The whole experience was easy and everyone explained everything to me. We went to pick it up and Thomas and Brandon were so detailed making sure every nook and corner was clean ((even when I told them they didn’t need to clean it)) Thanks for making the process seem less. Customer service has been amazing at RideNow. We’ve purchased several RZRs and have always had a great experience from the purchase, to service and purchasing of parts. We always feel like family the minute we walk in. Our last experience was the purchase of a 2022 RZR 200efi for our grandchildren. Had to put a deposit down to pre-order. Jesus Vazquez was my sales guy and would reach out to me weekly to update me on status. Finally the day it arrived we got the call and they had it together and ready for delivery right as we had scheduled. Love Jesus and the entire team that we will always recommend RideNow on Rancho. Awesome customer service from start to finish I drove over 400 miles to come to the to get my machine they had it in stock when nobody else could get one I wanted.. do your home work and you'll realize the added cost come with any other dealer and they throw in some other swag they didn't mention before buying the machine that was sweet I was treated with respect and great service from start to finish and others have said they won't honor the military discount from polaris but yes they do was was great full about it ...bottom line is go see these guys for yourself you won't be disappointed! Guys great job you have a customer for life with me.

This is now the second bike I've purchased at Ridenow's Rancho location. They've got a huge selection, and even though the bike I wanted wasn't on the floor at the time, the team here hooked me up with the one I wanted as soon as a shipment of them arrived. Was lucky enough to get my hands on a new Yamaha R1 and I'm in love with it. I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years and with that has come both good and bad purchase experiences. Both bikes I've bought at Ridenow have been awesome experiences. Jovani and Casey got me through the entire purchase and pickup process as smoothly as possible, and kept me updated the entire time while I was waiting for it to be delivered. I've already recommended this place to multiple friends and will continue to do so.

I had been shopping for my first bike for a couple months after completing my motorcycle safety course and getting my endorsement. Went to a different dealership and while they were informative and steered me in the right direction, they never followed up with me despite taking down my contact info. This dealership, on the other hand, had the 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 400 ABS KRT Edition I wanted, contacted me to schedule an appointment, and gave me a fair price the very next day. Painless process, great staff, and delivered the bike a few days later, which was also a smooth process. Will definitely return when I’m in the market for my next bike.

Bought my first bike through these guys! It was a great experience, the moment I walked in the door Austin greeted me and was super friendly and eased a little bit of nerves. I ended up buying a brand new 2023 ninja 400 after a few days going back and forth. These guys were super respectful and let me take my time. Since I bought a brand new bike in a crate there were several additional fees so your mileage may vary. All the additional fees added another approximately $2,400 on a $6k bike... with a "mandatory" $600 battery warranty. I did bring my concerns up with Dakotah and he did drop the base price of the bike to accomodate one of the charges which was amazing. I just wish I could have gone without the battery warranty when the batteries are 40-50 bucks.... Again your mileage may vary and might not have a freight fee and a build fee. However I do love my bike! It's such a blast to ride and overall extremely happy with these guys and my purchase.

Sales Team was great. If they didn’t know the answer to the question, they found out. Mikey was personable and friendly, and made sure I got what I needed when I needed it. Dakotah ran the numbers back and forth to the sales manager (you know the routine), and was straight up and no BS (except for that battery program - hahahaha!). Overall a great experience, and I’m happy with their staff, and with my purchase. Dakotah gave me some sales advice for some items I was looking to sell - sound advice that proved that he knows what he’s talking about. Now we’ll see if they stand by what they sell - which to me, is just as important as the purchasing experience. No doubt they’ll deliver. Thanks guys.

I bought a 22 yz450f from ride now. This place is the one stop for all your riding needs. Good sized parts department, riding gear, motorcycles, quads, dirt bikes, and SXSs. Mikey was my salesman and he did a great job, the process was quick. I knew what I wanted and he never tried to talk me into anything else. Once the paperwork was done he walked me through everything on the bike and helped me load it. He also introduced me to the service and parts dept guys. If you live in the vegas area this is the place to go. Everyone that works here is a rider too.

I bought my first bike (Honda cbr500r) from Ridenow on rancho and literally learned how to ride in their parking lot. They have a great selection of bikes but please be aware of their warranties and added fees! I paid over $1500 extra in warranties because I admittedly was very eager to buy my first bike and they could tell. I don’t write reviews like this but I truly feel like I was finessed. Got my bike though and a warranty I hopefully won’t even have to use. Hey at least they weren’t rude they were very happy to take my money lol

On vacation we decided to go look at the selection of Polaris Slingshots at Ridenow. Jovanni greeted us and was very knowledgeable regarding their selection. We decided to purchase one and he introduced us to the store manager Casey. While the paperwork was getting finalized we went to look at helmets and accessories and Oscar was very helpful and knowledgeable. Since we were on vacation and from California Casey gave us resources for auto transport and offered to keep the Polaris until the auto transporter picked it up to transport to California no charge. The level of customer service is top notch! Five stars all the way! Highly recommend and thank you for a GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Well……. Where do I start! Maybe at the begging. I was at another dealership across town looking to purchase a Maverick X3 Can Am they did not have anything in stock and I was told maybe by January. My family member out of state jumped on the case right away and found Ride Now online spoke to Victoria and the rest is history! We were told they had a couple of the models I wanted in stock and I could choose! When I arrived I was greeted by Jesus who took me to Victoria and the rest is history! We looked at the two models and I choose one. Started paperwork and the process, low and behold I spotted a new razor side by side that I fell in love with immediately and the rest is history! Adam stayed a whole hour after closing while i was doing paperwork and then helped me pick out a great helmet. The bike I got is running great, the only complaints I have are the rear brake rotor needs replaced and the seat looks like someone tried to install aftermarket heated seating and the threads are all wearing out ( none of which was told to me or was described/pictured on their website ) Definitely go see Adam if you need accessories, five stars for that guy.

This is review is a mixed bag at best. Researched what i wanted and found it (Polaris Sportsman 570) online in RideNow's inventory. Checked contact me by email and then instead I received 4 phone calls telling me I needed to call to get the info I requested. Went down 11/25 and sat down with Sean Casey told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and was able to come to terms relatively easy. Paperwork process went smooth but still took an hour. Michael Burton was going to charge the battery, put in a little gas and do an overall check before my walkthrough on Monday 11/28. Walked in and was met by Sean who told me that he had me on his call list that day as he was just notified that the Sportsman 570 I had purchased was part of a recall that he had just been told about and that I couldn't take it until the recall was corrected. Not a lot I could do so did my walk through and was told they would call me as soon as it was fixed. Went home and checked the recall. Polaris issued the STOP RIDE/ STOP SALE on 11/7/22. Funny no one knew of the recall put out 2 1/2 weeks before they sold it to me. I would think that a Polaris Dealer would be immediately aware of any Polaris recalls. Could have been a better experience but I've been through worse. I wish I had some hours in riding so I could comment on the quad, but I still don't have it. Waiting on an answer on how to correct a wiring harness placement issue.

I’ve never had a bad experience dealing with anyone in the sales team or parts/service department. Had the pleasure of interacting mostly with Mikey and there is nothing bad to say. He’s very knowledgeable in the SxS world and gave me some great input in helping me make a decision on the right rig to buy. He was laid back and never pressed me to do anything I didn’t want to. Ask for Mikey if you want a great buying experience for sure. On a side note, Dave and Dakotah of the sales management were straight forward and willing to make a good deal even better. If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with any of those guys!

My experience was awesome. When I arrived I went to the service side a gentleman there told me to go to the sales side, so I proceeded I walked around, looking at the ATVs for kids. No one approached me, but the gentleman that I initially saw at the service side came and asked me, if I had been helped yet, I said no and he found someone to help me. They explained all the difference between one and another. They even got someone else that spoke Spanish to help us to explain everything in detail to make sure. We didn’t have any questions they introduced us to Ryan, and the young lady that can help us with service. Arturo was awesome at explaining all the detail, and another gentleman that showed us between one another they even went all the way to the back to make sure they had the color I needed and they’re going to start building it on the 17th so I can have it ready for Christmas I will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends

Sal has always taken care of bike service since I purchased it from them. Appointment for services are easy to set, I'm always keeps up to date. I like the text message giving me a heads up to call Ride Now for a status update. Sal always takes the time to explain what will be done and then goes through the final work done when I pick it up. I appreciate the techs that do the work and Sal for making service easy to have done. After a few issues if being able to get the right fuel sensor and wiring harness, I'm back on the road. Sal helped conspire with my wife for a windshield as well. So much better ride now. Well planned, a "recall" so to say to get the shield installed. Nice. Thanks as always Sal.

Both Ricardo and Sal are top notch with customer service in my book and they have a good sense of humor. Oh, hit up Stan in parts if you need anything, too. He’ll pull out the old school book to look up parts if need be. Great customer service all around here, military friendly, and I would highly recommend! They get busy during certain times during the year/day so be patient and courteous and I can guarantee you they will reciprocate.

My buying experience Jesus, Sal, & Arthur went extremely well. Never felt pressured, just anxious...lol. I've called back a few times already with "operator error" questions (duhh) and they have been patient and helpful. Arthur called the day after I purchased the Spyder F3T to see how I was doing with it. Truly a different type of ride than my Indian Chieftain. Already signed up for the 3 -wheel riding course next week. My trade-in, '07 Kawasaki Vulcan 900C was a return to where I actually bought it from on Father's Day (to myself) 2007. Saying that to say, the customer service was great then as it is today. Thanks guys! The PlayMaker Just an Update...After leaving RideNow I noticed the handling was a bit jerky and somewhat unstable. The following day I rode home to Laughlin and no change. So I kept the speed at 65 mph. To make a long story short...the PSI in each front tire was 17.5 and the rear tire is 30. The minimum inflation for those tires reads 15 PSI. I've since increased the PSI in each front tire to 28 and the handling is much, much better. IJS

Initially I was very unhappy with the deal and how I was treated with the purchase and with the first service yet since that time I had another service appointment and was introduced to something they had never told me about during the purchasing process that has changed my opinion in a very big way and this is solely because of Sal, Eddie and Vito. The one issue I had during this last service was I wanted and was told that I would get the old belt they had replaced and when I took delivery of my SXS it was not returned with the UTV as stated and that holds me back from giving 4 stars as 1. Without opening and inspecting that a new belt was actually installed there is reason to doubt it had been done as stated 2. It was asked for because I wanted to see what the wear looked like as a learning tool. 3 I will have to reconsider in the future whether to have work preformed while in for the service or do it myself. As stated earlier Sal, Eddie and Vito have changed a negative opinion into a positive one regarding this Ride Now location at Rancho in LV. Thank you

Nice people, bought parts here and was satisfied. However, if looking for a new Polaris UTV, they charge far too much for "freight and assembly". I saved $3500 even after paying to have my RZR transported by buying from a dealer in northern California. Don't pay frivolous fees, just like you should never pay added dealer markup on a car or truck! The store management needs to reconsider these practices. They lost a $32,000 sale with me, and now I'm looking for another RZR which would have been another $34,000 sale for them. Response to owner: I didn't have to travel anywhere. I bought my Fosgate Pro XP Ulitmate from my home office chair and got 60,000 points on my AMEX card doing it. It showed up on a truck a couple days later. All in all, better than driving to Vegas and then paying NV tax like you require.... I didn't have to pay California taxes, I just paid here in AZ when I registered it for street/OHV use. Cheers.

This place is beyond busy, I purchased a Can Am X3 XRC over the phone because no one in the Bay Area, Ca had one. The price out the door (tax, reg) was amazing. The deals and inventory on the showroom had me close to buying another one. Have patience with them when calling, the poor phone receptionist is also the cashier. The staff was helpful and we bought a lot of extras to get the “Free” Go-Pro Knock off camera. They did have us wait for 2 hours while they checked over and fueled up the unit. Unfortunately they forgot to add any fuel so it’s a good thing I didn’t want a Test ride. If you want to save some money and see every available Can Am & Polaris in person this is the place. The RideNow’s in Arizona are bigger than some car dealerships.

I had an appointment for service and it was disappointing when I arrived on time for my appointment that I would have to wait 2 to 3 hours because I was told that my appointment was to bring my bike in, not an appointment for the actual service and the technicians have a separate schedule and there were 2 bikes ahead of mine. Although this didn't make any sense as why would I need an appointment to just drop off the bike, rather than the time of my service, I had no choice but to wait because I had not arranged for a ride to/from in advance and just planned to wait for the quick service to be completed. Veto was very helpful and gave me updates while I waited, which was appreciated. The waiting area really isn't suited to be there waiting long...the coffee was empty and never refilled and there was only one table with hard, uncomfortable chairs. Next time I will definitely make arrangements to get picked up so I don't have to wait for my service as this was in inconvenience I hadn't planned for.

We had a better experience with this purchase then we have had using your location in the past that had lead us to not return.. You had the only crf 450rx in town so we decided to give you another try. It was a good experience.... We were walk in's so the process took quite sometime...we had missing information on our part to be fair. I know it's hard to have unlimited knowledge on EVERY bike in your shop but I feel like the walk through and over all knowledge of the particular bike I bought from most of the people I spoke with was Very limited or just the basic it has 2 wheels information.. Like why didn't anyone tell me the bars actually have some 4 different positions from the factory that I can move my bar mounts to so that I can gain the extra 26mm that I was looking for... Luckily I only spent money on an extra set of bars because the parts department was trying to sell me on a taller set of clamps which are TOTALLY unnecessary when there is factory options of raising and lowering the bars through factory settings.... Overall the experience was an improvement from our last visit.

I came in to look at a Honda Ctx700. The bike was lightly used, very nice, good mileage and condition at a fair price. Yes it's alot different than a two wheeled motorcycle but I loved the way it sat low to the ground and the familiar moped-like throttle system. Simple technology but potentially alot of fun. We started with one salesmen but I imagine because we switched brands or new versus used, Jason Walbaum ultimately ended up helping us with our finance app and all the questions we had. No pressure from him and he was very nice and knowledgeable. We found out later it was Jason's first sale but we wouldn't have known it because he was very knowledgeable and he seemed experienced in sales. Turns out he used to work in service..makes sense...but I think he is a great fit in sales because of his friendly customer service and no pressure attitude. It makes you more comfortable making a big purchase especially absent the ability to test drive... we could just focus on finding the right fit for me rather than feel cornered into one or another. .the Ryker was almost double what I intended on spending but because they allowed me to browse at my own pace, I was able to find the right vehicle for me and it worked out on both ends. Jason was the only reason we stayed here and decided to purchase there instead of heading over to the Can am dealership. Thanks Jason and good luck in your future in sales! However, my experience with everyone at RideNow Powersports on Rancho in Las Vegas was nothing short of AWESOME! I live in Oregon and they had a new Honda Goldwing that I could not find anywhere else. And above all, it was at a price that beat all other dealerships around the country. It had everything that I wanted. My sales professional was Clyde Harris. He made the process very easy and was great to work with. They held it for me and when I flew out it was all ready to go. I looked it over, paid for it and asked Dakotah Hickey if they could store it until my shipper could come out to pick it up. Dakotah did not even hesitate before saying, "Of course". Well, my shipper ran into bad weather and was delayed a couple of days. He was coming from LA and it was clear he was going to be late. Since this was a Saturday and the dealership was closed Sunday and Monday, my shipper would have to delay the pickup for several weeks. This would have cost my shipper money, it would have cost me money as I had other things lined up that I had already paid for, and it would have delayed me getting my already purchased motorcycle. I contacted Dakotah and he was willing to wait until my shipper arrived late Saturday from LA to pick it up. What a great experience to work with such dedicated professionals. Having a chain snap or a tire blow on the highway is going to be a real bad day. I didn't realize how bad my bike sounded until I got it back from the shop. Unfortunately we purchased elsewhere but would definitely buy from here without the bloats. dealer set up was 488, document prep was 600, battery warranty was 500, title reg fee was 29.25 on a 5300$ bike. Can't fight sales tax but the total cost of the bike would have been just shy of 8k.

Purchased some tires for our bike. The service is somewhat below standards. Ordered the tires at one counter, then walked over to the service desk only to be told to wait for a Specific service advisor (who was helping another customer at the time). There was 3 other service advisors at the service counter readily available! We have No idea why we had to wait for this specific person. He ended up not helping us anyway because we waited there so long. Thank goodness my child (who is 1 yrs old) was well behaved enough to wait around the entire time! This gentleman was still helping his previous customer so he asked his coworker to help us anyway! I don’t understand what the issue was in first place?! However, Sal took over and was friendly and took care of us. We left our rims around 9:45am and asked for an estimated time frame for pick up. They said shouldn’t take more than a couple hours. I brought in the loose tires/rims Only, there was no need to disassemble a bike. I didn’t receive a call until After I called around 3pm to ask when I was able to pick up my tires. Got a return phone call and said my tires would be ready at 5pm. Got back to the shop around 4:30pm. Tires were still not ready at 5pm, I waited until almost 5:45-6pm to get my tires/rims. This place closes at 6. I repeat, they did Not have to disassemble my bike, I brought in Only the rims/loose tires for them to add the tires. I do not understand why this took All day. Perhaps they were backed up in service, but it doesn’t take all day for 2 tires. Sal apologized for taking so long, but as a consumer I may think twice about doing business here in the future. -Mrs. Haag

I just want to share what a great experience I had! I needed to fix my tire for my Polaris but wasn’t sure if it could be repaired. Sal from the parts department walked it to the service department and had a technician check to see if it was salvageable or not. He a the technician come out to show me that the tire had two slices on it. He took the tire to verify what was the specific part number and placed the order. He called when the new tire came in and said bring your rim in and we will finish up and mount it for you. Thanks Sal!

So I came in wanting to buy one of the Yamaha T7's they had recently gotten in stock, a salesmen Ethan was the first person to help me. Ethan was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and not at all the pushy salesman stereotype. Unfortunately Ride Now couldn't fiance me for the bike I wanted but Ethan assured me he would keep in contact with me if anything came up on his end or mine. Fast Forward a couple hours and I came back with financing from another bank and Ethan didn't hesitate to continue helping me. He hooked me up with Art (one of the floor managers). Who was also extremely helpful and nice to me. Even after running into some trouble on my end with my check and some small issues with Ride Nows computers running slow Ethan and Art were always giving me timely updates on the process and helped me work out all the kinks in purchasing the bike I wanted. The deal was done on Wednesday and I had my new bike delivered to me on Friday. I would highly recommend Ride Now to anyone looking for a bike in town, Ethan and Art were extremely patient and helpful through the whole process and I will definitely be going back for parts and services.

It's a busy shop so it could have just been a bad day for them so I left and came back a few hours later and tracked someone down. But, it was a good experience overall.

I don't write many reviews but I felt like this was well deserved in many ways. I have been to other motorcycle stores in the valley but Ride Now Powersports on Rancho has been a wonderful experience. They have a wonderful selection of motorcycles and other off road toys you can imagine. I was most impress with a young man by the name of Jonathan Ryan in the Parts Department. He is polite and knowledgeable about the parts and accessories for many of the vehicles but very passionate about the riding gear. He expressed his concerns about rider safety and the gear you choose, whether it be off road or street. He taught me things about the helmets I did not know and then more about how important it is to having the proper riding gear. He exhibits patience and understanding when it comes to someone like myself who can be indecisive at times. He told me he is leaving for the Service Department but I can tell that this young man will do well wherever he goes to and I wish him the best. I will definitely be recommending Jonathan Ryan to the people I know and I will be back again. Thank you again Jonathan for a wonderful experience. The customer service has been wonderful here and I look forward to shopping here again in the near future.

Went there to get my Suzuki Boulevard's forks rebuilt. They over quoted which is nice. Rather think you're paying a lot at first and be surprised it's actually $100 cheaper. Customer service was decent. And at first glance the maintenance seems to be done well, but only time will tell. They will obviously try to upsale you on addition maintenance that may be coming due on your bike but don't press the subject when you say you'll pass.

Art made me feel as though I was getting a very well put together new bike for an unexpirenced rider being as this is my 1st bike. I recently needed my 1st service and had to take the bike back to Ridenow rancho of course since I bought the bike here and every time I come the service is spectacular. I called earlier in the week and asked for an appointment and they said that I did not need one because of the service I was getting. So, I went to Ridenow rancho as instructed at 8:30 am on a Saturday so the bike would be cooled off by 9:00am. I walked into the service center area and was greeted by the service advisor Frank. He informed me that I should have had an apt. However, he said he would try to get the bike back to me that day. Frank is definitely a man of his word and I greatly appreciate him for getting the bike back to me the same day. Now that is what I call customer service. I definitely recommend anyone who has a bike or is thinking about getting a bike to come down to Ridenow Rancho and ask for Art. If your bike needs to be serviced, please ask for Frank as both of these representatives know how to take care of their customers. I will never buy a bike from anywhere else. Been going to Ridenow on Rancho since 2014 to service my Honda so when it came time for the initial service on my new Yamaha there was no question where to go. Sal was outstanding from ensuring the parts were in stock to promptly scheduling the service. Meeting Sal was great as we went over the bike, what needed to be done and discussed the timeline to get the work accomplished. What a surprise to get a call the next day saying the service was completed as I was expecting several days or longer. Bike runs great and thanks to Sal it will be a road trip to Utah in the next couple of weeks.

I recently made a purchase from ride now on Rancho. I signed papers on 07/25/20 and expected to be able to take my bike home after signing because it was on the sales floor and for sale. After I signed papers I was told the bike needed new tires and that they would be delivered Wednesday, 07/29/20. Wednesday came and no tires. Then I was told that my bike would be delivered Thursday at 4pm. Bike did not arrive until 6:30pm. It was a lot of inconvenience and something that could have been avoided if the bike was not put for sale until it was ready to go. Ride Now did however do what they could to accommodate for the inconvenience. When I was able to speak with the manager and voice my concerns he listened and tried to make it right. The salesman, Dakotah, who sold me the bike also helped out. Although the initial process of purchasing and receiving my first motorcycle had its issues, Ride Now did make it right. They wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and make up for the issues.

Ok it all started with Kaylin their website site person. She gave all the needed info I asked for. Very helpful. Then I went to the dealer on rancho where I met Ethan He was very helpful in detailing all the questions and information I requested. A great help. I went back to this dealer a week later. Ethan was working with a customer. I met kaylin again and she helped secure David Lopez for me as I was interested in talking about a bike I wanted. He was able to give me all the information I needed and that helped me to decide to move forward with my purchase. Of course David is the sales person and it was now time to meet , what I call the money people. David did an excellent job in helping me decide to move forward. Now comes Dakota , the money guy, we talked about what I wanted. He never smiled at first, you know the money guys. It didn’t take long for him to change I had him laughing. Now I’m in position to talk turkey about the purchase. Dakota worked some magic as we compromised a bit and we both came out with a deal we both could live with. Needless to say I picked up my Goldwing today. All in all they had a team of people helping me put together my purchase of my new Goldwing. Everyone worked hard to help me out. Oh even the business manager got involved , don’t remember his first name. He came out to help put the finishing touches on the deal. What was even more amazing I got to meet Brian the Goldwing technician that will be working on my bike when I bring it in for service. He came out to the showroom and walked me through all the components of this new superior electronic motorcycle. Boy it has a lot of new stuff on it. I told Brian this is my 5th Goldwing and it has changed completely since my first one I owned.

Had to bring my motorcycle in for recall service. The first time I tried there was some miscommunication between members in the service department. But after that Sal in the service department went above and beyond to get me taken care of. The work was completed faster than quoted. If you need any help in the service department I highly suggest you ask for Sal he will do his best to get it done for you.

Stan helped me and went over all the ins and outs of different helmets and helped me pick not only the correct size but one I felt most comfortable with. He explained how the gloves should fit you and even helped me find the perfect ones for me!
