I don't own a Harley. A friend does and I went in there to buy a few gifts for him. Really nice staff and lots of items. Tremendous amount of Bikes for sale as well. There is currently construction going on in the area around it which sucks a little bit.

Very wide selection of stuff from shirts to furniture they guys are great. Purchased my 2022 Roadglide from LVHD. Came here a long time ago and staff was lousy but new staff now is amazing. Chris in sales is awesome. Sent me pictures and pricing while I was shopping for bikes. Was going to buy an Indian pursuit but they oversold the bike for 2022. That's another post for them later lol. I have an 06 streetglide and just decided to stick with what works, Harley. Chris in sales wasn't pushy at all, very patient and understanding. Held the bike for a small deposit till I could come in. Made the appointment with Chris, bought the bike and extras to be added on. Will post a picture to show their work when I pick it up. If your in the market for a harley, check this place and see CHRIS. He will help you out. He did right by me and will do right by you. Evan is parts is very helpful and knowledged. Knew exactly what I wanted and was able work around it and get it done. 4 stars for now, once I pick up my bike I will finish my review.

I was truly impressed when my new wife said I can ride me a Harley a day after I got married. What a woman! Las Vegas Harley had me at hello. They treated me like VIP from the moment I stepped in there. Sean in the rental department is the man! I rented for a day at a reasonable rate. Unlimited miles and they provide a helmet. Las Vegas LAW! smh.. I rented a street glide and it road very well through the French Mountains. Loved it!

Big, clean, friendly staff... BUT!!!!!!!! checking out we got the wrong items.. spent over 200d ... after the store we went to the airport, to go back home. We put the HD bag in the suitcase. We didn't open the bag, we figured it was our stuff.. the next day once we were back home , we unpacked and noticed it wasn't out stuff. We called HD and lady remember us and apologized she said she was going to call us back to ask the manager how can the fix the mistake ... She said the workes like to put the stuff on the counter and she got confused and bag the stuff. STILL NO CALL FROM HD. It was xmas gifts.. the stuff we got shows Vegas so I can't even exchange it to the local HD here...

The place is great and they do have an amazing selection of bikes, the down side is all the clothing and accessories are overpriced, you can easily find the same items 20% cheaper on the official HD store online. Check prices online before going.

I’m not a Harley guy but I’m always impressed every time I step into one of the dealerships. Harley really does have excellent customer services. All the staff were friendly, laid back, and willing to help. They offered refreshments and have a beautiful show room. I rented a bike here and the process was easy and quick. Only complaint was that the bike I rented was in poor shape and needed repairs. Overall I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of every staff member.

Saw a motorcycle online that I liked and then went in person to purchase it. Everyone inside was really friendly and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Travis was the guy that helped me out with the buying process and he was pretty chill and knowledgeable about Harley's. I would totally recommend this place and Travis for the buying experience. All the sections I went to after purchase were also friendly and helpful. Only bad thing would be that there isn't many motorcycle's shown on the website nor the prices as you have to ask for a quote. At the shop there are plenty of motorcycles available.

Got some items installed. It was done same day luckily since I’m from out of town and customer service was great. The selection of Harley apparel is probably the most I’ve seen along with parts and memorabilia. Definitely a spot to go before leaving Las Vegas.

One of the biggest Harley Davidson stores out there! Staff was super friendly and plenty of bikes and merchandising to check out. It's located South of the strip but only a few minutes ride from the strip. Would definitely recommend to any bike enthusiast or just anyone who can appreciate good craftsmanship!

My bike broke down in the middle of a 7k mile trip at Vegas. Luckily, we were able to make it to this dealership before they closed that Saturday. Brandon, although their service shop was already closed was able to get my bike scheduled to be looked at the following day which is Sunday. I was very surprised that they even have their service shop open at Sundays which is very rare. A major mechanical problem which could have ruined the engine and could have turned disastrous for me. They got it fixed for me within 5 hrs. I finished the whole trip in one peace safely while having my bike running like a champ!!! No word can express my gratitude to the crews of this dealership. Thank you very much !!!

Pretty cool Harley dealer. The building itself is huge. Not as big of selection of bikes as I thought there would be. Seemed like there were more used bikes than new ones. They also rent out bikes to ride around Vegas on. Not sure of the price and hours though. The Big Bus tour actually makes a stop here as well if you want to browse around for a half hr.

So, I went to all 3 of the Harley shops in the area. 2 of which are on the strip. This location is just beyond the famous "Las Vegas" sign. Here you will find the best customer service and the largest selection of products. The restroom is clean, in fact the whole store is really clean. They let my wife try on several shirts. Definitely the best Harley-Davidson store I've ever been to! They have a really large selection of shirts along with the chips that everyone looks for. Check them out!

Saturday July 30, 2022 my wife and I walked into Las Vegas Harley Davidson...to only look at some bikes. The place is really amazing, a lot of bikes, apparel, parts etc. We looked a few used bikes and was honestly heading out when we spotted our new Road Glide ST (vivid black). It was love at first sight, all black with gold wheels and engine trim, Harley really out did themselves. The sales staff were great, no pressure and very welcoming. They worked a trade on my 2014 Street Glide with some pictures on my phone and the vin #. I purchased a few additional items, bars, pipes, grips. The got everything installed and delivered my bike to St George Ut...approx 120 miles north of Las Vegas. Everyone from the sales staff to the guy that delivered the bike were really great. Harley Davidson should be proud of the entire staff.

Wow, we truly want to thank Kevin, Bill, Britney and Harley Davidson of Las Vegas on making a 1100 mile trip through NV, Utah and AZ one of the best trips of our life. Clean bathrooms friendly service itis a big store with lots of stuff. They have rentals however when we went in to rent one no one was in there other than a guy sitting in the office to the right with his feet propped up and he didn't budge to offer any assistance.

Biggest Harley shop I've ever been in! Wonderful location too! Its across the road from the famous "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign. Theres even a replica of that sign INSIDE this Harley shop, with a bike in front of it! A lot of photo opportunites both inside and out of the shop. Great selection of Vegas themed shirts. A wide variety of clothing, there's a look for every person in there. They have everything from casual wear to performance riding gear. Lots of other merchandise as well. Prices are a little higher, but that can be expected, given the location. This shop also has an Eaglerider motorcycle rental located inside of it.

I live in Northern Nevada and I chose Las Vegas HD because I saw they had the bike I was looking for, and upon speaking on the telephone with Travis in sales, he was courteous, helpful, and did his very best to assist me in a timely manner. Travis made it easy, and a deal was struck on the telephone withbabno BS approach., which I appreciated very much. I drove the 390 miles 2 days later and met Travis and the other sales team members. I was greeted with smiles and the entire dealership staff was very accommodating. Buying a new Road Glide Limited is not something I do often, so it was a pretty big deal for me. I am in the service business and I too appreciate good service.. The folks at LVHD have a new loyal customer, as I will return in future as well as refer friends and family.

Great place. Before COVID, I'd come to Vegas at least twice a year and stop by grabbing a couple a Tshirts. Harley of Vegas is a MUST STOP IF YOU GO TO LAS VEGAS!!! To get that Harley shirt with Las Vegas on the back is a MUST HAVE. The employees are NICE, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, JUST what ya want in a store on Rodeo Blvd but they have on Las Vegas Blvd at Harley. Ishould know. I retired from a Harley elsewhere and know the good, the bad, the ugly. THIS and Red Rock Harley are MUST GO, MUST BUY something place when in Vegas. Honestly besides seeing a cool bike or too pluss the new electric one. This place is kind of a big let down I tought since it looked huge they were going to have lots more bikes and boy how dissapointed I was there were like maybe 30-40 bikes there in the inside. Harley by were I live is about 1/3 the size of this building with more than 200 bikes easily. Just disappointing there isn't much difference from any other harley store if you have gone to one.

I used to go to the Eastern Avenue location where I felt like there were better deals on bikes and apparel. Now that it is a newly built location, no such deals. Great place to visit. After my Conference a buddy and I took Lyft to the Harley Store. It is right near the entrance into Vegas where people were getting their picture under the Welcome to Las Vegas sign. They had water at the snack and souvenir shop. Penny crusher simulated a motor running. Was able to take a few pictures of bikes...to send to my wife to put on my Christmas list. This was a great spot to start our walk of the strip that day.

Had some issues with my Road King on the way down from Zions. Thought there might have been an issue with the engine as I was getting some serious vibration. Serious shout out to Kevin and the service tech (can't remember your name but you know who you are). They went above and beyond expectations here to get me back on the road by finding problems proactively. From Fresno Ca. and we to Vegas for memorial weekend. We were with another couple, and had our own bikes with us. I was currently riding a Dyna, but have been looking to get onto some sort of Glide. Stopped in the store and found a bike I was really interested in. I started talking with Scott in sales, seeing what kind of deal we can work out. The value my trade-in came in lower than I expected, I let Scott know that I would probably pass. After mulling it over, I went back the next day. Once again I talk to Scott about my counter-offer. The deal took off from there. Scott and his partner Chris work great together. Scott went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the deal. My trade-in has a couple parts on it that I wanted back, Scott assured me that the parts will be shipped to me. I personally think this is going above and beyond just selling a bike. There was a little issue with pipes, only due to California being too strict on smog laws. LVHD stood by the deal with a gift card for the value of the pipes. If you're in Las Vegas and you're looking for a Harley. I would highly recommend you go see Scott, at Las Vegas Harley-Davidson. Went in for an oil charge while traveling through Vegas. Time was of the essence as 3 friends were grounded until the overdue service was complete. By the time I ate a hotdog and relaxed in their very comfortable service lounge for about 10 mins, I received a phone call stating my bike was finished. Come to find out, they even washed it. And, they did a very thorough job. Highly reccomend. The service guy was very understanding and friendly. The whole sfaff had their professionalism together. Hope this helps.
