My jouney on purchasing a BMW motorcycle started at Richfield BMW which was a mistake from the beginning. I stopped at Leo's on a Saturday 3 minutes before closing and right in the window was the bike of my dreams. I knew they were closing but Jay and Chris took care of me beyond any dealer i ever stepped foot in. They stayed late and answered every question i had. The way i was treated i felt like i was king in there. I can not thank them enough of making my dream bike a reality, the buying the signing everything was smoth and quick. I appreciate everything and look forward to future business. Take note Richfield BMW because this is how business is done. So i have to do an update, this dealership tends to constantly amaze me. Even to this day treated like family from sales ( gotta deal with Jay) to parts ( Jeff is the man and i hope that name is right but very knowledgeable man) and Amanda in service (she always let's me know what's needed and with a bubbly attitude) . They continue to treat me like a valued customer ( even when i was hungover from bike night yall were awesome to deal with) i am a customer for life here. Shout out to the mechanic, haven't met you yet but the beers on me.

I had my 2004 Boulevard in for service and I was treated like I had an expensive bike. They treat everyone the same which is wonderful. Amanda got me scheduled in to drop It off and Jay and the team. Took care of my bike. My bike was ready earlier than I thought. Today. When I came to get my bike they took the time to look up a trunk for my bike because the one I saw in their store would not work for my bike. So they gave me the info and price so I can decide if I want to get it. Very nice. So then I got my bike but forgot my helmet so I ran back in and Janeen who was eating something jumped from behind the counter and went to help me find the right fit. She was quick, nice and efficient. Thank you all for another’s great experience! I will be back for anything I need. For my bikes. They are the best!

Greeted with a smile. They explained what would be serviced with tuneup on my grand touring sled. Answered all but one of many questions. It was completed in 2 1/2 hours and was contacted about an issue i didnt even see from my own inspection. Called me right away and took care of it. While away they did the research and found the answer to one of my initial questions without me having to ask. Service tech explained it to me. Saw my trailer tire was low and offered to fill it up. All around positive experience.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. I bought a brand new 4 Wheeler and a plow attachment for it. They said I'd have to wait 3 weeks for the plow, but it came early so it all got delivered today. The communication on when it would be delivered was not good. I had to call and ask about it. I also had to ask about the plow which they said they had it. So they delivered all of it immediately. They should reach out to the customers to keep us updated. Otherwise Tommy the sales rep and everyone I dealt with was amazing! Highly recommend Leo's South in Lakeville, MN.

Service department is an amazing job with my kids Dirt bike. Brought it in for a broken throttle cable. They took the time to go through the rest of the dirt bike to make sure everything was functioning properly. Found the chain needed to be cleaned and lubed and readjusted and did it for like $38. Quick courteous service!

What great service: Jeff (not Jim,lol) and his whole crew took good care of us. Not only did he have our tires, but got us in to a busy service department on a Saturday because he knew we were on a cross country trip from the west coast and desperately needed new tires. And all at a fair price. Plus we got to drive the new line up of BMWs because they were having a road show on the parking lot that weekend. Thanks again for the great service! Nice showroom as well.

Great service accessories. They had a hood selection of bikes. We tried to buy one but the sales guy didn't seem to care to sell us the used bike. The lady that sold us a helmet made up for it.
