Me and my wife were online looking for a new king size bed, and came across Mattress by appointment through a Facebook market place ad. We were very skeptical at first about everything. We weren’t sure if it was what were actually advertised… I must say that upon scheduling our appointment and seeing it for ourselves, we were instantly amazed about how great the customer service was the second we walked into the store. Dave and his wife were very informative about the many choices we had. We were asked of our preferences for sleeping between the both of us and he instantly knew which beds would best fit us. We tried them out and we were happy to make a decision between the 3 we thought would be best for us. Everything was just a great experience from start to finish. Any concerns we had even after purchasing our mattress set, Dave was still very genuinely concerned about our happiness in choice of our mattress. I can’t say enough of how happy we really are that we chose this place. Thank you guys so much. We can now finally sleep a lot better! Again thank you guys!

Sam and Dave were excellent to work with! Sam was responsive to set up an appointment and gave lots of details in our initial communications. We bought 2 mattresses for our boys bunk beds, Dave walked us through what he would suggest being a dad himself and was the perfect fit for what we needed. He was extremely knowledgeable, and even gave us great recommendations for our king mattress when we pull the trigger. Highly suggest for anyone looking to buy quality!

I just got my couch from them and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. The owner, Dave, was very nice and such a sweet guy, and he was also very helpful. He even offered to drop the couch off at my house for free since he was near me when the shipment came. I plan to use them again for a mattress and a bedroom set!

Outstanding Customer Satisfaction! We greatly appreciate Dave and his Team at Mattress By Appointment! I got in contact with him in need of a split box spring for a Queen Size bed after downsizing from a King. He offered a few options and recommended a Steel platform set that fit my new bed set much better! He was very quick and responsive. Tremendous customer service. 10/10 definitely recommend! I have at least five beds from Dave Wilson and he will go the extra mile to get you exactly what you desire! He remembers your needs when you've been in there a couple months before and he shows you exactly what will be the best match for you! He has wonderful hospitality and is very patient with letting you make a choice on your own time no rushing. We highly suggest this place because of the people who run it. We enjoy to be treated special when we purchase items from people and we felt like we were on top of the world each and every time I've made a purchase with them. This store was so accommodating and helpful during the purchase and especially the delivery process of my son's mattress off campus at University of Delaware. They are a local business and there is definitely a personal touch and care to their service. Their price was also better than others in the area. They went above and beyond to deliver the mattress as quickly as possible and at my son's convenience. I highly recommend!
