Went to dealership for a bike show, which ran extremely smooth compared to others. Registration was fast and easy, had people to assist with where to park, and the judging started almost immediately which allowed awards to start a little early so nothing ran over. It was a perfect day and event… so much so that we even bought a new bike while there! I can’t brag enough on this dealership. From start to finish I don’t think we even had 1 hour in the buying process! Everybody was friendly and extremely helpful. Let me also add, they had free food for all their customers! Be sure to stop even if there isn't an event going on there!

What awesome customer service from the Parts Dept in Madison TN. I called looking for a part which they did not have. Without me asking the gentleman said to hold on while he looked at other dealerships to see if they had the part. Steve Cain is a fantastic salesperson. I went in to get my wife a bike (because I have a ton of biker friends that have used and love Steve). I’ve come to know him over the past couple years and I consider him a friend. To find out he was let go just tells me that this dealership doesn’t know what their missing. They will. Soon. When the sales drop significantly they’ll know. It’s a shame. We never know what have until it’s gone and hopefully they beg him to return and offer an apology bonus. Then I’ll come and get her a new bike to ride next to me on.

The best Harley dealer in the middle Tennessee area. They also have a grill that is open 5 days a week. Nice people working there too. My 2017 Street Glide Special which I'd just bought two days before, didn't feel right at highway speed. I rode up there and within a few minutes they were checking my bike in even though it was Sunday and I didn't have an appointment. Turned out to be the front wheel was not balanced properly from the factory. Not only did the tech ride my bike to test what was wrong, but he also test rode my bike after the rebalancing to make sure that the ride felt good.

I love any harley shop with a nice used selection since so many nowadays seem to never have many used options for ppl. Workers were super friendly and there's a cafe on site to grab a bite to eat. From the first contact with Niko in sales, to the closing of the deal with Ryan in finance. Each time we received a walk thru to meet all the team. Everyone in the gear, parts and the service dept. Each spent time answering any questions, and helping put a face to the name. They also have one of the two existing Harley restaurants in the US! The food is great and the environment spectacular. Highly recommend stopping in, you will be treated like family.

I have been a customer of Boswells Harley-Davidson for just over 20 years and over that period have purchased numerous new motorcycles and had a great deal of mechanical and service work on those bikes. The owners, mechanics and store employees have always been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts & accessories and the brands motor clothes. If I wanted to upgrade an engine or have other mechanical work performed I received excellent advice, recommendations and service. An example is yesterday, Bubba Boswell surprised me by personally delivering my Pan American SP 1250 to my home and demonstrating its features to me. That level of service and customer respect is very appreciated.

Reese went out of his way to help me locate the Harley I wanted. They took care of me during the trade-in process and while finishing the paperwork, Bubba, the owner, thanked me for buying my bike there. He also showed me a historic photo of his original family Harley shop from years ago. Truly made me feel at home and not like I was just a dollar sign. I did talk to several sales personal and this took several weeks. All of them were very happy to help with my purchase with no pressure. I was on a solo trip from Georgia to Yellowstone National park. Everything was going well until just before I got to Nashville. I began to hear a loud grinding noise coming from the primary on my Electra Glide. Not wanting to continue with the issue and not wanting to turn around 4 hours into a planned 8 day trip, I located Boswell's Harley Davidson on Google maps and decided to see what they thought. I pulled into the dealership on a Saturday morning at about 9am. They had the problem diagnosed, repair completed and me back on the road before 1pm. Thanks to the good folks at Boswell's Harley Davidson I was able to continue on my trip and didn't lose much time at all. I can't say thank you enough. Highly recommend this dealership.

Was given a shirt from the Airport location (not this location) which was a bit small, not cheap but incredibly cool!! I thought I'd call to see if I could pay to get an exchange and the only message I could get from the Airport store location was: "'I'm sorry. This customer does not have a voicemail set up. Please try again." After two hours of calling I finally called the Fessler Lane store and spoke to Gina. WOW! She didn't even want to risk putting me on hold in case of losing me. She finished with her customer and immediately got back on the phone with me. She walked me through, step by step, how to exchange this particular shirt with her store and explained these shirts run small but she would be happy to get me the right size. I live in Colorado Springs and have had my own bike for ten years; I've been to countless HD stores and right up there with my experiences with my dear friends' (the late) Ray and Jean Price of (the former) Ray Price HD in Raleigh, NC, I have never had such a great customer service experience than what I did with Gina who went out of her way to help me. I took the MSF course here and spent a considerable amount of time there (20 hours across 3 days). First off, a MASSIVE about out to James and Sherri. They are AMAZING instructors. $250 dollars for a class that gets you your license (if you pass), great teachers, an awesome environment, you learn on real Harleys which are nice (I'm a sport bike guy, but these changed my perception), food, some select discounts, and an amazing experience. I truly cannot over state how good this class is, it exceeded my expectations in every way and I truly think they undercharge, it is seriously that good. Plus you'll never meet nicer, more welcoming people anywhere.

Harleys are for one and one thing only. The cool factor. Harley in general is overpriced ever since they went to China. Per say your paying that nice 30 grand for a brand new 2019 harley street glide. Well it only cost them 15 grand to get it built and sent to harley dealers. So believe me just like a pay here buy here your getting ripped off anyway. Kawasaki and Yamaha maybe junk to some but hey at least they are cheaper to buy parts for holy sh*t. Harleys are built to last a little bit longer than some but it's just a cool factor. My opinion if you got a bike ride till the wheels fall off. But new bike equals warranty so that's nice.

I had the absolute best experience with the rider course (MSF) class at Boswells Harley on fesslers lane. Sherri and James, the two riding instructors are two of the best people I have met to date. with their knowledge, expertise, and guidance, I gained a love for riding motorcycles. I never touched a bike before in my life, but wanted to ride and was a bit nervous. However, following sherri's and James instructions It was a breeze and made a big impact on weather riding was going to be for me or not. Thank you so much again for the experience I will be back to do the advanced courses so long as James and Sherri will be there to teach me.
