Haven't decided if I'm buying a motorcycle or not but it has nothing to do with Ride Motorsports. The service is amazing. I contacted the store a week before actually going there, talked to Bill on the phone letting him know what I'm interested in. Bill gave me the run down and we scheduled an appointment. Got there, every thing was set up and ready to go. I'm going back there to try more bikes but I can't recommend anything else. I had a bad experience twice with the Lake city location, avoid it if you can.

I went here on a whim to look at a motorbike that no other dealer had but it turned out they had ALL 3 models that I was considering. Mike wasn't pushy. He gave me time and space to think and he pointed out that my favorite model had a $2000 rebate. I took a week to think about it and then traded in my old bike for the new one. I’ve been buying from this store for about ten years. So far I’ve purchased four snowmobiles, four motorcycles, one jet ski, three trailers, and a side-by-side. I kind of feel like Norm from Cheers when I go there. Everyone knows my name and the staff is friendly and fair. The service department is just great. I can’t leave well enough alone and always upgrade my equipment. They know what to do and how to do it. The manager and owner are also good people. They’ve earned my loyalty and have become my go-to company. I’ve sent a lot of friends there and each of them has shared the same experience as me.

Waste of time, and don't like to sell. Spoke with Austin on the phone and was told he would price match Tacoma motorsports for 500$ off on a 2018 700r se. So I take care of financing and show up ready to sign. Now he says it's not advertised so he's gotta check if he can do 500 off. Wasted an hour with my 5yr old, 1 year old and wife for a "NO". THANKS. UPDATE!!! Anthony called me today and explained there was a misunderstanding. Bikes at home and I'm happy

EDIT : I was reached out by RideMotor Sports managment who then proactively assisted me in offering to fix the bike. In the end, Ride made it right and I appreciate the diligence and commitment to customer service that they showed me and my bike. -- The Staff : I came to buy a motorcycle. Upon walking in, every staff member in the front, sitting on the counters and never greeting us. The Bike : I asked about the bikes condition. Sales man said - "perfect order, ready to ride" I asked him of he was sure because I saw some signs of mistreatment. He repeated himself. When I took it to my local bike shop, they said there was : - A hole in the air filter - Transmission cuts - Tires had cracks - Battery was older than dirt - Oil was old (which you think would be the only thing you can trust they would replace) Overall : Liars

Ask for Mike. Mike, and the team at Ride Motorsports, handled my internet inquiry, financing, and helped insure me and my new bike made it home, he even helped me strap the bike down on my U-Haul trailer. The only stressful part of the experience was driving back my new bike in a suspect u haul.. At Ride Motorsports they have a varied showroom full of very competitively priced and excellent street, dirt, and adventure bikes and side-by-sides. Sales staff was non-intrusive which is always appreciated. Long story short, I would do business with ride again. Thank You!

Was overdue for my 20hr service on my 18’ Husky but was worried i wouldn’t have my bike back in time to be able to go ride this weekend. Jeremy and his whole team were simply fantastic and willing to work with despite having a full schedule. They ended up doing a full service, installed a new set of tires, and re-greased my linkage and got me out of there super quick. They were super professional and knowledgeable and ended up charging me for fewer hours than estimated. Cost was reasonable considering everything i had done and the quality of work. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Nothing to complain about at this place. I called to ask about a bike and promptly scheduled a test ride. Mike took a quick look at my documents, asked me if I knew how to ride, then handed me the keys and said "Have fun, I'll be inside if you have any questions. Let me know if you want it!" I left on the bike I wanted, for the price I wanted to pay. Mike didn't try to upsell me on a fancier bike or push any products on me that I didn't need. The showroom is huge and packed with almost every model from all their brands. They are even dog friendly and offered my pup some water. It was my first experience buying a new vehicle and I was very happy with the level of professional service I received.

Very mixed results with Ride. They have a good selection and most of their prices seem fair. Mike was nice to work with. My problem comes with the my purchase of a new Yamaha. The battery has died twice now in two weeks and the "new" bike has two scuffs on it already. Kind of feel that a new bike shouldn't have problems even if it's a dead battery. Too much to ask?

I had a great experience at Ride when I brought my Honda in for a routine service. When I first called, they let me know that they were booked pretty heavily this summer, and that I would have to schedule several weeks out. If I wanted to leave the bike with them, though, they could try to "fit me in". Even though this was a bit of a bummer, I appreciated the honesty. I decided to leave the bike, and they finished the work in an unexpectedly short turnaround time. The price was about what I expected, and I had an idea of what it would cost when I dropped it off. Everyone was friendly and answered my questions with specific answers that indicated to me they knew about the specific service intervals for my bike. I'll definitely take my bike back to Ride if I have experiences like this in the future.

Had to have a recall part replaced and the service here was amazing! It was done really quickly and the people working there were polite and professional. It could be easy to brush off a recall part customer, as I wasn't paying for anything, but it didn't feel like that at all. The storefront was clean and we'll set up and they had lots of gear and accessories along with a solid inventory of new and used motorcycles.

Called in to see if bike was available. Dealt with Bill. Asked for more in depth pics. Had 8 pics within 5 minutes and he didn’t try to hide anything. Showed all pertinent views. I showed up an hour later. He was in front waiting to greet me. Showed me bike, offered alternatives of higher and lower price. I made fair offer and was given more than fair counteroffer within 3 minutes. Finance was quick and painless. There was no funny business or surprises. These guys are there to serve honest and fairly. I am a former car salesman and this is first rate behavior and service. I will not use another shop or salesmen in the future and I have 6 shops closer to where I live. One being 3 miles away. I referred a friend and he was impressed with the the experience as well. Great prices on apparel and gear and bikes as well as a very healthy in stock inventory. This is a great place to do business.

Mike was extremely helpful and gave it to to me straight. I didn't know if I was going to be able to make this purchase , he made it happen for me. The way he spoke to me about it was so comforting and he really took care of me. Everyone was super friendly and super helpful. I even still keep in touch with Mike over text to let him know how things are going.

I was not sure what to think about Ride Motorsports after reading some of the unhappy reviews here on Google, but I decided to give them a chance. I had a really great experience. This is the fifth motorcycle I have bought in my life, so I'm at the point where I feel like I know how to tell a good dealership from a bad one, and I know how to communicate with sales and service people. Ride was a very easy and low pressure bike buying experience. Mike was straight up with me, never tried to hustle, up sell, or jerk me around, and I ended up buying the bike that I wanted, at the price that they originally quoted me. I was glad that there was no pressure sell for an extended service plan, or gap coverage, or anything else I didn't want. The finance people were professional and didn't try to put anything past me. When they uncrated the bike, they immediately did the one recall (a headlight wiring harness) without me even having to ask about it. When I did finally ask, they promptly looked it up and verified for me that the work had been done. I bought a 2013 super tenere brand new (in 2016) that they uncrated and setup just for me. It had only like 3 miles on it when I test rode it. The price was incredible. Ultimately, there two measures of a good dealership: The buying experience, and the service experience. I can only comment on the buying experience so far, but I do almost all my own work anyway, so I probably won't have much to say about the service experience at Ride. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ride to anyone, my experience was 100% positive.

I bought one motorcycle from them. Their sales people are 50/50 dismissive/attentive, and were somewhat deceptive about the bike I was interested in buying - it has a slight off-idly tumble when it is cold as it runs too lean as many newer bikes do, and they wouldn't let me on the bike until it was completely warmed up and the ECU refreshed. It was an issue I was aware of before I went in to test the bike, but it is still something that makes me not trust them as much. I was buying new, so I figured there was nothing drastic they could hide as i'd researched my choice a lot ahead of time. 2.5/5 for sales. The parts guys are mostly awesome and seem to be really relaxed and ready to talk bikes and be helpful. They have a few younger kids working there who want to talk dirt, while others are interested in track day talk. Good people who will help you find what you need, even if it's at another shop. 5/5 for them. Service guys helped me with a flat I had a while back, but also haven't called me in months about a warranty claim. 3/5 for them. 4/5 overall because of the Parts guys.

Ride Motorsports has an OK selection of ATV's, snowmobiles and street bikes. A good place to order replacement parts or purchase a new off road toy. The one complaint that I would have is the service department. In 2006 I took a new snowmobile there for scheduled service. I was charged a few hundred dollars. I didn't think anything had been done. I took my sled to another Ski-Doo authorized dealer/service department, and they verified that no service had taken place. The owner of Ride Motorsports did make it right by refunding my money and a little extra for the hassle. Then last year I took a quad that wasn't running there to be repaired. They couldn't figure out what was wrong and charged me over $700. I asked the service manager if I could talk to the mechanic that worked on my quad to ask him some questions. He told me the mechanic was too busy to come out of the shop and talk to me. Spending $700 for not getting my quad fixed and not being able to talk to the mechanic, I would recommend steering clear the service department.

Ride provided me with one of the best purchase experiences for a toy I have ever had. Bill the salesman did an excellent job answering my questions as did the rest of the Ride team. If I even glanced at a staff member thay would ask if i needed anything when I said "just looking" it was left at that. Went back later to get oil change parts and all were in stock and parts team were friendly, knowledgable and fun to chat with. As for the service department...I do all of my own maintance, mods and rebuilds so I can not comment there. I did however talk to one of the service technicians and he seemed knolagable and was friendly. Purchased DRZ400sm 4/15/2019 for a very fair price. Have zero buyers remorse.

My experience was great. They advertized a ridiculously low price on a brand new 2016 Goldwing. I figured it could be a bait and switch to get me in the door and may not be there. Well, it was there. Freight and doc fees were slightly annoying but I still got a great deal. Mike was the kind of salesman I like to deal with; friendly, informative but not pushy or hovering. He knows his products. Lauren worked tirelessly to secure me the best financing deal. She was a genuine pleasure to work with. Great showroom!

I bought a 2015 RSV4 from Ride, specifically Bill, sight unseen from Texas. Admittedly, I was nervous buying a bike like this, but the price was right. The bike was exactly as described, and the price was fantastic. I was extremely happy with every aspect of the service. Even when the TX DMV wanted some ridiculous affidavits and disclosures from the dealership, the Ride team got them too me no questions asked and promptly. Note: Not a new/used bike purchase review. The selection is decent and the prices are reasonable for a brick and mortar establishment. The staff are attentive and helpful enough without being overly friendly. (Small talk is thankfully kept to a minimum and they'll leave you alone if you look like you know what you're looking for.) Overall an okay experience but I didn't go in expecting them to beat the lowest Internet prices, nor did I go in to make a new BFF. Points off for the dim and packed interior that made me glad to be back out in the open. If I could give half stars Ride would be a solid 3.5. I'll visit again the next time I need parts or supplies and don't have the time to wait for a fedex truck.

I met Bill at Ride Motorsports and he helped me out a lot to get the best deal! I was promptly welcomed, attended by Bill, got to test drive the motorcycle I wanted to buy and I finally made my purchase. Bill waited way past his closing time and prepped the bike to ride it home. I was treated nice; I was given options and I made my decision. Ping from accessories department helped me to get a helmet with the right fit which is in fact a lower priced one too. I have seen people trying to convince you to buy the most expensive ones but he immediately told me the expensive one does not fit me well as it wiggled a lot and I should look at other ones. Overall, my experience was nice and I left home happy. I would definitely recommend them and go back to them in the future.

This review is regarding my purchase & finance experience with Ride Motorsports. I had the pleasure of working with Bill in sales and Savanna in finance. Bill is one of the most patient sales people I have worked with. Not only is he very courteous and extremely easy to deal with, he will go the extra mile to ensure you have the best purchase experience in town! I highly recommend working with him on your next purchase. He made himself fully available throughout the day to answer any questions about motorcycles I had. I was able to text him to get the details I needed promptly. He offered to test ride multiple motorcycles as I wasn’t sure which one I wanted, he recommended trying 3 back to back so I could get a good feel. Before I could do that he first talked with me to identify what it was I really wanted and based on my wants he suggested the motorcycle I ended up taking home which I wasn’t even considering. Had he not cared or taken the time to get to know me and really understand what it was I wanted I may have ended up with the wrong motorcycle! Once I identified which bike I wanted we set to work on price. He let me know straight up that he could match or beat any price I found (I am always online looking for deals). I eventually located the same motorcycle at another local dealer and Bill kept his word matching the offer. I already had my own financing lined up I wanted to use. Savanna in finance provided one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had with a dealer finance department! She worked with me and my bank to ensure I had everything in a timely manner (faxing paperwork back and forth) in order for my loan to go through and made sure that it was all set before I headed down. She waited patiently as my bank took forever to get back with confirmation at the last minute before the dealer was ready for closing. She fully explained all the paperwork and made sure there were no surprises or additional pressure/stress added to the purchase process. When you’re ready for your next purchase definitely give these guys a chance to earn your business. I feel they went above and beyond to please me as buyer which is getting more and more rare these days. Thanks for the wonderful purchase experience!

Jeremy in service is the "go-to" man! He's always so helpful, coached me though a so many mods, and always willing to give great advice for do-it-yourselfers. Went in to try out a Husqvarna 701 that I had called about test riding the day before. When I got there after a 30m drive, the salespeople kept pushing me to buy right then and wouldn't let me test ride the bike I had called about. I had a few subsequent negative interactions with them which included some "acts of god". However our last interaction was good. They (specifically Bill) is working hard to repair our relationship. They (finally) let me test ride the bike I originally called about and was less "salesy" with me. Totally different, refreshing experience.

These are salesmen and saleswomen. They will jerk you around if you let them. But as long as you know what you want and what you are willing to pay for it, they are friendly and helpful. They have a limited supply of gear, so I would suggest comming with leathers and such you get elsewhere were you can really pick what you want.

Very helpful staff. Tyler and Sean in parts helped me with helmets, armor, and many questions. They are quick to grab a different size/color helmet for you to try on, give you advice on fit, and answer questions. Sean especially is extremely knowledegable and very helpful. Good selection, well laid-out store. They even turned the music off when I mentioned it was bothering me. A few slight unprofessional moments of an employee hacking up a loogie outside, swearing or something like that.. but small issue. Overall I wouldn't take off any stars for this business, they did a great job.

The parts are a plenty, and the stock they have for dirt bikes to scooters to even snow mobiles is incredible. They also have a repair shop, can be pricey. And their repairs aren't always quality done
