Thank you to Ring of Fire Harley Davidson. Had a balance issue with my front tire on our 11 state trip. They got me in and repaired fast so we lost very little time this morning. While we were waiting Tawni gave us some great tips on places to see around the area. Our experience was outstanding. I highly recommend any of the Boswell dealerships in the Nashville area. Everyone at Ring of Fire made me feel welcome, comfortable, and answered any questions I had. There was no pressure when I purchased my bike but they were also ready with information and answers. When buying from Ring of Fire you get to meet and speak with everyone and get to know them, I thought this was great because it really made me feel welcome into the Harley family and community. I’d also like to mention that I have never been to any sort of dealership that was so sincerely appreciative of my wife’s and my service in the Military but I’d have to say that is part of the culture. Great place, great people, and a great experience.

Love the bike we got but don't feel the dealership provided the pre-purchase service they said to the level we expect from Harley. The brake system had major issues on the way home. They did come pick her up and repair the brakes. But after one ride the bike is showing evidence of carburetor/manifold leaking issues, with less than 300 miles put on her, 200 of which is miles to bring her home twice. This was supposed to have been cleaned and completely gone through before being offered for sale per the statements made at the time of purchase. I can say the sales team was great, they listened to what we wanted and our needs from our bike and went beyond expectations to be sure we got the bike we were wanting, the sales team is why there is 3 stars instead of one.

May 2021 update If you are bike shopping call Rob or Jeff. Don’t do it yourself thinking you’ll save a dollar or two. I looked for days trying to find a 21 RG Limited in Gauntlet Grey being told “you’ll pay a premium for that”. Whatever. I finally called my buddy Rob and he offered the best deal within 30 minutes! Incredible turnkey experience. Hands down these guys know customer service. So, if you want a bike today call Rob or Jeff. Peace out! Had a super awesome experience today working Rob and entire RoF H-D team. Thanks to Rob, this is team is focused on the customer. In my travels June 24, 2017 from Canada to Nashville. Bike broke down on Saturday the day before departing back to Canada, they did everything in there power to get me back up and running. My work schedule is stupid busy, and Jeff kept in contact and always checked in. I was shopping online at Harley, to get ideas of specs and styles, but I don't prefer to order without knowing. I called Boswell's, and spoke with Kristi. I explained that getting to the store is a bit of a drive, and asked about the styles they carried in-store. She was so helpful! She kindly sent pictures of the ladies boots in-stock. In the excitement of hammering down the highway to Dayton 2021, we had a notorious shifter fall off on the highway. We made a quick call to Boswell's Ring of Fire to be quickly greeted by Lana. They were in the midst of closing up but Lana eagerly agreed to help get the parts, stay open until we arrived and stayed until we fixed our problem in the parking lot. Lana was extremely helpful and focused on ensuring our needs were met in such a short notice. Without her help and attention to detail, 1 bike would have hand shifted another 600 miles to Daytona! (Probably would have been good for him). I can not say enough about the service that was provided to a bunch of "Old Marines" in distress when she could have easily locked the doors. THANK YOU! And Semper Fi to the staff that supported Lana's ambitions to make our visit right the first time.

While traveling from Nebraska to Kentucky via Tennessee I experienced some brake problems requiring a tow truck. It took only one phone call and the service department already had a good idea as to what needed to be done. They were waiting for me by the door and wasted no time getting me running again. The rest of the staff was friendly and engaging making the two hour bwait go a lot quicker. They were giving me some good travel pointers regarding the area too. All in all these people made a bad situation (for me)get resolved much easier.
