"I very much want to share my experience. I drove with traffic over 3 hrs to actually check out the competition. After being totally ignored, i hopped over to Bumpus H-D. I wondered around not really expecting much more than a possible hello as I was just looking. I did get the hello. That was refreshing after the last place. I must have stared at the Road Glide too long. One of the salesman popped up and asked if i needed help. SLO. Told him i wasnt buying just day dreaming. Yes i drove 3 hrs to daydream. We talked about the bikes, the dealership, the competition that i was looking at and other stuff. He then made many good points. I always had the question, why this brand? The competition would only say ride it. Well SLO told me why. Many valid points. Well after the 10 min or so he excused himself and took care of other customers. I then wondered some more. I bought 3 tshirts and a poker chip. Now keep in mind ive never owned a harley. I have several chips and shirts. Like the brand. So i wondered back over to those Road glides. And SLO as if i was still daydreaming. I said yes lol. He stopped and talked with me for what seemed like most of the afternoon. Education and stories. I guess the point of this is that he knew i wasnt going to be a sale and still took the time to treat me like i was buying a fleet. I truely appreciate that. When i do my Harley later this year, you better believe im coming down to bumpus and asking for SLO. "

I can't recommend these guys enough. Tony was my sales person along with the sales manager Jarrett and Alex from finance. I went in to look at a 2015 tri glide but ended up with a 2020 cheaper than the used bike. No one pressured me to buy and I got everything i asked for. Alex got me a great finance rate. Purchased another Ultra CVO in 2012 and now enjoying my 2017 Black and Orange CVO Street Glide. Just had 12” handlebars and new mirrors installed at the dealership. Even though I live 100 miles away in Chattanooga I would not consider buying a bike from any other dealership.

We have been here twice once on the day I bought a bike and once to buy accessories. The guy at the parts desk was great. He took time to search for parts for my bike. The sales department however needs to come out of hiding. Both times we looked at bikes and not one person came to talk to us. They lost a sale too. I bought from Cool Springs. When I make a decision I go shop and buy that day. I am building a custom bike so any bike would work. I just needed someone to sell me one.

What a fantastic Harley dealership!!! The best we have ever been to - and we have been to a lot of them over the years. We are from Michigan, and were recently on a camping trip in Tennessee. After a long Saturday seeing the historic sites of Murfreesboro, we made sure to stop at the local Harley dealer (Bumpus) to buy a couple commemorative T-Shirts & check out the bikes. Although seriously close to closing time, the owner and his entire staff sincerely welcomed us! They spent time answering questions, making suggestions, and inquiring where we were from, etc... The owner knew we were not visiting to purchase big ticket items, yet he and his staff made us feel more than welcome. ive had 59 motorcycles,,,always wanted a Harley.....why did i wait so long!!! Bought a new 2015 Dyna Low Rider. I talked to 5 dealers who are closer than Bumpus,,,,84 miles or so. Bumpus told me they would make a fair profit as they should,,,but still gave me a discount and the best price around. After we dealt on the phone,,,,they told me, they didnt have one on the floor but would find one and have it set up just the way i wanted it in 2 days. I had financing already arranged when i got there,,,but June said she thought she could do me better financing through Harley..and she did!! Ive since been to other dealers closer to me,, but its not the same. Bumpus treats you like family,,they are very helpful and focused on YOU and want you to be happy. I AM! And im not going anywhere else for any of my needs. I have a friend who bought a Harley last week used in Georgia,,and hes going to be a solid customer with Bumpus also,,,,By the way,,,i was a Honda factory rep for 2 years in the past. Even though the running problem was not found bike was test ridden and would not react while at the dealership. I'm a young guy and usually am not taken seriously, however when I went in to bumpus-HD of Murfreesboro just to see what cruisers were about I was treated with incredible respect and felt that Jarrett, my salesman, honestly valued his time with me. They let me ride more than a few bikes and were never impatient with me. Because of this I am the proud owner of a 2015 softail slim and I honestly don't think there is a better motorcycle for me out there. Going way above and beyond their jobs is the norm here and I have yet to meet an even slightly unpleasant employee in ANY department. I rode in from an hour away for my 500 mile service in the winter and ice had formed on my jeans and shoes. They bought me new jeans and socks and brought a heater out from the back to thaw me out.
