Walked in and ended up buying a Eltra Glide. They were professional and quick installing the additional accessories and able to take home that night. The riding course was awesome, been riding for 40 years and still learn something new and of course was able to get the motorcycle endorsement on drivers license. Every person I met in store as been great and glad I do not live in Vegas would be spending too much money there!

Red Rock Harley Davidson will take care of you. A very pleasant purchase experience, I wish that the Jeep dealership treated me that well…anyhow RRHD has good pricing (is Harley you guys!) and helpful knowledgeable staff. Steve, our salesman was very kind and showed my husband many things about his new bike, and the rest of the crew made us feel like family. My husband wanted to leave me with a power of attorney and ride into the sunset while the deal was going down, but unlike car dealerships the motorcycle buying experience was lean and fast. Plus free goodies to take with you and a vast inventory to customize your ride, hoodies (for the pesky teen stepdaughter) and even an Evel Knievel area.

Not my first Harley purchase, was tempted to return to Sierra Steel HD in Chico CA but Michelle was nothing but OUTSTANDING!!! Her customer service and attentiveness was second to none. Every part of this buying experience was easy, low pressure and just plain awesome. I wasn't planning on buying a bike, I was just window shopping and looking into info on the advance riders course… maybe when I return to pick up the custom painted hard bag latch they’ll throw in the riders course and a matching helmet for free!

Red Rock HD delivers outstanding customer service. We were visiting for the weekend and came in to buy Vegas HD t-shirts and left with a beautiful, red Heritage Classic for me. Mark D. was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and just, plain nice. The rest of the staff was super as well. We were treated like welcome guests the whole time we were there; Dominic even offered to order pizza for us while we waited for our paperwork to be drawn up. Just a note to say thank you for an amazing rider academy class! It seems like often people will take the time to write the bad but rare they will write about the good. I too am guilty of writing if experience is really bad but also if the experience is really good.
This class has been so beneficial in so many ways and I can tell you that is because of details, hands on and most important the patience and knowledge of the trainers. Lou and Leigh were nothing but exceptional. Not only did they point out things we did individually but they explained how to fix and most importantly did not embarrass you. It’s easy to give up if your embarrassed, right?! Well I was until I said should I stop, and Leigh said Go when you’re ready and keep going.
Thank you for an amazing experience and training skills that I will use to ride safe and feel confident.

"In my opinion, its much easier to write a 5 star review when a person has a good experience with a company and everything goes as planned. However, writing a 5 star review after experiencing a service issue, really shows the integrity of a company in how they address the !problem. What started out as a disappointing experience with Red Rock HD finished with a happy ending and a satisfied customer! I took my Road King in to have it measured for a new clutch cable. Once the size was determined (by Red Rock), the cable was ordered and the following week installed (along with new tires, 5K service and a couple other things). I picked the bike up and rode it home. On my way home I noticed that the new clutch cable was literally bouncing off my windshield. Clearly, the cable was too long, and not by just a little bit. It was very obvious in just looking at the cable that it was not the correct fit, and I'm no technician. I was very frustrated that after spending over $2500 for repairs, my bike would come back this way and somehow pass though service inspection. Although I question how this work could be found acceptable by the technician, what happened next is the reason I am writing this review. Ryan took the bike back in, had the cable remeasured, determined the original measurement was 4 inches too long (which is significant for any cable), ordered a new cable and installed the cable. Furthermore, my scratched windshield (damage from the long cable bouncing off the windshield) was repaired as well. Red Rock made the repair right! Although I may never know or understand how this could have happened, the willingness of Red Rock to correct the problem to ensure I am a happy customer is more important to me than the initial mistake. Mistakes can happen, but what follows is what is important. I want to thank Dustin Ragan, Fabio Verduce and Ryan Krick for taking the time to care about me, their customer, and quickly resolve my service problem and turn what could have been a disaster into a great experience. I was never looking for a perfect dealer, as I personally believe that is an unrealistic expectation. However, I am looking for a dealer who stands behind their work, takes care of their customers and strives to do what's right. Red Rock HD is that company! If you are looking to buy a Harley, please go to Red Rock HD and see Fabio Verduce, and if you need service, please ask for Ryan Krick. You will be well taken care of. Thank you!"

Took the riding academy course last weekend. This place made me feel like I'm part of their family. It was my first time riding a motorcycle, and I was quite nervous going into it. However, the entire staff and coaches at Red Rock are absolutely fantastic. They made me feel very comfortable, and I was able to to get a handle on riding very quickly. I will never forget the skills both Leigh and Lou taught me. I highly recommend taking the course from this place and will be recommending them to anyone that I talk to. It's well worth the money!

Super place, Fantastic show room, you can find what ever your Dream of a Harley here, new or used. Prices are high, but there is tons of overhead. Beautiful Evil Knievel display with Bikes and photos. Service area is immaculate. Reason for the 4 star review is not about them, it's HD and all the accesories that are 100% made in China. Didn't go to a Harley shop to make the Chinese rich. If I want to buy Chinese I would be paying a quarter or less of the prices in there. Harley Davidson needs to make some changes. Enough Said.

I was so screwed from my previous deal upside down and unhappy with my bike, these guys spend 6 hours trying to help me not only did I get the bike I wanted at little difference in payment and they gave full value for my used bike, I had went to Henderson ,Las Vegas blvd dealer nobody even came close to give decent value for my bike, so Kris,Alvin and finance folks at red rock you guys made me feel like there is still a little humanity left in this world thank you guys from bottom of my heart for first time since January I actually enjoyed riding my Harley. Also folks none of the dealers here in Vegas screwed me, I just tried trading my bike and none gave me the time or day except red rock. But never buy a bike from high desert Harley in meridian Idaho.

I got my 21 Street Glide 107 cammed and dyno tuned at Red Rock. I wasn't sure what cam to get but Rudy Salas really helped me out. He steered me to the right setup and now the bike runs awesome. Dyno tuning was done by Hiro Koiso who in my opinion is the best Harley tuner on the West Coast. Great experience all around. Highly recommend these guys!

I can't say I was expecting white glove service when walking into a Harley dealer but that is exactly what I recieved. This was my first motorcycle purchase so I knew next to nothing. There are some perks, some bells and whistles, some traditions that go along with purchasing a motorcycle here. I won't elaborate to keep it fresh for the next buyer, but it was a fun experience. Toured the entire facility from showroom to service department. I have to tell you in the end, it felt like I was purchasing an exotic car not only due to all the beautiful eye candy, but feeling like you joined an exclusive family. If you are looking for a Harley or really even just in the area, stop by. There are classic race bikes in the back, a tribute to Evil Kenieval in the front, clothes, gear, parts, and yes motorcycles. Top notch operation. Yes, the prices are at a premium, but the service, support, and attention is worth it in spades. It's nice to see customer service is alive and well.

The dealer is certainly not the cheapest option for tires, but I'm willing pay a little more knowing the work was done correctly - belt tension is right, pipes are reinstalled correctly, and wheel balance is perfect.

I was on a ride and stopped in at Red Rock HD to ask my Service Advisor a question. Since he was at lunch, I took the opportunity to look at some 2021 bikes in the Showroom. I was approached by Chris Foskaris and we began a friendly conversation. Chris was Amazing. He showed me some new bikes and answered all of my questions from adding a suspension, tires, exhaust system, etc. Chris even said he would find me the exact color and bike I was interested in since it was not on the show room floor and he actually found that bike before I left the store. Signed up for the Riding Academy online and although they were booked through October, Ashley squeezed me in for a last-minute cancelation. Coach Jerry and Coach Leigh are TOP NOTCH, they really set all 9 students up to be great riders (and I'm a first-time rider). I can't imagine going anywhere else to be a certified motorcycle rider, everyone on the team including Steve was truly the BEST. I stopped into Red Rock Harley Davidson for two reasons. One was to check the place out and the second was because my bike is idling high and I wanted to get it checked out.
I pulled into service and I met Mike. This was about noon on Christmas Eve. I told him about the idle issue and then he did a walk around of my bike and noticed that the back tire was pretty worn out which it was so I told him to replace that if he had the time.
This was pretty cool I was totally out on the road and had an issue and they got me right into the dealership. If I did that at home I would have had to wait a few days for them to even look at it.
I ended up hanging out at the dealership from 12pm to 3pm. I thoroughly looked at all the stuff they had for sale which is fun and is always a time killer and then I went and grabbed some lunch and checked out the pawn shop in the same parking lot.
At about 1:30 I got a call from Bernie at the dealership and he told me that the rear brake pads were also running pretty low. I told him to go ahead and fix those while the back tire was off.
At about 2:30 my bike was done and they couldn't duplicate the problem that I was having with the idle but I did prevent a future problem with the rear pads and rear tire. I was blown away by the quick turnaround and I am glad I got that stuff handled. Now all I need is an oil change in about 1000 miles and I will be ready for another big long ride:)
I want to thank Bernie and Mike for the awesome customer service. This could have easily been an unpleasant experience and they made sure that I got back to California safely for Christmas Eve.

I had no intentions of purchasing, I was in the dealer so my husband could purchase a part. I saw a used bike and thought no further and continued to leave. Gregg greeted us and when we declined politely sent us on our way. We made it about 7 miles down the road before I decided I should take a further look and went back to find Gregg. This was the first time I had to have my bike in service. With other bikes it was always an unnerving and unpleasant experience. Bernie made it stress free,handled everything, and kept me updated. My technician is obviously a pro as you can't even tell that he removed my cylinder. It looks even better than when I dropped it off. If you have to take your bike in this is the only place I would recommend. To update, went to look at a new bike Gregg was very helpful in my selection process and is very knowledgeable about the product.

Most of the time parts are in stock, but when I have needed something that wasn't available that day, Josh has always ordered whatever I needed with no trouble, and then made sure he called me when it arrived. After an initial confusion I had about the pricing details, Mike the General Manager sat down and went over line by line with me on the sale. He also gave me a very good trade in on my old bike and also bundled some accessories I wanted at a discount. My salesman Dan was very helpful in going over all the features of the bike and how everything worked especially the new Reflex Defensive Rider Systems, ABS, and the Security System, which were not on my old bike. He also helped me pair my phone with the Bluetooth. Heather was great on getting all the paperwork done and the bike paid for thru my credit union. She also gave me the information I needed to get faxed to her from my insurance company so I had a Nevada insurance card when I rode away. Vehicle purchases can be stressful, but Red Rock Harley Davidson made it pretty well painless. I had talked with four other dealers casually over the last five years about a new bike. The Milwaukee Eight and Red Rock Harley ended up being the deal I couldn't pass up.

It is always refreshing to see how clean the service area is. The mechanic, whose name I don't know, also made a great catch and finding a cracked brake cylinder, again I am riding safer due to the excellent people at Red Rock Harley-Davidson. Lastly, it was also a pleasure working with Ian on the pick-up of my bike. I was using a couple of gift cards in the payment process and they wouldn't scan properly. He did all the leg work to manually get the balances and apply them. So often these days issues like this are dumped back on the customer. Not with Ian, who by the way, is extremely polite as well.

The parts guys move like molasses, but it has been getting a little better with the new parts manager.
Service is overpriced as would be expected, but the folks that work over there are pretty cool, not their fault the motor company price gouges their loyal following(I do my own work so outside of warranty covered parts/labor I would never use them to actually tune or work on my bike).
Sales was good, but they call way too much after the sale, really annoying.
I only buy bike stuff, can't speak to retail, as I cannot fathom buying an HD hoodie for $100 when the damn tag says made in china or pakistan.

I called on a Saturday and got a same day appointment for the bike's 1K service (I ended up waiting all day, but I'm guessing that's how their service queue works). While there, they discovered that although stage 1 parts (A/C and slip SE muffler) had been put on (by another dealer), the required ECM calibration wasn't performed/installed (according to H-D's own guidance re: the A/C: You must recalibrate the ECM when installing this kit. Failure to properly recalibrate the ECM can result in severe engine damage. (00399b)). Needless to say, my first service was a bit more expensive than planned--but worth it and necessary to comply w/H-D's warranty--an issue to be settled with the dealer who initially set up the bike for sale. In any event, the Red Rock crew was professional and courteous. The shop itself is amazing, nevermind the rest of the dealership, which has a huge selection of bikes, parts, and gear. I will return to Red Rock when I need to in the future. Note, this review is short one star only because 5 requires something possible but omitted. In this case, a bike wash would have done.

Service was great. Only wish the facility had customer lounge while waiting for their bike to be serviced. There was really no where to sit and do anything while waiting the 4hrs for my bike to be done. Common n area was noisy either the music or tv volume and people walking around. This has to be the best dealership in Las Vegas! My Bike's entire front lighting system stopped working and the only way to repair the problem was to completely replace the entire system. It was out of warranty and the factory would not cover it, however Red Rock Harley stepped up and took care of the entire issue! These folks stepped up big time and it's obvious they really care about their customers, something that's pretty much unheard of these days....

Bought a 2018 Sportster 48 and found a number of things wrong with the set-up. First the mirrors weren't installed correctly and had to readjust them myself, Second one of the turn signal canisters was loose and had to tighten it down. Lastly the brake light wires weren't clipped to the under side of the fender and were dragging on the tire. Really shoddy set-up. I wonder what else is wrong and now have doubts about Harley quality control. If you choose to buy one tell Red Rock a sale isn't going to happen unless they go over the thing first.

I came to the dealer for service before a planned long ride . I expected the service recommended and when asked about the tires . I double checked the information with the tire manufacturers on line . It was the right thing to recommend changing both tires on the bike with only 2500 miles and the tires looked still new . But not safe ..... Work seems okay , I will tell you after I return from a 5000 mile round trip to the East Coast and back .

i bought a used 2011 street glide from redrock. after purchasing it i noticed it was running lean and hot as well as it has o2 sensor codes showing. it turned previous owner put cams and and full exaust with out doing putting a fuel manager on and installed the wrong map.
well I have to say Vince the service manager really stepped up.
he installed a Dyna tune full manager and had the bike dyno tuned and RED ROCK HARLEY picked up the entire cost..
now it runs like a competly different bike.

"I dropped my street glide off because it was using a lot of oil. After almost 5 days Vince called me and said they found the issue. I had already been given a price of $800 for possible valve job. Turns out it was breather bolts and was considerably cheaper. Thanks for putting i the work and finding the real issue.
