Nick and Dave were very easy to deal with in purchasing a new KLR, pricing was on target with the other dealerships in the Colorado/Wyoming area (I visited 6), this dealer is very straight forward (no shady fees), and squared away when it comes to the paperwork aspect. Dave is a no bs, straight shooter, which made the process a lot easier. From a buyer’s perspective, it was painless, and I have no problem giving these guys more business. On the service standpoint, James talked to me about the bike for a while, and I learned quite a bit. There’s a wealth of knowledge at this shop, go in and see for yourself, just don’t waste their time. Overall very satisfied with the experience here!

Exceptional purchase and delivery experience (we are from out of state). Nick (the owner) got back to me in minutes with a fair out-the-door price, answered my questions, and we cemented a deal, with the ATV promised to be ready the next day. We would be driving 200+ miles to pick it up. Dave me us as soon as we arrived in the morning, the ATV was ready as promised (FULL TANK OF FUEL!), the paperwork process went quick and smooth. Nick showed us around the features and things to be aware of. Overall, everyone was genuinely pleased for our business, very welcoming, and had time to talk about the ATV and life in general. Cheyenne Motorsports did an exceptional job servicing my hydraulic wood splitter, a ~250cc 4-stroke engine. It is several years old and numerous periodic maintenance needs had never been addressed. They exceeded expectations at a reasonable 2022 price with a same-day turnaround. They re-packed my wheel bearings (it’s transportable as a trailer), adjusted my valves, replaced leaky hydraulic hoses, and completed too many other essential adjustments to name. It looked brand new when I picked it up, and it’s running great. This is the type of repair value one needs to keep equipment running for years to come. I highly recommend Cheyenne Motorsports for small engine repairs and periodic maintenance.

It was absolutely painless dealing with these guys. I walked in one day, talked to Traci about what I was looking for (I had an idea I wanted a KLR already), she showed me the models and answered some questions about them. There was no funny business, the only things we had to discuss around the sale were the price and the destination charge, and I walked out in about 15 minutes with a deposit down on the thing. I came in a couple days later to finalize the sale. Again, no funny business (as I am accustomed to with dealers), and they asked one of their guys who rides a KLR to address any questions I might have. When I was satisfied, they delivered the motorcycle to my home less than an hour later, which was a great help, because I am a beginner rider and I was not ready to ride it home on the street. Overall very pleased, and I'll prefer to do business with Cheyenne Motorsports in the future.

I responded to a recall notice on my two year old bike to replace the brake calipers for improved units. In spite of their service department being booked for two weeks, they agreed to take care of me as soon as I could ride the 270 miles from my home to their shop. The guys at Cheyenne Motorsports went above and beyond to get my husband’s bike up and running after experiencing a flat tire. We were roughly 62 miles away and stranded with 1,200 miles left on our way home. They not only came out and picked up the bike with a trailer but they stayed long after closing to put on the new tire on a Friday evening. With the Rodeo in town hotel rooms were at a premium and we were back on the road and able to ride on for another 300 miles towards home before calling it a night. They were very helpful and professional. I can’t express enough how thankful I am to have had their help.

I showed up at Cheyenne Motorsports pretty hot headed and very disgruntled after 6 months of dealing with the local Polaris dealer. My son suggested we try out CM and in frustration I said whatever, I don't think they have what I'm looking for. Understand I've been a Polaris owner for decade's and had planned a Elk hunt just 8 weeks away and I needed a side by side desperately before time ran out and I was forced to use my truck on roads not designed for large vehicles. I owe my son many thanks because from the moment I stepped inside CM I felt completely welcomed and after explaining my situation I was shown a vehicle in which surpassed my expectations. I had originally planned on selling said vehicle after my trip and continue to chase Polaris but Nick (the owner) didn't believe I would. Now the trip is over and as Nick promised I am a Kawasaki believer. The parts and service managers (James and Steve) are first class in customer service, the sales team put up with my attitude and helped calm me down. The entire Cheyenne Motorsports team is extra special and I recommend anyone looking for some excitement in their life needs to come here first or last in my case. You won't regret it. Got me in immediately, oil filter broke during oil change and they worked amazingly to get it fixed. Not a bad price all the staff was amazingly helpful and nice. Only issue was once I left my oil light comes on and off now, need to top off the oil. So just left with not enough oil. Other wise good experience. Update: called and very apologetic; told them no worries! Then proceeded to have to buy a quart of oil, most expensive oil change of my life. However I would recommend them. We are all human and make mistakes! Awesome people!

I am a first time rider & I really love my Suzuki boulevard. When I first went in, the customer service was phenomenal. Once I put down a downpayment to hold the bike, it was like that's all that was cared about was the sell. When I picked up my bike, it had a small dent on the tank & a pretty significant scratch on the rim, that was absolutely not there before. When addressing this to the owner, he was very nonchalant about it. Never followed up by the owner. I definitely wouldn't give them my business again or recommend. Just another customer to them.

Came up on a Saturday morning to look at a klx230 they had already sold. I’m not buying anything until August, and I told them so, but 2 salesmen, the parts manager, and the owner ALL took time to talk to me about the KLX, and also pointed me in the direction of the Himalayan. They seemed pretty busy to my eye as well. 3-4 bikes were picked up over the 2 hours I was there. The MSRP on both bikes they showed me is within a few hundred bucks, and coupled with the fact that they’re the least pushy salespeople I’ve ever encountered, convinces me that they’re only interested in getting me on the right bike for ME. They did all this knowing they had no sale that day. I live in Loveland/Fort Collins, and I’ll be coming here when I buy. I want to support a business that cares about their product and about their customers. They’re a small place, but they have Royal Enfields as well as Kawasaki bikes. It seems to me like they have their fingers on the pulse of the market. The owner owns, rides, and puts his kid on the same bike he recommended to me. That tells me something about his character, and it’s good! Thank you all for a great experience! I’ll see you in August!

Lots of stock in a tiny place. I did struggle to find a sales person to answer questions even during a relatively slow shopping time. I've decided to shop on their website to determine if there is something worth looking at since sales people are so hard to find while in the store and they have so much crammed into a small area.

I'm very happy with my KRX 1000, I didn't give 5 star's for the following reasons. Follow through on modifications to my machine, didn't happen. Hardware left lying on the floorboards doesn't exude confidence or quality. Parts department could do a much better job of returning phone calls; especially when they tell you they will!

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and attentive. If you are looking to get a deal, this might not be the best place. I am always about "shop local" but when you have done your research and price shopped around, they rarely budge on price. They wouldn't even drop $100 off MSRP when they were $800 above the other dealers within 200 miles. Maybe it's just the sales guy being too greedy on his commission. I'll give them a chance to earn my business the next time I go to buy another bike, but buying local also means to respect those in your community. Being greedy over $100 difference in meeting on a price is just wrong!

I've ridden most of my life, bought more bikes than I have fingers and was looking for a Red 2017 Kawasaki Vaquero. I saw one in Longmont CO and fell in love with the machine, but it was sold. After hunting I found Nick at Cheyenne Motor Sports. He located the bike I was looking for at a really great price. Talked about the upgrades to the machine like pipes, air cleaners, sissy bars, extra warranties and within an hour we were on our way to ordering it. Last Saturday my wife and I went up to the dealership to start the process. Met Nick and his staff. Enjoyed all of them, very friendly and knowledgeable. Felt like home to me. Waiting 9 or so days till I take possession of the Red monster. The days will be very long until then. Even though it's winter I will be riding. All in all, really liked the shop and the folks. Great experience. Continued... The Vaquero had a small scent of antifreeze when running and I was headed to Tennessee on it. Called Nick the owner who set up a Saturday appointment for me at 10. Showed up and the tech found the leak in under 20 minutes. A loose hose clamp. All clamps tightened no more problem. It was covered under warranty. Even better. Then when riding through Kansas the battery died at a rest area. To be honest the bike sat all winter and spring and didn't get ridden. The cold killed the battery but it wasnt dead yet until out in the middle of nowhere. In desperation I reached out to Nick the owner on a Sunday morning. He helped diagnose the issue. Found a new battery 6 miles away at a carquest that doubled for a furniture store. Ripped the battery and replaced it. Bike fired up. Rode like a dream to Tennessee. No more worries. Would like to give a big thanks to Nick and his crew. Above and beyond effort. Going to miss them.

Could not find a tire for my Treyx in all the bike shops in Northern Colorado, called James at Cheyenne motorsports and he found both tire and rim! The price was very fair. While there I met and had a great conversation with owner Nick. It was awesome, you could feel the Freedom, Friendliness, and Green loyalty (not the electric kind of green!) I guess Nick has spent some time on a old small scooter designed for nursing home residence I believe the model is KX500 2 stroke otherwise known as the Green Monster. Well I was on day 1 of an 8 day trip and I found myself being towed into the dealership on a late Saturday night. This is a 2018 Yamaha SVTC and new to most dealers and I was worried about that being the case yet again for me. When they opened on Monday morning (thank god they worked Monday) I was greeted my the service manager. Knowing they are on a busy riding season they wanted the Yamaha tech to look at it at 9 and see what they could do with it. The service manager took parts from his own bike and tried to narrow the issue down which became a completely broken starter that they did not have in stock. These guys carry several lines of products (motorcycles, side by sides, ATV's, jet skis, and more) from several major manufacturers, including (but probably not limited to) Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Royal Enfield. I Was greeted promptly and politely when I entered. I went there to assist somebody to get service and an inspection on a bike I had sold them. They got him checked in and let us know right away how long they thought the wait would be and then one of the owners (Nick) answered some of my endless questions about some of the new products that they carry (like the new fuel injected klx250 and Royal Enfield Himalayan). I was impressed with his enthusiasm about the products and willingness to spend his time talking with me despite that he was obviously in the middle of something when I came in.
