Bought a bike and some gear from them in June. I sent an email inquiring about the bike on a Monday and Brad responded within an hour even though they were closed. I bought the bike over the phone through Ryan who was very helpful. They had everything ready to go when I got there and even stayed late to help secure the bike in my truck. I’d definitely return for future purchases and I recommend those looking for a bike or gear to check them out!

Bought my 2022 Honda pioneer 1000 deluxe through landair because no one had a pioneer 700 I had been waiting on Central Vermont motor sports to get me a 700 for 8 months and it kept being pushed back so I canceled my 700 got my down payment back from central Vermont motor sports that same day I called land air it was the last one on the lot so I bit the bullet went to the bank too get my money out and pick it up waited for 4 years for a SXS!!! worked with me told me everything about price sales tax and ran through the machine when I got there had them do the first service was free! Second machine bought off them rancher 420 and now the pioneer 1000 deluxe

Land Air was a overall awesome experience. Associate Ryan provided great communication from preordering all the way to purchase, once my bike arrived. He responded to emails in a timely fashion and maintained transparency into the product he was trying to sell. He went over and beyond by delivering a weekly progress report of the bike’s delivery and build either through text or phone call. Surely would recommend the place to anyone.

Ryan was very professional, friendly and understanding and made the sale as smooth and painless as possible. He was helpful and responsive when we had additional questions after the initial sale. If he didn’t have the answer, he would find out and get right back to us. He was not high pressure and made us feel comfortable.

My harley broke down 250 miles from home, Essex HD closed, and no one wanted to help, save Land Air. He said sure, we'll look at it if you can get here. 30 minutes later they had me going with a temporary fix that got me all the way home! Great service. Highly recommended.

Far from home, I had a flat tire. Not only did they have the correct tire in stock, they installed it very quickly as they knew I was in a pinch. Brian and the service manager (whose name escapes me) were extremely helpful and the price was very good. I highly recommend them.

I went to land air with my bike just to have it looked over, because I wanted it running in tip top shape. They did a quick look over and were very helpful in suggestions and keeping me informed with what was going on. They even helped me with a follow up a week later to get new tires And feel safe on my bike. The staff are very welcoming and they did a great job if making me feel like my bike was in good hands and that I was in control of what happened to it. They even installed new clutch and brake levers for me that I wanted done. Would recommend them to all!

Recently I bought a new motorcycle from Land Air in Essex. Brad and the team were valiant in their ability to make sure I was happy with the sale. I misunderstood something and Brad made sure it was cleared up and I was good to go. The sales & mechanics staff are knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. I purchased a bike yesterday. All questions were answered, he was happy to look up anything he wasn't completely sure about. Good place to buy parts but the parking situation for the service and parts department is almost non existent. All spots filled with inventory which makes parking very difficult. Was there the other day , there was only about 3 spots available yet inaccessible because of 1 bike parked across the front of them. Services are good if you can get to them.

Mostly have what I need on hand. Staff is fair. Never been here to have service done or for a major purchase. I will say it's better entering now wo having a sales person attack such as in the past. But last time I went in for a quote I did feel that we weren't given fast or friendly service . So I can only comment on a few yrs ago . And their quote was very close to others.

It's a powersports dealer, and my local Honda/Suzuki/many-other-brand dealer. The parts folks are good, and the couple of times I have used their service department, they did a fine job. Sales department is of the low pressure variety as near as I can tell (to the point I sometimes wonder how they move inventory at all).

I recently bought a ski foo 1200 grand touring had a couple minor issues with it and brought it back twice grant at the counter was fantastic the owner Don was was wonderful Justin sold it to me was in this as well I was well taken care of my sled was fixed the only issue is I had to wait for parts because of Covid we all understand that but I was in the loop all the way great people very well warmed and welcomed when I went in they knew who I was all-around like to just give a great shout out to the mechanics that worked on my sled great job washed it and cleaned it beautiful thank you all

I had a fantastic experience purchasing a Honda Grom from Land Air this summer. This bike was really difficult to get ahold of beacuse the high demand however the sales department was very knowledgeable and kept me updated on the arrival of the bike throughout the buying experience. The Grom has been a thrill to commute around town with this season. And did i mention it gets 100+ MPG! Don't hesitate to leave a deposit on this bike. You will be glad you did!
