The entire experience was amazing! The service picking up the bike and dropping it off was fast, efficient, and they were super friendly. They get you checked in quickly and on the road ready to ride. The drop off took no more than 10 minutes at most. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to ride around TN.

Pickup was fast and efficient. The bike was exactly what I asked for and was clean and ready to go. 2 weeks in The Smoky Mountains and the Harley performed flawlessly. Next best thing to having one of my own Harleys under me! The return process was equally fast and efficient. The dealership staff knew what they were doing and were very helpful with recommendations on must-see rides. Couldn’t have had a better experience with renting a Harley.

My plans changed and I had to cancel 10 days before my rental. They charge your credit card for the full amount when you make the reservation. They gave me a store credit for 25% of the total, but I lost the remainder of $350. I was shocked. I'll never rent from Eagle Rider ever again. Update: 8/28/18. The EagleRider manager reached out to me. He researched the issue and determined that the Cancellation was done incorrectly. They have refunded my full amount as a store credit. This exceeds my expectation. Thanks Daniel, I appreciate your attention and effort on my behalf.

I was in tour with some band and rented me a bike in nashvegas. Grab me a harely and headed to the tail of the dragon. Rode there and back in one day was awesome. Smokey mountains were amazing to drive through and the turns were crazy. Was definitely an awesome experience. #iridewitheaglerider
