Joseph MunichIf you want a great buying experience then come see John here. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Also I am a beginner rider and he put me on the right bike instead of me buying a too powerful bike. The delivery process was thourogh and the young man(Andrew??) Who is a mechanic in the store showed me everything about maintenance and upkeep on the bike. You can buy anywhere, but anywhere doesn't have the great service and staff like Hidden Trails!
Craig RichardsHad a short notice maintenance need while in town. Brought my bike (KTM1290 SAS) in for a couple of service items. They took it in immediately and addressed everything I asked quickly and cost effectively. Adam was my technician and he was great. Friendly crew that treats bikers with respect and care.
Kevin DillonBought a Can-Am Commander this past weekend. Great experience with Hidden Trails. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy - they made the process very easy. We had to drive back to Huntington and get a bigger trailer....it was going to be a few minutes past closing time before we could make it back. Called them and they were happy to hang out and wait on us. Highly recommend!
Max RI have been to many bike shops mainly looking for information on side by sides. Honestly at Hidden Trails I got the most honest answers to my questions for my needs. No push trying to up-sale, genuinely asking for my specific needs and telling me the honest truth in what he had. Greatly appreciated honesty and for sure will go back in the future to look at other vehicles they have.
John BeitzThey had issues with a mechanic being in court which required me to wait 30 minutes. Another employee mounted my tire and there was no charge.
This kind of service does not exist in the motorcycle repair business.
