This is my second motorcycle purchase and it went very well! My first one was not THAT good and it was Eurocycle. Rolled out my delivered Bobber out of the dealer, helped a lil bit to load it on the trailer and…. SEE YA MATE! I even called Eurocycle of Reno to send me owners handbook via mail. 😁 I DID NOT FEEL special here, unfortunately. ANYWAYS… Here at Indian Dealer in Vegas I felt like home. Ryan is a good sales person, nice and kind, was very attentive to details, gave me couple advises, ran through numbers with me Nancy always ON DUTY and I never felt forgotten. She actually called me early in the morning to let me know that they have a motorcycle and the color I was looking for! And the same moment I’ve started to fill out credit application. THANK YOU! Being out on my Annual West Coast Motorcycle Adventure from Florida I found myself in need of a fresh set of tires and new brake pads on front. While they couldn’t accommodate my desire for Michelin Commander II (had them on prior) they did have available a suitable replacement which I snatched up for the remaining 4k plus miles I have ahead of me. Granted I was in a time crunch so Sin City Indian not having the Michelins wasn’t their fault as much as having to deal with Supply Chain issues thanks to current state of economy etc and my inability to wait who knows how long for some to come in. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, fun to talk with and more than accommodating to this weary traveler as I’d been on the road already 3 1/2 weeks. Their focus on taking in a long distance rider from Florida and servicing his bike says volumes to their commitment to us riders. Major kudos to the service department and management. The manager of the site is an army vet so, of course, we got along great. I bought this beautiful 2017 Chieftain Darkhorse on Tuesday, and my first ride was 1900 miles home to Indianapolis which took 2.5 days. It means a lot to me that the bike was owned by a member of the Air Force. Thank you for your service. Your bike will see another great 50k miles. I was in awe of the fighter jets I saw flying over Las Vegas as I rode east out of town on the Chieftain. Thank God for the US Air Force. You have protected my Marine and Army friends. Although the Chieftain maxed out at 110 mph, It felt and sounded awesome. The previous owner added some awesome upgrades, especially the LED lights with extra cornering illumination. I hope you love your new Challenger! The guys (and Leona) at Sin City were awesome. They added Trask bars, rear crash guards, and highway pegs. They helped set up my phone Bluetooth. They added a chrome luggage rack at the last minute and shipped the passenger seat to me in Indiana. It could not have been a nicer experience. They also gave me a fair price on what was best Chieftain advertised on CycleTrader. I love the bike. Great dealership. This bike looks great with my 2014 Chief Vintage and Ducati Multistrada. First off, the show room and location are absolutely gorgeous and immediately make you feel like you need to be a part of whatever awesomeness they are providing. Sales staff, I dealt with Ryan, had a low pressure but not a we're too cool for school attitude unlike another brand that was two years behind for the motorcycle party and not arriving until 1903. Everyone was super knowledgeable and passionate about the entire motorcycle experience maybe even to a point of regret. I say this as I can be a bit of a talker when surrounded by other motorcycle enthusiasts and I'm sure I talked their ears off with my stories, antidotes and constant babbling about how happy I am to make this purchase. The brass tax and not as much fun business portion of the experience was handled by Jason who made the process enjoyable and painless to my surprise. Then again he may have just been trying to get me out the door and a break from my ramblings. Jason asked me what I wanted to pay, and gave me some options and to my surprise came back with exactly what I was hoping for. I can only assume Jason owns the bank or related to someone who does as he made this portion take less time then actually driving to Sin City Indian. Kidding aside, my overall experience was nothing less than amazing, got the exact bike I wanted (Don't get me started on how much I love this motorcycle as I might overload the cyber grid and servers) even though it wasn't the original bike I went there to see (was going used and went from a "I can live with this" bike to a brand new "I can't live without this" bike and like I said the team made it make sense for me financially) So, if you are looking to make a purchase on an Indian, and want a hassle free, fun, and enjoyable experience, then look no further, Sin City Indian will be your home dealer as it is mine from now on.

David Solis is a very good Sales Specialists. His service and recommendations were great from the beginning. My first visit in October of 2022 wasn't as good as I expected due to I wasn't legally licensed so I was unable to test ride and the bike I liked had a typo on the mileage, so that time didn't work for me. However, I followed David's advise and came back fully licensed and with two bikes to test ride this time in December of 2022. I fell in love with the Indian Vintage 2021. Jason Walbaum the Sales Floor Manager was very helpful and gave me a great deal based on my needs and financials. I feel so satisfied with this purchase in general. I think it was meant to be. From the beginning, Tom and Erik proved themselves to be great sales staff, as they answered any questions we had knowledgeably and truthfully. We loved the no pressure environment that the dealership provided. The general manager, Steve, really drove our experience home during our talks while explaining the numbers we were seeing. 2nd Update to Review: Changed back up to 4 stars After much time I finally took the bike in with me and asked them to buy it back. I couldn't keep accumulating the expenses. Jim the GM at the store was very responsive and understanding of the situation. This was not his doing or his management and he did what was in his power to rectify it. I really appreciate him working with me on this and coming to a fair agreement. I am grateful to him and what he did for me. He could have fought me and not cared about the situation, but he did and I appreciate it. Thanks Jim - I hope good things for you and the store from here on out. Thanks for stepping up and taking the responsibility to mend what was done before you were there. Updated Review: From 5 stars to 2 They never completed my title paperwork to the dmv to send to the bank. I found out almost a year later when I had a buyer with cash at my bank. They said they still don't have it and can't finish the sale because they don't know how long it will take (bought 2021 tried selling March 2022). I contacted Sin City and to this day, my bank still doesn't have the title 505 days later. I've been stuck with the bike (moved and can't use it where I'm at or ride it). I've had to keep paying on it and for storage, etc.. The sale was great, but everything afterwards has been a nightmare. I would not recommend buying from these guys. Turnover has been crazy in admin and no one takes responsibility. Great buying experience. Night and day experience vs buying my last bike out in South Carolina. The team was very attentive and willing to work with me on the purchase a used bike that had just come in. I was able to do the initial discussion online and put down a deposit to hold the bike and then a few days later was able to finish up and sign the paperwork without any hassle. The whole team was rock solid and super friendly.

In early May 2022, I rode my Indian Challenger to Las Vegas from Canada. On the trip down one of my plastic fork shields got broken. My son took me to the Sin City Indian Motorcycle dealership. We got there when they were getting ready to close for the day but the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. My part was not in stock and needed to be ordered in. I purchased 2 sets and the order was placed first thing the next day. I bought some other items, as did my friend who rode his Challenger from Canada. When I got the package, not only was the tee shirt in the correct size, but shexabdxher crew sent another tee, 2 can cozies, 2 pair of sunglasses, a leather key fob, and a kickstand platform. I met Jason in March to test ride a Challenger and he was super informative, honest and helpful. Though we didn’t close a deal, I was able to assume someone else’s financing on a Challenger out of state a few months later. I recently ran over my key-fob during a road trip, called and Drew said come on by! He had me setup in no time!! He plugged his laptop in and had it programmed so fast! I’ve also called for parts here and there and he is always very helpful! Having worked at a dealership, I know it takes a certain type of personality to work parts and Drew definitely has it! I rented one previously, so I knew what to expect. What I didn't expect was the top-notch service and professionalism that was provided by every member of the Sin City team! From the onset, each member took the time and displayed the uptmost courtesy to explain in detail every aspect of the motorcycle and the transaction. My only regret is that I can't give them 6 STARS. I'll be sending everyone I know that is in the market for a new motorcycle to Sin City. Once again, thanks all.

I was on a 2 week trip and I got a shake in the front end of my bike, called in and was told they would look at it. When I got there I was introduced to Jimmy and he got the bike in and had me back on the road in no time. I would definitely recommend Sin City Indian as a must stop if you are in Vegas!

I DO NOT write reviews! I went there last week for a test ride on a Indian Chief. The salesmen Jason was awesome! By far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership hands down! No pressure, super helpful and answered every question I had. Between Drew and Ashley at the parts service counter and the sales manager Erik, I had no doubt I was buying a motorcycle from the right place. They make you feel like family! It doesn’t matter what you ride in on, if your new to riding or just looking, they will treat you right. Customer service is not dead. You will leave there thinking you can’t wait to come back! I'm Indian dreaming y'all... specifically Indian Darkhorse dreaming, scheming, and saving my extra dimes and nickles. And while I'm saving up, I occasionally visit the showroom here to see these exceptionally beautiful bikes on display. Today a dude named Jason with a killer Red beard was there to answer all my questions about power displacement, accessories, etc. even though I explained I wasn't quite ready to buy. I know I don't have to explain that that kind of service is not the rule; that it's more indicative of the exceptional. I highly recommend visiting this place before you buy anything and while there, find Jason/Red for some honest answers about these bikes or about bikes in general. If your choice comes down to service, professionalism, and knowledge, he'll be your guy, Sin City will be your place, and Indian will be your bike!

I’ve purchased countless cars, trucks and motorcycles for over 20 years in Las Vegas. I purchased a motorcycle today at SinCity Indian. This was the best, easiest and most enjoyable deal I have ever made. The dealership is awesome, it has a great, welcoming hometown feel to it. The whole staff was amazing. Sven, my salesman was amazing, very knowledgeable and personable. Steve put my deal together and bent over backwards to make sure the deal was right. I can’t say enough great things about them and the whole crew. If your shopping for a new bike, go see them, you’ll leave happy! This was the best experience ever!
