I'm usually not one to bring my bikes to a shop for regular maintenance but after hearing nothing but positive reviews I decided to bring my new to me honda shadow in for some tires and fork seals. Josh not only helped me choose the tires that best fit my budget but also gave me an accurate estimate which he did not exceed upon completion of the work. He used genuine honda fork seals and even turned my forks on the lathe to take out any imperfections which was definitely above and beyond the service I was expecting. Initially I told him to take his time but then planned a last minute bike trip and called him to respectfully hurry the service along in hopes to get my bike back in time. Luckily, his schedule freed up just enough to allow my bike in earlier than expected and he got me settled up and on the road a week sooner than I was initially promised. Trusting their workmanship I literally left the parking lot, gassed up and drove 500 miles without checking more than the fluids. I would absolutely bring another bike to Josh and Mazer Performance in the future, actually I already did, since I didn't have a ride to get this one, I rode my other bike and figured I would get a tire thrown on that as well which I will be back to retrieve in the near future. Thanks again for the exceptional service!

Josh was great, very knowledgeable, accommodating, and has fair prices. I was on vacation and was so upset when my Harley rode rough the first day, probably needing new tires that I put off too long. He fit me in the next morning and I had my bike back by end of day. He checked it out while he had it there and made some adjustments at no extra charge. Great experience and I am very grateful that I only missed one day of riding

I have had various bikes in each of the major bike mechanics in Chittenden County. Josh is far and away the best, it's not even close. Not only does he have a profound mechanical aptitude, he is also a very courteous and friendly guy. He is fair on price, exacting in his diagnosis, and professional in all transactions. Don't bother taking your bike anywhere else.

Great guys! I am on a RTW trip on my Ktm and I need new tires and valve adjustment. Granted they couldn’t do the valve adjustment, they suggested a place that would. They let me ship a set of tires I had at home in Billings, MT , installed them and did a couple other small jobs I needed done very quickly and at a great rate! Thank you Josh and crew👍

I just moved to Vermont last summer and was dreading the idea of finding a reliable shop. Dan and his crew were extremely easy to deal with and their pricing is amazing. Let's just say I got new front and rear tires (install, disposal and tax) plus inspection for my Street Glide for $350 less than the dealer quoted! It was actually even $45 less for all the parts and services than if I would have bought just the tires from J&P. They got the work done in the time they said they would. Looks like I found my shop in the area. Thanks guys!

Great Price and Excellent Service. The local dealership wanted $720 to replace both tires on my Electra Glide. I was suffering a bit of sticker shock, so I decided to see if there was an independent shop close by and found Mazer Performance. I ended up buying the tires online for $265 and Mazer did the install and also provided a Vermont State Inspection for $160. Total cost of $425. I'd highly recommend giving them a shot.

The team at Mazer did a great job getting me back on the road after my Harley died. They towed my bike, got it fixed in a timely manner and at a VERY reasonable cost. They have done an outstanding job in customer service and performance every time I visit or have service completed on my bike.

Iv been to places that make you feel like your either stupid or waisting there time from more important things . They treated me respectfullyand did a great job repairing my r6 .
