My old man purchased his scooter here and only trusts these guys to work on it. I've never been to this place until I got my first bike about a month ago. Dropped off my bike for an oil change, got it back a day later and I can't complain. They seem to be short staffed at the moment, but they really seem to be trying, which I greatly appreciate. For a first time experience, I'd say it was a great first impression. Hopefully, you'll be impressed too!

Friendly staff! Very accommodating, I can't pick up my machine just yet but they offered to keep it indefinitely until I'm ready. Not sure if they would do it for a down payment only though so inquire if you're in the same situation.

Called ahead to see if they sold the Shinko reflector tire and they did not. I purchased the tires elsewhere with the tubes and had service install them off the bike. first ride had a flat and took the bike back to them and they took care of my scoot even when the tire was not purchased there. I have never had an issue with this shop and recommend them to anyone. Pleasure doing business with Heinen's

Honest service department. Atv was under warranty they replaced what they could and didn't charge me for opening up things that we were pretty sure were my fault. Plus only a couple days turn around and they ordered replacement warranty parts with out making me bring my quad in to sit and wait for parts. Overall very happy with them.

Got me everything I needed and super friendly and helpful people ***EDIT*** Went in a couple weeks later and probably had the most unpleasant unforgettable experience in a powersports store I've ever had. Stood at the counter for a couple minutes when there was three people all within about 5 ft of me and they didn't acknowledge a customer needed help for about 5 minutes. A red-headed associate that works there was trying to help me and he simply stated that back in the day my ATV did not take transmission fluid and I simply stated that times have changed and he said some snarky remark and walked away from me and left me to find help elsewhere.a very unpleasant experience and I will never return to the store again.

I missed out on a few bikes at other dealers and then saw Heinen had what I was looking for. I called and talked to Jordan and put $500 down on it, They held it for 2 weeks. I showed up and my bike was all ready to go. I ended up leaving with that GSX-S1000F and a CRF250L I saw. My buddy that came with me also bought a WR250R. I was very happy with the experience. I few days after I bought the bike I called and talked to a guy in service with a few questions and he was VERY friendly and helpful. I will be happy to buy another bike from them in the future.

Brought my Tigé to them in mid October, I specifically told Andy not to let any work that was not warrantied be performed without my authorization. Long story short, I finally got a call from Kyle a month later and he told me all the stuff that he fixed which was 3 things on the list out of 10 and said I was good to go. Arrived to pick it up expecting I was good to go because I assumed Kyle fixed a couple of the “warranty” issues I brought it there for. I ended up with a heavy bill for a light and fluid change I was not aware was going to cost me anything... I guess it’s a typical dealership that needs to get some kind of money out of you one way or another... UPDATE: They have made things right with me and I will continue to do business with them.

I very rarely write reviews, but our recent purchase from Heinen Motorsports was exceptional. Everybody we spoke with or dealt with at Heinens was amazing. From our initial conversation with our salesman Jordan all the way to our amazing demo day with Jaz, the experience was top notch. Demo day was above and beyond in my opinion though. Jaz was very patient and informative with us throughout our entire demo. He answered every question we had and really made sure we were comfortable with our new boat before he left. This is our first boat so we had A LOT of questions. Along the way we even spoke with Paul, the owner, and we were equally impressed. I reached out to Heinen Motorsports for a 4 wheeler for my son. Monte took my call and politely answered all of my questions and didn’t pressure me at all. I made the decision to purchase however my next hurdle was shipping as I am in Alabama. I reached back out to Monte and he handled it with no problems. Paul who delivered it kept in contact with me and was right on time. Heinen is a first class operation from start to finish. I could have bought this exact 4 wheeler at the local store 4 miles from me but chose not to after calling Heinen. There was a small problem with the seat latch and I took it to the local store as it is under warranty and they basically guided me to Grainger to look for the part. Monte told me don’t worry about it we will ship you the small part. Now if that isn’t service what is. My only complaint is they are too far away for me to use them for service in the future!

Salesman and price where great! Only reason I gave them a 3 star is because when I was going over my brand new sled with the mechanic I noticed the rail was not completely painted and I didn't like the looks of it. The mechanic tried arguing with me saying it's not big deal after fighting with him for awhile got the salesman involved and he was real straight about it and got it resolved. Just didn't think it was the mechanics place to be arguing with me. Just make you think what else did he he over look. That should have been noticed and resolved before I drove 4 hours and gave them 3 days heads up I was coming.

This review is subject to change; as my experience here is not complete yet. I was referred here by Osseo Powersports, actually. I have multiple suzuki motorcycles so now I am definitely glad I know these guys exist! But now for the review; 1st impression. Very professional! I just today dropped off my 03 Suzuki SV1000S to them to go over and do a few things, the guy at the front desk greeted me with a smile and asked me what he could do for me. Got me pointed in the right direction straight away. Both the younger gentlemen at the service desk also seemed very professional and also had a decent sense of humor about them, always a plus as well! Very clean, organized environment. We will see how it all goes with the service and pricing and I'll complete my review based off of that. But so far I am very impressed by how helpful and professional yet laid back this place seems. I told them about the issues I was having and my concerns with my bike and they seemed to know of a solution for them all. A weight off of my chest. Thank you! 4/5 stars (so far) because nothing is perfect, but my quick experience at Heinen was a damn good one!

Moved here from out of state last year. I had purchased a used tige boat before I moved here. It had not been run as I got it in the middle of winter. It unfortunately had bad motor from not being winterized properly from the old owner. Paul Heinen (owner) let me keep it there for no charge while I dealt with the insurance company and the old owner I got it from. Heinen's also ended up putting in a new motor many months later at a more than fair price. They didn't need to work with me, because I was stuck in a hard spot, but they took all the profit out and held the boat for no charge. I know they did this because I had two other quotes from other dealers and they weren't hundreds less, they were over $1500 less.!! This is 110% outstanding to me. You can tell the guys there love tige boats and live what they sell. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I know they deal with tons of customers, as they are always busy, but know my name when I come in. Super happy having a dealer like this now where I live. Thanks for the great service guys.

I have been a customer of Heinens for 30+ years ive never been a big ticket buyer just stuff now and then ! The staff have been there forever it seems and that stability says allot to me ! They have always been super nice and helpful. Ive asked for discounts most of the time they have come thru but sometimes there is just no margin on certain items and I get it its business so im not gonna go bash them because of that. I have read some of these complaints and gotta laugh some are unfortunate things that im sure could have been worked out some are just jealous personal attacks against an owner you know nothing about. I have watched Paul work for years since he was a little kid to make this shop what it is today. And now I see Kolin working his way up the ladder and I think its great he's smart as hell and a hard worker. They are an outstanding family and have earned my business and all referrals that I can give them. FYI Treat people how you want to be treated and be honest and forthright it will come full circle- and for the guy that said they have a bad BBB rating I just looked and its an A+ , PS my next ride will come from Heinens

Overall their service department will get the job done, but if possible go to a smaller shop that can do the same job for a cheaper price. I saved $400 by going to a smaller local garage to get the clutch repaired on my snowmobile. The people at Heinens have treated me well and they have always been friendly. Great place to go if you need to pickup quick things like spark plugs, oil, carbides, etc. As far as service goes, overpriced.

The snowmobile i bought was a $1000.00 cheaper than anywhere else I checked and he was friendly and honest with me. I also have bought some accessories from Rich and he was nothing but freindly. I called Rich to make sure the stuff was stocked and he went out of his way to check and called me right back. I brought my snowmobile in for the 200 mile checkup like they suggested and the service department was very knowledgable , friendly and was ready for my snowmobile. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership and would recommend it to all my friends!! NO I'M NOT A REALITIVE OR FRIEND OF ANY OF THE EMPLOYEES!!!

We recently purchased two scooters from Heinen's. Our experience was mostly positive, however, it seems the mentality of the place (and particularly, Monte the Sales Manager) is so laid-back that it comes across as a bit rude, arrogant, and apathetic. It seems there is some misinterpretation between being "no-pressure" and simply not caring. We were by no means problem customers, and couldn't have made the sale any easier, yet the day after taking the scooters home, one was leaking fuel. From that point on, it was a series of either no-reply emails, or unreturned phone calls (from Monte). I'm sure that we were a rather low-ranking priority considering some of the price tags on the other toys they sell, but still, customer service in my opinion shouldn't be determined by the size of the sale - and asking for a little follow through by responding to emails and phone calls shouldn't be too terribly difficult. Nevertheless, the problem was eventually resolved. We are enjoying our scooters very much. Cheers on your search!

Despite the poor reviews I've read, I decided to stop in and purchase a 2014 MV Agusta F3 today. I was greeted promptly, treated with respect, and never once felt like I wasn't being properly taken care of. I called the dealership right as they opened and Monte answered all my questions about the bike, he said he would have the bike ready for me to take home at 3pm. I showed up just after three and the bike was all ready to go! Although Monte couldn't make it due to car troubles, I was still taken care of by the rest of the sales and service staff. I've been in the car business for 4 years so I had my bar set pretty high. Thanks heinen's team for making it an easy and pleasurable purchase of my first MV Agusta!

I checked this place out for a New MV for myself and a starter bike for my wife. First thing I saw when I walked in was that they sold Trump Campaign T-Shirts "Make America Great Again". I have been eyeing new bikes and this was the only place I have seen a political/business influence so I thought that was interesting. Sales staff is relaxed and not pushy, you don't even get a hi from the person at the front desk so no pressure here at all lol. Retail desk guys are very helpful! But the guy at the service desk has no emotions whatsoever lol. If you combine the make america great again shirt with the service/repair desk guy it would be very comedic.
