Super friendly, fast and fair priced! They towed my bike for me, and got done everything that needed to be done all in a days time. In addition to checking my whole bike for other issues and writing it all down. I was there this past summer and they weren't super backed like every other shop I went to or checked out. Overall, their work made me excited to do business with them again.

Bill and his team did a great job fixing my carb, new pipe, and tuning up my enduro! He even fixed some small stuff while he had it in the shop which I really appreciated! Would recommend, this is your local bike shop. Honest, reasonable pricing, and great work.

VERY great and quick service. I needed the chain on my Ducati cleaned and tightened and they told me it would done in an hour.. Came back an hour later and it was ready to be picked up. Great prices too!. Will definitely return for all my bike repairs.

They did a great job in my bike. Went before to a different mechanic and the mechanic gave me an estimate of $2,000 for the estimated job. Bill, checked the bike and the problem was completely different to what the other mechanic was going to repair. It ended up cost me $500.00 for the whole job. I'm very satisfied and will definitely do business again with World of Mayhem.

Called for tires and brakes on the Friday before long holiday weekend. Bill was open on the holiday (Monday) and he did a great job on that plus gave my bike a thorough once over. We agreed on a few additional things, but he was very clear about what were safety issues vs. what could wait. Prices were fair and he had Metzler tires in stock when everyone else needs to order them. Overall very good experience.

I love this place, super friendly staff, quality work and they get things completed correctly and when they say they will. You will always know how much it costs before work is started and you will never be surprised at a bill you weren't expecting! My bike has not run this good in years!

So normally when I see an establishment has all 5 stars on just about every review website I get pretty skeptical. But one step into Bills shop in Burien reassured me that these guys are the real deal. I took my 99 V Star 1100 to Bill because for the life of me I couldn't figure out why it was eating batteries left and right. A few weeks in Bill's hands and she's a whole new bike. Great workmanship and diagnosing, at a fair and honest price. Do yourself a favor and take your bike here over the stealership, these guys work on it all!!!

They do great work at a reasonable price. You can tell the guys are passionate about what they do and are very knowledgeable in the field. When they complete their work, they send you home with diagrams of any changes they made which is something really cool that I haven't seen from anywhere else.
