My experience with purchasing my bike was amazing. This was the first time I had ever purchases a bike directly from Harley let alone Milwaukee. People are super friendly and we're met at the door with greetings. Nothing like the Rockford Kegels. They are terrible and won't deal with them anymore. Even though we were just looking they helped us out with any question and bought some souvenirs. They told us about upcoming events and so forth you need to come visit.

If I could give a higher rating, I would. I have nothing but great things to say about the parts and service department. In parts, Mr. Popeye is extremely knowledgeable and has given me insight and guidance on issues that I’ve had. Additionally he has always taken care of me and making me feel as he’s known me for years. In service I have been exclusively working with Mr. Steve and he has been extremely helpful with the countless issues and questions regarding my bike, treating it as his own. After having a not so great experience with another local Harley service shop, Steve went above and beyond his normal responsibilities to ensure my satisfaction and more importantly my safety is in tact, and in my opinion, raising the bar for customer service and satisfaction. The other employees at Milwaukee Harley are great as well, being over friendly and extremely welcoming, outlining the fact that they love what they do and have the customers best interest at heart. These people are great representatives of the Harley Davidson brand and making it so much more. The only thing missing was a cold beer. Keep up the great work 11/10!!

Purchased my first Harley here and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Kendall was great to work with and she exceeded my expectations with my trade in. This was the most hassle free experience I've ever had trading in a bike coupled with end of season savings so you could say I'm beyond happy. I dont think I'll buy a bike anywhere else from now on. The rest of the staff was friendly as well as I met someone from each department when I purchased my bike.

The Last Harley Davidson dealer in the city of Milwaukee. I remember when Milwaukee Harley Davidson was on Fond Du Lac Avenue. That was a loooong time ago. The new dealership at Silver Spring and Lover's Lane (Hwy100) is great. Labor Day weekend 2018 Harley-Davidson is celebrating their 115th anniversary and every dealership is having a party. Although Milwaukee Harley-Davidson is among the best. Riding a Harley Davidson is a very visceral experience which if you desire to start riding you may want to consider a Harley Davidson. They are currently coming out with some new Harley Davidsons that are completely different from what you think a Harley-Davidson is, they are even coming out with an electric motorcycle, LiveWire. When these new motorcycles hit the market you can sure as heck bet that Milwaukee Harley-Davidson will be among the first to get the new machines. Happy 115th Harley-Davidson.

Had a really good buying experience with the folks at Milwaukee Harley Davidson. We were in town for a long weekend & stopped by to check out the dealership. Ended up buying a used bike. Pete & the rest of the crew made the buying process painless, and even went out of their way to make sure we could pick up our purchase on a timeline that matched our travel plans. Absolutely fantastic experience! I was in town and after visiting the Harley-Davidson Museum I wanted to visit a store. I went to a store that I thought was open but it was New Year’s Eve and so when I drove up I saw that it was closed. I was about to leave but the service door opened and I asked the individual if I could look for a sweatshirt that I saw online. Despite feeling at first I was inconveniencing them I soon felt at ease with their friendly nature. They not only let me to look through their stores but they were incredibly kind, personable and helpful. I was determined not to leave empty handed and they ensured I didn’t. Great shop! Very nice internal layout. All the used bikes separate upstairs makes it very nice and very nicely displayed. Huge selection of new bikes and year or two old bikes. Salesman not pushy at all. Sales clerk super helpful and polite. Had a great experience here wandering around looking at new bikes and local merchandise. Sales staff not only super knowledgeable about the products but about area as well as far as other places to go places to eat and things to do locally. The shop is a definite must stop and see while you are in Milwaukee. Best shop hands-down I’ve seen while visiting Milwaukee city.

Jay told me if i couldn't get problem fixed on my own that they could pick the bike up and have me ready to go for my trip! Right away they dropped what they were doing to make it happen so I can leave in a couple days. Great Harley Davidson dealership. They have a huge selection of new and used bikes. Prices on new bikes seemed around $5,000 cheaper than at my home dealership. They also have a large assortment of HD clothing and accessories. No pushy sales people, which was a big plus.

So many things to enjoy here if you spent time reading all of the information and history on Harley-Davidson you could probably spend a week here. As a hog member I've been here too many times to count because the admission is free. I moved out to Sheboygan and still love to make the drive to visit. Went here this past summer for the rally and had a great time and met a lot of great people all the staff at the Museum was very friendly and outgoing and would help you with anything you needed.

Got out to my bike with a dead battery not only did these guys spend the time to try and jump it where we were when that didn't work they pushed me up into the shop and hooked the bike up to a charger 30 minutes later I was up and running, no charge. Had some brake work done and feel as though they were extremely thourough. Was a little disappointed with the motor clothes staff. I realize it was extremely busy during the 110th anniversary weekend, and I should have checked it myself, but I was home before I realized that the shirt I had purchased was a 4X when I had asked for a 2X. I may be large but I hope I don't get that large. Nothing against my plus size brothers it's just not suited for me personally. This could have happened anywhere, so be sure to check what you get before you leave. I'm just dissappointed that what I thought would be a nice reminder of my time in Milwaukee, will now be for someone else. Glad I have tons of pictures. The Tattoo studio in the dealership is awsome, James does some great work. He totally spoiled me with that rotary machine he did my tattoo with. I have to look around for some one who has the same thing for any furure work.

Its a good place but ask about return policy before you buy something I bought a new coil pack for my bike and it turned out not to b the problem and i tried to return it in all original package not opened and was told it can not b returned cuz it is an electrical part and could not test it but it was still sealed and never opened so I guess im just out 65 bucks

My wife and I traveled from North Carolina to Michigan and then to Milwaukee to explore the museum and the area. Well as we all know you can't control the weather and we experienced some rain along the way....regardless we were not going to let it ruin our trip! We were determined to purchase a shirt from a Harley dealership in Milwaukee so we googled it and ended up at the Silver Spring Road location. As we were happily shopping the storms had gotten worse...black skies, wind, major rain, and the tornado sirens were going off! We were basically stuck at the mercy of mother nature at this point. The store was closing in minutes and we had no where to go. That's when the amazing staff jumped in to help...finding us a room about half hour north...loading our bike up in the enclosed trailer...Trevor lived close to the hotel we found with a vacancy (it was summer fest so not many available rooms) He drove us to the hotel, unloaded our bike, and wished us safe travels....he basically saved our lives because as we traveled in the dry comfort of that van the storm proceeded to get worse...high winds, zero visibility, and crazy lightening! We will never forget what y'all did for us that day and have told all of our biker friends here in the south to visit your shop when they go to the museum! Your acts of kindness gives true meaning to the "biker family" code...thank y'all so much for going above and beyond!!

5 Stars for the service department. I have two H-D dealers closer to my home then Milwaukee and one of them I have to ride past to get to Milwaukee H-D. They are quick to get the job done but more importantly they are very professional and get the job done right the first time.
