Excellent Harley Davidson dealership! Joe is a fantastic salesman, very knowledgeable and passionate about bikes! Very patient with going over and test riding quite a few different bikes to get me onto one that fits in all aspects. Derek was great, worked very hard to get the finances to work for both sides, Glenn in finance was great! Explaining everything and getting everything completed in a quick and timely manner! Vinnie in parts extremely helpful in getting me the correct upgrades that fit the vision I had in my head of how I wanted to customize the bike to make it my own! Will definitely be coming here when I have a need for more Harley parts, upgrades, riding gear, or a new Bike!

Sol and Matt, of the riding academy, for the great lessons and advice that let me build the skill to pass my test and earn my license. Ben and Derek, of the sales department, for uniting me with my dearest Vindicta (yes, I named my bike). And to Vinnie and Randy, of the parts department, for helping me make her truly mine. This place is full of great folk who treat you well and are nice to have conversations with. They've earned my business for years to come. If you want to be treated like family and have a BS free, pressure free experience then go see Darren. I was really frustrated with the other two locations, and I nearly decided to buy another brand. Darren at Henderson HD turned that around. I ended up buying two brand new bikes from him this summer, and they won't be the last. The sale just felt like a good friend pointing me in the right direction. When I showed up a month after the first sale, he spotted me and came from across the store with a huge smile and greeted me like a brother. Additionally, Glen in finance, John in service, Derek the sales manager and both of the guys I dealt with in parts had the same level of customer service. It just goes to show how solid the business is. Take the drive over to Henderson. You'll be glad you did.

I came into Henderson Harley to grab a couple of things for a three plug service. That’s when I met Vinnie, he helped me get everything I needed. They didn’t have everything but Vinnie ordered a couple items and told me it would be about 5 days. Two days later I received a personal call from Vinnie the moment they arrived. When I arrived he had everything under the desk for me and ready to go. He was friendly, knowledgeable and I will be returning to Henderson Harley for every part I need from now on. It’s hard to find knowledgeable customer service folks these days. Thanks Vinnie! I needed to add another person to this review. Randy in parts is awesome. He is very knowledgable and almost always knows which part you need before you do. If the whole store has the same level of customer service as the parts department, then this is probably the best Harley in the country. Thanks again Henderson Harley!

Originally came into the dealership to inquire about the riding academy. Ended up signing up. Was almost immediately contacted by Shelby the internet director there. She answered all of my questions and made me feel more confident in my decision. The instructors of the course Mike and Mike wanted everyone to succeed and did everything in their power they could to make that happen. The were assertive but calm and patient. Making sure that everyone was safe and understanding the material. After the course was over I went inside to see what Harley Davidsons were all about. Joe greeted me both times I was there. He made sure I knew what I was looking at and didn't push me one way or another. Joe answered all of my questions and even allowed me to take a couple for a ride. Joe knows his stuff and even though I ultimately went another direction. I'm glad Joe gave me that experience. Where when I walked in Harley wasn't even a bike on my list but after I left I would definitely recommend Harleys to other people I know and possible move forward on one for myself in the future. went in Las Vegas HD to order parts and have them shipped to UK, but they were overpriced and unhelpful. Went to Henderson HD and what a difference. The sales guy showed my a 48 with the parts fitted so I could see the end result, and the parts guy (Randy Guzman) could not have done more to help. Good price too. A little out of the way if you are a visitor, but well worth the effort. Great shop, great people - thanks!

Went to test drive a Road Glide Limited with my wife, (she was tired of getting beat up on my Dyna Wide Glide. We were greeted by Darren. They did not have what I was looking for, however he let us drive a 2021 Ultra Limited. My wife fell in love with it and the color was perfect. Billiard Red/Vivid Black two tone. I'm a retired car sales of 25 years. The deal was fair and trade value was good. Very transparent, no Bull. Derek made the deal easy. I did not get all I wanted, however the value exceeded the price so we bought it. Glenn in finance made the rest of the deal easy. I love the feel of the bike, the power is awesome. I've been riding for 46 years and this is by far the best bike I've owned, and there has been many. Thank You Thank You Thank you

I guess it's not a normal "impulse" to just go out and purchase a new Harley Davidson. However, with the market the way it was, I decided to see what was out there and trade in my 2018 Road Glide Ultra. I did an online inquiry, and received an email from Shelby, and eventually led to a phone call. I expressed my distain for spending hours and hours at a dealership haggling, and that I didn't want any part of that. Well, I didn't have to. Shelby was amazing when I arrived. Immediately introduced me to Derek, and got an outright honest offer, and even took the time to make sure my add on requests were made. Within a very short time, I was on the road with my beautiful new 2021 Road Glide Limited. What an upgrade the 114 ci is over the 107. Thank you Shelby for making this such an easy experience for me. You will get all my referrals.

It's Monday afternoon and I'm still thinking about the great service department at Henderson Harley. I bought a brand new bike there because it was $5,000 cheaper than Red Rock (thank you Ben!) and it was due for the post break-in oil change and I thought if the price was the same at both places, I would avoid nightmare of the 95 and take it to Red Rock. I called Hendo first and spoke to John and he gave me the price and I asked if I should make an appointment and he asked me when I wanted to bring it in, I told him Saturday then he asked me if I wanted it back the same day and I said yes then he put me on a brief hold came back and said they would make it happen. Imagine that, a company that actually wants to make the customer happy! I didn't even call Red Rock. I also brought up an issue of a small gap between the batwing and the fairing and John had them adjust it and I had my bike back by 1:30pm. I'm not ever going to even think about going anywhere else in the future. Thank you John for making me feel like a valued customer and addressing all of my concerns.

Like any or most motorcycle and auto dealerships, they are nearly 3 discrete entities in one, comprised of a sales, parts, and service departments. Same is true for Henderson HD, but here they operate as a team. So, not only did I choose to buy my bike here (over other Las Vegas dealers), but I shop parts here and leave my bike in their care when it needs something. In short, they know their customers by name and treat bikes as if they were part of the family. The have consistent incentives (I recently took advantage of a 10% off parts and service deal) and events on weekends--notably, they have a burger burn every Saturday. Bottom line, if you're thinking about a Harley, needs parts (parts guys are awesome), or already own a HD and need service (service team is top notch), look no further than Henderson Harley-Davidson.

Randy in parts is super helpful! He is very knowledgeable and every time I go in, he gets me exactly what I need, and then some! The other day I went in for a few parts and he caught on to what I was working on. He told me exactly how to fix a brake issue that had been plaguing my bike for months. I went home and did what he said and my brake feels like it's brand new again! He helped me get the parts I needed and also gave me tips to make my bike safe again! Thanks Randy! You rock man!

My wife and I were able to negotiate a price over the internet/phone with Derek Hayes, we live over hours from any dealership including this one, when we drive in for the test drive both Derek Hayes and Joe Racht were so helpfull, courteous, kind and knowledgeable. They also showed us a bike that was newer then the one we came in for and had most everything we wanted on it. They gave us a good deal in our opinion and also still made the company money. Win Win. We left our bike with the service dept to get a couple extras added on and they helped us with that too. We called a couple dealers in Vegas and one would not even negotiate with us over the phone, Derek went over and above for us including adding on the 5 year warranty at a discount so we will definitely reccommend to our friends to look him up first for their Harley needs.

I bought a very special factory custom bike from here and was not really prepared to buy yet but knew I couldn't let that bike sit there, so I made a rushed purchase and financed it. The staff was friendly and held the bike for a day so I could go home and make sure my wife would not kill me. Easily the best Harley dealership in the county! The sales was probably the best experience I’ve ever had, extremely knowledgeable and they weren’t pushy whatsoever. This is my home town dealership. The service department, Robert answers all your questions. No one treats you like you are just a “female”. They educate really well. Parts department handle your needs promptly. There is a wide array of bikes to choose from. The manager Andy is always around and is such a pleasant individual willing to answer you questions and deal with your concerns. Motorclothes offers a good selection of items and the girls are so nice and helpful. Ask for Dee, she is great. There is never any type of high pressure sales going on in the dealership. They offer a riding school for beginners and advanced riders. You can get information on their HOG chapter and rides they offer. They offer a BBQ every Saturday that is free to the public. So I think all should come down to enjoy. Just lots of fun activities going on there all the time.

I was in Henderson visiting a family member. My 06 Ultra Classic voltage regulator crapped out. I changed the battery and rode it to Henderson Harley Davidson. I explained the issue my bike was having and I had to get back to California in the morning and if they could change the oil as well. Mind you it was 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon. Without hasitstion the machanic took my bike and told me it would be ready in a couple of hours. I got a phone call 45 minutes later that my bike was ready. I go in to get my bike #1. They replaced my voltage regulator. #2. They changed my oil. #3 They even washed my bike. Now that's service!! In Orange County my bike would have been in the shop until Monday afternoon or longer. GREAT JOB and SERVICE!! Thanks Henderson Harley Davidson you took great care of me and got me up and running. Can't say enough these guys are great!! If you don't believe me, stop in and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I'm weird. I like it when folks treat you like your actually another human and not just a dollar sign. I was just visiting and they knew that I might not spend money today. Kennedie was very attentive and made sure we were shown everything we were looking for. Of course they are a business and are there to make a profit. She took my number and offered to call when items came in. I WILL be spending money here and I know I'll get good value. They're interested in when you'll be back and make you feel missed when you leave. Good atmosphere. Friendly people. Once they get you it seems they want to keep you.

Harley Davidson skilled Rider Course While fast paced the class was very helpful. I learned a ton of great tips that will help me improve on my riding skills. Butch was no nonsense instructor but also funny and made the class a cool experience. The pace was a bit too fast for me, but I understand that you can't tailor a class to the needs of every student. I did learn plenty of riding techniques that if I continue to practice on my own will make me a better rider.

After installing my Rinehart Header, my slip-on Rinehart mufflers did not seal correctly. I thought it was my installation but, Russell found a flaw in the Rinehart Muffler that I need to address with Rinehart.
