Amazing customer service! Long story short, brand new Indian Challenger I purchased from a different dealer was having issues. I had a 14 day motorcycle trip planned and the other dealership couldn't get it in before my trip! The reason I bought the bike was for this trip! Call Motoprimo and get to service. Aaron answers and I explain the issues and time crunch. Boom he says bring it in and we will get it figured out. That dude Aaron checks me in when I drop it off and says, give me a few days. Fews days go by, I get it a call saying it's ready! I about dropped my phone. He worked with Polaris on troubleshooting and getting things covered that were under warranty and fixed. This all sounds simple, but it wasn't, I spent hours on the phone between the other dealership, indian and Polaris . The only group of people that got it done and on time was Arron and everyone in service and parts at motoprimo. 100% recommend them! Thank you Aaron!

Wow! I worked with Dave Tuma, who was referred by his colleague Jay Johnson after finding their 2021 Royal Enfield Meteor listing on Craigslist. Even as a new permit-holding rider, Jay was kind enough to respond to my inquiry the very same day. My friend test drove it for me and I returned the next day to purchase. I loved that Dave (second from right) gently helped me stay within my seat height, even though the 2022 Himalayan would have meant a bigger sale. He looked out for me on my very first ride and was a pleasure to work with. Everyone at Motoprimo was super helpful, fast, and friendly. Highly recommend.

Started with a query at the Parts counter where the knowledgeable young man understood exactly what I wanted and ordered the tires to come in through the service department for installation in about one week. Price including installation was pretty competitive. Heres where we lost one star - no one called over the next two weeks. So I called the service department who showed the tires were in, scheduled in a week later and they were able to get it done while I waited less than two hours. Overall this was a very good experience and I will go back. Everyone was very friendly and there is always plenty of new things to see and people to socialize with to easily fill the waiting time.

Matthew went above and beyond, showing me how the bike worked, setting up gear, commuting route tips, and community resources as I'm starting out riding. Took care of us right away, wanted a machine that day and they got the deal done. The neighbors at Leo's South treated us like we were interrupting the stunt show going on. Told salesperson we wanted a 4×4 that day. He said that would not happen anywhere we go. My grandson asked about other dealers, he said there was one around the corner ,glad he let us know. We got our machine and loaded on my trailer about a hour later. Don't waste their time at Leos, just keep going Motoprimo!

It was my first time buying a motorcycle and brand new to riding. The buying process went fine, but what the best experience while i was there was when i was testing my bike in the parking lot, Matt Everett noticed i was struggling with it being the first time riding ever (freshly out of riding class) and he offered to ride my bike home. I happily accepted his offer. He then gave me his number and continued to answer questions about riding and advice while he had no reason to for his benefit. I cant thank him enough!

I've been taking my bikes to Motoprimo for years. Their service and the quality of their staff is outstanding. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I had work done on a Ducati recently and the time it took for completion was extremely long, due mainly to parts delays. It's the only reason I gave them a 4 and not 5 stars

Nice dealership - the customer service is good out on the floor and in the parts department as well as apparel. The sales people are fun to chat with about the bikes. I've never bought a bike from the dealership so not sure how they do pricing and such or if they are open to haggling. They host demo days as well which is really nice and I enjoy that they work with bike companies to set those up. They also allow demos on THEIR bikes which is great for those trying to figure out what works.

Jack in the parts department goes out of his way to help customers and is a stand up guy. 10/10 would recommend this place for OEM parts and all the odds and ends oils and sprays as well as gear.

Two of the people I talked to were friendly, but only one person had any information on the bike I was interested in. He was on the sales floor chatting with a couple who were clearly not buying anything. They weren't even looking at bikes. I was looking to purchase but I couldn't get any info on the bike, not even a price. I ended up leaving since selling motorcycles doesn't seem to be a priority for this motorcycle dealership.

These guys saved the day with a hard-to-find OEM Yamaha part. Called all the local dealers here in Austin and none had it in stock and were saying it was backordered for 2-3 months, bike would have been down until this part came in. One checked the dealer network and said there were 3 of these parts in the entire county and gave me the names of a few dealers to call. I checked eBay and local classifieds to try and locate a used one, no luck. Called one, turned out that was an inventory error and they didn't have it. Called the second one, parts guy insisted I had an invalid part # and couldn't find it. Motoprimo however, was very helpful and quickly confirmed they had one in stock. They got it in the mail the same day for a very reasonable price. Huge thank you to the parts department!

They were super awesome though and gave me over $300+ in accessories and discounts for the trouble. As they said they would treat me like a king. Okay part of me wants to rate service desk qt like a 2 or 3 only due to i went in there to fix a muffler chrome cover that fell off got all bent and scratched and yah. The first told me they could purchase any aftermarket slip ons that I'd have to do it? Which i found weird but was fine with it and went with their 2nd offer which was to "replace" the muffler that fell off but they would have to order it and it will take 10 days. Great okay.... quoted me like 250$ along with a new tire at like 150 or something. Guy returns my bike with same bent up old muffler on with running it by mee and 2nd at same rate. All I see that was maybe changed out was a bracket and inner gasket or something maybe but I don't know where 250$ was spent there. Just a little disappointed because if they could have got the muffler on properly and it didn't like jacked od been okay. Seems like cut corners to save money or make up time. But I def payed

Just got a new Triumph Speedmaster from here. Dean spent a lot of time making sure I had the bike I wanted, let me test drive the 2 I was torn between, and took time to make sure I was comfortable driving away. I never felt like he was being pushy or trying to upsell, he listened and gave opinions and advice when it was helpful. I got a fair deal, and the financing was seriously the least stressful loan I’ve ever received. Of the 90 or so mins I was there seriously 5 mins of it was the financing part, rest was getting to know the bikes and test ride. If you’re looking for anything other than a new Harley make this a destination, and maybe even if you think you want a Harley stop in and see what else is out there, or see if they have any used ones :)

This was my second time purchasing a motorcycle here, but my first time reviewing. I stopped in a few months ago to look at a few different motorcycles, and specifically a 2020 Ducati Monster. Jake Austgen, from the Ducati department was very helpful and knew every detail about any bike I had a question about. After describing my riding style and what I wanted from a motorcycle he suggested I try an adventure style motorcycle, but I was still leaning towards the Monster, more based on looks. Jake never pressured me either way, he just presented pros and cons, was always straightforward, and wanted to make sure we got the best machine that made me happy. We communicated back and forth for a couple months and after looking at the specs and watching reviews, I figured out his first suggestion was spot on and an adventure motorcycle was the right fit. I came in last week and took a Multistrada 950 and a Tiger 900 GT Pro on an awesome back-to-back test drive. We finalized the deal that day and I am now a very happy owner of a new Triumph Tiger. They also gave me a very fair price on my trade in, actually quite a bit more than I would have expected. I would happily do business with Jake again, though judging by my terrific first week owning the Tiger, that will be a quite a few years down the road!

This summer I was in a minor accident with my motorcycle. After experiencing poor service from Tousley Motorsports on previous repairs, I wanted to take my bike to the next closest dealer which was Motoprimo. The staff was generally friendly to deal with, but after a supposed clinical error, my bike was delayed in getting estimated. Once I received my estimate a couple weeks later, I approved Motoprimo to make the repairs. The technicians did a great job replacing my bent wheel and flat tire. However, upon picking up my bike, I was asked to pay the remaining balance of a higher estimate than I was originally given. After weeks of waiting they told me there was a mistake and a check was going to be issued to me for the difference. After 5+ weeks since I picked up my bike, I learned the check was sent to my old address after giving them my new address when I dropped my bike off. 7.5 weeks after dropping my bike off, I finally received a reimbursement check back from Motoprimo.

Brought my 1999 honda goldwing in for a coolant leak, spent $1980.00 ,rode it twice ,still seemed to leak, brought it back , said they could not find a leak, had it there for two weeks !! Claimed it was purging coolent from.overflow, time will tell, also missing two plastic pieces that cover screws on left side of fairing, claim they don't know where they are, lower left driving light out, took it apart and found that the mechanic did not plug it in !!! Wow! They also replaced the seals on my front end, that went very good !!

I went in to Motoprimo Motorsports in Lakeville, Mn to check out the new Polaris Slingshots. I was helped by Schyler Steele and his customer service exceeded my expectatios. He was very informational he didn't seem bothered by my numerous questions in person or over the phone ( many times lol ) Schyler wasn't pushy or over the top like some sales people can be. And I got my tinted windshield for my Polaris slingshot s win win in my book. I'll definitely shop with Motoprimo Motorsports in lakeville Mn again in the near future thanks to Schyler He's kind of like a barber you know when you find a good barber you don't allow any other barber to cut your hair, well he's my go to sales person at Motosports... Wow. If you've read any of my other reviews, you know that I'm really big on customer service/satisfaction. Not only was I immediately politely greeted, they were just super nice. I was just there to look for a part for my bike and asked for the Service Department. The gentleman not only told me where it was, he took me to the desk and got me hooked up with someone to help me. This guy was fantastic! He not only made sure I was getting thr right part. As I continued speaking with him, he thought I could use a generic version for much cheaper. He even came outside to my bike to see if that would work. He came outside and looked himself! Tell me that's not a rarity. The part worked perfectly and I saved 80%! I'll always go back to them. Huge selection of parts, helmets, add ons and motorcycles!

They put the customers first and I give them the highest score for customer service and all around great place to give your business. Please read all of this, because for many reasons I give them 5 stars. Now, if you want the detailed version, read on. As most do, my boyfriend was using the Internet to do some price comparing to make a purchase. For us, this was a fairly pricy purchase of a motorcycle. After doing much research, he found a one listed at Motoprimo that was in his price range. Feeling this was a good deal we decided to make the hour drive to check it out. Upon arrival, we were greeted and made to feel welcome. We were told that the next available person to take a test drive would be ready shorty. After seeing the relaxed atmosphere, I asked if I could bring my dog in so she could practice her training. Not only did they say yes, they gave her attention, listened to how I preferred them to interact with her so it helped in training but also made it a great experience for her to build her good citizen repertoire. While my boyfriend was on a test ride, the staff was friendly not to just my dog, but made wonderful conversation with me. The staff that I connected to most was a great gal that works there for fun. Yes, for fun. She is an RN and works full time as a nurse, but so enjoys working for Motoprimo, that she gives them her Saturday time. Seriously, when you work on you “day off” you know it is because the place is awesome. When the boys came back from the test ride, it was apparent that he wanted the bike. The sales person got his calculator to get a total with tax, title and license. When he retuned with the price, I was shocked and disappointed. Somehow, there was over a $700 increase from what we had calculated. He had said the list price was $4,500, but I could have sworn that we saw it listed for $3799. With the increased price, the potential buyer was ready to drive the hour home with no bike. Being the amazing girlfriend that I am ;) ;) . I questioned it and said “let’s look it up and see what the webpage says.” Sure enough, there it was listed as $3799. I walked to the sales guy and told him what I had found. With his papers in front of him saying the higher price, the manger says “yes, they are right. It is listed at the lower price. We made a mistake. The lower price was before we put on new tires, fork seals and fluids. We changed the price on the computer in inventory, but forgot to do it on the website. Give it to them for the lower price.” Now, you need to understand that they did not need to do this. They could have easily said it was a mistake, let us leave, fix the error and have the next person pay the higher price and not lose $700. However, they did the RIGHT thing and respected that we came for what they had listed and would not let us leave with a bad taste in our mouths. For this reason, we will now drive the hour to buy accessories when needed. It doesn’t end there. When I called to tell them that they are awesome and I wanted to write a review so the community could hear my loud cheers of praise, I said to the manager “you didn’t need to do that, I know you lost money “. His response was “Yes, I needed to do it. It was the right thing to to. If not for you and other customers, we do not have a business.” So, in a world where so many want to make a buck no matter what, Motoprimo runs with pride, honor and respect. I can’t say that I will drive the hour to pick up a coffee and popcorn soon, but I can say that I will definitely go there to get helmets and other items. If you live close and want a snack, stop in and get some fresh made popcorn. You may make friend or even decided to buy from them. If you don’t live close, consider what is most important to you and the drive may be more than worth it. Thank you Motoprimo for being a stand up Motorsports retailer. You made a great impression, one that will keep us coming back.

Motoprimo South: Great experience. Took a 2014 Street Triple R up for the 6k maintenance. Not wrench-impaired, so I'd already done brake fluid swap and oil/filter change, and they were happy to waive over half the cost of the 6k mile checkup for my efforts. They had my bike done in a couple hours, and walked (rode) out the door in a timely manner for under $200. Great deal, guys, thank you. Service was friendly, they were happy to let me bring her in a little earlier than posted hours, and the WiFi was sufficient to remote into work for a bit while they did their thing. Considering it's over an hour to haul my bike up for service, this being my closest Triumph service center, they really did well. I wandered the floor and looked at inventory while they worked on my bike. You know what's really damn nice? Sales reps saying hello and being available to answer questions, but not getting in your face or pushy, all in your business if they see you oogling that new Ducati, etc, and just letting you look while your bike is getting serviced. That was really nice. No used-car-salesmen vibe here at ALL. There are other options within similar driving distances, but I'll be completely happy going back again for the 12k service and valve check.

Phenomenal. Talk with Jack at the parts desk. I walked up to the parts desk only knowing kind of what my problem was, the clutch didn't work on a Monster s2r that I had got for free that had sat for a few years. At this point I got the motor running but it was not rideable so I wasn't trying to put a lot of money into a bike that may not see the street again. I explained what I had tried to Jack and we went through a couple possible things that could cause it. He pulled up an exploded view of the clutch assembly on the computer and walked me through how it worked and said he had a similar problem on his bike a bit ago and that the plates in the clutch just get stuck together after they sit for awhile. He said to try and ride it around a bit and let it get warmed up and it should slip free, well I did that today and he was 100% correct. After 6 laps around the parking lot I pulled the clutch in and sure enough it worked perfectly. This is the value in having a physical store location staffed by people who are enthusiasts about the sport and are willing to take the time to talk to you and not just try and sell you something. I live in Iowa but am in MN for work every couple months and will 100% come back to this store for any other parts I may need. Just as a comparison I was at the Omaha Ducati a few weeks before this and explained some problems to them and they said I would just have to bring it in, so here I am now a loyal customer of Motoprimo.

Last spring I looking for a new 2014 Yamaha FJR 1300. I found a few that was farther away than I wanted to travel. I wanted to by closer to home for the convenience of service. I was having my 2005 Goldwing serviced at MotoPrimo in Lakeville about 20 miles up the freeway and saw one on the show floor. I talked to Dean Cross and he said it was the last one they had. I told him what I could buy one for elsewhere. His sales manager checked the price on the internet and offered it at the same price. I bought it drove it home that day. I've had it back for service and they are always very fair. I've had my Goldwing serviced several times and was always treated great, always ready on time and the price for service was never more than what was quoted. Had to bring my FJR in for a TPS recall. Called Curt in service and he ordered the part right away. I don't have a truck or trailer so I could only get it there when the roads permitted. Curt said not a problem and he would call me when the part came in. Got the bike to him a couple of days after the part arrived. Bike was done. Curt called me and then it snowed. I'm one of those weird guys with my bike(its usually in my living room)and Curt knew that. Curt then had it loaded up in their nice enclosed trailer and brought home. I can't remember the name of the guy who brought it home(sorry). He had the bike strapped down with all the proper equipment and was super cool. This was my first experience with Motoprimo and it was an excellent one. Awesome job guys!!!

I'm new to riding and purchased an older bike that needs some TLC, and have been to the store many times. As a new rider, it's a little intimidating to go into a store not knowing what you need, but everyone at Motoprimo has been excellent. I first met James in parts, and he patiently helped me find the right helmet and gloves for probably an hour. I've also been very impressed by Matthew in parts. He is passionate about riding and is extremely knowledgable and friendly. I have a Suzuki, and instead of sending me elsewhere, he makes it his mission to find parts that will work for my bike. I have never been in there and left without the item I need. That guy is fantastic and makes blowing my money on a "pointless and wasteful hobby" (quoting my wife), so much more fun!

Kevin, Dean, and Phil were all very helpful and friendly before and after my purchase. Also Zack in parts seemed very honest when picking out gear, he actually suggested the cheaper gloves of the two pairs I was interested in. After looking at almost every motorcycle shop within 400 miles of Burnsville for months, I decided to buy a bike from Motoprimo. All factors considered regarding my purchase I believe their prices are quite fair and reasonable.

My wife and I bought a 2009 Victory Vision from them about two weeks ago. Then - it died. Starter failed completely. They came up to where it was parked (in a parking lot in Eagan) to pick it up, and are even now replacing the part at no charge to me. It seems only fair, since we haven't even had the bike long enough to put the plates on it - but still, there are places that might not have done that. Definitely recommend (our sales representative, who helped ensure this would happen, was Dean. The manager who approved it was Matt - good guys!)

I visited Motoprimo for the first time when they hosted the CRA new rider school in 2016. I was blown away by the large selection, not only in powersports vehicles but also in their gear and accessories line. Retail prices seemed fair, and they had a large clearance section for great buys. Overall, the atmosphere was great; the sales staff was very knowledgeable and didn't make me feel pressured to make a purchase. I will definitely be checking them out the next time I'm looking for some new wheels or race gear.

Very impressed with the level of service I received regarding a recent helmet purchase. I went in with the intent to try a few helmets on and then order from Amazon, assuming the price would be lower online. Upon entering the store I was greeted by several employees who each asked how I was doing and if they could help. When I made my way to the helmet area they have a wide variety of brands and styles. I have a freakishly large head and was surprised they actually had my size in stock to try, 4xl. I ended up liking the helmet that was recommended, just wanted a different color. They ordered the color I wanted and it arrived 4 business days later. Helmet fits great and I will definitely be back for further business. I ride a harley, but despise the marked up products they sell. It also seems that the staff at moto primo actually knows what they're talking about, finding a good fit instead of what costs the most.

MotoPrimo of Minnesota is amazing! Although being located in the frozen tundra region of the USA, I have had the pleasure of visiting on more than one occasion. The selection of inventory they have housed is just unbelievable. The sales staff especially the bald one (can't remember his name) were exceptional. Although, not being from that region and just passing through, he has me convinced that I need to acquire a Ducati Motorcycle. The only thing that could had made this experience any better was if they would had fed me a delicious steak or maybe even a hamburger and of course a cold beer. I would rate this a five star but I can only give it a 4.8 star rating because of the mentioned above lack or nourishment and refreshments.
