One of the best bike purchase experiences I have ever had. Kevin has a great team. I got a very fair deal on my trade and they drove to another state to get the bike I wanted in the color I wanted quickly. Skip the back and forth and come here. Kevin was far more interested in me having the right bike for me than just one of the bikes he had on the floor. Their parts department is knowledgeable and quick with responses. They really work as a team to get you the info you need to make decisions about how to customize your ride. I just picked up my bike from its 600 mi service and they were able to get the last details done on the bike quick and really respected my time. Tim and Jason were clear in their communication and had great recommendations. The team has fun and the culture here is great. It takes me 2 hours to get here but it is worth it for the service experience.

Impressive shop! Recently added a KTM adventure bike to my collection, and needed some guidance on the right accessories and gear. I went to 2 KTM dealers and there was definitely a difference. While both were friendly, South Bound, (formerly Cliff's), clearly has a better approach to customer service. First of all, I noted that all the people I talked with were active riders, so their view point was based on experience, not the sales focus of the day. I felt there was a huge amount of knowledge in the building, and no big egos. If someone I was talking to thought someone else had better information for me, they'd take me to that person and introduce me. Seems like a very good team down there. Also, I had some time specific equipment needs that at first appeared to be impossible to fulfill, but multiple members of their staff leaped into action and did whatever it took to meet my needs. I won't get into the details, but their efforts were extraordinary and most appreciated. Much thanks to the team at South Bound. I highly recommend them!

Great shop with lots of inventory, what used to be Cliffs is now South Bound. The change of ownership has mad good improvement, form there inventory to sales and service.

Horrible selection of any road bikes not even used. I get it "because the pandemic" Brothers has a way better selection for road bikes. Lots of dirtbikes and off road stuff. Friendly staff.
