest shop, definitely check out Tampa Triumph.

So Happy to have a Triumph Flagship Dealer in the Tampa Bay Area! The whole staff at Tampa Triumph are great people who really Love Triumph's. Very hard to find as most Triumph Dealers carry multiple brands of bikes. so it's nice to have a stand alone Triumph Dealer. I had some service work done their on my Triumph Thunderbird as it was squeaking while I was driving it ( it was driving me crazy) I had taken it back to the dealer I bought it from twice for the same problem, the first time they adjusted the drive belt and it was better but still there, the second time they told me it was just wind noise. I took it down to Tampa Triumph to let Dave the service manager hear it, he introduced me to Matt who is a certified Triumph Technician. Matt drove the bike , knew what the problem was and not only told me what he was going to do to fix it but also explained to me what had happened to the bike and why the repairs were needed. Dave handled everything from Triumph and got it covered under full warranty. And guess what, They fixed my Bike! Drove it to work this morning and for the first time since I have had the bike there was No Squeaking sound. I Love my Triumph Thunderbird, it is my favorite bike I have ever owned and now I have a Great Dealership to take care of it. Thanks Dave and Matt and the whole staff at Tampa Triumph!!

Brought my 2007 Daytona 675 in the shop for some very much needed maintenance. 35,000 miles on this bike, she's my baby. I had a few computer problems, an overheating problem as well as the usually oil change / air filter, etc. They did GREAT work, very timely, always kept me informed on costs and when it would be ready. Costs were kept to a reasonable level and they hooked me up with some additional gear they had received on discount (some great Joe Rocket jackets). I had brought my 07' 675 in after my negligence in having a connector sear straight to my exhaust from removing my EXUP valve.. turns out just the connector would have been $500 but Dave the service department rep went out of his way to find one online for only $80. A service department that tries to save you money, what more can you ask for? Check them out you wont be disappointed.

"i dropped my triumph off there and and they adjusted my clutch and had to replace the tail light, which they had to order. They had it finished way before i thought it would be done. which was awesome just in that right. but then when i went to leave and apparently i dropped my keys on the ground to my car i left there to come back and get after i got my bike home. they found them and put my keys in my car and called me after hours to let me know this. they didnt have to do any of that. Brought in my '10 Thunderbird that was bought and previously serviced at the dealer in St. Pete. 18k service and a new rear tire. They found several issues that were ignored by the St. Pete dealer and fixed all issues. I did not think quality motorcycle service was attainable anymore, but I was wrong. These guys live and breath Triumph, and it shows. The bike is running better than it has in quite a while, and the bill was below what I expected. The atmosphere is very friendly, and its conveyed through the staff hands down. My bike was in for an inspection and oil change, they banged it out even sooner than expected. Before they took the bike around back John Went over what was going to be done, even after they gave me a summary of what was done, and things to keep an eye out for. "I saw an add for a 2017 triumph bonneville bobber it was from a private seller but the pictures were at Tampa Triumph. So I called up there and inquired about the bike the salesman said he didnt know anything about it but good luck with it. I tried to reach the private seller but herd nothing, the next day I got a text from someone at Tampa Triumph named Ty saying he talked to me yesterday and thy had the bike. I live in Orlando its 2:30 on a Saturday they close at 6:00 I get there at 5:25 go on an amazing test ride and by the time I got back I was ready to buy.Ty and his sales manager KJ made the whole process quick and easy they ha Piitty on me and had the bike delivered so I didnt have to ride I4 at 8:00 at night. I got a 2017 Triumph bobber with a little over 200 miles out the door price for under what a new one starts at.i was pleased with Ty and everyone at Tampa Triumph for making this whole ordeal easy.
