My wife and I had a fantastic experience buying my streetglide from NPR Harley Davidson. My salesman, Andrew, was awesome and kept me informed while the buying process was going on. Ken in finance helped get me the best rate on my bike. Jason and the service staff made sure the bike was good to go for me. Andrew had his 2 year old daughter with him for a while. It was so fun seeing her interact with everyone. I am so glad that Harley Davidson of NPR has family values and helps their employees when they need it. I will keep coming back in the future because the staff makes me feel like family.

I've bought 3 bikes here. Absolutely love the sales people. Batman has always treated me like family for almost 15 years I've been going. I tell all my friends to buy and get their bikes serviced here. The Service dept with Joe and Don really try to work with you on price and getting you in and out! Recently had a rear tire put on. They picked my bike up on Thursday and returned it Friday. I totally understand they can't always do that but that's how gr8 they are!! Highly recommend this dealer over all on this coast!.

I signed up for the Harley Davidson rider course after being recommended to do so by fellow riders. Walked into class with only 15 minutes of ride time under my belt, so I was a bit timid at first. We thoroughly learned the basics in class before even getting on a bike which made the transition to riding easy. My coach, Jerry Hunt, was awesome! He answered all of my questions and always had words of encouragement for the class. I bought a bike 2 days after passing the course and made it my daily driver. That's what this class did for me. Well worth the time and money.

I just purchased my new 2022 Electra Glide Standard from Harley-Davidson of New Port Richey on 7/2/2022.
Andrew was fantastic. I had visited the dealership the prior Saturday and was introduced to him by "Batman".
Over the week, Andrew reached out to me via text message with potential ride candidates. He was even responsive in his off hours, for whixh I am appreciative.

I recently went to the riding academy at NPR Harley Davidson so I could learn how to ride and get my motorcycle endorsementS. I’ve been a passenger for many years but was finally ready to take the handlebars for myself! The class was broken up perfectly-a short week night for book training then a weekend mixed with riding, classroom work and then the riding and written exam. While I’m not going to lie I was very nervous and anxious since signing up Jordan, the main instructor was a huge factor why I passed. You can tell how passionate he is about riding and teaching others the right way.. he cares. Jerry was also very amazing. On the course he and Jordan worked extremely well together. Their knowledge and great atttide was awesome, not to mention their patience level and ability to appropriately communicate and handle multiple types of personalities. Shout out to Kellie who was fantastic in assisting and coordinating everything. Anthony and Jim in sales were also great. I’ll never forget this experience and can’t wait to get my own bike in the very near future.

I bought a 2020 Heritage last weekend from NPR Harley Davidson while at the Cotee River Bike fest. The entire staff was amazing. Sales Manager, Tony; Salesman, Toby; and Amy who handled all the paperwork were great. Super efficient and thorough. We picked the bike up Sunday from the dealership and Ken helped finish the deal and made sure we had everything we should have. I highly recommend them and for sure would buy another bike from them.

Bought my first Harley here with Andrew, a 2022 Street Bob, and the experience was incredible. Decided on attending the Riding Academy and couldn't be happier with the way Tim, Mark, and Lindy gave me their undivided attention as well as their expertise. Lots of good memories made on the range throughout my 24 hours shared with them and my fellow classmates. I would highly recommend this course to anyone. In Regards to Beginner Riders’ Course:
All the coaches were insightful and I learned something from each interaction. The hands on (1-1) was extremely helpful and allowed me to learn at a less tense or timed course.
Although, my first experience handling the bike and Range day #1 wasn’t my proudest moment(s). I found it difficult to keep up with the class and I felt as if 1 of the 2 instructors just wasn’t as understanding to first time beginner riders. In my opinion, the dealership was great and the cleanliness of the store was welcoming. Lindy was heaven sent (thank you again!! <3). Along with Kellie who not only helped with accommodating me with a 1-1 but with genuinely being comforting when I needed it opposed to shutting me out and discouraging my commitment to learn. Tim & Jordan made my experience great as well with lots of “serious humor and fun”. Two days filled with great instruction and patience.
Overall, the program is great! The material given during [day 1 classroom] was hands on and simple instruction to follow along while being active and involved with fellow classmates. The activities were very fun and brought awareness to not so common-sense terms and scenarios. Lindy was great with being interactive with the group and allowed everyone to participate. Range days can be challenging, but I believe balance is what makes the world evolve, the skill learned in the 2 days was enough to help me feel confident on the road (eventually) and how to handle and control a true bike (Harley, of course). The exam wasn’t too difficult and it felt great having a mini celebration/graduation for all the hard-work and effort put towards the endorsement. Only thing I would change, would be for full circle understanding that some riders young/old, big/small, male/female might just need some productive instruction and guidance instead of pushy, cold or discouraging coaching. From Kellie to all the coaches, thank you again for your help! :D

Looks like a nice dealership but they have a limited supply of accessories. Just walked in to get a decal for my car and the selection was limited, as was the selection for cups. I didn’t buy any of my bikes at this dealership, since I’m new to the area, but for lack of a better word, it’s a bit boring and no one greets you when you walk in and the place certainly wasn’t busy for a Sunday. I got a totally different vibe from the Tampa dealership.I’m about equal distance to both so I’ll be using the Tampa location.

Let me tell you! I have been ridding Harley’s for 35 years and I just purchased a brand new Road Glide Special at NPRHD and the entire team there is fantastic! Toby was my sales guy and he made it supper easy! We test road two bikes I was interested in and they answered all my questions fully. Tony, the sales manager made the entire financial process supper convenient for my schedule. Jake in the parts department set me up with some great parts and the boys in service went to work putting my custom items on immediately! Fantastic experience from start to finish. I notified two Harley dealerships for my headlamp and the dealership in Tampa said New Port Richey had the part we needed in stock. So after calling and confirming that the headlamp was in stock, we drove up to get it. Our parts guy was Josh and he was very helpful. We ended up only needed a bulb instead of the whole lamp. I went in to get some broad information about available models and options as well as some prices. I am a very experienced rider so I was more interested in specific information. I was not bumm rushed at the door but approached by a very polite and calm salesman with a friendly attitude. He addressed me as another rider and listened as I spoke. I made it clear that I was just looking and he was still so helpful. He answered the questions I had while directing me to an absolutely beautiful custom bike. He pulled it out and offered me the seat. Harley's are awesome, but this store is also awesome. He had picked out exactly what I was looking for and it was, to my surprise, a used model which was almost $12,000 less than he could have steered me. To me this told me that this store and the staff are honest and working in my best interest, which is rare. After a thorough explanation of the bike, I inquired about gloves. Their selection had all quality gloves. There was a woman to assist me in finding the perfect fitting gloves that also work with my touch screen. I purchased a great pair of driving gloves, and am very pleased with the service I received there. It is a great store. Thanks for the great service.

Just finished the MSF Course with David and Ted and it was one of the most informative, exhilarating, and rewarding experiences of my life. I came out of there confident in my abilities and ready to keep applying the knowledge that I learned towards safely and responsibly riding my new motorcycle. I went in to get some information on a road glide limited and immediately was met by George and he was as helpful as can be. He took me for a test ride and at no point during the process did I feel like I was under any pressure to do anything, unlike when looking at cars at a dealership. A week ago Sunday, I completed the basic rider's safety course with Coach Peltz and Coach Russell. Both the classroom instruction and range instruction was priceless. Not only was everything reviewed in a classroom setting but each thing was demonstrated for the students on the range. Each Coach was patient and informative with the instruction and review to each rider after an exercise. I can't think of 2 finer Coaches or riding academy. This is a MUST do class for everyone interested in motorcycle riding.

I took my course with Tim and Jordan. Both rider coaches are amazing! Patient, knowledgeable, and put your safety first. In two days I went from not being able to start a motorcycle to making u turns and changing gears. Very happy with both of them and HD NPR!

This 5 star review is specifically for my salesman Bob "Beau". Other than Bob I dealt with a few other salesmen in the store and got that stereotypical "salesman" vibe. But with Bob it was a completely different vibe. He is a veteran and I could immediately tell he was sincere about fitting me with the right bike for me. It was my first Harley purchase. He gave me the space I needed to make decisions and through the 4 day buying process he would send me text messages with "new" pre-owned bikes that would come in off trade-in's. His thoughtful persistency and sincere salesmanship are hard to come by these days. He is soft spoken and only needs to give you information when you need it, he doesn't push the sale AT you. Consider yourself lucky if you get a chance to buy a bike with Bob. Bob is a salesman that I would most definitely come back to! I also want to give a shout out to "Batman" and the service team for expediting the inspection process. I had a unique situation where I needed the bike fast and they sped up the inspection process for me and even slapped a brand new front tire on it! Those guys in the back room you never see are doing all the hard work and never get props for it, THANKS GREASEMONKEYS!

Mark and Tim provided a great class that encourages rider development and builds confidence in rider skills as well as the mental side of learning how to stay alive on a motorcycle. This is a really nice dealership. I've been going here for a couple of years and the staff is a welcoming bunch. The parts department is where I do most of my business, and before you buy online, check these guys out. They've been lower on several things, or at least similar in price, without the shipping. They also do bike nights and weekend burgers and beers. Overall a cool place to visit.

Great time with the sales department did everything they could to get us on a bike even helped us get the best insurance we could that’s the pluses the minus I have called a couple of times to the Service department to tell them that there’s some kind of noise in the engine they told me they were going to call me back and set something up and never have I took it to another friend of mine we put it up on his lift and not one bolts on the trike kit was tight the exhaust was falling off in the transmission pan was leaking tell me how you can do an inspection on a vehicle you’re selling somebody and not see any of that would not recommend you taking your bike there to get repairs I know that when I need it done even though I got the extended warranty I will not be bringing it back there I have also got a call into the corporate office.

Great environment! My salesman, Mark Ricci did not try to force a sale. He listens, answered my questions, and tries to get the right bike for his customer. There's no pressure or tactics from Mark, he's honest and if unsure about a question, he gets you the correct answer. Now of course, as a customer I'm trying to get as much as I can for as low of a price possible. Who doesn't want the "deal of a lifetime". Mark's sincerity shines, you know you made a fair deal and feel confident in your buying decision, "no remorse" departing the dealership. This was an unbelievable experience. Let me start out by saying my first conversation with Big George was like we had known each other for 20 years. He immediately had Anthony call me, we talked about a Street Glide and he made arrangements for me to take a test ride on Thursday night. They treated me like part of their family and the price was fantastic. When I picked the bike up on Sat everyone from Ken in finance, Joe in parts and Spoon in service all just went out of their way to give me a great experience. These guys are what customer service is all about.

Went to Harley of NPR to buy some parts for my motorcycle. The parts guy, Lance, took time to make sure I got what I needed. He also explained the Ryder Rewards program to me and I purchased that. Lance helped me like I was buying a ton of stuff when all I needed was two bolts.

Well, let me tell you, this dealership goes above and beyond to make customer's happy. I arrived at the dealership on Tuesday afternoon. Anthony pulled out the bike I was looking to purchase. After sitting on it, my husband thought I should look around and be SURE that it was what I wanted. Anthony walked around and assisted with suggestions for me to try, but I just wasn't interested. Additionally, let me add, that I am only 5'2". Finally, my husband suggested the Road Glide Special. I have NEVER thought about a road glide due to all the things that I had heard, the fixed fairing freaking people out, was the biggest thing, but I decided to give it a try, anyway.
While on the test ride, Anthony went with me, and he stopped and asked me how I liked the ride and such. I was HOOKED!
Then came the fun of figuring out what I wanted off my old bike and any other additional changes. Don, in service helped me with the items I wanted to add and stated that they would arrive midday the next day. To ensure that the tech would have plenty of time, I left my Classic there and rode home on the back of my husband's bike.
When I finally arrived the next afternoon, the tech, Mike, was working on my bike. He had already pulled everything off my old bike, that I wanted and installed it on my new bike. He also worked on the additional items I had wanted for the bike, too. Anthony ensured that nothing had been missed and went over all the switches from the old bike to the new bike, with me. Even when I went in to the Finance office to finalize the deal with Ken, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.
We didn't end up leaving until after closing, but Larry, Anthony, Don, and Mike were all there to bring my bike out and look it over before I left.
I never thought there were be a dealership that I would love more than the guys back in Tennessee, but now I can say, "Harley Davidson of New Port Richey is my #1 Harley Dealership".
Their attention and service did not stop once I left with my new bike. They make me feel like I am their #1 customer, every time I walk in. My husband was so impressed, that he turned around and purchased a new bike, too, but I'll let him tell his story.

Scheduling the appointment for the test ride was a breeze through their website and even received a call and email shortly after to confirm and remind me to wear pants......LOL
Ended up purchasing the FLDE...which I love.....and even had their Service Dept upgrade it with some VH pipes and a Screaming Eagle kit.
We had to make some alterations and changes to the original service quote, but Jake stayed in constant contact with me and kept me aware of what was happening.
All in all the entire process was seamless from Test Ride, to Purchase to Servicing.

Working with HD of New Port Richey on my new 2019 Ultra Limited was unbelievable! Mark Ricci in sales did a wonderful job at getting me top dollar for my trade in and locating the bike I wanted instead of trying to sale me what they had in stock. Anthony the sales manager worked his magic and found my custom orange Ultra in SC. They had a driver go up to get the bike and personally deliver it to my house in Cape Coral and pick up my old Ultra. Let me tell you, i took the New Riders Course out of the New Port Richey location and i could not be more pleased with the class! I had my expectations and knew that they would be good but they exceeded my expectations in every way. The class work was really informative and the instructors were extremely good at delivering the information that they were covering. Both in the class room and outside when we were riding it was very apparent that their focus was to make us(our class) much better and more importantly safer riders. These folks know their stuff and i would not only recommend but HIGHLY recommend taking courses with them! No matter what your experience level is, anyone from new riders to years of experience can take something away and have a great time doing it!

I need to update my review. Since this review we have bought a motor cycle threw them and it has not been good. Within the 1st month of buying our bike we broke down. Our bike had no oil in it. We called them and they wanted us to pay for a tow truck to have our bike brought to them. The next day they sent a truck to get the bike and come to find out on top of it not having no oil besides the quart we bought and put in it to get it home it had a crack in the fuel regulator. They fixed that stuff. Not even 6 months later we had to purchase a new back tire and while it was there getting a tire on they proceeded to tell us the back brakes and rotor was shot and been shot. We told them that we just now have owned the bike for 6 months and there head mechanics mouth dropped and he told us there's no way in that amount of time that we went threw brakes. And now we have oil leaking. I know we bought a used bike but we went to a Harley shop thinking we would know what we was getting. That wasn't the case at all. We have more problems then what I've stated here there's to many to write down. So needless to say I Would Not Recommend Them On Buying A Bike. At least not a used one. But other then that everything is good.

My experience started in the Parts Dept. with Sam,I had just purchased an 06 Sportster from a car dealer,( not the smartest move),on 06 March 2015, the very first day I had it I had to purchase front and rear pads..Sam sold me the brake pads and welcomed me as a new customer,was very knowledgeable and a plesant person to deal with.
I went home and had all kinds of issues with my brakes,( I should have purchased my bike from them H-D of New Port Richey instead of a used car dealer,oh well).
On Tuesday March 10,I went to the Service Dept.where I met Mr.Don McCadden,I explained the issues I was having with the brakes,he said that the bike was unsafe to ride and that he would send someone over to pick it up,WOW !!! That's service,they picked it up the same day,during the time my bike was in the shop Don kept me informed with what was needed and when it would be complete.
I would like to take this time to thank Don and the rest of the Service Dept.for all they have done to make my bike safe to operate...
Back to the Parts Dept,as a Harley owner I'am personalizing my bike to what I like,and Sam has been there every step of the way with his vast knowledge of parts,along with JoJo,Joe and Lance Mara,it's people like this that make owning a Harley-Davidson second to none,thank you very much for your help and your professionalism.
Harley-Davidson of New Port Richey,as long as you have these people in your Service/Parts Dept.you will have a loyal customer for life and when I go to purchase my next HD it will be from HD of NPR....Thanks guys....

Well the experience was great. I friend of mine has been looking for a new bike and we went to several Harley shops and he walks out with nothing until we go to Gulf Coast Harley. Between Chelsea, Larry and Joe in parts and the rest of the gang he walks out with a new bike exactly how he wants it. Everything went smooth and within a hour the bike was delivered to the dealership, washed and ready to go. The sale went like clockwork.

I recently purchased a 2008 Ultra Classic with an Ultra Classic Side Car from Harley Davidson of New Port Richey. I had been searching for the side car for some time and was thrilled to find this bike on the web site. I live in Virginia so I was a little apprehensive about working with a dealership so far away. I gave them a call and I am so glad that I did. From the very first contact the staff at this dealership was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. When I called, Geoff Blackman answered all of my questions and was very thorough in his description of the Harley. After speaking with him I was totally comfortable placing a deposit on the bike.
I proceeded to make travel plans to get to Florida to get my Harley. I flew down to Tampa to a warm welcome. Geoff was waiting for me at the airport and took me to the dealership. When I got there Virginia Duncan had all of the paperwork ready and the transaction went very smooth.

When we explained what we wanted and why Mark Ricci seemed to completely understand and he did his best to complete the task. He succeeded! He also took the time to give us the name and personal phone number of an Allstate agent who could remove our former HD motorcycle and add on our new HD motorcycle. Dropped off my 2011 Street Bob with clutch issues...Bert, in Service, quoted a cost-to-fix stating that it could potentially be cheaper if the tech was able to fix the issue with a simple adjustment of the clutch. I assumed (regardless of what the tech found) I would be paying the quoted amount. To my surprise, when I picked up my bike, they were able to fix it with a simple adjustment and I was only charged the corresponding amount, which was cheaper than our original quote. This was my first visit and experience with this location; I will definitely be returning. Also, the work was complete when promised and the staff was great (Thanks Bert!)!

My Wife and I and another couple were in the Tampa Area on an extended weekend trip. We had what we thought was a leak on the Air suspension and NPR Harley took our bike in the Service dept and spent an hour looking for a leak in the hoses or valve on air shocks. Turned out it was MY pump that had the leak and it wouldnt let the system hold pressure when connected. Our Service professional Mark took us back and explained the problem and gave us a guided tour of the maintenence facility. They put my Bike back together and charged me exactly ZERO for the hour of time the tech spent on my bike! This has been the best Harley Dealership my Wife and I have ever been in. **I recently decided to buy a motorcycle. Naturally, my first instinct was to choose Harley. My first visit was warm & welcoming. I looked at a few bikes, but found nothing in my budget that I fell in love with. I spoke with a salesman about what I was looking for & we exchanged information. Within a couple of days I began to receive text messages & emails asking if I was still interested in buying a bike. In the meantime, I had found a bike at a different Harley branch that I would like to see. I was initially told they would have the bike in 24hrs. When I went there the next day, I was told they didn't have the bike, because the tire was bad & they wanted to replace it. So I waited another day. The second day, the bike still wasn't there. This time I was told that they had taken the bike to the wrong store, but I was going to receive a $50 gift card for my troubles. Why it wasn't given when offered is beyond me. On the third day, I went to the store again to see the bike. It wasn't there, but calls were made that confirmed the bike was on its way. I waited. During this 3 day period, the salesman was sending text pictures of other bikes that were out of my price range. I was completely open & honest about my budget & my credit score from day 1. When the other bike finally arrived, it was dusty and dirty unlike the other bikes that were offered for sale. It seemed as if they purposely left the bike unappealing for sales purposes. That bike was not a good fit for me. I decided against it. I did choose to move forward with paperwork on one of the bikes the salesman had sent information on. Prior to completing the application, I had another conversation with the salesman about my lackluster credit score and my doubts about approval. The salesman told me I would be fine on my credit alone, & that I shouldn't need my husband as a cosigner. I applied and used my husband as a cosigner in spite of what I was told by the salesman. The following day, my husband received a call from the salesman & was told that the minimum credit score for approval was 675. Had we known this PRIOR to applying for credit, we would not have applied. I went to the store later that day to check the status of my application & was told they were still working on it. I asked again, if I would still receive the gift card if not approved, and was told yes but not offered one. I was not approved for the bike, which was not surprising. I sent a text message to the salesman and asked when I could pick up my gift card. I received no response. To this day I still haven't received the card or a response as to when I can pick it up. I have since purchased a Harley from someone else. I wanted so much to build a relationship with HD New Port Richey even though I didn't buy the bike from them, I still would've chosen them for my motorcycle class.

My son Darren, his daughter Kiana (Kiki) & I went to get a picture taken with Santa. While waiting for the pic we were greeted by the cheerful merchandise crew Shelby, Sarah, Alicyn & Carol. This is the dealership of choice to take "care" of your needs. Be it service, sales, parts, merchandise, management...everyone in every department steps up to help you like your part of the family. I had not been riding for over 2 years since my not-at-fault accident due to multiple surgeries and doing physical therapy. My bike had been repaired in just a couple weeks after my accident at this dealership since there was no frame damage. I had just started riding again this past June. Then on Sept 19 coming home from my ride I had a mishap with my front suspension on the forks. I went into the parts dept and saw Sam. When Sam heard what had happened to me he said he'd be right back. Well he comes back with the service manager Don who was so concerned by my ordeal that he said I would not have to pay for anything. He would even send his guy to pick up my bike so they could do the repair and go over & check every part and bolt that was replaced. When I saw George the Gen/Mgr I told him what an awesome crew he had. Then Don hooked me up with his service rep Mark who really went over the details with me. I was so pleased with the way I was treated that I told Don I was interested in the LED park/ signal lamps on display. He said if I wanted them he'd take care me & give me a great deal which he did. So when Mark called me the next day I said I would like to have the LED lamps too. This is the way this dealership operates. They go above and beyond to exceed all your expectations! I recently participated in an annual Harley event to represent HOG Chapter 1027. In order to fly the chapter flag Iwanted to recreate some flags mounts like the one's used in my last department. Iwent to several machine shops and big box stores looking for the correct mounting bolts. Well, needles to say, the genius sales people were of no help what so ever. I went to A couple of our local Harley dealerships in the area and was basicaly put off by the parts reps as unimportant . I went to my local dealership, Gulf Coast in New Port Richey, and was amazed at the help that I was given. I spoke with both Sam and JoJo in the parts department. As always they went well beyond what I would have expected. They did all of the research and found the exact bolts I parts I needed. When the realized the parts were not in stock , and if ordered, would not ship in time. They made some calls and located the items locally. I must say, the mounts came out perfectly and several of the attending chapters had many compliments. Igreatly appreciate the effort that Sam and JoJo put into assisting me. Had work done here. They were excellent. They have a neat feature, they supply free hamburgers and hot dogs and one beer FREE! Every Saturday & Sunday for lunch.i have never seen another shop do that. And they usually have a couple discount racks of HD clothing on weekends. Really like this place.

We all know Harley dealerships are more expensive than private sellers. But, you're buying peace of mind as well as a new or new to you bike. They have rules and regulations they have to meet as to the condition and safety of a bike. Overhead a private seller doesn't have and so forth. The trick is finding a salemans that is working on your best interests and at the new port richey location that person is Marc Ricci. He was an awesome salesman and didn't hesitate at finding me the exact bike I wanted in used condition. Even after several "no not the right bike" he kept me in the loop and did find the exact bike in excellent condition at a great price. That says a lot about his character and dedication to not only the sale but to his customers as well. So if you're visiting a gulf coast harley please take the time to visit the New port Richey location ask for Marc Ricci and you'll be well cared for. Good luck on your search and ride safe.

To day I went to Harley-Davidson in New Port Richey on State Road 54. This was my first time being at this location. Jason Borth, from the parts department was and is a big help there. He took his time to get everything I needed to do a 3 hole Oil change for the crank case, transmission, and primary on a 2003 Harley Davidson Softail. He also ask me if I would like to sign up for the Military Rider Rewards membership being I am a veteran and the Biker's Rewards card would help me earn points to use at a later date. Which I did. LOVE HD of NPR!!! I am now on my 9th Motorcycle BUT...my FIRST Harley! I have a 2008 V-Rod Night Rod Miller Lite Special that was a contest award bike that another gentleman nearby won. I was lucky enough to find his ad when he decided to sell it 3 weeks ago and I LOVE it! It came from this fine dealer so I took it back there for all my maintenance. I MUST commend Jake in Service for really helping me out! My V-Rod at only at 110 miles on her had the dreaded Fuel Gauge Issue of dropping to empty and having the low-fuel light come on even when full. I took it in for this and Jake tried several times to get Harley to "Participate" in the repair as the bike was so low miles.but since it was so past warranty they declined. Jake worked with Management at NPR HD to get the repair done for me at no charge since I came in right away and have the 1000 service done as well as a radiator flush at around 100 miles due to the bike sitting so long. Taking care of me was WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations and one more thing...they filled up my fuel tank! I was quite surprised at that as well. Basically they won me over as a customer for Jake's superior professionalism and customer service. I went immediately into the store and purchased $200 of HD clothing. Jake just want to thank you and the management of New Port Ritchey Harley Davidson for everything. I will be back often and of course, have all my service done at your fine store. Recently took my FLHTC to this dealership because it was running very lean and was running very poorly. It was looked at by a Tech and it was determined that it was a stock Harley with stock exhaust and a very restrictive air cleaner. Service Advisor Keith Smith advice me that if I really wanted to cure the way it runs that I should do away with the stock exhaust install a less restrictive air cleaner and purchase a race tuner. After all the work was completed I pick up the bike and could not have been happier the way the bike ran. All the the work that Keith recommend was the right way to go. I would definitely continue to let them do all the on my bike

Well I'm 3 for 3. Been to Tampa for service, Brandon and Gulf Coast for accessories purchases. All 3 have the same exact excellent customer service. They make the customer feel like it's all about the customer. I walked in the door of Gulf Coast for the first time to be made to feel like I was a long time customer there. I asked the girls at the front cashier area if they sold the longer screws for the face shield/visor on a HD helmut. Sandi fished in the draw and handed me 3 longer screws. I reached for my money and she said don't worry about it. I was shocked AGAIN at the amazing treatment. I thanked her. I headed over to the parts dept and again the gentleman went above and beyond looking for what I wanted but unfortunatly they were out of stock. He had already checked their other store and asked if I wanted him to get it. I live in Clear water so I thanked him anyways. Then headed up to the clothing where my better half found some shirts she had never seen before. Well $154.00 later with Sherri's help I now have my better half a very happy camper. As I was paying Sherri she told me about the upcoming cook out next week end and invited us. Let me tell you I live 4 miles from Jim's HD in St Pete where I have been abused since I moved here 8 months ago and my Ultra been screwed up so many times I lost count. I should thank Jim's service advisor for verbally abusing me in front of other customers because if it weren't for his pathetic customer service I would never have found Tampa HD. And Brandon and now Gulf Coast where the customer is treated like a king. Thank you Gulf Coast for making it 3 for 3.

Last week we purchased a pre-owned 2013 Road Glide Ultra, from New Port Richey Harley Davidson. My wife and I were welcomed like family members.
The whole process started with an email inquiry late Monday, that was responded to by Gary Henderson who had already looked into our request for a pre-owned Road Glide. Went by the NPR Harley Davidson on a Tuesday and Gary took the time to explain differences and answer all my questions (even later that evening via text, sorry Mrs. H.), not try to sell me. While talking to Gary, Big George introduced himself and asked how he could help, Gary said the bike was in the Tallahassee store, Big George immediately said no problem we will have it here on Thursday for a test ride. As promised the bike shows up, we ride, we like. Came to an agreement that we would pick the bike up the next day Friday to take to Daytona.
The misses, had a great time in the clothes section with Jess, Lisa, and Julia. Yes, we now have a ton of Harley Davidson points. The crew stood til about 8:00PM getting the deal done.
Friday, Gary was off, however, Big George put me in the hands of the service department , who proceeded to tell me they did not feel comfortable about the condition of the battery and installed a new one. That's impressive !

I when in to Gulf Coast Harley-Davidson looking to buy a Bike (with my oldest Son, my youngest Son could not make it that day. They both own HD's). With my Sales person to guide me also we zeroed in on a 2002 Dyna Low Rider. My sales person, Tim Arnold, just let me cruise over all the used bikes under the Tent Sale going on.
After about 30 to 45 minutes I selected my Bike and negotiated and closed the deal.
Tim followed up on my purchase to see if they was any problems or concerns that he could solve.
My experience was exceptional and if I upgrade to a new or newer bike I will go to Gulf Coast Harley-Davidson and ask for Tim (Tiny Tim), if he is still there.

This was my first time actually buying a motorcycle. I had just signed up for the riders edge course online with gulf coast Harley and that was very simple and the course helped me very much being that I am a new rider. When I went to gulf coast to look at the bikes Jay O'Connell approached me and asked me what I was looking for and I said something in my price zone. we started looking at the sportster line and he was very knowledgeable with the different styles. being that I am tall I learned about controls which helped my decision. The whole team made my wife and kids feel at home, especially my kids we all know they get bored quickly. So, I went to Harley with the intentions of buying a bike that was reliable ( my previous bike was a money-pit). I ended up purchasing a buell 1125cr. the bike was great, that is for the whole 12 hours it worked. I guess the stator was malfunctioning. Needless to say, in the begining I mentioned that the bike was my only form of transportation. I called the salesman that I was with, who was very caring upfront. He told me that he would make sure that I had the bike back the next weekday. monday rolls around... No bike, No salemen at work, No answer. So I keep calling and leaving messages, Finally I reach someone in service. They did not seem to care about the situation that I was in. So they kicked me down the lines of priority and they make me wait half a week. I am very dissapointed with the service and hospitality that I have recieved. And the sad thing is I work for a Sister company of harley. Shame to see the name honored in such a way.

This is my 3rd Harley from Gulf Coast, Sportster, Fatboy and finally a Harley Davidson Street Glide, Anthony, Scott and Virginia mad it a real pleasure purchasing the 2012 Street Glide(FLHX) but then I said the same thing about the sales team back in 2003 when I bought my anniversary Sportster. Seems I always buy on a Saturday afternoons just before closing, no pressure wasn't sure I wanted Red as that was the color of the Fatboy and was considering Blue or Black. But that red with Chrome Spoke wheels just said buy me, I traded the Fatboy, Got just what I wanted dollar wise so I went for it. Took longer to get the insurance transferred than it took to sign the purchase contracts. Scott Loaded it in the tailer since I came over in my car and he and Anthony my EXPERT Salesman I might add, who I might say knows a lot about Harley's followed me home off came the new and away the old and all its memories! My new Street Glide with the 103 CI is some bike I but 80 miles on it last night and another 70 today. The Gulf Coast Harley of Tampa dealership is number 1 in my opinion and Customer Service is rated among the best. This should be my last Harley, then then I've said that before! I look forward to my visits to GulfCoast HD of Tampa for service, parts and just to hang out with all the staff there, oh and Julie rocks in the Clothing department its always a pleasure to enter the store and see the pretty smiling faces that welcome you.

I bought a 2014 1200 Custom Sportster last year on March 8th from 2014 from Gulf Coast Harley Davidson. Chelsea Fischer was my sales associate. Today, 03/24/2015, I went in because I never received my rider rewards book when I bought my bike back in 2014. Anthony looked up my account and Anthony was extremely helpful getting my multiple printed for me. Even though it was closing time, Sherri and Carol did not rush or make me feel hurried in any way. I’m a bit of a motor head and that’s ok. I hear and enjoy the sound of the pistons firing, pipes rumbling and the mechanics inside the engine working perfectly as I ride down the back roads and highways.
I was worried and yes bothered by the loud bang noise I’d hear every time I pressed the start button from my 2009 Harley Davidson Heritage Classic with the 96ci engine. I also noticed that 5th gear was noisy.
I brought it in to Gulf Coast Harley Davidson and talked with Don the Service Manager.
He understood my concerns and listened to the bike, as we started the bike several times.
He knew what the problem most likely was. His team took the bike apart and checked the original Compensator and replaced it with a new SE Compensator. The bike starts perfectly with a nice Harley rumble and the engine noise in 5th gear is just as quiet at 6th gear.
When I got the bike back it was clean and working perfectly.
This bike is a real pleasure to spend the day enjoying the back roads on. I think I have the best sounding and riding 2009 Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic.

I have to tell you about the Gulf Coast Harley Davidson Store. When I walked in to that store I was first Greeted by all smiles from the Ladies at the counter, asking me how they could help me. I noticed the name tag her name was Julie. (I called her Miss Julie). I said I want to buy a Bike. She called a sales person. And Called me by name I thought how nice. That person was Anthony Iapichion. I thought Oh here we go. I was mistaken. Anthony gave me the education of my life about Harley Davidson. Together we found a bike made for me ( A brand new 2012 Road Glide Ultra. Little did I know that when I got my bike that was just the start of the best time of my life. Then I meet A nice lady named Virginia Duncan A Sales Manager. Now I reminded you this is Anthony taking me around to meet all these people. Virginia & Anthony were the ones who told me about the tire & wheel Guarantee at first I said no. But I thought about it and said sure why not. That was the Best thing I ever did. With in 1400 miles I got a screw in my rear tire. Boy did that pay for itself. After that I bought the extended service plan for the bike. Now let me tell you about the parts dept. I never met a nicer group of guys in my life. I put a lot of time thinking how I wanted to personalize my bike for me. I have to say that Joe Cabella took my under his wing and showed me what I could get and what would not fit on my bike. but I have to say that Lance & Sam & JoJo (PS thanks JoJO for showing me how to clean my Bike) & Bert are all Great. After I got all My goodies for my bike. At 1000 miles ( only took three weeks) Somebody had to put them on. Now let me tell you about the service Dept. Great group of people. I met a lot of these people on first owner night. ( How Cool) got a real education that night. My Daughter just happen to be down for a week. Thought it was great. When I set up my first service call at 1000 Miles. I met a guy named Steve Parisian. I thought this guy nows his stuff. I received a email from him about my appointment . He really knows how to take care of a person. Then theres the person who did the work on my bike. His name is Mike Kalfas WOW good job Mike thank you. At that note I say the people at Gulf Coast HD are the Best Group of people I have met in a long time. Thank You ALL.Somebody told my I did not buy a Harley I bought a Family. They were right. Well to get started on the purchase of my 2012 Street Glide, I had contacted several dealerships here on the East Coast of South Carolina and North Carolina to only get the answer of no because I had 2 Harley's that I wanted to trade.
The 1st bike was a 2005 Softtail Deuce and the 2nd a 2006 Knight Train.
At this point I was totally frustrated with everyone so I decided to look up a ole school friend, Virginia Duncan and I found her @ New Port Richey Harley Davidson.
In our first conversation I told her what I wanted and this is what I have to trade. She replied I will call you in a couple of hours, and she did. At that point she told me what she would do on the trade and asked if there was anything I wanted to put on the bike?
Next I got to meet Cody in the Service dept via e-mail then to a phone call to put the extras on the bike. Now mind you this was on Wednesday afternoon, this all transpired and I'm 550 mile away from the dealership. I had four different things I wanted on the bike and I was limited to when I could make the trip and it was the Sunday coming up!
Cody made it happen with pics e-mailed on everything I wanted on the Bike and on Saturday it was ready to pic up !! ( Heavy Breather Tube SE, Reinhardt 4" Mufflers, Highway Passing Lights. and a Detachable Back Rest)
So at that point I drove all night, headed to New Port Richey Fl to arrive @ the dealership when it opened on Sunday @ 10 am and was greeted at the door by Virginia ! :)
Spoke for a few minutes and got the process rolling, and at this point I got to meet another fine gentleman by the name of Anthony. He went to unload the trades and didn't need my help!!
By this time I really wanted to see the Street Glide so Anthony dropped me off by the bike just outside of the customers lounge and told me to get anything I want, soda, coffee, snacks.
So I looked @ the bike but didn't like the back rest.. I asked Anthony when he returned, if he had a different style and sure enough he did and changed it out right then! :)
We finished the paperwork and I got on the bike and rode it around the parking lot, and then parked it in the trailer to tie it down. I was then called back inside to talk to Anthony in the showroom again to go over all the goodies on the bike.
He was very helpful, and if I didn't understand what he was talking about, I questioned him again and he was happy to explain everything again. I left knowing all the lil perks about the bike!
Then Virginia showed back up and gave me a few things and then walked me out to my truck, only to find that the bike was strapped and ready for its journey back to South Carolina!
Everyone @ the dealership was more than helpful and a pleasure to meet and do business with and I will continue to trade with them.

thank you!!! just wanted to get that out of the way. i've been coming into Gulf Coast Harley Davidson for years. the stakk have always been great. from the awsome ladies that work in the front (denise, julie etc) to the knowlegeable parts dept (jo jo, lance etc) to service.
but a few weeks ago that changed. i went in with some friends twice one saturday. we were looking for birthday gifts for a friends party. thats where i first met Sherri. not only was she friendly and helpful she definatly continued the trend to make customers feel like family she helped me find the perefect t gift, a t shirt. i say perfect because the birthdat boy returned the one my buddy gave him. the funny thing was Sherri happened to help him too. upon inquiring she found out he was returning the shirt my friend got him but mine was perfect. thank you Sherri.
now you have Antony "Batman" Iapichino. i have known him for years and always said i would only buy a bike from him.well the time came last weekend. it was time to move up from my awesome fatboy. not only did Anthony fine me exactly what i was looking for (color and all) the whole process was smooth as silk. Anthony did everything. financing, hagling trade in value for me, transfering my insurance over. while i couldn't afford a brand new one at this time my "new to me" 2008 Ultra is great.
even went to your new owners gathering thursday and won a door prize. i want to thank every one at Gulf Coast Harley for continuing to make me feel at home and glad i came in. wheather to buy something or just hang out. and a huge thankyou to my old friend "Batman" and my new friend Sherri.
