My husband and I walked into OTC powesports looking for a dirt bike for our son. We really didn’t know where to start and Paul took his time in explaining exactly what each bike with different specs does. We were undecided on which one to get and honestly I was super hesitant with buying one for our son BUT Paul talked to us and suggested we take our time. He never once pressured us to buy anything from him. He truly was happy to help. 2 days later we decided we wanted to buy one. He accommodated a delivery which was very reasonably priced, took the time to explain everything to our son who was beyond excited when he saw his bike. My mechanic, Roy, recommended me these guys. His business closed down. My second choice of business was sold around the same time as the first mechanic. Third time is a charm. Christian run. The cherry bushy beard guy “God blessed” me on my way out. If anything goes wrong, they will happily fix the problem, as long as it was brought to their attention right away. As in immediately, or ASAP. If they did not get it done right the first time. Do not wait. I wish them many blessings in return for their blessings.

Had my Honda Rebel in the shop after a few years sitting. They not only helped me get the bike into the shop, they did the work quickly! In the past, I have used another shop and a similar repair took MONTHS! This time, it was about 10 days!!! I KNEW the work could be done faster! The bike runs really well and they even cleaned and installed my saddle bags! This was a sure sign of a shop that goes above and beyond! Thanks!

Definitely an awesome place! They do a little bit of everything there! They work on a variety of power sports. From pit bikes to jet skis. Great customer service and the friendliest shop cat around! They also offer window tinting and detailing. Paul the owner is very knowledgeable.

I was a dum dum and got a flat, but these guys treated me right. Even if I shouldn't have tried to fix it myself first. I know I'm barely able to tell a metric wrench from an imperial (empirical?) Paul at OTC did the top end on my 2015 YZ125… Literally has never ran better since I’ve gotten it back. They got it in super quickly and I’ll say I was a little worried when I gave it to them not knowing how much the rebuild would be or how long it would take. Paul, assured me he would take care of me… He called me a few days later letting me know my bike was ready to go and my bill was surprisingly much lower than I had anticipated it to be. 5-Star work and customer service!!!!! I will DEFINITELY be back in the future!!!!

So bought a 2002 Honda cbr 600f4i in upstate NY and drove over a 1,000miles down to Tampa fl and I thought I destroyed my rides transmission. Thanks to OTC my bike was serviced and it rides like a brand new 2021 bike I’m so pleased with full service very nice group of guys there. If my bike ever has an issue otc is the place it will go. I absolutely love going in there. The casual atmosphere and easy banter and one upmanship games tween the wrenches makes me wanna hang out longer. They work fast and get the job done right and they LISTEN and they absolutely work with you to make getting in and out as effortless as possible. They aren't the cheapest, but they are very competitively priced and I trust them far more than other places I've been. Fix it once, fix it right so you can get to improving your ride rather than just keeping it going. My bike rides better now than it did when I bought it off the dealership floor.

After getting the "Run-around" from "House Cycle World" who gave me the "Old Low Ball - "Bait and Switch" tactic, I continued to search for a person to replace my Shifter Shaft for my '92 Honda CB 250 Nighthawk. I called OTC Powersports and was given a quote immediately over the phone, The repair was performed the next day. I received straight forward good customer service and a quality repair performed in the time expected. I would definitely go to OTC Powersports should I have any future repair needs for my motorcycle.

OTC is truly OFF THE CHAIN! I've had 4 vehicles tinted here with ceramic tint and I feel a major difference. Their customer service is phenomenal, always a fun time hanging out in the shop waiting for the tint to be done. Highly recommend stopping in and seeing what Paul and Nick can make happen. Nick also did some custom work on my lifted truck to stop the front tires from rubbing. Go Bolts!

Great service, great tint job. I called Paul and explained that my 2002 Honda Accord was in serious need of new tint. He walked me through some options, gave me a quote over the phone, and had my old tint replaced the next day. Car looks great, and the price was very reasonable. These guys are great! Would not even think about taking my bike anywhere else. They do great work, great price and always quick service. They are always up front and will help you out any way possible. I have taken my bike there around 4 to 5 times and every time they are always professional and always greet you with a smile. Every time i have brought my bike in they get it done that day and they tell me when it will be ready so i can go about my day instead of other places that tell you an hour and its ready 8 hours later or even worse the next day. Absolutely love the service. They picked my bike up same day I called, within the hour. The owner took a look at my bike and let me know, the very next day, anything that was found and quoted me a ridiculously great price. My bike was done within a few days of being picked up. The owner told me they didn't need to replace my spark plugs so he dropped the quoted price. Totally honest, fast, reliable and all the guys are such great characters. My bike rides like a dream. I have had motorcycles, dirt bikes and atvs more that 50 years and for the first time I have found a repair shop that really stands behind every thing they do. When I first walked into the shop on Gunn Hwy. in Tampa I was greeted by the owners and right away I felt Blessed to have finally found a repair shop that was friendly and willing to go out of their way to meet my needs. I have used them several times and I am happy to say that they stand behind everything they say and do. Not only do they stand behind their work but when they quote a repair estimate they don't inflate the price once the repair is done. Their pricing is much less than a dealer and you really get much better service than a dealer ship. They are a very honest,respectful family owned company and I have referred them to many of my friends and they are all just as happy as I am. Every time I have called them for any information or for any of my bike needs they are always very happy to help out. A big hats off to a great repair shop. I had a great experience at this shop. Paul is really personable and easy to coordinate with. My Kawasaki 650 was having overcharging issues, and blowing headlamp bulbs. After replacing the melted stator, bad regulator, and putting in a new battery, the bike is running great. The work was all done within the time period they told me. No hiccups. Just road from Tampa to Jacksonville with no issues. Thanks guys!

Great people, and excellent customer service. I was upsold on a tint job but I was expecting it. Not sure I got a good deal after the upsell. The work was done in a little over two hours, and it looks great. Paul is a rockstar and he is the main reason this place is succesful. I would probably do a little remodeling of the waiting area. Good work on my automotive window tinting! I paid $50.00 extra from Groupon special to get the grade 15 window tint. Plan on 2 hours for a 4 door sedan. There is seating inside and outside while waiting.

OTC was the only place that DID NOT give me the cold shoulder because I have a 50 CC scooter. I brought them in my tire/wheel to have them mount a new tire. THEY CHARGED ME HALF AS MUCH AS EVERYONE ELSE QUOTED, changed the valve stem FOR FREE, gave me axle grease FOR FREE. They also had the bulb in stock that I needed. Absolutely fantasic shop! I'm from Orlando and my honda rebel broke down on a work trip out here. Paul and his mechanics went over my bike throughly and recommended the right repairs to get it running like new again! They didnt move forward with any repairs or extra work until I approved it, they had no extra/surprise fees, and their prices, from the tow they offered to the final repair, were cheaper than I expected to find. I was treated professionally and their work was top notch. I'd recomend them to anyone!!
