Trevor, the owner, is friendly and resourceful. They will answer any question, and will go above and beyond to give you a quality product. The sxs I bought had some suspension issues, that were so minor many other dealer would not bother with. They replaced and upgraded parts free of charge to make sure I had a “ready to ride “ product!

Was traveling throught the area on a motorcycle trip. When we stopped for fuel had 1 bike fail to start again while looking it over we noticed another needed a front tire. The only shop in town that answered the phone and was willing to help. After a little wait they arrived with a trailer to tow the dead bike back to their shop. Once we arrived the entire staff was nice and helpful. While diagnosing the bike with the no start issue they found and installed a tire on the other. Once the problem was identified with the no start they offered to drive 40ish minutes away to pick up the parts as they did not have them stock. Total down time was 6hrs from the time the problem arose till we were back on the road again. 6hrs sounds like alot to most that don't understand what all went on in the background. We broke down and worked to identify the issue ourselves for about 30mins then called around for help for another 30mins. Then we got the tow to the shop after locating the shop through Google. Total time 2hrs down before they even got to see the bikes. Then roughly an hour to diagnose the issue. They then had to find the part and go get the part which was about 40miles away. So add 2 hrs. We are at 5hrs of time at this point that leaves roughly 1hr for repairs. To me the staff did a great job at making sure they could help us with the circumstances given. I would recommend them to anyone in the area or traveling through. As they went above and beyond what they had to do to make sure they got us back on the road again. And for that I thank you and the entire team for your efforts that day without you and being 500 miles from home we would have been in trouble.

Leaving this review for other first time shoppers. Brought my bike in for a service. I just bought the bike and wanted it fully looked over. I got the “silver package”, including plugs and oil change, air filter. Also had then install a new front tire. The customer service is good! The gentlemen at the counter were very nice. Eager to help some would say. Biggest issue with this place was I felt they were just out to make money, vs a returning customer. I noticed the bike was idling fairly low when I purchased, and I asked them to just glance at it and possibility give me some pointers on what it was. (This was before the service). After I picked up the bike, everything was fine but the idle issue was still there. So I proceeded to ask again about it, and the front desk was quick to say how it’ll take a diag fee for them to even look at it. Which I understand for shop time. I had just swiped my card for $700 for the service, all I wanted was some advice on the bike. I felt that was fair to ask. They mentioned some things it could be and how it needed a $500 tune and some parts. Would come out the about $1000 after everything. I ended up leaving and just left to wonder what it could be. I ended up going home looking the bike over and I found a screw attached to the throttle cable and I slightly turned it and my idle issue is completely fixed. I’m dumb for not noticing it before on my own, but they (the shop) never mentioned the bike had a idle control screw or even bothered to glance at it with me and help me. I don’t know anyone personally there, but I’m sure it’s a fantastic company/sales team. I will be finding another shop in the future to service my bikes.

I bought a 2000 Honda Shadow from them less then 24hrs ago the turn signals don't work. It miss fired all the way home. I went and filled it up with high octane fuel thinking bad gas I got out to ride to work this morning the whole tank of fuel leaked out and is now on my drive way. I do have to say the employees when I went in treated me right. Update: Trevor called me this morning and told me they will fix the issues. I do have to say that shows how good of a shop they are. I made the earlier post when I was upset over the issue. Southeast has been good to me so far I drove 2hrs to get the bike because it was what I was looking for at the right price.

One of the best buying experiences I have ever experienced! I am from Atlanta and found the bike I wanted online. I worked with Trevor to get a great deal on the bike which made the 3 and 1/2 hour drive well worth it. Trevor and his team had fantastic customer service online and while I was there at the store in person. This made the buying experience extremely smooth. I would highly recommend purchasing a bike from Southeast Motorsports whether if you live in Tennessee or if you are coming from out of state like I did! It is well worth it!

I was really impressed with the service I received from Southeast Motorsports. Their staff was professional and the mechanic who inspected my trade-in was knowledgeable and honest. I was able to get the motorcycle I wanted by dealing with Trevor directly over the phone. He worked hard to get me approved and had me ready to go in less than 48 hrs from the time that I applied online. The credit application is quick and easy and I was able to fill it out through their website. This was my first motorcycle purchase with a dealership and moving forward I will always do business here. Even though I live 3 hours away, the pristine condition of my bike made it worth every mile. I drove my bike home to Kentucky and I have never felt more confident and safe on a used motorcycle as I did with the one I got at Southeast Motorsports. Thank you to all the staff! So far, so good. Parts salesmen are super knowledgeable and eager to help. Prices are in line or better than today’s going rate. I highly recommend. Recently went back having ATV troubles just before hunting season. Forgot the fellows name however, because the service dept was backed up, came out to the parking lot, spent 20 minutes of his time to diagnose for free. 10 minutes later I left with a running ATV having only spent $4 on a part. Their customer service is like things were 30 years ago. Only place I’ll go from now on.

I bought an older ATV and after they did a complete check up on it with a few repairs I picked it up. I bought it as is. When I got it home and ride it around it ran rough. I planned on fixing it and called Southeast Motor Sports to find out what I might do to get it running good. They told me to bring it right back and they would fix it. Everyone I came in contact with were great. Very nice people and very willing to help me. I would go back.

My husband an I bought our son his first dirt bike for his birthday but needed a helmet so we could give it to him for his birthday. We thought about going to a larger chain store but I suggested we shop local today, and I was so right!! We took him in the store to pick out his helmet and Kolby was amazing!! Came in at 5:15 PM on 11/3 not knowing they closed at 5PM due to winter Hours. Was in a bind trying to get the front end put back together on my Build and needed it balanced in a rush to have it back on the road again the following morning at 5AM. I didn't have any cash only my CC and they already shut off the computers for the night. They went to the back and balanced the tire after hours for me so I could get the bike back together and told me just to catch them next time I was in.

Went in today and dealt with Trevor. Traded in can am ATV for a very nice Honda SxS and I am very happy with deal very clean and well stocked looking store will taking my new Side by side in there for Future machine service. I'd things plan right will be having him buy me a nice polaris rzr soon give them a chance support local business and not the big chains you have nothing to lose you will love in wanna go just hang out and look at all the Accessories for my purchase they have in stock good anyways to wrap this up just give him a chance is a good store We know I dealt with them before on smaller little deals in accessories but nothing you know of this size and it went very smoothly and very professionally and fast

Bought a used H-D Sportster from Southeast Motorsports last week. Got it home and next day discovered the charging system wasn't working. Ordered the parts online to fix it, kicking myself for not checking it out better before buying. Stopped in Southeast Motorsports today to pick up my license plate and asked if they knew it wasn't charging when they sold it to me. He said "Bring it back we'll fix it". I was dumbfounded. Never had that experience before, and wouldn't have even mentioned it except a coworker is wanting to buy one too and wanted to know if they would do right. I had no expectation other than it's yours now. I told them I had already ordered the parts and he said well bring them in and we'll put them on for you. In my wildest dreams that was the most I had dared to hope for. Then he added and pay you back for them. I decline the pay back because I had ordered better than OEM parts and I did buy it "as is", so I fully expect to share in the repair. If you are in the market for car, truck, motorcycle, side by side, or anything else Southeast Motorsports sells, I recommend you at least check out what they have, I know next time I'm buying they'll be my first stop. Did I mention I feel like I got a really fair deal on the bike in the first place and he delivered to my home same day!

Bought a Polaris from these folks a month ago and was riding on the property when the rear axle came out. Knowing this is a used UTV and no warranty I was worried a bit. Thought I bought a lemon. Anyhow I took the UTV back to Southeast and was expecting to leave it there for repair. Trevor one of the owners said he can fix it right now just charge 100.00 for the part no labor charge and sat in the rain replacing the shaft. He apologized for having to bring it back. Unbelievable customer service. Highly recommended check out there site if you need an ATV or Motorcycle here in Lebanon TN they have a great selection. Thanks Trevor really appriciated. I was out of there repaired in 1hr. Loving TN Talk about above and beyond.

450 miles away from home I had a flat tire on I-40. Turned out to be a leaking valve stem the tire was only 3 weeks old. Made it off of the interstate with the help of a can of Fix-A-Flat to a discount tire shop. They do not work on motorcycle tires. Put a call into Southeast motorsports and they were there within the hour to pick up my HD Ultra Classic. They had the rim and tire off in no time cleaned out the old Fix-A-Flat and installed a new valve stem. I'm very impressed with their level of professionalism and customer service. I just wish I had a shop like this near me.
