Absolutely amazing place, and amazing people. Really nice and laid back. Very friendly and helpful. Much thanks to PATRICK, Whom is the one I corresponded with, I was always calling asking many questions etc, he was always very straightforward and answered all my questions. I had a Yamaha R1 I was looking to use as trade, which I ultimately did. Got me a 2022 Rocket 3R. Very happy with my new purchase, very happy with my salesman Patrick, Thank you for a great experience and trade/buying transaction. I must also mention that EVERYONE there is very nice and professional as well, finance and general manager. Highly recommend you go check this place out, ask for Patrick, he will take care of you. Again thank you Triumph of Westchester.

After dealing with another Triumph dealer that always gave me headaches… I came here to Triumph of Westchester where Patrick made everything as easy as possible and actually has knowledge about the bikes he is selling… This dealer is a little out of the way for me but after my experience buying a new tiger 660 from them I will always be coming back. PJ was also a great guy and made the financial side of things a piece of cake. Great team here at this dealer 100% recommend.

This review is for sales: Patrick Fitzgerald was an absolute pleasure to do business with, and I'll be going back to him for all things Triumph. I purchased both a Triumph Bobber and a Triumph Street Triple. On both occasions, Patrick was able to beat Triumph Nassau, Triumph Brooklyn, Motorcycle Mall, and Cross County with minimal fuss. He was respectful, level-headed, easy and punctual. The buying experience was extraordinarily efficient and professional. Shout out to PJ as well for handling the paperwork so proficiently. I'll be back for a Tiger 900 very soon.

Just picked up my triumph Bonneville yesterday. After speaking with a number of dealers who are wheeling and dealing and playing all sorts of games I got straight to the point with PJ. Told him all the information on the phone. Within one hour he gave me a price and they stuck to it exactly when I arrived a day later to trade in my bike. Initially I met Patrick who is friendly professional knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. I then met with PJ who took care of all the paperwork and other details. The process was smooth quick and hassle free. The dealership itself has every triumph bike accessory and clothing item you can wish for. It’s a fantastic place. Not the closest to my house but well worth the trip! Skip the other dealers and head straight to Westchester. You will not be sorry.

This is my second review of Triumph of Westchester but Google only allows one. Second review: Patrick, PJ, Bruce and the rest of the team were so great the first time around that I am back for my second bike. After enjoying my Bonneville Speedmaster, I decided to upgrade to the Rocket 3 GT. Amazing customer service, straight forward and honest, and helpful on making my trade quick and easy. Patrick went as far as taking me on a post-purchase ride to show me some great roads around Westchester and the capabilities of this awesome bike. Can’t recommend this bike or the team enough. If I could, I’d give them a second 5-star rating! First review: Excellent customer service, friendly and informative staff, easy buying experience.

5/5 stars, 10/10 points, the bees knees, the cats pajamas! If you are looking to have the best experience possible buying a motorcycle, look no further than Triumph of Westchester. From the showroom, to the organized accessories, friendly staff, and hell, even to the landscaping out front, everything was superb. My salesman Patrick lives for Triumph as indicated by his rad Triumph tattoo on his forearm. He was an absolute gentleman, and worked so hard with my insurance company for hours to make sure everything was correct and I would be able to take my dream bike home that day. Each question I asked was met with patience and clarity no matter how dumb it was, and he seemed genuinely interested in ensuring I knew everything I could in order to make an informed decision. When, not if, I find myself in the market for another motorcycle, it will be a Triumph, and it will be from Westchester.

We only have good things to say for the people over at triumph westchester- Patrick, PJ and ____ (delivery guy sorry forgot his name). Patrick was very accomodating in answering our questions in person, email and over the phone. He patiently worked with our lender for more than four hours while we were at the lender’s place. We never felt the pressure in getting the bike neither the service plan while at the dealership. They even gave us a lower financing rate compared to our lender. We like the experience that even if we have to cross the hudson river from NJ and paud the pricey toll and gas we decided to get the bike from them. There was one closer to us but who could resist the awesome professionalism of Triumph Westchester? Thank you!

I’m a 52yr old avid motorcyclist riding for 29 yrs. Over the years I’ve been fortunate to owned many types of motorcycles except for Triumph. In recent years Triumph's have always been on my radar but pulling the trigger seemed elusive until the new TRIDENT 🔱. Now that I’m a proud owner, I kick myself saying “why did i wait so long”. My entire buying experience was first rate, starting with Patrick who knew my story and was cheering 📣 for me with the same enthusiasm to join the TOW FAMILY.
